• Yevhenii (1/5): L’alloggio non corrispondeva alla descrizione: scarsa igiene, muffa nella lavatrice, cucina inutilizzabile e servizi ess - - Prima di tutto, l’alloggio non corrispondeva alle nostre aspettative. Pensavamo di soggiornare da soli, ma in realtà ci trovavamo in una struttura con altre quattro camere occupate da altre persone. In secondo luogo, la pulizia era solo superficiale. Ci è stato proposto di utilizzare la lavatrice, ma all’interno c’erano vestiti ammuffiti e la lavatrice stessa era piena di muffa. In queste condizioni era impossibile e poco sicuro lavare i nostri vestiti. Inoltre, era indicata la presenza di una cucina, ma di fatto non era possibile utilizzarla. Il fornello non funzionava, la spugna per lavare i piatti sembrava non essere stata cambiata da moltissimo tempo, probabilmente da circa un anno. Per questo motivo era impossibile cucinare normalmente. In più, tra i servizi era indicata la disponibilità del caffè, ma prepararlo era molto difficile e il caffè era scaduto. In generale, le condizioni dell’alloggio non corrispondevano alla descrizione. Abbiamo riscontrato problemi di pulizia, igiene e servizi essenziali. Riteniamo che tutto ciò sia inaccettabile e chiediamo gentilmente di valutare una compensazione.

• Iolanda (2/5): Pessimo, non solo il nostro ma anche delle vicine di stanza che lamentavano disservizi. - Solo la posizione Scarsa Pulizia degli ambienti, biancheria sporca in bagno, mancanza di federe ai cuscini, il condizionatore appena acceso ha lasciato residui di polvere accumulata, televisore in una stanza non funzionante, macchinetta espressa non esistente. Infine, la persona all’accoglienza non disponibile e sgarbata. Non lo consiglio.

• NAOMI COLON GOMEZ (1/5): - Nuestra experiencia en este apartamento fue muy mala y no lo recomendaríamos en absoluto. El dueño fue bastante desagradable y poco profesional durante toda la estancia. Al llegar, el datáfono no funcionaba y nos hizo ir a sacar efectivo al banco en mitad de la noche después de viajar. La limpieza dejaba muchísimo que desear: baño sucio, manchas por la habitación y el baño, almohadas sin funda y sensación general de poca higiene. Además, solo dejaron dos rollos de papel higiénico para un apartamento compartido con varias habitaciones. La ventana no cerraba bien y pasamos frío, y el mando del aire acondicionado tampoco funcionaba. También tuvimos problemas porque pedimos el mando de la televisión y la información del wifi y fue todo bastante complicado. Encima, nos cobraron 15€ extra por abrirnos apenas 20 minutos más tarde, aun habiendo avisado previamente de nuestro retraso por el viaje. Por culpa de eso tuvimos que coger un Uber carísimo para llegar corriendo. Muy poca flexibilidad, muy mala gestión y una experiencia bastante desagradable en general. 0 recomendable. Nos dijeron q venían a limpiar y era mentira ni wifi ni mando ni nada no contestaba el dueño

• maia (7/5): - O espaço era agradável. Estava tudo em boas condições e deram-nos uma manta extra quando falamos da janela e do ar condicionado. A louça da cozinha estava suja e só havia 2 garfos e não havia líquido da louça nem pano. O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionava e a janela não fechava. Comunicação complicada devido ao facto dos proprietários apenas falarem em italiano.

In più, il soffione della doccia era rotto e non c'era disponibilità di acqua calda quindi abbiamo fatto una doccia con acqua gelata.
• wilma (4/5): Deludente - La posizione è ottima e centrale ,su via Marconi, anche se nonostante l' appartamento sia al quinto piano,la stanza era ' rumorosa Pulizia inesistente, non è venuto nessuno nella nostra stanza né a pulire il bagno né a rifare il letto. Appena siamo entrati c era una forte puzza di fumo che la prima notte mi ha particolarmente disturbato il respiro, solo dopo che noi abbiamo arieggiato per tutto il giorno successivo, la seconda sera era più attenuato.Il copriletto era macchiato, ho visto una formica passeggiare vicino al comodino e un insetto sul muro; il letto era basso e quindi un po' scomodo.Il prezzo però era da hotel 293€ per tre notti in doppia con bagno privato,con lo sconto Genius, altrimenti sarebbe ancora più caro.

