• Rene (9/5): - Der Gastgeber Marco ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit gewesen. Die Unterkunft liegt an einem eher ruhigeren Ort von Rom. Die Metro ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Zimmer war sehr bequem und sauber. Das Frühstück war gut, aber man musste 5 Minuten zu einem Café gehen, wo man das Frühstück dann bekam. Man konnte sich einen Kaffee und ein Crossaint aussuchen. Der Rest wäre zusätzlich zu bezahlen.

• Bernhard (10/5): Sehr schönes Zimmer ideal um Rom und die Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erkunden. Fussläufig ca. 15 Minuten vom Vatikan entfernt. - Schönes großes Zimmer mit guter Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum. U-Bahn Cipro nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Sehr netter und zuvorkommender Vermieter Marco ! Hat uns einen Flughafen Shuttle organisiert den wir auch für die Rückreise genutzt haben. In der Umgebung der Unterkunft gibt es schöne und gute Restaurants und gemütliche leckere Cafés. Zudem direkt gegenüber einem Supermarkt.

• Marta (10/5): - Velmi tichá lokalita poblíž metra linie A dělá z místa skvělý start k objevování Říma a Vatikánu (každý den cestou z a do ubytování jsme obdivovali kopuli sv. Petra), k Vatikánským muzeím a Sixtinské kapli je to procházka necelých 15 minut, metrem jste za stejnou dobu v historickém centru. Hostitel Marco byl ve všem nápomocný, v krásném apartamentu je k dispozici v kuchyni káva, čaj, lednice (dokonce si můžete i něco uvařit či ohřát), pokoj/koupelna má velmi vkusné vybavení a vše potřebné po ruce (fén, žehlička, air condition). Výborně řešena snídaně v nedaleké caffetterii způsobila, že jsme se cítili jako Římané. A v okolí supermarkety, pekárny, trattorie... Marco nám doporučil i místa k večeři, a byla to trefa do černého. Určitě bychom se tam chtěli vrátit.
• Natalia (10/5): - Mieszkanie idealne na pobyt dla 6 osób- 3 oddzielne pokoje z łazienkami i część wspólna, czyli aneks kuchenny i stół (aneks nie jest pokazany na zdjęciach, ale jest wszystko czego potrzeba). Mieszkanie jest czyste, dodatkowo codziennie sprzątane i bardzo dobrze wyposażone - każdy pokój poza udogodnieniami widocznymi na zdjęciach posiada również żelazko i naprawdę porządną suszarkę, co bardzo się ceni w przypadku takiego wynajmu. Ręczniki w trakcie naszego 5-cio dniowego pobytu były wymieniane raz, ale dla nas to w zupełności wystarczyło - rezerwując nocleg nie spodziewaliśmy się tego. Łóżka są wygodne i duże, materace są z tych bardziej twardych, a to co zasługuje na ogromną pochwałę to dwie poduszki dla każdej z osób o dwóch stopniach miękkości- dzięki temu każdy może dopasować poduszkę do siebie 😊 lokalizacja bardzo przyjemna- w niewielkiej odległości od głównej ulicy, dzięki czemu było cicho, a jednocześnie blisko do stacji metra i przystanku autobusowego. Marco - właściciel obiektu to wspaniała osoba- jest bardzo miły i pomocny - mieliśmy problem z internetem i przyjechał aby naprawić nam internet co również bardzo cenimy 😊 dodatkowo kontakt również nie sprawiał problemu, Marco odpowiedział nam na każde możliwe pytanie 😊

De plus Marco est un hôte acceuillant et très gentil qui nous a bien reçu et s'est montré de très bon conseils pour notre visite de Rome. À 5 minutes à pied de l'arrêt de métro c'est aussi très accessible. Je ne peux que recommander !

