• Giivanna (6/5): - La posizione ben collegato alla metro A a piazza Re di Roma Il letto era molto scomodo, la pulizia non era il massimo, non mi hanno lasciato il tappetino per la doccia, ho usato l' asciugamano per metterla a terra, fatto presente l' inconveniente, mi è stato portato il tappetino ma l' asciugamano no! Per lasciare il bagaglio all' arrivo mi è stato chiesto un supplemento di 10 euro con i quali eccezionalmente mi è stato fatto il check in anticipo. Sicuramente non ci ritornerò! Pessimo rapporto qualità/prezzo!

• Styliani (9/5): If I go back to Rome, i will stay there again! - The room was clean, comfortable and nice. It had everything a person could need. There was an aircondition in the room which was useful during my hot summer stay! The host was extremely friendly and nice (Luigi is the best!). Even though I did not use the shared kitchen, it seemed to have everything that someone could need. The room was close to the metro line, only a 15 min ride from the city center. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. There is a super market 3 min on foot and restaurants close by. Just a comment for travellers that like to walk. The walking distance from the city center is approximately 40 min, so people that do not want to take the metro will have to walk a bit!!

• Elena (6/5): acceptable, normal - Nice location. It turned out that the stove could not be used. There is , but the owner forbade using it because it needs to be washed afterwards (according to him), and he can't. This made my stay in the city very difficult. I was counting on cooking, not heating up canned food.
• A. (9/5): Absolutely fantastic. - The place was lovely, in a really good area and impeccably clean. The room was very comfortable, spacious and the bathroom was very clean. There are only 3 rooms and a shared kitchen where we were able to meet some other travellers which was a bonus. There is plenty of privacy if you do not want to come across other travellers. The host was lovely and very helpful - we really enjoyed our stay here, it was really great!! The only downside is that the listing had a washer listed as an included facility but the washer was broken. There was however a laundromat on the corner which was really helpful, easy and open long hours.

• Laura (10/5): Excellent stay! - The place is perfect to stay and visit Rome, is close to three metro stations and at walking distance from the Coloseum. The host is amazing and super helpful.

• Sophie (7/5): Very nice host and good room - - Room was very nice decorated - Luigi is very friendly and helpful - Easy Check-In & Communication - Clean Kitchen - Really good Café nearby - The Bed was very squeaky. I woke up a lot in the night because of the noise it made. Also the mattress protector is made out of plastic - so we sweated really hard in the night. Maybe the protector can be changed.
• Dina (10/5): Great hotel with kitchen - The hotel was very clean, not far from a metro station and a bus station so that you could get to the city center very quickly, but still quite silent (I was in the appartement which has windows to the courtyard). The hotel manager (?) Luigi was super friendly and happy to help. What I liked best is the concept that you have your own room and bathroom, but there is a common kitchen with equipment to make tee or coffee, or cook - it saves money (Rome is not cheap) and it was so nice to have a cup of tee in my own room without having to go out to a cafe. A minor disadvantage was that the walls to the kitchen and the other rooms were a bit thin, so that I could hear my neighbors in the morning. I have a light sleep, so it even woke me one day. But this is something I am used to from other hotels as well, it is hard to find one where the sound isolation is sufficient.
• Anonymous (9/5): I absolutely recommend it if you planning on a short visit to Rome! - Luigi the host was extremely kind and friendly. Everything was clean and modern. The Colosseum is 30 min walk, there are many traditional cafés and bakeries nearby which are wonderful. The bed was very unconfortable, we couldn’t sleep well because of the noise it made when one of us moved.

• Luna (9/5): Excellent location, room and host! - The location was great with two metro stations nearby and easy transport links to most areas by bus. Luigi was a great host, very friendly and helpful and the room was clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you might need. It was particularly useful to have access to the communal kitchen as we were able to cook a few meals at home to save some money. The only point of improvement that I can think of would be that it would have been nice for our sheets and towels to have been changed once during our stay as we were there for a whole week.
