• luisjosesv (9/5): Great location to stay for couples and light travelers - Location was excellent since we could walk to most attractions and restaurants. our room had a little balcony with a good view of the nazionale street. It was our first visit to rome and these rooms worked well for our type of trip. The building elevator is an experience... we are not used to these type of elevators that only fit 3 persons and could be difficult if you have many bags. Nevertheless, this is something standard in rome most hotels have the same inconvenience.

• Aine (5/5): Location location location - The location was excellent For the price I didn’t feel it was value for money. Room was v basic and breakfast extra and it was not a hotel in the classic sense more of a townhouse with a 8-8 reception desk. Rooms could do with updating.

• Maral Katrin (1/5): En mycket besvikande vistelse med bristande hygien, myrproblem och oprofessionell hantering från personalen. - Det var centralt & nära till det mesta Mycket besviken på vistelsen. Rummet hade stora problem med myror, till och med i sängen, och vi hittade även en larv, vilket kändes väldigt ohygieniskt och oacceptabelt. Trots att vi påtalade problemet skyllde personalen på oss istället för att ta ansvar, trots att myror även fanns utanför rummet i gemensamma utrymmen. Hanteringen av situationen var oprofessionell och ingen riktig lösning erbjöds. Helt klart inte värt priset och inget ställe jag skulle rekommendera.

• Marius (7/5): Good central location - Good location to trainstation, sights & restaurants. Our roaming didn't work in Italy. & we had no internet in the accommodation. It was a long weekend & none of the staff knew how to reset or activate the modem. It was frustrating. The lovely receptionist gave us the office wifi to check in to our flights etc on our last night.

• María (10/5): Apartamento inmejorable ⭐️ - Me ha encantado todo, la atención del personal ha sido inmejorable, súper atentos tod@s. La habitación estaba muy limpia, era amplia y nada de ruidosa. Me ha encantado todo la verdad. La ubicación también es favorable; sales del edificio y a la izquierda puedes ver el monumento a Vittorio Enmanuele II. Me ha gustado todo, pero sí que me hubiera gustado que tengan gel de ducha. Tienen champú, acondicionador y pastillas de jabón, pero gel en crema no había.

• Francesca (10/5): Un ottimo posto - Posizione eccellente, si raggiungono a piedi tutti i siti più importanti. Camera su via trafficata, ma le finestre chiudono molto bene. Bel bagno. Staff gentilissimo e disponibile. Condizionatore un po' rumoroso (per fortuna non ne abbiamo avuto bisogno). Il phon da sostituire, è troppo debole.

• Melissa (10/5): Overall, my stay exceeded every expectation. - I recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in Italy for my daughter's 18th Birthday, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. They were warm, attentive, and always happy to help with anything we needed—from local restaurant recommendations to arranging transportation. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and surprisingly spacious. I especially loved the comfortable bed, lovely shower and the charming Italian touches throughout the space. We had a balcony and waking up to that scenery each morning was such a treat. The location could not have been better—close to key attractions, ,mini market, beautiful boutiques and lovely restaurants yet quiet enough to feel relaxing and peaceful. It made exploring the area incredibly easy. Thank you to Rosi & Julietta - such wonderful friendly hosts! I would absolutely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Italy. Grazie for such a memorable experience! Smart TV would not connect to WiFi - so couldn't watch Netflix (so minor, as mainly out all day/evening and didn't report it).
• Ana (6/5): - the woman in front desk was super welcoming and explained everything so clearly to us. hospitality was top here. the rooms and bathrooms were pretty fair and clean xor the price the only thing i hated about this property was the bedsheets. they have the type of bedsheets that are not closed so i literally woke up with the duvet covvering me which i'm pretty sure has japaridze to other guests as well is pretty disgusting and uncomfortable.

• Kelly (10/5): Excellent short or long term stay in central Rome. - Excellent stay. Lovely balcony’s, all mod cons, comfy beds and power showers. Can have breakfast for €5 pp in the hotel downstairs. Central location, legami shop just down the road! Pillows could have been softer but I am being picky!

La machine expresso dans la chambre. Une super literie. Un grand confort. La possibilité de laisser ces valises le dernier jour. We were also impressed by how quiet the room stayed despite the central location; there was no outside noise at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and definitely plan to return in the future. However, we would suggest that the reception staff be more informed about the local area and city attractions. As tourists, we often rely on the host’s recommendations for our itinerary, and we felt the current level of local knowledge was a bit lacking. Overall, a great experience—thank you!

• CARLOS (1/5): - Ese sitio es un completo desastre. Las fotos no corresponden con lo que te encuentras al llegar allí. He pagado 4 noches y solo he dormido una, son unos sinvergüenzas. Nada mas llegar mis llaves las había cogido otra persona, cosa que ya empieza mal, no se aclaraban, un montón de gente quejándose por lo mismo. El primer día cuando volvimos a la habitación habían cambiado la llave por un código que no iba, y allí no hay nadie y el que esta en la recepción no sabe nada. Total que me toco reventar la puerta para poder entrar a por mis cosas, y los cara duras encima llaman a la policía y nos echan del hotel, a las 2 de la mañana me tocó irme con mis cosas en busca de un hotel. Todo surrealista. Total que he pagado por un alojamiento que no he utilizado y la estancia en roma me ha salido por un pastizal. No se lo recomiendo a nadie, son unos sinvergüenzas.

• Emma (8/5): Location was great, and out of the full tourist area but still close enough to walk. - Loved the location, so Many restaurants close. It is also so close to so may amazing sites. All only a short walk away. I would say the only thing was the lift. Being on the 3rd floor we did the stairs a lot as the lift was time and very old.

The hotel is comfortable, clean, and welcoming, making it a great place to relax after a day out. The staff were especially kind and helpful. • Viktoriya (10/5): советую сюда приезжать так как и местоположение и комфорт на высоте а это самое главное - когда приехали нас встретила девушка на ресепшене очень добрая рассказала нам все достопримечательности города которые надо посетить и также рестораны. рассказала что первое воскресенье месяца все музеи бесплатные что мы не ожидали и очень благодарны что она поделилась с нами. дала карту и показала все что есть и сколько минут ходьбы. потом провела в комнату вполне вместимую с большим туалетом и душем. есть мини балкон где можно постоять хороший вид на улицу, кровать удобная, мини холодильник шкаф вообщем все что надо даже есть чай кофе телевизор и сладости. местоположение лучшее: близко к станции термини, ватикан 20-25 мтнут всего если ехать на метро, колизей 10 минут пешком, фонтан треви 10 минут пешком, виа дель корсо 15-20 минут пешком. вполне хорошо расположен отель с различными магазинчиками одежды мини супермаркетами и кафе. близко к станции. вполне чисто. душ не очень удобно настраивать унитаз какой-то грязный шампунь и гель для душа 2в1 а не отдельно лифт очень шаткий, выход на улицу может быть огорожен бомжами но редко.

Hotel is on upper floors of old building but the little lift worked efficiently during our six-night stay. Spacious room and bathroom with shower. Very clean and quiet, and safe. Would definitely return. No complaints
