• Yanaki (10/5): - Много добра и ясна комуникация с представителя на апартамента. Изключително местоположение. Всеки ден се почиства и се сменят кърпи и хавлии. Бяхме в стая 6-малко неудобно е отключването и заключването на апартамента, защото в коридора свети само една лампа и тя изгасва много бързо. Няколко пъти докато се къпех, топлата вода спираше за секунди и пускаше студена, след това пак ставаше топла. Вероятно има някакъв проблем.

Ravintoloita ja kahviloita vieressä, ei kuitenkaan häinää joka olisi kuulunut huoneeseen. Matkalaukkujen säilytyspaikka lähtöpäivänä aivan vieressä. Selkeät sisäänkirjautumisohjeet wa:lla tulivat hyvissä ajoin.

Wer gerne kalt duscht ist genau richtig. Nach 5 Min. kam dann endlich warmes Wasser. Die Zimmerbilder entsprechen nicht dem realen Zimmer. Ihr habt zwar 4 Schlüssel an einem Schlüsselanhänger aber Achtung die gibt es nur für eine Person. Zweitausgabe nicht möglich

• Kacper (1/5): Family room with bedbugs - Let me say that the rooms are truly "LOVELY": cleaned daily, spacious, with amenities and extras. The metro is super close, and the Vatican is super close. Perfect location. I would recommend this place with all my heard, but we happened upon a bad time: bedbugs in the family room. We stayed there for four nights and were bitten on the first night. Then we blamed it on a mosquito we found the next day. Another day was quiet, but then the third day bites started appearing again. Our biggest mistake was not contacting the owner immediately, this would save everyone a lot of stress. We couldn't accept that such a great place have bedbugs. Then we saw the reviews on Google, three weeks ago, in the same room, another guest also complained about bedbugs. We noticed it too late. We were already certain, and only then, after check-out, we decide to contact the owner. It's part our fault, but it happened. The owner offered a discount for a next visit, also a €100 refund. However, when I mentioned the Google review and the previous problem (owner said that room naver had a bedbugs) asking for half payment refund, I was called dishonest and trying to extort money. If we had contacted each other earlier, we probably could have switched rooms, the owner assured me about it, or solve this problem in diffrent way. Story time over. The rooms will probably be worth recommending again. I sincerely wish all luck for the owner and everyone working there. For now, however, the bedbugs need to be removed to ensure a trouble-free stay in Rome.

• Zulfikor (1/5): AVOID THIS PLACE ‼️‼️‼️ - Extremely Disappointing and Unacceptable Experience I informed the property in advance that we would arrive around midnight, but they completely ignored this. There was no proper reception service, and it was clear that they cared more about their own convenience than their guests. I tried calling all the contact numbers provided — only one person answered, spoke only Italian, and then blocked my number. After that, there was absolutely no way to reach anyone. As a result, I was left outside in the freezing cold with my family from 2:00 AM until 9:00 AM. We had no access to the property and no support at all. My young daughter was exposed to the cold for hours and almost became sick. This was not just uncomfortable — it was dangerous and completely irresponsible. Later, they contacted me only to blame me, claiming they had sent instructions via WhatsApp. However, there was no mention anywhere on Booking.com that communication would be through WhatsApp. They did not send any message through the Booking.com platform, and all their phones were turned off during the night. What is truly shocking is their attitude afterward — no apology, no accountability, and no compensation, despite the fact that I paid €100 and received no service at all. This experience completely ruined our trip and caused unnecessary stress for my family. I strongly warn others: avoid this place at all costs, especially if you are arriving late. This level of service is unacceptable.
• Didier (9/5): Un beau point de départ pour visiter le Vatican et Rome - Proximité du métro et l'accès au Vatican. Malgré la proximité de la via Ottaviano très passagère en journée, peu de bruit. Une belle chambre accompagné d'un coin cuisine fonctionnel et propre. Le tout dans un immeuble aux couleurs locales et un ascenseur comme l'on en rencontre rarement aujourd'hui.

Próximo à estação de Metrô Ottaviano, tem também várias opções de ônibus, que levam aos principais bairros da cidade. O Mercato Trionfale, que fica ao lado, também é um achado. Tudo ok, sem nenhuma ponto negativo.

Booking.com offered me a refund and compensation of up to €60, but since I had to find a new place on the day of arrival, all the prices were already very high. I couldn’t find accommodation at a reasonable price in the same area, so I had to book in a different area. Even with the €60 compensation, my new reservation costs more than the original one.

Il flusso di acqua calda e fredda della doccia non funzionava bene. Il rubinetto del lavabo,a collo di cigno, era più grande dello stesso lavabo e,durante l'uso,l'acqua cadeva all'esterno. Dal rubinetto del bidet scendeva una scarsa quantità d'acqua,peraltro fredda,che rendeva difficile l'utilizzo.Spero, per gli ospiti, che le altre stanze non abbiano gli stessi problemi perchè è indispensabile il perfetto funzionamento dell'impianto idrico.

Pored samog ulaza odlican restoran sto olaksava rucak ili veceru akose vracate u apartman. Nije bas najjasnije u opisu objekta, da je ovo prakticno stan podeljen na 2 ili tri apartmana,sa zajednickim.hodnikom.i kuhinjom. Mi ne biramo ovaj tip smestaja inace. Mozda je ovo prilagodje ije za mladje ljude.Sve je bilo dobro sto se tog tipa usluge tice.

