• Jô rosai (8/5): Acomodação com ótimo custo x benefício em Roma - Localização excelente, próximo ao metrô, há 10 min a pé do Coliseu, várias opções de restaurantes nas proximidades. Café da manhã simples, mas suficiente para quem não espera banquete. Quarto espaçoso, csma e banheiro confortáveis. Proprietário Fabrício, foi muito simpático, todos os dias oferecia bolos frescos. Faltou troca de toalhas, afinal ficamos 4 dias. Na foto da reserva, mostrava outro quarto, mais moderno, e fomos acomodados em outro diferente, mas em nada atrapalhou, já que em Roma andamos muuuuitooo e quando voltamos para a acomodação, era apenas para tomar banho e dormir.

Brak informacji, że śniadanie obejmuje wyłącznie słodkie przekąski i codziennie wygląda tak samo. Za to ciasto jest bardzo smaczne

• Nicole (5/5): - Die Lage war sehr gut, alles war gut zu erreichen. In der Beschreibung stand, es würde ein Frühstück serviert. Im Zimmer war Zwieback, 2 Joghurt, ein halber Liter Milch und Marmelade und zwei Muffins. Da das Zimmer leider zwei Tage nicht sauber gemacht wurde, wurde auch nichts aufgefüllt. Sehr schade.

There were no breakfast, just two pieces of dry bread and small jar of jam which the owners wants us to consider as a breakfast. It is such a shame, and I think they managed to falsify the reviews.

The location is very convenient — about a 15-minute walk from the Colosseum and Roman Forum, and only around 5 minutes from Manzoni Metro Station, which can take you almost anywhere in Rome, including the Vatican in roughly 25 minutes. It also gets you halfway to Stadio Olimpico if you're going to a Roma match, which I did! Both Fabrizio and his sister (I believe her name is Francesca) were extremely helpful and kind. I arrived earlier than check-in and asked if I could leave my bags — it wasn’t an issue at all. Francesca is very down-to-earth and clearly explained everything, including how to use the keys and the door code. The room itself was perfect for what I needed as a solo traveller, and it would suit a couple too depending on your needs. One thing to note is that the setup is like an apartment within a building — there’s a small common hallway shared with one other guest room. This wasn’t an issue for me, and the shared area even has a coffee machine, tea, and some snacks you can help yourself to. The room was cleaned daily, with fresh sheets, towels, and even small breakfast items like bread and a bun provided, which was a lovely touch. I also really appreciated Fabrizio’s understanding when I didn’t have cash for the city tax — he kindly allowed me to pay the €21 by bank transfer later. Overall, I felt completely safe and comfortable throughout my stay. The bed can be a little creaky, but still comfortable enough for a good night’s sleep. I’d happily stay here again and definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Rome!
• Montesinos (8/5): - The apartment was in good location, it was well equipped and very clean. There was little common area shared by 3 rooms with extra dishes and other necessities. You could make a coffee there and have some cake provided by host. Basic breakfast was provided daily Host was responding quickly to all questions. The room was a little bit cramped. Bathroom addition (which is very nice) made room difficult to move around.

• Bob (9/5): Výborná lokalita za rozumnou cenu - Výborná komunikace s majitelem, vynikající lokalita v dosahu zastávky autobusu i metra, v blízkosti Colosea a centra města, klidné místo, přátelské uvítání Na fotografiích byl pokoj trochu odlišný od reality, snídaně byla dostačující, jen bych doporučoval nabídnout i variantu slané snídaně, protože čtyři dny jíst citronovou bábovku, i když skvělou opravdu nemůžu

• Suzano (2/5): - Do restaurante existente ao lado. Não é hotel. Trata-se de um apartamento adaptado para aluguel de quarto pequeno com box de vidro transparente e apertado. Café da manhã se resume a capsulas de máquina tipo Nespresso e um bolo simples, além de um pequeno pacote de torrada e cartucho de geleia. Não o recomendo.

A hirdetesben varosi kilatas, a valosag egy szerzetes hazra valo kilatas, olasz, es kontinentalis reggeli, ehelyett szarazkenyer , es valami edes suti. A reggelit is csak 2 napig kaptuk 5 helyett. A minibar, egy fonott kosarban 4 db jam, 4 db kavekapszula. A kave is ki volt adagolva. A furdoszoba nagyon kicsi , es lelakott. Egy szoval nem ajanlom .
• Vasiliki (8/5): Δωμάτιο κοντα σε αξιοθέατα - Η τοποθεσία ηταν εξαιρετική. 15λ με τα πόδια χρειάζεται για να φτάσεις στο Κολοσσαιο και σε 3λ δίπλα στο μετρό. Η γειτονια μας φάνηκε ασφαλής. Η περιοχη εχει καφετέριες δίπλα στο δωματιο κα για το βράδυ μπορείς να βρεις τρατορίες πολύ οικονομικές. Ήταν ένα ευρύχωρο δωμάτιο,με μεγάλη τουαλέτα και ενα παραθυρο στον ακάλυπτο χωρο για να αερίζεται. Επισης,το κρεβάτι ήταν μεγαλο. Θα ήταν πολύ σημαντικό να υπάρξει κάποια λύση με το νερό,γιατί ενώ είναι πόσιμο,δεν υπάρχει καμία βρύση πέρα της τουαλέτας. Το πρωινό είναι απλό,αλλά έχει καλό καφέ! Απο την τουαλέτα μυρίζει ελαφρώς και όχι συνεχως η αποχέτευση.

• Marija (7/5): Good - Property is less than 1km from Colosseum so it’s great to start a tour from there. As well it is close to public transport and metro. I felt very safe even late at night. Regarding breakfast I was disappointed as cornflakes and mini toast I wouldn’t classify as “breakfast included” Have to say that fresh daily Lemmon cake was great. Hoast was supper pleasant.

• Dragana (10/5): Exceptional - The accommodation was phenomenal. It is spacious enough, and above all clean. In a great place, in a quiet part of the city and everything is close. A large number of buses stop very close to the accommodation that lead to different parts of the city. There is a restaurant right next to it, and a few steps away there are more restaurants and cafes, and also Carefour is pretty close. You can make your own coffee or cappuccino in the accommodation. As for the breakfast, it's not a buffet, but a light simple breakfast, quite enough to start your day. Fabrizio is very nice, helpful and there for anything you need. Will recommend this accommodation and come back here next time in Rome. Grazie, Fabrizio :)!
• Jan (10/5): The best location possible - The best location ever! Could not be better. If you take any tram or bus on Via Labicana, you can be in 3 minutes at Colosseum. 10 minutes by walk. From metro Manzoni it takes only 6 minutes to get to Termini station Well, however there was stated "breakfast included" there was just a coffee machine in the room. We have also expected the hostel with non-stop reception (also stated on Booking sites). In fact - the contacted person had to arrive to the meeting point. But besides this everything was OK

• Valentin.st (8/5): So and so - We liked that it was close to the tourist attractions. Cleanliness is not a strong point, nor is the privacy of the location, basically you have a room in an apartment with other people and the flat is in an apartment building.

There were only some basic yoghurt and bread type of things that were left in our fridge. We thought we wouldnt pay for any breakfast but actually we had to eat outside. Other than that I dont recall any bad thing about the property. It was a 15 min walk to Colesseum
