Regulär werden die Handtücher nur alle drei Tage ausgetauscht. Das Personal war aber sehr nett und kam uns entgegen, sodass sie schon nach zwei Tagen gewechselt wurden.“

The location was just steps from the Vatican and the Pantheon, excellent leather and goods shopping down main street, and a gelateria seemed to appear whenever we needed one! We also appreciated the kitchen access which was one of the things we were looking for when choosing a place to stay.

• Ralitsa (9/5): - Very close to all major attractions. Very nice location, felt safe walking even late at night. The heating needed a long time in order to start working properly. If you are going in the warmer months, this won't be a problem for you.
• Öster (1/5): Not good. - Hi, I would like to request compensation for our recent stay, as the accommodation was in unacceptable condition and we felt unsafe. The place was very dirty — there was mold in the shower, and when we used it, mold came off the shower hose. Very unhygienic. We also had problems with the door code lock, which stopped working and left us locked out for two hours before the host helped. Even worse, around 11 PM the host entered the property while we were asleep, shouting angrily because we had complained about the dirt and code lock. This was extremely unprofessional and made us feel very unsafe. Considering these serious issues, I am requesting a compensation or refund!
• Tilda (1/5): fruktansvärd - läget är bra, allt annat dåligt. ett av de smutsigaste ställen jag bott på. kommenterade städningen fick bekräftat att de skulle städa om man städ kom aldrig. det digitala låset fungerade riktigt dåligt och värden blev bara arg när man påtalade detta och påstod att vi gjort fel även om vi följt instruktioner till punkt och pricka. Var bla utelåst i 45 minuter då hon inte svarade.

• Victoria (8/5): Ubicación perfecta - La ubicación es perfecta, se encuentra en un barrio con muchísimo encanto y en poco tiempo andando o en transporte público puedes llegar a los principales monumentos. La comunicación con Alessandra fue muy fluida y fue muy fácil hacer el check-in con ella. Además nuestro vuelo se retrasó por la noche y llegamos de madrugada y aún así estuvo pendiente y pudimos entrar sin problemas más tarde. Por lo que la atención un 10. Probablemente la limpieza... El suelo estaba un poco sucio y uno de los vasos que nos dejaron también. Había una botella de agua (que siempre es un detalle) pero estaba ya empezada y se notaba que faltaba contenido. Las sábanas eran un poco incómodas, la bajera no llegaba al borde inferior de la cama y como que se subía todo el rato... Pero bueno son pequeños detalles, para calidad y ubicación/precio en Roma está muy bien.

• Deborah (8/5): Great location, comfortable and safe property and lovely host. Can’t go wrong. Would definitely stay again - Location was fantastic and the apartment was clean and very comfortable. The host was lovely, very hospitable and very happy to help in any way. Loved staying here. I would just note that if you have a lot of luggage or heavy luggage, there is no lift to the apartment. Not a negative but a consideration.
• Estrella (9/5): Apartamento céntrico en el centro de Roma - El apartamento está super bien ubicado. Cerca del vaticano y plaza nabona. Es muy tranquilo y silencioso y estaba super limpio. Nos permitieron dejar las maletas antes y después de nuestra estancia lo que facilitó mucho nuestro viaje. La única pega que le vi es que el colchón del sofá-cama no es muy cómodo, especialmente para un adulto.

Je tudi brezplačno shranila našo prtljago za 4 ure na dan odhoda. Premalo jedilnega pribora, v kopalnici premalo toaletnega papirja, slabše vzdrževsna kopalnica. Slaɓša sedežna za spanje, brez dodatnih vrečk za smeti.

• Hung-Hsun (10/5): - The owner responds to messages pretty fast, and there is a book of recommendations for food, market and things to do that we find helpful. There is also no need to worry about weak ACs here. The check-in process isn't that difficult. The only small caveat for US travelers is that first floor is the floor one above the ground floor (pretty common in Europe).

• Christina (9/5): Top Lage, sehr sauber, prima Gastgeberin. Gerne wieder! - Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben als Familie hier gewohnt und fanden es klasse, auch mal Pause machen zu können, da die Lage sehr zentral und trotzdem leise ist. In beiden Räumen gibt es eine top funktionierende Klimaanlage. Das große Bett war sehr gemütlich.
• Alan (8/5): Great apartment in a great location - The location was perfect for us, within easy walking distance of everything we wanted to see and on the bus route from the station where we arrived. The apartment had everything we needed and the AC was great. Our host was very helpful and quick to communicate and there was lots of info in the apartment regarding restaurants, bakeries, bars, supermarkets, and lots of other stuff which was really useful….we would definitely recommend Trattoria Polese which was literally 75m round the corner, great food and great people The door mechanism was a bit of a pain and something that needs sorting out and the stairwell past the first floor is still as described in other feedback from other guests but outside of that it was really great.

