• MARIA JOSE (9/5): Buena relación precio-calidad. Ideal para familias o grupos de jóvenes. - La ubicación es muy buena, a 10 minutos caminando del Coliseo por ejemplo. La calle tiene varios comercios para comprar o comer algo liviano. Tienen café de cortesía y la cocina muy bien equipada si decides cocinar. La puerte de ingreso a la propiedad es un poco estrecha si viajas con maleta, pero nada grave. La limpieza del baño (la ducha) creo que podrían mejorarla. La atención y disponibilidad de Francesco excelente todo el tiempo.

• Julia (2/5): Brudne pokoje, wilgoć i mikroskopijna łazienka - Lokalizacja, dostępna klimatyzacja, lodówka i WiFi To było jedno z najgorszych miejsc, w których byłam. Pokoje są brudne, wilgotne i zimne. Na ścianach w łazience i w pokoju jest mnóstwo pieśni i grzybów, których nikt nie sprząta. Łazienka jest mikorskopijna, nie da sie z niej komfortowo korzystac. W pokoju nie ma ruchu powietrza, więc wilgoć z łazienki unosi sie w całym pokoju. W dodatku pokój ma wyłącznie okno wychodzące na wewnętrzne podwórko, więc w pokoju nie ma wentylacji. W nocy budził nas nieprzyjemny zapach kanalizacji zza okna. W pokojach jest burdno, przywitała nas martwa mucha leżącą na ziemi i ciemne włosy na podłodze i łóżku. W dodatku na łóżku nie ma pościeli (!), jest tylko cieniutkie prześcieradło i kapa na łóżko - zapewne po to, aby oszczędzić na praniu. Meble są stare i zakurzone, sciany popękane i zagrzybione, w drzwiach dziury niewiadomego pochodzenia. Suszarka do włosów tak lepiła sie od kurzu, że bałam się jej użyć. Jedyna zaleta to lokalizacja, jest blisko do metra i Koloseum. WiFi działa ok (po prostu jest). Na plus lodówka. W połowie pobytu po upomnieniu się, pani sprzątająca wymieniła nam ręczniki i chyba dopiero wtedy pokój został posprzątany... jest również problem z cisnieniem wody, zarowno spod prysznica jak i w toalecie. Zeby woda w kranie lub pod prysznicem leciała ciepła, trzeba długo czekać, a z reguły jest i tak ledwo co ciepła. Cena strasznie zawyżona w stosunku do jakości. Dziwne, że taki obiekt ma w cenie na bookingu doliczone 150 zlotych ... opłaty za sprzątanie.

• Monika (10/5): Dobra lokalizacja - Pokój czysty, było w nim wszystko, co potrzeba. Wyposażona kuchnia. Świetna lokalizacja - do Koloseum około 16minut spacerem, 100 m do metra. Bardzo miły personel.

Les chambres donnent toutes sur des cours intérieures. Chambre très propre et confortable. Machine à café et capsules à disposition. L'étroitesse de la porte d'entrée et la faible insonorisation entre la cuisine et ma chambre.

• Popescu (9/5): Ok pentru prețul cerut - Așezarea, aproape de stația de metrou, mica grădină din față. Gazda a fost amabilă și de ajutor la plecare putând sa lăsăm bagajele pana târziu. Căldură și apa caldă au mers fără probleme În baie era mucegai ce ar fi putut fi curățat, se aude tot prin pereți dar mai ales de deasupra tropaueli și bufnituri până târziu în noapte. Patul deși dublu avea două saltele de o persoana alăturate. In descriere trebuia sa am o bucătărie mică, chicineta, în camera dar era una comuna la cele 4 camere. Geamul camerei noastre6dadea spre o curte mica interioara, f aproape de clădirea vecina și exista un miros de umed, mucegai care se regasea și în dulapul din cameră.

• Polina (9/5): Muy bien la verdad! - La ubicación es perfecta, está todo lo importante cerca tanto si coges el metro como si decides ir caminando. Tuvimos habitación grande con lavabo y ducha dentro de la habitación, cocina compartida con otros huéspedes. A nivel de limpieza está muy bien, sábanas y toallas limpias. El anfitrión muy majo y te recomienda cosas a visitar cerca de casa. En la ducha había un poco moho, por lo demás perfecto.

