• Ayça (7/5): Misleading Rating - Our host, Camilla, was very warm and helpful. We booked this place because it was close to Termini station. But it wasn't what we expected; walking from Termini with our suitcases was very difficult. Even if you come by bus, it's still a bit of a walk, it should be taken into consideration. Because it's not in a central location and is a bit far from the metro, we went to all the tourist attractions by bus. The nearest bus line, 492, came very infrequently and never at the scheduled times. We had a very hard time waiting for the bus to and from the city center in the hot weather in May. There is almost no sound insulation between the rooms and between the floors in the building. We were woken up many times by the sound of a baby crying in the room next to ours. Also, the noise from a match broadcast upstairs, presumably made by young people, was very disturbing. I also think there should be slippers for guests in the room. I think 9 rating is misleading for this place. We expected much better.

Kitchen was also clean and there was a cutw balcony area which was nice. + Staff was nice and helpful. She explained everything that we needed to know.

• Alanna (9/5): Lovely place to stay - Me and my siblings really enjoyed our stay at Bibbi's house. We met Camilla on arrival and she was so lovely and helpful. She even let us check in an hour early which was great as we were so tired from the long travel day. Wi-Fi and aircon worked perfectly. The town in San Lorenzo has lovely places for dinner or a drink. I would absolutely stay here again, great value for money! Wardrobe needed more hangers, location was a little far from the central stuff but it wasn't a big deal!

• bcminu (10/5): - Everything was great, the host was very nice, we talked on whatsup, the checkin was very easy, she was also very kind enough to let our bags a few hours after checkout There is bus station nearby like 2 minutes away and the train station is pretty close also, about 13 minutes walk. The place was very clean, it also had a balcony and a washing machine. The kitchen was also nice, although it was shared, it had everything we needed. We would definitely return. The beds could be more confortable

• Liliana (10/5): Everything i hoped for! - The host was really kind, accommodating and very cute :) The neighbourhood was quiet and safe, near Termini station, 15 min walk. I liked that it had a small balcony with a nice view. Also a shared kitchen to make tea or even meals. The other rooms didn't bother us so it was a wonderful stay!

• Michal (8/5): Pro rodinu s dvěma dětmi úplně v poho a dostačující. - Super dostupnost kousek od hlavního nádraží a kousek od autobusových zastávek. Super výhled ze 7.patra. Balkónek kde se nechalo sedět. Pračka, kterou jsme použili, také sušák. A mleté kafe, které je možné si udělat v moka. Vrzající dveře, které jsem musel namazat. Vrzající rozkládací pohovka pro děti. Klimatizace vychladila místnost max na 26, níž jsme se nedostali.

Il faut compter 10 minutes de marche entre la maison et la gare de métro. - L’appartement est propre et correcte, la cuisine est commune.

• Avishek (7/5): - Very kind host, very easy and quick to reach out to. Location is calm, and bus station for route 492 ( which connects all the important locations) is also nearby. The facility had a washing machine which was useful. Bed was extra large. Cleaning and towel change was not complimentary. If you are staying 6-7 days in the room, a minimum of one time cleaning during the entire stay is standard (as per all the stays i have booked so far) and expected. The same is expected for Towels. The cleaning was not complimentary and could be requested for a fee of 30 euros. The balcony was not clean (partly due to the rain, therefore cannot blame the host), but also because of the leaves, tiles.

Anche il bagno non è completamente ristrutturato. Il letto non era molto comodo, dal rubinetto del bidet usciva pochissima acqua e mancavano gli asciugamani del bidet.

Supermercati e negozi a due passi. Avere un custode nel palazzo è sicuramente positivo. Proprietaria disponibilissima. Pulizia e confort, anche per l'uso in comune della cucina.

Although we didn’t spend much time in the apartment because we were out exploring Rome, the location was perfect — very accessible to many key areas, making it easy for us to tour the city. A special mention to Camilla, who was exceptionally helpful even before we arrived. Her communication was excellent, and she made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Her hospitality truly made our experience smoother and more enjoyable. Highly recommended! None

• Sofia (10/5): Nice room with a view - Our host Camilla was very attentive and gave us good tips about where to eat, what to visit etc. Even though the place is quite near the railway station the neigbourhood was lovely. Close to bus stops, 15 min by foot from Termini station. Spacious room, storage furniture, extra blankets, kitchen supplies, heating / AC, nice views from the room and kitchen balconies. We were allowed to leave our bags in appartment after check-out for several hours. I still don't get why it's not common to sleep under normal duvets during cold season :D

The accommodation is absolutely alright for a couple of days. Its quiet spacious. It wasn't a big deal it would have just been convenient to have a coffee machine/bialetti in the kitchen. The noise (TV) from the other room was noticeable in our room.

