• Maggie (10/5): Fabulous - Lovely building with lift to our apartment which was spacious and immaculate. Beautiful vintage furniture and pictures all around.. Beds were very comfortable, towels were plenty. Tea & coffee with some lovely biscuits the host had added. Great location so near Vatican Museum and airport shuttle bus from airport stops a couple of streets away.

Sisään- ja uloskirjautuminen sujuivat näppärästi. Ei moitittavaa. Mikäli pitää enemmän ruuhkaisemmasta turistialueesta, kannattaa hakeutua enemmän keskustaan.

• Shirley (7/5): After the initial disappointment, we had a good holiday. - The location was good. The place was very clean. The people I met, Marco, and the cleaning lady were very pleasant and helpful. I had arranged that I would check in between 1 - 3 pm. I arrived on time but I could not access the property. I had to phone up to make contact. I waited outside the property for 15 minutes. Once Marco arrived, we sorted things out - but the property was not as expected and I had no idea that WhatsApp was the planned method of communication. I had imagined that a Guest House would have a human being to welcome me on arrival.

The location is perfect—very central yet peaceful, making it easy to explore the city and still relax. The view from the room was absolutely beautiful and gave a special charm to every morning and evening. The room itself was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable. The bed was especially amazing—we slept so well and felt fully rested every day. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel genuinely welcome from the very first moment. It really felt like a home away from home. This place made our trip even more special, and we would love to come back again. Highly recommended!

• Xu (10/5): We were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend this place! - The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and truly reliable. When we first arrived and couldn’t find the place, he even came downstairs to meet us — it instantly made us feel at ease. All the restaurant recommendations were fantastic as well, and every one of them was delicious. The cleaning staff were also very attentive and kept the room spotless. After a long, tiring day, coming back to a fresh and perfectly clean space always lifted our mood straight away. The location is excellent too — it’s convenient to get to all the main attractions. The interior is beautifully decorated, and we especially loved the patterned floor tiles, the small table in the living room, and all the cute little cabinets. Everything was kept so clean and tidy, which made the stay even more comfortable.
• KATHRYN (6/5): - The common area had a kitchenette with a microwave and washing machine. This is a B&B style place-where it seems like a big apartment was divided into rooms with a decent sized communal space when you first enter from the stairwells. It is on the 2nd floor, but there is a small lift. The view on the rooftop is lovely, don't miss it. Very close to Vatican city. If you need some good ramen, highly recommend a place called "Bao Bao." Walls are thin and on our last night we could hear the couple in the next room having an argument. We could hear the woman's sobs over our t.v. (of course we listened to make sure there wasn't any violence). Towel warmer rack was located above the toilet, which made it both too high and difficult to use, but ours wasn't working anyway. Make sure you give the host a specific time of arrival as they show up to let you into the building and take you up to the apartment/B&B. This was difficult since we were coming by train and then a taxi.

• Jasper (9/5): Aanrader! - De locatie was waanzinnig goed. Personeel behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Vroeg inchecken werden we keurig bij geholpen. Geen gedoe, kamer ruim genoeg en badkamer netjes. Komen zelfs regelmatig je bed opmaken en nieuwe handdoeken leveren. Werkelijk niks te klagen!

• Lalena (10/5): Great location - This was my first time staying in this neighbourhood and I loved it! It felt very safe. I also used the hotel next door for their rooftop bar to meet friends (This building has a rooftop, but it lacks seating). I thought the building and the room were beautiful. When looking through Booking.com the floors caught my attention. The furnishings and decor are very tasteful and have an upscale feel. My room faced the street and the windows were insulated, but you could still here street noise. I bring earplugs everywhere so it wasn't a problem...just worth mentioning.

It was very clean and the elevators were a plus! The bed was a tad too stiff for my liking, but overall, everything was great! The entrance was not marked well, so hard to find at night. However, it kept it more private.

Very nice detail and decoration. Nothing. All was good! Maybe it is not too convinience if you come here by metro from the airport, better I suggest with Terravision Bus, because it will be closer and less walking with luggages.

• JulesDomanski (8/5): Brilliantly located, simple and comfortable guesthouse - Great central location, very clean and had all the basics required for a comfortable stay. We appreciated the daily cleaning of the room and that the owner was easy to contact when needed. With the window open it was very loud at night due to the bar downstairs which is open late and has many people drinking outside. We would have loved a duvet rather than the thin sheet and blanket, but we understand this is probably the setup for the hot summer months. Bottled water in the rooms or available in the communal area would be appreciated.

• Mia (10/5): Amazing vacation - This apartment is in great place near all the atractions , just few minutes away by walking from Basilica and 15-20 minutes away from the centro storico. Room was great size and had everything you need. They cleaned the room every day and give you fresh towels and toiletry . Giuliano was great host and respond on every message we sent. • Kristie (10/5): This is the place to stay! - We Loved the quirky vibe to this accomodation! The photos do not do it a justice of how beautiful it is. The host was so accomodating and willing to go above and beyond. The location was so good, so close to some amazing restaurants, dessert shops, retail shops and the Vatican. It is about a 20-30 minute easy walk to the Trevi fountain and the Coliseum. The aircon worked exceptionally well and the windows blocked out all road noise. Highly highly recommend this apartment and will definitely book here again on our next trip to Rome!

• Ali (10/5): Lovely guesthouse in a fantastic location - It's a great guest house, very stylish and spacious. We had a lovely room with great facilities. There is a communal kitchen you can use and a fantastic roof terrace, with amazing views, not to be missed. It's very close to the Vatican and easy to get to on public transport from the station. We had a lovely few days and tried some lovely restaurants nearby. We had breakfast in the cafe Ginny, downstairs every day which was also lovely and good value for money. I would highly recommend staying here Nothing it was all good
• Ganesh (10/5): Extremely convenient and has great food around; you won't go wrong with this booking. - The location was absolutely fantastic and the cleaning services were top notch (shoutout to the host as well for making the stay so comfortable). Located close to Prati and Borgo which boast some of the most amazing foods in the city, and most importantly for our trip, the Vatican and Castel Santangelo. It also has proximity to an Airport shuttle pickup location (be sure to book your tickets online for the airport shuttle and ask your host for any pointers). Nothing I can think of. The place was perfect!

Late checkin of other guests waked us up. They should be aslo advised not do so much nosie since others might be already sleeping.
• Michael (9/5): Just What We Wanted - Serafino is well located about 300 metres from the walls of the Vatican in a very pleasant residential area. It is about 10 minutes easy walk from the Ottoviano metro station, from which you can easily access all the major sights and attractions (and Ciampino Airport if you're using Ryanair). There are numerous restaurants nearby, and the excellent Gini just beside the door for a first class breakfast. Our room was well appointed with an excellent shower and a very large comfortable bed - we slept very well indeed. Our host Giuliano was outstanding - exceptionally helpful, especially with recommendations and advice, and flexible (we turned up early). Securing a substantial discount at a restaurant he recommended was a most welcome bonus! Serafino is some distance from the central area of the city (2-3 stops on the Metro or 25 minutes' walk), so its not ideal if you really wish to be at the heart of things. However, we appreciated the peace and quiet and more reasonable pricing of being further out.
