• Patricia Chávez (10/5): - Es un cuarto amplio y cómodo, a pesar de haber más cuartos y compartir la cocina, no hubo disturbios ni ruidos molestos. Se descansa bien y tienes todo equipado. Tienes café de capsula para empezar bien tu día, lo cual se agradece mucho. También tienes muchos monumentos cerca, el coliseo está a 15 mins caminando, ruinas e iglesias a 5 mins, todo muy bien ubicado. El WiFi no llegaba muy bien hasta la habitación por momentos, sólo eso.
• Vinicius (3/5): Desastrosa - O ar condicionado não estava funcionando. O dono mandou a gente abrir a janela o barulho da rua era horrível fora isso entrou mosquito. De manhã devido a janela está aberta a luz do sol entrava. O dono não fez questão nenhuma de ajeitar o ar-condicionado de manhã e a tarde não se tinha condições nenhuma de ficar no quarto era muito quente. Foi experiência tão ruim que a dica que eu do que procurem um hotel para ficar que esse tipo de acomodação não vale apenas. Dormimos muito mal. O ar condicionado e a limpeza.

The separate shared kitchen was very useful for having tea/coffee and making breakfasts. Our host was perfect: very helpful and communicative. Would happily stay here again.

Nice and accommodating host (i can only witness through vocal messages) Francesco. Check-in and check-out times flexible and large (we arrived around lunch and left our luggages for the entire afternoon after checkout Pretty ok but not great for sleeping : the walls are thin and the sunlight goes a bit through the window shutters and the curtain does not cover completely (in the triple room) Prices are good versus other flats in Rome, so this airbnb is competitive, but it remains super expensive : 180€/night for a single room for 3 people during low-medium season with shared kitchen and living room and not exactly in the main city center => this city has become unreasonable and unaffordable.

• Alеna (7/5): Прекрасный вариант рядом с Колизеем - Удобное расположение, до Колизея 20 мин пешком, рядом есть супермаркеты, до метро 2 мин. Спокойный район. Мы снимали комнату с ванной и туалетом, все принадлежности были, чистое постельное белье и полотенца. Есть общая кухня с посудой, очень комфортная и симпатичная. Также есть общая гостиная, где можно отдохнуть. Хозяин квартиры был доброжелательным, был на связи с нами и быстро отвечал на вопросы. Комната небольшая, нам было достаточно. Но если вам важен размер номера, то учитывайте это. Также было недостаточно чисто, волосы и пыль по углам, но не сильно критично.

• LAZAROS (10/5): - Easy access of the building through a link they provide you. The room had everything we needed and the apartment has a common area kitchen and living room. Lovely place, great neighborhood, a bit far from the main attractions of the city but the metro and bus stops are nearby and it wasn't a problem at all to visit everything we wanted! Everything was great!

• giada (9/5): - La struttura è in posizione strategica a pochi metri dalla metro e a 10/15 minuti da svariate attrazioni. Abbiamo molto apprezzato la disponibilità e cortesia dell'host Francesco che ci ha permesso il check in anticipato e di lasciare le valigie fino al pomeriggio il giorno del check out. L' appartamento ha una cucina attrezzata a disposizione degli ospiti davvero comoda. Lo stabile ha un delizioso giardino su cui affaccia la cucina e credo una delle camere e si trova in una zona tranquilla e servita da tutto. Lo consiglio perché ci siamo trovati davvero bene.

• Vladyslava (10/5): Super hostel! - Bardzo dobry hostel. Jest możliwość zameldowania online. My przyjechaliśmy w nocy i otworzyliśmy drzwi dzięki linku. Pokój „King” jest trzyosobowy, bardzo przytulny. We wspólnej kuchni jest ekspres z kapsułkami, naczynia, piekarnik, czajnik Lokalizacja jest świetna: 7 minut do metra „Manzoni” i 10 minut do autobusu i tramwaju. Też na piechotę można dojść do Santa Maria Maggiore i di Trevi Obsługa jest miła i zawsze dostępna do kontaktu w WhatsApp. Polecam! Także zostawię zdjęcie drzwi do klatki, bo ciężko było znaleźć w nocy, nie było dużej tabliczki. Orientować się można na supermarket Arman Ktoś nam piwko ukradł ze wspólnej lodówki :) Nie wiem czy Pani od sprzątania czy goście z innego pokoju, ale było to zabawne)

