• Thierry (8/5): A nice enough stay in a cosy room close to Athens central district - Good location, nice bed, nice shower too, and a kind and responsive host when needed. Easy to get to/from buses that would put you to many interesting places in the city. Quiet neighborhood in the evenings whichs is quite enjoyable. The studio is on the ground floor, which means not much light and some noise from the traffic. What lacked was a table and a chair, posssibly a microwave too.

• O'Neil (6/5): - Price. Size of bed. Hot water shower. Fridge. Shower clogged and had standing water. No kitchen/microwave. Staff didn't respect our privacy. They asked to clean and we agreed. Then they changed time to a day earlier when we were outside and we said NO. They came anyway.

Il quartiere è molto carino, frequentato da studenti universitari e giovani. Il materasso del letto era veramente comodo. All'ultimo piano c'è una terrazza molto carina da poter sfruttare. Nei dintorni ci sono molti locali e ristoranti, negozi di artigianato e market. Ottima posizione, ci tornerei. I proprietari sono stati molto gentili e disponibili nei nostri confronti.

Etrafında güzel yeme içme yerleri kafeler bulunuyor Market,bakkal açısından da seçenek çok yakınlarında rahatca bulabilirsiniz 2 gece konakladığımız için sorun etmedik ama sadece 2 raf ve askılık bulunuyor. Valiz koyacak kadar geniş bir alan yok Tek kullanımlık terlik yoktu Banyoda herhangi bir duş jeli ,şampuan bulunmuyor Tv yoktu bu biraz kötü oldu yoldan gelmiştik. Yürümek isteseniz 30 dk en az giderken yine yokuş aşağı olduğu için bir nebze kolay denebilir ama daireye dönüşler gerçekten yoruyor

• Σταύρος (8/5): - Άνετο κρεβάτι, ανακαινισμένο μπάνιο,καθαρό. Παρείχε σίδερο για ρούχα, πιστολάκι για τα μαλλιά, ποτήρια, μαχαιροπίρουνα και κρεμάστρες για τα ρούχα. Δεν υπήρχε κάποιος καθρέφτης εκτός του μπάνιου, δεν υπήρχε τηλεόραση, ισόγειο.
• Shlomit (10/5): Excellent room - Nicely renovated, very clean room in a very convenient location with lots of cafes, shops and public transport, although the place itself is quiet (especially for Athens). Good aesthetics, spacious, and adequate storage space. I specially appreciated the well-designed bathroom and the fact that the bed has an actual duvet rather than blanket. Maybe it's worth mentioning that the window faces directly onto the sidewalk, but the street is so quiet and the shutters and curtains are so effective that it was totally not a problem.
• Alyssa Ashley (9/5): Better than my expectations. Great experience. - Spacious for two. Clean room. Large and comfortable bed. Spacious toilet and shower. Working AC. Quiet inside the room. Despite the room on the ground floor and by the road, we didn’t hear any noise from passing cars or people. No noise from the neighbors as well. Strong wifi. Strong water pressure from the shower. Easy to find on Google Maps. Close to bus stops and supermarkets and restaurants. The room didn’t smell bad. The shower drain has a plug. You can go to the top floor and chill with a cup of coffee. There are essential items in the room that we like such as a small fridge, side table, two chairs, a kettle, hangers, drinking water in the fridge, basic wardrobe to hang clothes, iron, hair dryer, towels, bedside nooks, and window blinds. It was a bit difficult to park in the neighborhood. We were lucky because we immediately found a spot after circling the property. The lights could be improved. It was a bit dim. Loads of graffiti in the neighborhood but I think this is just a character of Athens. It is common in Athens.

• Maik (7/5): Völlig in Ordnung für 2 Nächte - Lage ist gut, wenn man gerne in dieser Umgebung ist. Mir persönlich gefällt sie, der Weg in die Innenstadt ist aber etwas weiter und bei der Steigung auch anstrengend. Das Viertel ist toll, wenn man aber nahe der Innenstadt sein will, dann würde ich weiter südlich schlafen. Keine direkte metro in der Nähe. Gute cafes um die Ecke. Schlafen mit Fenster auf nicht möglich, da Verkehr. Sauberkeit, Ausstattung und Bequemlichkeit top. Die Erreichbarkeit bei später Anreise ist anstrengend, außer man nimmt vielleicht ein Taxi, die in athen aber auch teuer sind

• Carmen (5/5): Adequate although a bit pricey - The bedroom decoration is modern and the bathroom is big. There was an iron and a hairdryer and the WiFi was fast. The instructions to enter were clear. The room is in an up and coming neighbourhood with lots of things to do. The bedroom is in what seems as the old concierge or storage space of the building. This means it's at street level and thus a bit noisy and exposed. We thought it was a bit pricey for the value.