• Alejandra (9/5): - Lo que más me gustó fue lo tranquilo que es el barrio de San Lorenzo, cuando llegas del bullicio del centro es un lugar perfecto para descansar, encima la zona está muy bien conectada, y a 15 minutos andando está la estación de Termini, y tiene muchos sitios para comer, desayunar, cenar, sitios de ocio, y más! La cama nos ha parecido súper cómoda y grande. Y Camille, la anfitriona es majísima, fue muy amable con nosotros cuando nos recibió, y nos explicó todo muy bien! Sin duda volvería allí! Nada malo que decir!

В комнате собственная ванная комната. Общая кухня, очень чистая, и укомплектована всем необходимым. Отдельный пункт - это балкон с прекрасным видом, где можно было выпить кофе, наслаждаясь видом на Рим. Хозяйка Камила очень приветливый, отзывчивый душевный человек ! Минусов не было .

• Mark (8/5): Good location, lots of restaurants near by and access to the Metro. - Bibbi’s house was in easy walking distance from the Termini so it was easy to use the Metro to see the highlights of Rome. There is a kitchen area that is shared by three rooms which is ok but there was a shortage of coffee mugs.
• Krzysztof (10/5): Wszystko było idealnie. - Wszystko było idealnie. Pani Kamila to wspaniała właścicielka. Przyjęła nas, oprowadziła po pokoju oraz części wspólnej. W części wspólnej do dyspozycji żelazko, talerze, kuchnia, kawiarka. Oprócz balkonu w pokoju dodatkowy mały balkon w kuchni z widokiem na inną część Rzymu. Okolica bardzo spokojna, blisko dworca i innych atrakcji. Polecam!

• Burgi74 (4/5): Enttäuschendes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis trotz guter Lage und netter Gastgeberin - Die fußläufige Nähe zum Hauptbahnhof sowie die Anwesenheit einer Küche inklusive Waschmaschine und nicht zuletzt die hervorragenden Bewertungen bestärkten uns darin, diese Unterkunft zu buchen. Die Gastgeberin, Camilla, war sehr engagiert und entgegenkommend, besonders, da wir erst sehr spät am Abend anreisen konnten. Wir fanden ein sauberes Zimmer mit bequemem Bett nebst ebenso sauberem Bad vor. Leider stimmte die Beschreibung unseres Zimmers bei Booking.com kaum mit der Realität überein. In unserem „Deluxe-Zimmer“ befand sich lediglich ein Bett, ein Schrank und ein Fernseher. Die "eigene Küche" entpuppte sich als Gemeinschaftsküche, die wir mit anderen Bewohnern teilen mussten. Dort befand sich auch der angepriesene Balkon sowie die anderen Einrichtungsgegenstände, die alle mit den anderen Leuten gemeinsam benutzt werden mussten. Die Waschmaschine wurde von den anderen Bewohnern stets geschlossen gehalten. Durch diesen Umstand hatte das Gerät keinerlei Gelegenheit zu trocknen und setzte daher am Türdichtungsgummi Schimmel an. Da es mir nicht gelang, diesen zu entfernen und ohnehin keine Möglichkeit der Wäschetrocknung vorhanden war, zogen wir es letztendlich vor, einen Waschsalon aufzusuchen. Auch sonst war die Küche kaum benutzbar, da sich während unserer Anwesenheit stets unsere Mitbewohner darin aufhielten, um sehr geruchsintensive Gerichte zuzubereiten, die sie anschließend unabgedeckt im Gemeinschaftskühlschrank aufbewahrten. Die Benutzung des Kühlschrankes kostete daher große Überwindung. Hätten wir das alles vorher gewusst, hätten wir uns für eine andere Unterkunft entschieden. Wünschenswert wäre wenigstens ein Tisch im Zimmer, das dafür durchaus groß genug war; so genossen wir den Luxus, im Bett essen zu müssen. Für 130 Euro pro Nacht hatten wir ganz andere Erwartungen und hätten sicherlich auch ein adäquates Hotel gefunden. Vielleicht sollte die Zimmerbeschreibung einmal der Realität angepasst werden.

• Helen (10/5): Excellent place with good value. - Clean, spacious, has its full kitchen, sunset view, close to train station, host is lovely. Outside noise but manageable with ear plugs.
• FCF (9/5): - Camilla, la chica que nos atendió fue muy amable con nosotros. El apartamento está a 17 minutos de la estación y a menos de 5 minutos de la parada de autobus. Hay cerca cafeterías y restaurantes donde se come estupendamente. La zona donde se encuentra el alojamiento es tranquila.
