• James Park (9/5): Apartments and Rooms Villa Naida 후기 - 위치는 올드타운에서 버스로 약 15분 거리입니다. 올드타운 근처의 숙소가 가격이 매우 비싸서 이 숙소를 이용했습니다. 방 크기는 생각보다 넓습니다. 주위에 대형 마트가 있어서 이용하기 매우 편리합니다. 주차도 매우 편리합니다. 숙소 전용 주차장이 있습니다. 거리가 약 50m 떨어져 있습니다. 일행이 있다면 캐리어를 숙소 앞에 먼저 내려 두고 주차를 하면 됩니다. 호스트 아주머니가 매우 친절합니다. 숙소로 오는 길을 동영상으로 미리 알려줘서 전혀 불편함이 없습니다. 숙소에서 전망도 훌륭합니다. 부킹닷컴 숙소 사진과 같습니다. 에어컨, 뜨거운 물 샤워 등 시설이 좋았습니다. 주위에는 아침 일찍 오픈하는 빵집이 있어 이용할 수 있었습니다. 전반적으로 가성비가 좋아서 두브로브니크 여행을 다시 한다면 재방문 의향이 있습니다. 숙소가 계단을 많이 올라가야 합니다. 약 3층 정도 높이의 야외 계단을 올라가야 숙소를 갈 수 있는데, 여성분의 경우 무거운 수트케이스를 들고 가시기 좀 불편할것입니다. 버스를 타는 곳이 숙소에서 약 50m 떨어져 있습니다. 하지만 버스가 자주 다녀서 사용은 편리했습니다. 사실 이숙소의 유일한 단점은 계단인것 같습니다. 다른것은 매우 훌륭합니다.

There's a flight of stairs to reach this place so not good if you are mobility challenged. I knew when I booked the room it didn't have a view but it was still quite dark.

The owner was so nice and let us use the parking for the car for whole day, even if it was check out day. We stayed in May, but for me, this place is perfect for summer vacation (parking spot, near the city centre, near the beaches, you have little kitchen inside). Unfortunately, I didn’t take any pictures.

• RLM (8/5): - Fijne plek om te verblijven in Dubrovnik. Dina was erg behulpzaam en aardig. Ondanks dat je in de stad zit is het een rustige plek, een flink stuk boven de drukte van de stad. Prima stilte om te slapen. Je stapt hier gewoon op de bus en je bent snel in het oude centrum, de bussen rijden om de 10 min. Je hebt er ook een leuk gezamelijk terras waar je 's avond lekker kan zitten. Je auto kan je parkeren op een grote parkeerplaats bij de haven, net ver lopen van het huis, je krijgt hier een gereserveerde plek. De oude stad van Dubrovnik zelf is echt de moeite waard, ondanks dat het enorm toeristisch is. Het was wel wat lastig om je spullen in en uit te laden op het piekkleine parkeerplaatsje onderaan de trappen naar het huis, deze stond vol toen we vertrokken. En het schoonmaken zou beter kunnen.

It's far from the old town, but I just wanted to be close to the bus stop to go to the airport easily. If you want to explore old town, it's probably not the best location to stay. The accommodation is quite modern. There's a shared outdoor area too.

Preço ligeiramente elevado visto que não inclui pequeno-almoço e não tem um espaço interior comum, de resto nada a apontar, uma excelente opção em Dubrovnik.

En echt een top parkeerplaats. Schimmel plekken in de badkamer en deze was gewoon niet mooi afgewerkt, net zoals de kraan in de keuken. De kraan zat los en er kwam alleen warm water uit. Ik kreeg alleen een laken als deken (dit is wel opgelost). En het appartement was wat kleiner dan het leek op de foto.

The parking was also a nice addition We didn't manage to update the owner but the AC in the room seemed as it didn't work. Didn't matter a lot cause the wind from the window was great.

• Jane (9/5): Great place of getting ferry to or from Dubrovnik - Great location for getting on and off the ferry at Dubrovnik. About 25 minutes to walk to the old city or take the bus, super easy. Daniela was so helpful and friendly, greeted us warmly like old friends. The room has a few extras which make it great for a late arrival off the ferry, ie tea and coffee making, few plates and knives to eat fruit or salad. Not a problem for us, but those who are less fit it is up 40 stairs.

Beautiful view. windows opened for day but shutters for night. a rooftop with table and chairs. I chose the apt to be near ferry and near bus to airport. Bus stop to old town steps away from apt. Our hostess was always relaxed and warm. Many treacherous stairs up from the street. Though to be fair looked more intimidating than felt. Single, small not great pillow.
• Luciana (8/5): Bom custo benefício e localização, mas atenção a escadas. - Excelente localização, perto do Porto e rodoviária, ao lado de padaria e paradas de ônibus com fácil acesso ao centro histórico. A recepção foi muito simpática e deu bom apoio e boas vindas. Escadas enormes, tive apoio da chegada o que foi importante mas não considero adequado a que tiver problema de mobilidade ou bagagem grande.

• Beth (10/5): Lovely stay and exceptional host and hospitality - Such a charming room with a gorgeous view of the harbor. Very walkable to nearest bus station and local bus stop. There are 72 steps up off of the street to gain entry. Not fun with heavy luggage 😞

• tino (7/5): Gute Preis-Leistung nur Zimmer leider zu staubig - Sehr freundliche Gastgeberin und es wurde der Koffer die vielen Treppen zum Apartment hochgetragen. Kostenfreier Parkplatz vorhanden. Ausblick auf Hafen. Auf ersten Blick schönes Zimmer. Dubrovnik Altstadt ca. 4km entfernt. Recht sauberes Bad. Leider war das Zimmer sehr staubig (Bettrückwand aus Stoff, Teppich, Leisten und Kanten teilweise 1cm Staub darauf, Sägespäne an Bettfüßen) und es hatte durch den Hafen recht viele Mücken. Bitte sorgfältiger reinigen, da hätte es 2 Sterne mehr gegeben.

• Christopher (8/5): Ideal for one night - *The location was the main reason that we chose the room. It is ideal for the ferry and the bus station. *It is also convenient for local restaurants/eateries and bars. * Note. the accommodation can only be reached by steep steps. This was fine for us but would not suit some visitors. Dubrovnik is expensive.
• Richard (8/5): - Early checkout with no flexibility. Charged a fee of $8 US to store bags for 2 hours after checkout. Simple and basic space worked very well for our needs. Just outside gates of old town!