Aparat de cafea cu capsule disponibil. Nu cred că se poate găsi ceva care să nu fie în regulă. Comunicare foarte bună cu Marco, mulțumim Marco pentru tot! :)

We were personally met at check-in and shown through the room, which made everything feel so welcoming and easy. One of the standout touches was the map provided — not only could we keep it, but it was thoughtfully marked with recommendations, directions, and local tips. It made exploring so simple and enjoyable. We also loved the food suggestion for Trapizzino (those pizza pockets were delicious!) and being just a short walk from our new favourite spot, Bonci — so delicious! Everything about our stay was thoughtfully considered — from the styling and location to the small details, shared space extras, and helpful information provided throughout. The recommendations and local knowledge truly elevated our experience. Highly recommend — we would absolutely stay again! Nothing!

• Mirela (9/5): Totally recommend it. - The property was super clean, comfortable and well cared for. Walking distance to Vatican City, bus stations and Metro Station. We booked one of the 3 rooms available at the location , the kitchen (communal space) had everything that you needed for a 3 days holiday (coffee, tea, etc). We couldn’t use the stove but we didn’t needed anyway as we spent all of our time visiting Rome. Delicious options for breakfast, lunch and dinner around the area. Marco, our host, was super helpful, communication was great and the itinerary and the list of tips to enjoy Rome shared by him was very informative and handy. Every recommendation was extremely good. If it was something that I would suggest to improve about the property, it would be the ventilation in the bathroom. It wasn’t awful but not the best ventilation either. Everything else was perfect.

• Luca (10/5): Ottima soluzione a pochi minuti dal vaticano - In zona molto ben serivita a pochi passi dalla staione metro , non è un quartiere turistico ma abitato prevalentemete da locali, molto autentico ,a due minuti di distanza c'è un forno incredibile "volgia di Pane" che non vi farà rimpiangere quelli del centro. Evitate Bonci e i suoi prezzi. Appezzatissima la possibilità di farsi un caffe veloce al mattino (pur non essendo compresa la colazione). Pulizia PERFETTA Tutto sopra le aspettative, se proprio dovessi trovare un "difetto" la camera prevede l'interruzione della corrente tipo albergo quando si esce dalla stanza pertanto non mi è stato possibile ricaricare dei dispositivi durante la mia assenza, tuttavia vedo questo accorgimento in ottica green come un risarmio di risosre e una maggior sicurezza per la casa.

Uma pequena sala com microndas, mesa com cadeiras, lava loiças,frigorifico, enfim com tudo necessário preparada para comer refeiçoes ou tomar um café ou um chá, Alojamento muito bom. Poderia ter um Guarda chaves na entrada do apartamento com código com as chaves do hall e entrada no prédio, para podermos lá deixar as malas no hall, e depois levanta-las depois do check out, evitando assim ter de pagar para nos guardarem as malas no ultimo dia. Um pequeno melhoramento.

• Bojana (10/5): Highly Recommended! - Our stay at Marko’s accommodation was outstanding. Everything was spotlessly clean. The rooms are cleaned daily, and towels are changed every two days. The location is excellent — a quiet neighborhood, only a 3-minute walk from the Cipro metro station. Marko is a wonderful host. He responds to messages immediately and, two days before our arrival, he even sent us a detailed guide with recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and tourist attractions. Breakfast is available at a nearby local bakery and includes a coffee and a croissant of your choice. I absolutely recommend Ziani Boutique, and I will definitely choose it again on my next visit to Rome.

Pone que el desayuno está incluido pero solamente entra una bebida caliente y un bollo dulce. A pesar de que el hotel está cerca de una parada de metro, el hotel está bastante lejos del centro.

The host truly cares about the smallest details and makes sure guests feel comfortable from the very beginning. He was always available, quick to respond, and happy to help with anything we needed. • Anisa (10/5): Cleanest place I’ve ever stayed abroad. - THE cleanest place I have ever stayed abroad. Modern, safe, felt like home. Marco welcomed us very warmly, gave us a tour of the property, the keys and a few instructions. The cleaning lady was very nice each morning cleaning our apartment. The apartment itself was super clean, warm, with all the amenities we needed for 4 days. Each morning we had breakfast at the Siciliana, this place was only 4 min walk from the apartment and had the softest croissant I’ve ever tried. Thank you Marco for everything.

