• Brizuela (7/5): Estancia buena para visitar Roma sin maletas - La zona parecía buena, no se veían malos rollos, ni gente pidiendo o del estilo. La habitación era tal cual a la de las fotos. Tal y como se informaba en el anuncio, pensé que la habitación disponía de baño y cocina privada, no compartida.

• Elzo (1/5): I’m not coming back to this place again - The view and the balcony There was a lot of noise in the mornings, caused by the staff cleaning and asking the guests for the “Tasa di suggiorno”. They could have done this later and not during the mornings. The staff is also very rude, and the checkout at 10 am is very early.

• Francesco Busetta (6/5): Una volta basta e avanza!! - zona richiesta per motivi di lavoro, poco da segnalare a riguardo. camera era spaziosa, nonostante arredamento datato e spartano. vista su un edificio in costruzione/diroccato. poco di positivo, se non la comodità della zona per la mia esigenza specifica, ma comunque fuori dal centro. purtroppo, magari mia negligenza, non mi aspettavo una situazione così; pareti sottilissime in cui si sentivano i coinquilini delle altre camere tossire o al telefono. per raggiungere il bagno bisogna attraversare un corridoio in comune; per quanto si cerchi di fare poco rumore, purtroppo è inevitabile non arrecare e subire il disturbo agli altri. pessima gestione del versamento della tassa di soggiorno, in cui viene richiesto il versamento cash, senza ricevuta e senza alcun interlocutore. dimenticandomi, sono stato tempestato di telefonate e messaggi, e trattato come una persona che non voleva pagarla. effettuato bonifico immediato ho dovuto attendere per la ricevuta (poi regolarmente arrivata). non ci tornerei più!

Tienen cocina pero no se puede usar, que uno lo puede entender, pero por lo menos un café! El lavabo es compartido y para ir al metro hay que tomar un bus.

• Irene (1/5): - L'unica cosa che mi è piaciuta è che ci fosse l'ascensore nel palazzo La porta finestra del balcone non si apriva. Il bollitore elettrico inutilizzabile per quanto calcare aveva all'interno. Videosorveglianza non a norma in quanto avevamo puntata verso la porta della nostra stanza una telecamera ma nessun cartello di avviso di videosorveglianza che per legge è OBBLIGATORIA. Mi sono sentita anche implicitamente accusata di aver rotto una presa elettrica che chissà da quanto tempo non funzionava, dato che su quella presa doveva esserci collegata una minuscola televisione (che invece è stata lasciata staccata in modo che attaccassimo noi la presa, chissà, forse per accusarci di aver rotto la presa, che tra l'altro quella casa ha un impianto vecchissimo, non a norma in generale come palazzina soprattutto per i vari cavi volanti presenti fuori dal balcone che scendono liberi, se la porta si fosse aperta mi chiedo se mi sarei presa anche una scossa dato che pioveva).

Bisogna adattarsi alla presenza di altri ospiti che non è sempre facil - La stanza molto accogliente e con tutti i servizi essenziali a disposizione Bisogna avere la fortuna che nelle altre camere ci sia gente rispettosa degli altri e che si muova con riguardo. Le porte delle stanze sono vecchie e non sono ben isolate. Si sente tutto, e se gli altri ospiti iniziano ad aprire e chiudere le porte in continuazione sbattendole e non facendo attenzione diventa un problema.

• Gülzade (8/5): Good - Room and bedroom was clean and decant You have to pay tax money when you arrived, this was the thing that they didn’t inform before, location is very far away from the center you can take the metro but you have to walk 25 minutes to metro. There are busses that goes to metro but they come in every hour or 30 minutes.

• Andre (9/5): Fantástico, para quem gosta de localização tranquila e sossegada. - Não tem café da manhã, mas a localização permite escolher onde tomar café e outras refeições. O bairro é tranquilo, tem ônibus e metrô para lugares onde você pode ir para comer diferentes tipos de café da manhã. Do imposto, e o fato de não ter café da manhã. Porém, tem forno, microondas e geladeira.
• Julia (8/5): Polecam, ładny nocleg, metro niedaleko, przystanki autobusowe dookoła. Czysto i miło - Obiekt jest zadbany, czysty i dobrze wyposażony. Nie jest on w centrum Rzymu ale przy dokonywaniu rezerwacji jest to oczywiste. Natomiast bliskość metra i przystanków autobusowych jest świetna. Nawet wracając w nocy z imprezy nie było problemu z komunikacją. Właściciel jest bardzo miły a zakwaterowanie bezobsługowe. Plusem jest również balkon i lustro w pokoju. Łazienka była czysta i zadbana. Naprawdę fajny nocleg, polecam dla osób aktywnych które nie mają problemu z tym żeby sie gdzieś przejść na autobus czy na metro. Niedaleko znajduje sie też sklep i kawiarnia. Minusem jest brak możliwości gotowania, do użytku jest tylko mikrofala i lodówka ale dostęp do kuchenki i piekarnika jest zablokowany. Więc gotowanie posiłków odpada ale będąc w Rzymie chyba mało kto gotuje :) my akurat szykowałyśmy sie na półmaraton więc fajnie byłoby ugotować zdrowe posiłki ale bez tego też idzie przeżyć. Jest czajnik więc można zrobić herbatę ale ekspresu do kawy nie ma

• Florian (7/5): Très bon rapport qualité prix - Retrait des clés dans locker à code. Endroit calme et propre. Attention les sanitaires sont en commun !!! Il faut prendre le bus matin et soir pour rejoindre le métro. Il faut parfois attendre un bus jusqu’à 30mn le soir.

• Nelia (7/5): - Квартира понравилась, новая мебель, чисто, уютно, есть общая кухня, доброделательная хозяйка. Квартира находится далеко от центра. Рядом нет магазинов. В комнате нет туалета и душа, к ним нужно идти по общему коридору.

• Laura (10/5): Recensione - Struttura ben organizzata, la struttura aveva la camera da letto privata mentre il resto (cucina e bagno) erano all'esterno. Posto molto pulito e accogliente. La cucina in comune era munita di tutto il necessario ed era in ordine. Il bagno anche se all'esterno e privato era comodo e dotato di tutto. La ragazza che ci ha fatto il check in era super disponibile e gentile. Siamo state fortunate perché anche le inquiline che ci siamo trovate in struttura con noi erano super simpatiche e ci abbiamo fatto subito amicizia. Per fare il check in si fa tutto in autonomia tramite un codice da inserire nel lucchetto al cui interno ci sono le chiavi dell'appartamento. Struttura super consigliata L'unica pecca sono i materassi dei letti che sono un pò duri

• Michelle (4/5): Disappointing - Room was spacious and not too far from the center by car. Everything was clean. The room was very cold and the parking is on the street on a first come first serve basis, so a little hard to park at times. On our last day there was no hot water and when we contacted the owner about this they disregarded us and did not provide any solution (such as giving us access to another bathroom as the property has several).
• Jovica (9/5): Good one but check the location - The apartment is exactly as you see it. It is a 5 room apartment with shared toilets(you get told which toilet is for your room). Nice kitchen fully equipped. In general It has everything. The person I communicate with was very nice and with clear instructions. It does deserve super high marks. for this price, quite cheap for Rome, it pays off.. Only bad thing is the public transport and the distance from the city.. As we were there in holidays it was terrible. Waiting busses that don’t show up.. walking 20min to metro.. Also this part of the city is quite dirty, well as whole Rome, but it has some nice and cheap places to eat that are not tourist traps, as almost whole Rome is.