• Alicia (9/5): Repetiría sin dudarlo. - Llegamos para pasar 4 noches y desde el primer momento todo fue muy fácil. Simona nos contactó el día antes por WhatsApp para explicarnos el acceso y resultó muy sencillo: con una aplicación y un usuario que ella misma nos facilitó, pudimos abrir el portón principal sin problemas. Las llaves estaban en el cajetín, tal y como nos indicó, y todo fue rápido y cómodo. La habitación era tal cual las fotos de Booking: limpia, completa y con todo lo necesario. Tenía sábanas y toallas limpias, aire acondicionado (muy útil en septiembre, cuando todavía hacía calor), nevera (aunque hacía algo de ruido por la noche, nada grave) y un baño privado muy correcto. Como detalle de bienvenida, nos dejó una cesta con cápsulas de café, tostadas, mermelada y galletas, lo cual agradecimos mucho. La cocina era compartida entre los tres apartamentos del alojamiento, cada uno con su llave, pero en nuestro caso nunca coincidimos con nadie ni escuchamos ruidos molestos. La ubicación merece un 10: el barrio es estupendo, con supermercados y restaurantes cerca, a solo 9 minutos caminando del Vaticano y a 5 minutos del metro. Para quienes disfrutan caminar, se puede llegar fácilmente al centro a pie, y si no, el transporte público está muy cerca. En resumen, una estancia muy recomendable. Sin duda repetiríamos en este alojamiento la próxima vez que visitemos Roma. La única pega que podríamos dar es el tema que he comentado sobre la nevera pequeña de la habitación. Hacía ruidos puntuales un poco molestos por la noche, pero la desenchufamos, ya que, no nos hizo falta utilizarla y listo.

The location is great, a step away from the Vatican and to the pedestrian street Ottaviano and to the metro. The room is very suitable for people who are looking for separate comfortable beds. I was with my son and it was very comfortable. Clean and nice. Perfect communication with Cristina. We would come again with pleasure.

• Sylwia (5/5): - The location is ideal for Vatican visiting. It is close to the metro station as well. The apartment was clean. The air condition is a joke, does not cool the room at all. It is old and noisy, you can’t sleep due to that. The room was a bit neglected and required refreshment. The staff was the worse thing. The check out time is 10 AM and the cleaning lady arrived at 9.40. She was very impatient wanting us to check out immediately. She made a pressure on me when I was making coffee in the kitchen. We were ready to check our on time but I needed to withdraw cash from the ATM that is located downstairs to leave money for the tax tourist. I told this to the cleaning lady and went for the cash. In the meanwhile she was rude to my husband. At 10.10 AM we checked out already and were leaving our luggage at the storage downstairs. At that time the owner sent me an unfriendly message and called me that we needed to leave immediately although we were not there any longer. We felt like strangers and that was the first time when I experienced something like that in Italy. If you look for a peaceful and friendly spot to visit Vatican this is not the right place.

• Gaurav (7/5): It was convenient and economical compared to rest of the property in same vicinity - I liked the location very close to Vatican City and other tourist places and self checkin process, initially I was struggling but once you know how it works then it is easy for you. The lifts are too small, 2 people with 1 trolley each can’t fit , but that should be fine and also the entrance door of the building is huge but once you enter the go to apartment lobby, you will find very small entrance to the enter, every time my backpack was getting stuck, either you can go first or your backpack :) rest experience was good.

• Alexeys (4/5): Disappointing - Location To get into the apartment, you have to go on a quest, there are a lot of all kinds of door locks and codes. The apartment is not cozy, not very clean, you can see that it has not been repaired for a long time. The air conditioner runs like an airplane, very loud, impossible to sleep, if you turn it off it is very hot, if you open the window it is noisy, downstairs is a roadway and a restaurant. The pillows are the most uncomfortable pillows I have ever slept on. On the day of check out we asked to leave our luggage until the evening as there was a late flight, which was denied by the owner. I do not recommend this apartment.

We were complaining that there was no power and Marta had to come over to sort it out, that’s when we realised the wrong keys were being used in the power supply, but in was concerned that room 6 key opened our room 4, I don’t think this was resolved as we were just given the room 4 key when we realised the problem We did not have a tv remote on the first night, maintenance found it next morning The door scraped on the floor very badly first night but maintenance fixed it next day.

I hadn’t been sent the codes prior to arrival which led to sitting outside and being again requested to provide my passport details prior to a code being provided for entrance. It wasn’t an issue as such but I would have liked for it to be made clear that that was the type of property I was booking. The property itself is very good but perhaps more clarity required on the booking.com page.

Close to metro, busses, shopping area, Vatican, and fantastic restaurants! We loved the place so much! Appreciate your hospitality! Thank you for everything! Are close to the apartment is a bit dirty.. like in many places in Rome. Nothing else

• Annabella (4/5): Disappointing - Location was good. The photos of room were better than in real. There is no normal ventilation in the room quiet stuffy, conditioner in work was too loud for sleeping. The room window was facing to the street and was noisy from the early morning time. During the booking process was noted that all taxes and payments are included, but in place the owner started demanding the additional tax fee in cash.

• Katarzyna (10/5): Simply amazing!!!!! - The room was amazing. Clean and very nice. Great location! Cecilia is very kind, charming and always helpful. As a surprise, we received a voucher for a delicious Italian breakfast. Simply amazing.The best room in all of Rome!!! -------
