• Luisa (5/5): Fonctionnel pour court séjour - L’appartement est idéalement situé, dans un emplacement stratégique. L’hôte, Rossana, était disponible, très accueillante et aimable. La literie était propre et confortable. Nous avons pu visiter de nombreux sites touristiques simplement à pied. De bons restaurants se trouvent à 5 à 10 minutes de marche, et l’appartement est situé juste en face de la gare Roma Termini. Le quartier est peu rassurant. Il n’y a pas de poubelle dans la chambre et le ménage n’a pas été fait correctement. Les nuisances sonores sont importantes : on entend les bruits extérieurs, et l’ascenseur est très bruyant. Ses vibrations se ressentent même depuis la chambre.

• Aya (9/5): 思い出に残るホテルになった！ - メッセージでやり取りしてくれたスタッフさんがとても親切で、返信も早く、スタッフさんおすすめのご飯屋さんで素敵な時間を過ごせた。 建物自体は古いですが、清潔に掃除されていたため特に気にならずに滞在できた。 駅からとても近く、街並みを見ながらコロッセオまで歩いていく事もできる。 チェックイン時のおじさんが全く英語ができず、ずっとイタリア語で話してくるが、笑顔が素敵だった。 シャワーの水圧が弱かったが、気にならない人なら問題なく使える。 エレベーターを下りで使えないため、スーツケースを乗せて下の階まで階段で降り、1階でエレベーターを呼ぶ必要がある。

• Diana (8/5): - Lokum znajduje się w świetnej lokalizacji – bardzo blisko dworca, skąd można bezpośrednio dojechać na lotnisko oraz wygodnie poruszać się metrem po mieście. Super kontakt z wynajmującym – zawsze pomocny, życzliwy i szybko reagował na wszelkie pytania. Świetne miejsce na pobyt w mieście! Apartament był w porządku, ale widać, że jest już dość mocno zużyty. Ściany wymagają odświeżenia, a w łazience kabina prysznicowa była w kiepskim stanie – drzwi ciężko się domykały. Dodatkowo deska sedesowa była uszkodzona, co utrudniało korzystanie z toalety.
• hussain (9/5): Strongly recommended and definitely I will advise family and friends for this accommodation - The owner Rossana was amazing person and very helpful, location is super prime just cross the road and you are in the train station and buses all needed facilities around you. Is clean owner herself taking care of the place. City tax was not mentioned in booking.com and the problem is that i am not carrying any cash which is embarrassing.

• Zara (10/5): Great location and very hospitable! - After a very long journey I was able to keep in contact for a late check in (I got stuck in a lift at Fiumicino airport!!) and given a later check out (without asking) so I could take it slow in the morning before catching my train. It’s really close to termini station - a short walk through public areas (no dark alleys or dodgy areas by night)

Ebenfalls ist die Gegend etwas beängstigend in der Nacht da es sehr nahe am Bahnhof liegt und viele komische gestalten in der Nähe hat

• Sophia164 (8/5): - The host was so lovely,very friendly and helpful! The room was clean and towels changed daily. Location is good for train station and sight seeing. We personally found the area quite rough.
• Martina (8/5): Immaculately clean, 5 minutes to Termini and a lovely host - Immaculately clean - spacious room and quiet. A perfect location if coming in or out of Termini - it is a 5 min walk. The hotel is like many in Rome on its own floor in a building with several different small hotels/rooms. The outside of the place is not super impressive but no need to worry! The room and bathroom was immaculately clean and the check in and out was supereasy and the welcome very warm! Anna who met up with keys is wonderful and accommodating and explained everything I needed to know in a very friendly and clear way! She also gave me great recommendations. There is a coffee machine and a vending machine and a fridge to share.