• Zekovic (5/5): Passable - The price of accommodation is good. The accommodation is clean and has basic equipment. The location is a huge problem, because it is far from all the sights of the city. Also, the traffic from that part of the city is not that frequent, which makes it difficult to get around the city. Also, we didn’t have bath or shampoo for bathing.
• Anne (8/5): Ideal for a short stay - Very comfortable apartment with everything we needed for a short stay. It was a half hour walk from the major attractions. The area it was in was very run down. It was à shame about all of the graffiti outside .

• Annabel (9/5): Superb - Nicely turned out room, with a shower with excellent pressure and a really comfortable bed. I was there in 38 degree heat and because of the insulation barely had to turn on the a/c. Clear instructions about how to get into the property, reasonable check in and check out times. Also although exarcheia is a bit out of the way, this property was very convenient for lots of amazing eating/drinking/dancing places and just a simple twenty minute walk from Psyrri and a half hour walk from Monastiraki. Some lovely sage tea and a kettle to welcome you too. The towels and sheets were sparkling clean, as was the room. I would have love love loved some (even instant) coffee! And even better a coffee machine with coffee pods or real coffee. İt's good to have something like that to wake you up on holiday before you leave your base. Otherwise this was a delightful place to stay.

• Ruken (6/5): This apartment is suitable for a short stay in Athens. - You can reach the accommodation easily with the metro and bus from the airport. There is nearby bus stop that brings you straight to the Acropolis or city center. Only a 10 min walk from the apartment you will find cafes and supermarkets. The apartment is nicely equipped and decorated. The communication with the owner is very quick and friendly. Unfortunately there was construction work going on in the opposite apartment on a Saturday, and it was very loud from the early morning on. When I reported this to the owner, he responded very quickly and was happily to refund part of the money back. Fortunately there was no construction on Sunday, so there was no noise that woke me up. The apartment is located on the ground floor, so opening the windows and blinds allows people from outside to view the room.

• Marta (9/5): Superb - At the beginning of our stay, when we got to the hotel we found out that our air conditioning wasn't working - which was an absolute hell in August in Athens (32 degrees at midnight). However, the landlord did everything he could to help us with fixing this problem, sadly we couldn't do anything because it was a bigger issue than we thought at the beginning. The next morning we were offered a new room because the landlord didn't want us to suffer in this awful heat which was very much appreciated. After changing rooms everything was fine and we really enjoyed our stay in Athens :) I wasn't the biggest fan of the neighborhood, it looked and felt a bit sketchy but we just avoided walking around there late at night. We didn't see anything alarming so that was good :)

• Steiner (8/5): Delightful, clean & safe place to stay at a fair price in wonderfully decadent, charming Exarcheia! - The location is quite ideal if one wants to explore the streets and independent businesses, cafés and shops of bohemian, anarchic Exarcheia! Although we would have preferred to have stayed in one of the rooms above the ground floor, our room was clean, safe and cozy enough, and included speedy internet access, a private bathroom, a kettle for hot water, and a small fridge. The staff were very responsive, polite, friendly and informative (all via email, but no complaints on our end - Our one request for additional towels and toilet paper was met without delay.) We also took a quick peek at the modestly furnished roof deck, which seemed like a nice place to relax in itself, and which also leads to a room with a washing machine which apparently can be used by guests. The only real drawback is the fact that Exarcheia's sewage network is ancient and in need of replacement, and so one must be very careful when using the toilets in this neighbourhood... But it's simply a matter of following the simple rules and getting used to the situation, which was not a big deal for us who otherwise thoroughly enjoyed our urban adventure.
• Jennifer (9/5): comfortable room, best bed, good value for money - I really loved the design of the room, modern and well decorated. i liked the fridge, the kettle and the bowls with spoons for breakfast. i loved the bed so much. i have never slept so well. the shower cabin was pretty big which was nice. the location is not the best. 30 minutes to the main attractions and the neighborhood is a bit dirty and old but i never felt scared or insecure walking by myself in the streets even by night. and if you like walking it is not a problem. I was on the ground floor and my 2 windows were directly on the street so i heard the cars and people walking by quite strongly and i didn't dare to open my shutters so much. But i guess you dont have this issue on the other floors. i did not like the fact it is a self check-in and i was expecting to see a host for a guesthouse but the host was really nice and available by whatsapp (even at late hours).