Cama cómoda y con calefacción que se apaga a algunas horas pero suficiente para no pasar frío. Tiene acceo al metro y paradas de buses muy cerca, lo que lo hace ideal. El sitio es perfecto para una estancia corta de unos días en ROMA. El anfitrión fue super amable y servicial.

• mona (4/5): Rooms clean, manager is nasty!! - There,was no breakfast offered. There is a delightful coffee shop on the corner that we visited early every morning. The place had an espresso machine that we also used. The room was clean, but sheets changed every other day. the manager needs tone down a lot. If the room had not been paid for we,would have stayed elsewhere. He began screaming from the time we got into the limo, there is no limo from the room, we had to hire one, because we had not yet arrived and said he had plans and we were making him late. I mean screaming. He finally understood the limo was getting us there as,quickly as possible. He never apologized for his behavior. that set the tone for the rest of our stay. He told us we were within walking distance from some of the sites, the only thing we,were within walking distance of was the train station and the metro. There is a cute patio area we utilized.

Que todo le tocaba a uno hacerlo desde tener que ir a una tienda a reclamar unas llaves y teníamos que ir a dejarlas nuevamente en una tienda. 2. Que fuimos en pleno verano y no hay aire acondicionado y había un ventilador de juguete. 3. Que el día antes de irnos el dueño nos manda un mensaje con un resto de indicaciones como que teníamos que ir a botar la basura a otros lado que hasta por poco nos pide que hasta debemos dejarle lavada las cobijas 😏. 4. El lugar alrededor no se ve seguro para caminar. 5. Que podría haber elegido otros lugares que se veían mejores en relación precio-calidad en comparación con esto.

• Storchova (6/5): 5/10 - Good location. Had AC. Lovely front yard. Too expensive for it’s value in my opinion. Wasn’t cleaned well. The duvet smelled horrible and was probably never washed. Very bad noise protection between rooms. Washroom had weird planning that is not safe, we got hurt few times after getting out of shower.

• Dinu (9/5): Superb - 100 m to metro or tram station/ 2 station from Termini / nearby a lot of mini markets or bistro where we can eat or buy some things like food and drinks, shared kitchen with 4 rooms, a private garden in quiet inner courtyard, window towards another quiet inner courtyard, comfy bed, situated on the ground-flour, helpful host, provide touristic map, some info about surroundings , where to eat with discount from him, is possible after check out at 10 to let the luggage for a while. After you pass the building gate there is nice and clean marble-clad hallway. 15 minutes walk to Colosseum or Basilica papale Santa Maria Maggiore. small bathroom / light bad smell from it

• Matt (7/5): Good - Clean, relatively comfortable bed. Located very close to a metro station as well as bus and tram so easy to get around even though it’s not in the centre. Well equipped common kitchen area also with a washing machine There are 3 other rooms sharing the common area. On our first night we were constantly awoken by noisy neighbours and doors slamming. Luckily we were the only ones there after that as it would’ve made it difficult to sleep

• Martin (7/5): Good value for a price - Nice room in amazing location. Surrounded by the restaurants and shops. Just 5 minutes from Lateran basilica and 15 minutes from Colloseum. Radiator worked very well (january). There is a nice terrace outside the apartment. Room was spacious. There was a hairdryer. Owner was very nice and helpful. He changed our towels after second night. There was a strong smell from the cleaning products in the room. Maybe because they tried to cover the smell from the drain in the bathroom, I am not sure. Rooms neighbour a shared kitchen and since the room doors are not soundproof, it can wake you up very easily when there is somebody in the kitchen.

Neighbourhood was quiet. The staff was excellent. He waited for us to check in and handed the keys personally. It has kitchen facilities plus coffee machine. Comfortable stay. No complaints.

The walls between the rooms don't cancel noise and I could hear other people snoring at night in the other rooms. Also, there was sour smell (something like mildew) coming from either the floor or mattress which really disturbed me.