• Elizabeth (2/5): Dusty and no promptness in an emergency - Good location Dusty and cracked furniture, dead insects splattered on the wall. We had an issue with the private bathroom, the door was defective and got locked from the outside. We called the two different numbers provided, it was very difficult to get in touch with anyone and when we finally did no help was given to us - we had to figure out how to fix it ourselves.
• Cabanillas reyes (2/5): No paguéis por este apartamento - Nada Todo, el apartamento estaba asqueroso, llegamos ilusionados pensando en un sitio tranquilo y cómodo, al llegar no había nadie para hacer el check in, conseguimos entrar al apartamento gracias a que unos chicos nos abrieron la puerta, estaban fumando Maria y eran de poco fiar, no pudimos llamar a nadie, no nos contestaban y nadie apareció para el check in, los chicos que había en el apartamento nos dieron el teléfono de la chica de la limpieza la cual muy amable nos ayudó en todo lo que pudo, nosotros estábamos asustados, las fotos que tienen en booking y en el Google maps no son iguales a la realidad que uno se encuentra. A pesar de todo no conseguimos nada, solicitamos un cambio de habitación pero la de la limpieza Agata poco podía ayudarnos. Al cabo de casi una hora llegó la que parecía la dueña del piso, una señora mayor con la cual no nos podíamos comunicar y era muy cerrada, pasaba de nuestras peticiones y solo se reía en nuestra cara, nos quería cobrar más de la cuenta, llegamos a la hora que dijimos al check in pero como ella había llegado tarde quiso cobrarnos a nosotros por la tardanza casi 40 euros. Al final solo pagamos el tax free, después de discutir con la señora, llamó al dueño de la empresa que alquila estos apartamentos, Antonio, este hombre sólo se negó a admitir la asquerosa situación del apartamento y colgó, la señora mayor se fue y nos dejó con la palabra en la boca. Las paredes estaban asquerosas, el baño sucio y lleno de mierda y pelos, las mesitas de noche estaban rotas y llenas de marcas de cigarrillos apagados, las mantas de la cama estaban rotas e incluso había sangre en ella. Sin duda si lee esto alguien no recomiendo pagar por esto ni muerto.

È vicino ai locale ma Vicino alla stazione di trastevere. Ambiente popolare e c’è un sottopassaggio non molto sicuro. Sono sta costretta a muovermi con i taxi la sera. Nonostante sia al 5 piano si sente leggermente il traffico sottostante, per chi non ha un sonno profondo può infastidire. La pulizia del bagno lascia un pó a desiderare. Qualche pelo a destra e sinistra, polvere sulle mensole e sul termo arredo.
• Jonatan (4/5): - Das Zimmer an sich war in Ordnung und sauber. Das gesamte Appartment hat sehr nach Zigaretten gestunken. Zudem war die Küche nicht dazu ausgestattet, dass man dort kochen konnte. Es gab keinen einzigen Topf und von den vorhandenen Pfannen war keine einzige induktionsfähig.

• Dmitri (4/5): Goed nadenken voor je keuz vad deze appartementen. - Winkels in de buurt Communicatie is zeer schlecht. De keuken is vreselijk je kunt niets koken, indicatie plaat zonder toebehoren pannen, zelfs eieren koken duurt half uur, iets braden niet te doen. De slaapkamer is schoon.

• Ana Marija (1/5): Rude people, bad appartment! Do not go here! - The cleaning lady Agatha was amazing. Very friendly, willing to go out of her way and help with whatever and the maintaing the level of cleanlyness. Shoutout to Signora Agatha. Rudness! We were made to pay late checkin fee althout we have waited more that one hour for someone to come and let us in (that's why we have entered around 20h but non the less we were feed). The lady was extremly rude and this happened to other people who came day later. Also the window was broken so it was very cold during the night, there we no extra sheets nor covers and the AC was not working. SHAME ON YOU!

Location, near Trastevere Train Station- close to affordable restaurants and groceries, accessible to all modes of transportation There are lots of coffee pods for espresso, no espresso machine. They should have instruction how to use the induction range. Apparently, you have to switch one of the swiches in the control panel. No dish soap for washing dishes, I asked the cleaner and the host about it, they showed me the cleaning solutions for everything from toilets, windows, etc, but not for dishes. The hand hand soap in the washroom is always out of stock. I would leave a bar soap in the sink, but the cleaner always removes it. There is no hand soap as well in the kitchen. Hygiene is important. Hot water is not always available for showers, which is necessary for a good sleep after a tiring day. My cellular coverage is only for data, not for phone calls, - they dont have have WhatsApp accounts as well, I have to ask a favor from a stranger to contact them - for access to the unit. They made me wait for forever. I have feedback from the tenants in the building that it is very common that guests wait longer than usual for access. These long lists are minor, but they add up to make your stay in the unit not pleasant and comfortable

Altro punto, probabilmente per un guasto, mancanza di acqua calda in bagno negli ultimi due giorni.

• Wenbo (5/5): Passable - The boss lady's attitude towards foreigners was not friendly. She seemed to be prejudiced. She repeatedly emphasized not to close the door with force. I was confused. I found that there seemed to be some problems with the door. If you don't use force, the door is difficult to close.

Since it is an flat in an apartment building without reception we were an hour before check-in . The host told us he allow us by 3:30 but came 20 minutes late. We were sitting in stairs for an hour. If there were a receptionist or someone it would have been better. The shower wasn't proper and no shelf to store anything proper. NO SHOWER GEL , NO HANDWASH NO UTENSIL WASH. BYO These very small things if rectified this can be an easy 8 owing to it's strategic location.

The reply speed was also very slow, which made us very miserable. The room facilities were average, and the room was not clean.

• Jedrzej (1/5): Bad - There was mold everywhere. In the shower, above our beds, in the toaster, on the dishwashing sponge, on the walls, on the ceilings. The bedsheets were stained and we found some hair on the bed and on the floor when we arrived. Most of the equipment in the kitchen was too dirty to use or simply not working. The fan was so dusty if we tried to use it it would cause us to choke. Utterly disgusting place.