• Magdalena (8/5): Dobra lokalizacja - polecam. - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja - blisko do bazyliki na Lateranie, do Koloseum również można dojść na piechotę; zaraz przy stacji metra Manzoni (można dojechać szybko i bardzo tanio z lotniska Ciampino - autobus 520+metro linia A - niecała godzinka, koszt 1,5 Euro). Świetny kontakt z Francesco, zarówno przed przyjazdem, jak i po (np. można się dogadać w kwestii późniejszego zameldowania; podpowie jak zwiedzać miasto i gdzie zjeść). Pokój czysty i sprzątany w trakcie pobytu. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia z kawą i ekspresem:-) Łóżka b. wygodne. W pokoju klimatyzacja oraz kaloryfer (w chłodniejsze dni się przydaje). Duży plus za windę! Mieszkanie w kamienicy usytuowanej przy ruchliwej ulicy, w związku z czym w pokoju znajdującym się od ulicy (nie od podwórka - takie w mieszkaniu również są) było bardzo głośno (nie tylko w dzień, ale również w nocy; nawet przy zamkniętych oknach i okiennicach), co nie sprzyjało wypoczynkowi. Wentylacja w łazience niewydajna (gromadzenie dużej ilości pary).

• Leandro Alan (6/5): Clean place in an amazing location. Think carefully for long stay, though - The location is amazing. It is right next to the Manzoni station. Also have good bus connections around. There are many options for good cafes and restaurants around. They have a nice kitchen and living room that you can use, with new appliances. The facilities/room were extremely clean, and the owner is a really pleasant person. The Queen room did not have a wardrobe/cabinet, so stay there for 6 days was really difficult due to the space and have our stuff all over the place. The bed was not comfortable: just two thin mattresses on top of a single frame. They changed our towels only once during the whole stay, but knowing we would stay for a week they should be changed more often. The rooms have ZERO soundproofing. We would hear the noises coming from the other room bathroom (water down the drain, flush, ventilation) really loudly. Not to mention when people walk/talk on the corridors, it sounds like they are inside your room.

Molto pulita e accogliente, e la vista dalla finestra sul cortile è semplicemente mozzafiato. L'host è stato sempre disponibile, il che ha reso il check-in molto semplice. La posizione è comoda, con tutto il necessario a portata di mano. Grazie mille per il meraviglioso soggiorno!

• zdravko (10/5): - Smjestaj je odlicno opremljen sa svim sta je potrebno za ugodan boravak. Od samih kuhinjskih aparata za kavu, toster, pecnica, mikser, pecnica,.... Objekt je jako cist i uredan. Vlasnik je jako susretljiv i spreman pomoci u svakom trenutku. Svaka preporuka za apatman, odlicno je povezan kako autobusnim linijama tako i u neposrednoj blizini je stanica metroa.

Very good host, he was very helpful and available for any help required. Adequately equipped kitchen on site where you can cook your own meals, store items in a fridge and freezer as well as a coffee machine with dozens of coffee pods. Sound proofing of the Queen room was poor as we were awakened by others from the hallway at night and could hear footsteps of others across the hall as well as anyone using the kitchen.

Рядом остановка общественного транспорта: автобус, метро, трамвай. Очень приятный район, не шумный ночью, но при этом есть много кафе, магазинов, (есть даже круглосуточно работающий ресторанчик неподалеку). 2. Владелец просто супер шикарный и позитивный человек. Спасибо, Франческо за гостеприимство и за то, что всегда был на связи, встретил и подробно рассказал обо всех тонкостях. 3. Сам номер очень приятный, было все необходимое для комфортного отдыха после прогулок по прекрасному Риму. Самое главное, что было чисто, тихо, тепло и ванная комната и туалет были в номере. Так же на этаже есть общая кухня, где можно приготовить еду, выпить кофе или чай. В доме есть лифт и милый внутренний дворик. Нам все понравилось, обязательно остановимся тут в следующий раз.