Le lit double est confortable. Il manquerait peut être un peu de cuillères à café (à 4 personnes c’est vite un peu juste) mais rien de bien grave.

I’d definitely recommend taking time to explore the street itself, as it’s full of great restaurants, bars, and shops. It’s a fantastic base for enjoying the best of Rome While I understand the building is quite old, the shower had some visible mould that could use attention, and the reception area was very dark. Additionally, only one roll of toilet paper was provided for the entire stay, which was a bit inconvenient

• Gisella (10/5): A memorable stay in the heart of Rome with everything this magical city has to offer at your finger tips in a comfortabl - The location was wonderful! The room with private bathroom clean and in good order. Everything was within reach of a short stroll, from restaurants to supermarkets to shops and transport. As avid walkers we walked to every major site there is to see in magical Rome. We loved our proximity to the river in particular. The lack of power in the shower and inability to have the heat I desired.

What we didn’t like was that the apartment has a kitchen, but not enough things in it in order to be able to cook. We asked for a pan or pot in order to boil pasta and eggs and they denied. This is unfair. You cannot cook a thing in that kitchen. The location is really good as it is near the Centre.

Sometimes bad smell under kitchen sink but thankfully air freshener was provided. No elevators--not for anyone with special needs.

Very close to main attractions in the city, but far enough from the crowd that we can enjoy a quiet night. Also very close to the bus stop to take us directly to Roma Termini station. Clean and cozy. The host Alessandra is very nice and responsive. Wifi connection when in the bedroom is intermittently disconnected, but then reconnects. Stairwell is dark.

• Aydin (5/5): It was average. I’d expect it to be more clean given to the price of the room. - The atmosphere and location is perfect. Host is communicative but is not present. Everything is automated and directed by cleaners. A/C was broken, wind was coming through windows so it was cold at night. There were hairs on bed and towels. Check-out time was so early and leaving luggage there to pick up later was not possible.

• Rachel (9/5): Superb - Excellent location and very comfortable room. The bus stop to all the major sights, the main train station and to all of the different areas within Rome is a few minutes walk away. There are also some coffee shops, restaurants, wine bars and other shops around the area which was great for wandering around at night. The self check in process was easy and Alessandra communicated with us well. The shower is a little low pressured but that comes with an older building.
• Ibrahim (10/5): Very nice Apartment, highly recommend. - The apartment looks exactly like provided by the host in the photos, very clean and the furniture looks like new. The kitchen is well fitted. The host responded very fast, was very kind and helpful. The location is very good, like 10 minutes walk to Castel Sant'Angelo and 15 minutes walk to the Vatican. A bus stop is nearby, in 10-15 minutes you can be at the center of Rome. The washing machine wasn't working but the host took care of our laundry. We had a problem with the bathroom, but the host responded fast and brought a plumber, we lost few hours but it wasn't that bad, we asked for a late check out instead and the host agreed. Nothing. Very Important: if you are traveling to Italy with a car or planing to rent a car, read about ZTL.

• Anna (7/5): Nice small flat for a short stay in Rome - Its location is perfect, very central. Nice quiet street. Unfortunately the water pump broke and we had no water one morning. The building is rather old, so it is understandable. However, it was an unpleasant surprise. The person in charge, Alessandra, did thought all possible to solve the issue. She is great!
• Anastasiia (7/5): Good - Quite cozy apartment in the center of Rome. In the heat the room is pleasantly cool. There is a shared kitchen with treats. The negative point was the faulty toilet. One day water came through the top. The landlady was told about the problem, the next day in the evening we were informed that the plumber had not been found.

We would love to stay here again :) - The location was perfect for our needs as it meant we were able to walk everywhere for our long weekend. The host (Alessandra) was amazing! Alessandra ensured we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to assist us when we had questions or asked for advice. The street was a little noisy so I would suggest that people bring earplugs to sleep if you are a light sleeper.

• Daniyar (10/5): Everything was perfect - Alessandra is a perfect host, she is always ready to help with any question. The location of building is perfect, we visited all touristic places with only walking around. It takes 15 minutes to reach Vatican, 45 minutes to Galleria Borghese and around 40 minutes to Colosseum. Pantheon, Trevi fountain, Piazzo Novona is only 5-15 minutes. The rooms have everything you need, starting from soap and towels, to small fridge and air conditioner (really important in Italy during the summer). Also, you can make yourself a cup of coffee in the kitchen. Near the building there are several cafes, supermarket and a newspaper kiosk, where you can buy bus tickets.
