• Zandi (8/5): Everything and Rome in your hands! - The property is located at a central place and near a supermarket and other restaurants which makes it very convenient. It’s a walking distance to most places. The room size is perfect. Loved it! And set up alright. They only have stairs and it was not easy going down with a suitcase although the cleaning lady was generous enough to assist. The shower is small and I didn’t enjoy shower times. There is no cleaning for guests staying less than 10 days apparently. I did request cleaning 4 days later. I would stay here again though.

• Mireia (10/5): Perfecta estancia en el centro de Roma - Nos encantó nuestra estancia. El alojamiento está en pleno centro de Roma, a unos pasos del Panteón y cerca de todo. La habitación era amplia, luminosa, cómoda y contaba con cocina equipada, nevera y microondas. Recién reformado, cama cómoda y muy limpio. El personal fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, atendiendo a nuestras necesidades y solucionando cualquier duda que pudiera surgir al momento. La comunicación previa al check-in fue fácil y rápida. Además, pudimos hacer late check-out sin coste adicional, cosa que valoramos muy positivamente ya que nuestro vuelo de regreso era por la noche. Sin duda, una opción perfecta para alojarse en el corazón de Roma. ¡Volveríamos sin dudarlo! Todo perfecto! : )
• Mike (8/5): A cosy place in a great location! - Location, friendly team, aircon/temperature. Shower needs some work, the plastic holder for the hose and shower head is broken and does not hold it properly. Minor issues with leak at the top of the hose and edges need re-sealing/silicone, there is some mould near the sink side. Also would like a hook or shelf or something else to put toilet bags and hang towels.

• Charles (9/5): Great location. - Location. Reasonable walk to Vatican and Coliseum. Almost on top of the Pantheon (100 yards away). The grocery store was convenient, and we loved the coffee shop in St Eustacio’s square. Easy walk to Trevi Fountain. The stairs. Not for somebody with limited mobility.

Clean and comfortable and well placed. - It is very well situated within easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Pantheon and Trevi Fountain and many cafes/restaurants and a taxi stand. The bed was very comfortable. The host was very helpful and responsive. Grocery store downstairs had excellent variety of supplies. Narrow winding stairs could be a problem for some. Pillows were quite thin.

• Mioduszewski (7/5): Cozy quarters but a comfortable bed. - The room was quiet and very near the Pantheon There is no WiFi, the keys are a puzzle to solve. The shower is approximately 2ft x 2ft and the bidet is present but does not work. Other than that, it was great.

• Colby (7/5): A decent place in a great location - The location of this place is perfect! It is centrally located, near multiple bus stops, and only a 5 minute walk to the Pantheon. I couldn't have asked for a better home base from which to explore the city! The bathroom area, specifically the shower, could use a deep cleaning. There was some mold on the ceiling above the shower, and showerhead itself was pretty dirty as well.
• Kirill (9/5): A cozy place - The location was great! The place offers just the amount of space one needs to stay in Rome. Very easy to communicate with the host! Nothing really. There is not much noise insulation, but it was perfectly fine for us!

• Anonymous (6/5): The location was probably about as best as you’re going to get and despite the odd choice of putting a transparent windo - It was fairly central, so everything was within walking distance (sort off), or at least as best as you’re going to get within Rome. It isn’t exactly a pedestrian friendly city. Despite others complaining about the street noise, I didn’t think it was that bad and found sleeping more pleasant than my stay in Florence. The toilet seat was broken and for some reason there was a clear window directly beside the shower which left with me no confidence to have one.

• Erika (10/5): Excellent choice for our vacation in Rome! - The location is great! Walking distance from all the major tourist destinations plus restaurants. The owner was very accommodating and helpful too, giving suggestions on where to stow our luggage or where to eat. They also allowed us to check in late since we arrived at night. Very small things— like the pillow wasn’t that comfortable or the bedroom space was small for our luggage.
• Stephen (6/5): A central location for the sights of Rome - The room was in a great location ... central to lots of the Rome attractions. A supermarket in the building under the accommodation. Clean and tidy with basic ammenities - a jug, cups, glasses and cutlery. To gain entrance to the building required a code, then up a spiral staircase 2 levels to unlock a "door safe" to obtain the keys ... 3 required: the front door downstairs, the door on your floor and then the door to your room.
• Luke (10/5): Excellent location and friendly staff - Excellent location right in the centre of Rome, easy walking distance to all the best areas.
• Rasa (8/5): Perfect location - The location was perfect. The bed was really comfortable. Sadly there were no kettle, but we got coffe just downstairs in cafeteria, and it wasn't really a bad thing afterall. On saturday it was impossible to sleap due to noise of city centre, but all the other days it was ok.
• Charlene (10/5): As my first trip abroad by myself, I felt comfortable, the room was well located to enjoy Rome. - There were no kitchen facilities, but plenty of nearby restaurants and a convenience store literally right next door. Communication was excellent and they were able to accommodate my early arrival with dropping off my bag early in a secure place. It was quite hot while I was there and the room was cool and comfortable. The room was quiet and I felt extremely safe as a woman traveling alone. There was a lock to get into the stairwell, a lock at to get into the floor and finally a lock to get into the room. I would have liked to have stayed longer, but that wasn't possible. It is always nice to have a way to warm up food, but I honestly never had food left over from a meal.

• Debe (2/5): NOT WORTH THE PRICE - The best thing about this booking was the location. It was within walking distance to all the major attractions and sites. The room allocated to booking.com guests was not at all what was shown on line. They are definitely filtered to give a more light and airy atmosphere. The room provided to me ( #2) felt like I was in a dungeon. The shower ( which even by European standards is extremely small) had what appeared to be mold on the tiles and the lone window in the room had the same mold type residue around the boarder. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as the mattress had a sunken depression in it. The walls in the entire room had stains on it as well as the floors. The property description in the original ad did not mention that there wasn't an elevator. Very difficult dragging luggage up 2 plus flights of very narrow steps. The first day/night I was without power so no lighting in the bathroom and the wifi did not work. The manager stated it was a city problem and it was rectified the following day. Overall this place is not worth the money I paid and I would have left on day one but prices were now triple or more in Rome and accommodations elsewhere were basically not available.

• Siobhan (8/5): Great location - would stay again! - Amazing location and very comfortable. We spent 4 nights here and thought it was great. Host was very easy to communicate with via WhatsApp. They came and made the bed every day and left fresh towels. There is no lift but that was no issue for us as it was only 1 floor up. If coming back to Rome I would certainly stay here again. Great value! Everything was pretty great. Walls are quite thin (as expected in a city) so could hear others in room next door but apart from that we had no issues.

• Vivian (4/5): Good location but the room is not clean - Location is good because every touristic places are close, bus station and restaurants are close too. The room was not really clean how should be, specially the Toilette and the place to take shower. In one week just 2 days came someone to clean the room, I also talk with other person from other room and they were not so happy about their room. In the picture looks very nice but in real it is not.

• Gabriela (10/5): I give it a 10 on the location alone! Many other great things, but location and price cannot be beat - The location was amazing, and the landlord was super helpful! They were available via WhatsApp at any time we reached out, and they even sent us a list of recommended restaurants and coffee shops nearby. We had a bit of a hard time using the keys to the apartment. It was more of a small inconvenience than an actual problem.

• Wei (9/5): very good property to stay in Rome, highly recommended. - the location is at the center of almost all attractions. the room was clean and comfortable, with air conditioner. the owner was very helpful. gave me all the necessary information in advance. he was also very good on responding on questions and demands. very pleasant stay . the WI-FI was not very stable.