Gute Anbindung zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zur Metro Cipro und den Bussen. Ruhige Lage, trotzdem Nähe zum Vatikan und den Museen. Vermieter stellt gute Tipps für den Rom-Besuch zur Verfügung.
• Nicolas (9/5): - Marco es un super anfitrión: propone planes de visita / recomendaciones antes de viajar, es disponible para recibirte (llegamos tarde y nos espero para el check-in), responde muy rápidamente (wasap) y propone videos explicativas. El alojamiento esta super limpio (todo los dias pasan a ordenar y limpiar) y tiene una zona común muy practica por si se necesita comer (café o té gratis). La cama muy confortable. El bar cerca para desayunar muy bien y muy bueno todo. Poca cosa ! la situación del piso detrás del Vaticano esta un poco lejos a pie del centro de Roma (pero esta el metro al lado para el que no quiere andar). Un poco de ruido en la calle pronto por la mañana (teníamos la habitación verde lado calle).

• Kinga (10/5): fantastyczny pobyt - Marco jest wspaniałym i pomocnym właścicielem. Otrzymaliśmy nawet przewodnik z polecanymi atrakcjami i restauracjami. Apartament spełnił nasze oczekiwania, w kuchni był nieograniczony dostęp do wody, kawy herbaty. Blisko do Watykanu i stacji metra, spokojna okolica. Na śniadania otrzymujemy voucher do pobliskiej kawiarni na napój i słodką przekąskę. Sklep naprzeciwko jest bardzo dobrze wyposażony, niedaleko dostępny jest też sklep całodobowy.

Codzienne sprzątanie oraz wymiana ręczników według ustalenia z właścicielem. Śniadania w stylu włoskim były pięknym i słodkim rozpoczęciem dnia.

• Iva (10/5): Perfect newly decorated apartment in great location to reach everything we wanted to see. - Close to metro station. Extremely clean and comfortable with nice little touches from the owner who was very welcoming. Unfortunately renovation was taking place in the building or in an adjacent one. We were not able to identify where was the noise coming from. Clearly this was not the owners fault. The building noise started at 8am and finished around 4pm, so it would not bother us we were mostly out of the accommodation exploring beauty of Rome.

• Xiomara (10/5): Amazing support and comfortable - Marco was an excellent host; his support before, during, and after my travel made it easier for me and made my time in Rome enjoyable. The apartment's cleanliness was impeccable, and Marco helped me with all the details to make the most of my time in Rome.
• Alex (9/5): Amazing, already planning our return - Marco, he was the best host you could ask for. We were slightly early arriving and having things booked in the afternoon we needed to drop our bags off. So he ran across the city to greet us and check us in! At first I wasn’t to sure on the location but I soon got past that as Vatican City really is a 10 minutes simple walk away

• Hannah (10/5): Amazing! - Great location! Easily accessible to metro. Clean and good facilities. Fabulous host! No safe in room. Wasn’t a huge problem just prefer to place valuables in one.
• Octavian (9/5): Great value, great location - The location is great, the room was clean and nice and Marco is a great host, very kind and thoughtful! The place has a common kitchen directly outside the rooms and that's something I wouldn't prefer. Fortunately the others were respectful and silent when they were using it.

• Victoria (10/5): Exceptional - We really appreciated Marco's attention to detail, his helpful tips and advice, particularly given we had booked our holiday prior to the sad passing of the Pope and worried everything would be closed.....Marco reassured us and kept us informed. Our room was immaculately clean and a good size. Marco had thought of everything....maps, coffee pods, filtered water....We also liked how close the apartment was to the metro and the Vatican city. Nothing, other than we liked to have our window open and therefore there was a little noise early morning! To be expected in any city... we live in London!

• Angie (10/5): Amazing stay made perfect with the help of Marco - Marco was an absolute amazing host, he helped me organise trips and also helped with travelling from the airport to the hotel. He's couldn't have been anymore helpful. The hotel was spotless and loved having the kitchen area to make tea. Rooms were spacious and bright. Hotel location was perfect for using the metro, only 5 minute walk away and also a few minutes to the most amazing breakfast place with the best pistachio croissants ever. Marco you are an angel and made this holiday one to remember I can't thank you enough 🙏❤️