• Abdalla (1/5): Very bad - This was one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Unfortunately, it was a very disappointing and unpleasant experience. I would like to share my recent experience with this property, which, unfortunately, did not meet my expectations based on the reviews: •⁠ ⁠The check-in process is very complicated, requiring prior online registration. There is no staff or reception available on-site to assist. •⁠ ⁠The rooms are not as shown in the photos on the booking platform. •⁠ ⁠The bathroom is extremely small and not suitable for comfortable use. •⁠ ⁠Entry is not possible unless the online check-in is completed, which was not clearly mentioned during the booking process. •⁠ ⁠All payments, including local taxes, are required in advance with no flexibility. •⁠ ⁠Check-out time is strictly at 10:00 AM, and even a simple request to extend until 11:00 AM was denied. •⁠ ⁠No room cleaning service is provided during the stay. •⁠ ⁠There is a noticeable unpleasant smell throughout the property. Honestly, I made this booking based on the high ratings from other guests, which encouraged me to choose this hotel. However, the actual experience was far from what was promised, and something doesn't add up.

• Raúl (8/5): Recomendable para varios días y con familia. - Habitación amplia y limpia. Franchesco muy amable y detallista. Un acierto las zonas comunes para comer y cocinar, al estar 5 días nos permitió cenar casi todos los días en el apartamento. Perfecto para ir con la familia. Habitación para 3 exterior. Sin ruidos de la calle, se podía dormir perfectamente. El aire acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente. El baño era muy compacto, pero limpio y correcto. A 15 minutos andando del Coliseum y a un minuto del metro. La pizzería de debajo está buenísima. Repetiremos. El barrio donde se encuentra esta un poco sucio, pero no nos resultó inseguro en ningún momento.

• Sasha (10/5): Absolutely perfect 10/10 - Absolutely magical place. This is our 8th trip to Rome from New York since 2018. We've stayed in a full range of Rome accommodation - this was by far our favorite. Clean, fairly quiet, private. Enough space for everyone (we stayed in the triple room. Great kitchen with full facilities. Amazing location right by bus, tram and metro. Easy access to everywhere. Highly recommended. The only single downside for us was that there was no bidet in the triple room. If that's your thing, you might miss it!

Locatia este aproape de Coloseum, laga statia de metrou si cea de tramvai sau autobuz. Gazda, Francesco, este extraordinar, parca ar fi un actor desprins din filmele italiene. Voi reveni cu drag!

Easy to get around by foot and very safe. There’s a small kitchen, equipped with basic things and a coffee machine. The room is small but in the centre of Rome you can’t expect too much and it was enough for the 4 of us. It’s very clean and the beds comfortable. Francesco and the team were fantastic! This is great value for money. We would happily go back and can 100% recommend. Internet was a bit slow in our room but in the common area it was fine. Not a biggy.

In the queen room there is a portable airco which I found very loud. And as it is an old building and the queen room is right in between the kitchen and the living room, you hear the other people in the flat early and late making use of the shared spaces. Which happens of course, but I was happy I brought earplugs.

The host was very helpful and kind, making you feel supported and ensuring there's someone to answer all your questions—especially important when visiting Rome for the first time. The kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to make coffee in traditional espresso style or using capsules. The spacious living room provides a comfortable area to enjoy meals. Towels are changed regularly, just like in hotels. Shops are nearby, and there's also a nice snack bar around the corner. We'll definitely visit Silton's again in the future!

I would rates 7.5 just for the location - Location Friendly and kind manager Francesco Old and pour furniture and bathroom fixture, very small, without bidet, very small shower. Zero supply and bottle soap and body soap almost empty. It looked clean at the arrival, but nobody cleaned up the day after, never happened in any of the accommodation I went before.

There is 1 room with a bathroom and a shared kitchen. It is a quite comfortable and cozy place if you want to stay for a few days.At the end of the street there is a metro, bus, and tram stop.

• Ming (6/5): Pleasant - It’s close to the Subway station and there are stores and restaurants nearby. The place didn’t feel very clean. It’s also quite far from most attractions (the closest one being the Colosseum, which is 20 minutes away on foot).

• Amiya (9/5): A very nice property in the heart of Rome. Superb host. - Located just 20 mins on foot from the Colosseum and few steps from Manzoni metro station, this place is right in the heart of Rome with everything worth visiting within comfortable distance. The rooms are simple but spacious with attached toilet and there is a common fridge and kitchen for everyone. Great value for money considering the central location. Superb host (Francesco) who will greet you personally at the gate and explain you everything about the property. Francesco will also give recommendations for local traditional food, places to visit with directions and a map. Francesco is super friendly and very responsive over chat.