• Silke (8/5): Saubere Unterkunft am Termini Rom - Die Unterkunft lag direkt gegenüber vom Rom Termini. Kleine Seitenstraße- um zur Unterkunft muss man von dem Flughafen Transfer Bus einmal durch Bahnhof auf die andere Seite des Termini laufen. Ist nicht die schönste Ecke von Rom, aber wir haben uns nie unsicher gefühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig. Das Bad okay- sauber aber die Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht einwandfrei- der Druckkopf war verkalkt und was kam spärlich. Es ist im Grunde eine Wohnung mit einzelnen Zimmern und im Flur der Wohnung steht ein Kaffeeautomat an dem man sich leckeren Espresso, Café und Cappuccino für 0,30 Cent ziehen kann. Den Schlüssel haben wir über Kontakt über WhatsApp erhalten-wurde uns im Hausflur übergeben und dann alles erklärt. Die Abreise war etwas holprig, da die Assistientin Ms Rocio nur anwesend war und kein Englisch sprach. Alles in allem haben wir uns aber sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind fussläufig erreichbar und man hat auch direkt die Möglichkeit vor der Tür die Bus und Bahnlinie zu nutzen. Gegenüber im Bahnhof ist eine „Essmeile“wo man auch Getränke, Frühstück, Pizza und Pasta etc. bekommt. Vielen lieben Dank für die wundervolle Zeit in Rom 🥰 Bisschen laut, da direkt an der Hauptstraße. Mit Fenster geschlossen und Klima an , alles gut 😊

• Pilar (1/5): No recomendado - pequeño y mal cuidado - No nos gustó nada en absoluto. Las habitaciones son diminutas, muchísimo más pequeñas de lo que parecen en las fotos de booking. Nuestra habitación no tenia pomo en la puerta, la pica del lavabo se quedaba estancada, la ducha tiene manchas en el suelo, las paredes están sucias, y el edificio huele a marihuana. Estábamos contentos con el trato de la dueña, y su recepción, pero después de que nos insulte tras nuestra critica, nos des-decimos, es maleducada, y no acepta ninguna critica. Por suerte solo teníamos que pasar una noche allí. Las habitaciones eran mucho mas pequeñas de lo que muestran las imagenes. La pica del baño no tragaba agua y se quedaba toda estancada, la ducha tenia manchas en el suelo, el lugar es angosto, pequeño y viejo, las paredes estaban todas arañadas y sucias. El hervidor de agua estaba extremadamente sucio y quemado por dentro. Enorme olor a marihuana al entrar al edificio, aunque no en las habitaciones.

• Yolanda (7/5): A convenient place as far as ease of transportation in and out of Rome as well as within the city that offers a clean sp - Location, host instructions and follow up until arrival, the cleaning lady was very helpful and she kept the place neat. Being an ancient building, the st on which it is located near the Termini, may turn into a sketchy place after hours. The entrance of the building looks a bit neglected and untidy.

• Burke (10/5): Hidden gem of a hotel in Rome. I would recommend 100%! - The rooms don’t look like the photos- they have had an upgrade and are beautiful, fresh and clean. The owner is delightful and met us when we arrived to show us around. She provides water and snacks and there is a coffee machine for 30 cents. She immediately texted me back answers to my questions both before and during my stay. So close to the train terminal which was wonderful and easy and saved us a cab fare to/from the airport. It is on the 4th floor of a city building. There is an elevator but the stairwell is not air conditioned. We were a little worried when we arrived but it turned out to be the best hotel out of 7 we stayed in Europe!

The area might feel a bit unsafe, but it is like it is close to most central stations in big cities. Nothing related to the apartment, which was quiet and nice.

• Aneta (5/5): Great AC, neighborhood not the best - Close to the restaurants, shops, amazing friendly and smiling owner of the property, the AC was working very good, cooling the room fast. Neighborhood pretty dangerous, many homeless people, when opening the window is very loud in the room. the room is in the big flat , so u can hear all the neighbors from other rooms slamming the doors loudly day and night, there was savage smell from the bathroom in the room in the begging of the stay and it disappeared after 1 day luckily. My room had very high step when entering , which was not visible so it could a dangerous .

• Namiko (1/5): 鍵が壊れ、謝罪しました。 - The check-in process was self-service, but I experienced a key issue. After inserting the key, it wouldn’t turn and broke without applying much force. The host promptly gave me access to another room, which I appreciated. However, during our conversation, they used phrases like "you already created problems," which felt intimidating. I sincerely apologized and offered to compensate, to which the host kindly said it wasn't necessary. The room itself was clean and newly renovated, but the walls were thin—I could hear sounds from the neighboring unit. The building overall was very old and had a damp smell, and the surrounding streets felt unsafe, especially at night as a solo female traveler. I had booked for two nights but decided to leave after about six hours due to the overall discomfort and tone of communication. I appreciate the effort to provide a clean room, but I wouldn't recommend this property to solo travelers seeking comfort and peace of mind. とても古い建物と施設の壁の薄さ ホストの丁寧な対応と威圧感を感じる言葉の両方がありました。
