• Guest (10/5): Would absolutely stay here again. Felt like a home from - Property was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our short trip! View to the sea was a lovely bonus.

Si uno quiere ir bordeando el mar hay que tener en cuenta que hay que subir muchos escalones. Las instalaciones muy cómodas como para comprar la comida afuera y llevarla al Depto
• Paul (10/5): Tip top ! - La qualité du logement qui est quasiment neuf. La gentillesse de l'hôtel Niko qui habite dans l'appartement du bas. Proximité immédiate de la Vieille Ville de Dubrovnik mais attention il faut aimer les marches et la pente.

• Laura (9/5): Sauberes Apartment, ideale Lage, schöner Balkonblick! - Freundlicher Empfang durch den Eigentümer. Top Lage – nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss in die Altstadt von Dubrovnik. Die Unterkunft war sauber und der Balkon bot eine schöne Aussicht. -

• Tiffany (9/5): Highly recommend this awesome property. - Great location close to Old Town Dubrovnik (easy 900m walk). Easy access from top road, 142 step up access from bottom road…having said that, if you don’t like stairs, don’t visit Dubrovnik as it is built on stairs. Room was fantastic. All amenities present. Host Niko was awesome. Showed us around room on arrival, secured transport to airport for us on departure at best price available in town. Transfer was excellent and more importantly on time. Suite offers great view of Adriatic Sea and yatchs coming into town. Awesome view of Lokrum Island which is a must to visit. Would highly recommend this property. Great 5 days in Dubrovnik! Bed is a little soft…being critical here as I like a firm mattress.

• Steffens (10/5): Great stay, highly recommend - The location of this could not have been beat by being walking distance to Old Town and right next to multiple beaches. I would highly recommend Argenta to anyone visiting Dubrovnik, if you are okay with walking stairs.

• Adrian (10/5): Money well spent. - Lovely apartment about a 10-15 min walk to the old town. Host showed us around our room before handing us the keys. You are overlooking other apartments and the sea in the corner. The balcony is nice enough to sunbathe, have a drink, have a smome. Bed was nice and comfortable. Car parking is right outside and if you reverse a little bit extra the road leads you straight to the airport. Had no issues here and it was money well spent. Stay here and don't squander your money in a hotel that will cost three times the price with the same amenities.

Beach 5 mins walk lovley restaurant I would recommend the steak. Host was lovley on hand if you had any questions he gave us a thoughtful gift when checking out to remember our stay in Dubrovnik. Perfect location for a few days in Dubrovnik recommend Argenta rooms highly
• Christina (10/5): Lovely apartment close to Old Town - The location was perfect for all of the sightseeing I wanted to do in Old Town, just a short walk to Place Gate. Niko was extremely kind and helpful throughout my stay. The apartment was the perfect size for what I needed and I enjoyed having my own balcony to enjoy the sunrise with my morning coffee.

• Hannah (9/5): Superb - Spotlessly clean and really nice decoration. The little table and plates etc were very useful for making breakfast and snacks. Good location for the beach and about 15 minutes walk from the old town. Helpful information about the bus. Thank you. It would be good to let people know in advance about the steps up from the road - we would definitely have taken the other road if we had known! Also, the hosts' doorbell didn't work so we had to wait about 25 minutes to check in.

• Laura (9/5): Superb - Great location as only a 10 minute walk to the old town and 5 minutes to the beautiful Banje Beach. There is a bus that stops right outside, or just a walk uphill from old town which was much more enjoyable (and nicer views) than the steps! Fast WiFi, good air con and plenty of spare towels - perfect apartment for a long weekend :)

The location is really convenient, just a couple minutes walk from the old time and you also get to experience the amazing view of the city on your way there. We were also very lucky to be able to park there. Nico was very polite, explanatory and welcoming. The room had everything we needed and wish we could have stayed a bit longer.
• Lin (10/5): I will stay again! - The room was very clean and comfortable. It's really nice that the balcony can see the see. I personaly think the photo putting on a moka pot is slightly misleading because there is no stove included in the room.
• Richie (10/5): Lovely and reasonable - Everything was great. Nico lovely guy. Very clean. Great if you like steps! Only 15 mins walk from Old Dubrovnik. Handy for Supermarket. Nice wee balcony. Except the wifi which didn't work the entire time I was there. I texted Nico but got no reply. It wasn't a problem because I could just my phone, but just to make you aware.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice stay. Very close to the old town. Very clean, new decoration. If you are unable to climb some stairs this no plece for ou. There is a lot of stairs when coming back from old town. Small suoermarkets also nearby.
• Ebun (8/5): Good value for money - I stayed here for four nights because I wanted somewhere close to The Old Town and the beach. Despite the insane number of stairs you have to take up and down, the room was great. It was clean, spacious and equipped with everything I need for my stay. The elderly owners were lovely and kept to themselves but were always happy to help when I was in need. The only problems the air conditioning which is probably due for a service because it was noisy and didn’t really help coupled with the humidity. Also, leaving the windows and doors open meant slight noise from the road but it wasn’t nothing too crazy. Asides from that, the room was a good value for money.

It's also a good location to travel back to the airport, you can take the shuttle at 10 min walk (Car Cable stop). Very convenient central location.

• Kimberley (10/5): - Fantastic base for exploring Dubrovnik. 10 min walk to old town and lots of restaurants, 5 min walk to a shop. Fantastic views from the balcony, with a lovely clean modern interior with plants of space for bags etc. 10/10 would stay again
• Danael (8/5): Nice location and helpful host - The hotel's location was close to the old town. Niko helped us with the check-in despite our late arrival. The room was clean and comfortable. I recommend it.
• Lyndon (8/5): Excellent location and enjoyable stay. - Location was excellent as long as you can handle the 150 steps to the apartment. Room was welcoming and we felt we could go back there to hang out. Room's a little bit lacking in space but this is Dubrovnik so was expected. There is quite a bit of building noise but that's nothing they have control over. you would need to be reasonably fit to handle the 150 steps up and down to the apartment.
• Daniel (10/5): If you’re looking for a fairly priced, clean apartment in close proximity to Dubrovnik old town, this place is ideal. - Great location, 10 mins walk from Dubrovnik. The hosts were very nice and accommodating, allowed us to check in earlier. The apartment was clean and felt safe. Couldn’t ask for better! For us it wasn’t a problem, but the only minus is that there are a lot of steps if you are coming into the property from the road below. If you enter from the road above then it’s fine.

Otherwise, you will need to take your luggage through long stairs
• Cyriaque (1/5): Horrible experience! They have bedbugs!! - There were bedbugs and we were bitten everywhere. What a filthy higiene in 2023! I've been to over 100 hotels and this is the first time this has happened to me. I couldn't believe it and had to ask my friends and family to confirm that it was bedbugs!

• Noy (8/5): Great place to stay. Greal location! - Nikko greeted us at check-in and provided us with wonderful recommendations and help with a parking place (which is not easy in Dubrovnik). The place itself was clean and comfortable, and we liked it very much. The water pressure in the shower was great too, and the views (!) from the apartment, stairs, and balcony- wow! The location was wonderful and close to the city center (maybe 8-10 minutes walk). So many stairs to go up back to the apartment from the city center. However, it has nothing to do with the place itself because the whole city is built like this.
