• Anne (8/5): - ※ミニキッチンで自炊できました(コンロは1つだけで、ライターでつけるタイプ、少しコツが必要だったのでチェックイン時に聞いたほうがよいかも…)。 ※バスターミナルからの市バスの止まるバス停から近す、すぐ目の前に大きなスーパーがあり便利でした。 ※オーナーがチェックイン時間にあわせて来てくれるようなので、なるべく正しいチェックイン時間を伝えたほうがよいです(私は申告時間より遅れてしまって近くの人が連絡してくれました…) ※三階建の三階部分ですが、2階から３階への階段が螺旋階段で狭いので、大きな荷物、スーツケースだと大変かな、と思います。 タオルがついてましたが、かなりごわごわで…持参かよいかなと思います。 シャワーがタンク式？なので、誰かが長く使ったあとは暫く使えなくなって少し困りました。

• laurence (2/5): Les évaluations sont fausses. C’est très médiocre - C etait propre : le ménage est fait tous les jours Tout y est et pourtant l inconfort est total . Un escalier extérieur raide en colimaçon impossible avec une valise / la cuisine qui ne sert à rien car il n y a rien même pas une prise sauf le frigo / le matelas à gros ressorts qui vous rentrent dans les côtes / la douche qui est un tuyau accroché à l’évier au dessus des wc / la musique du bar louche au dessous qui vous abreuve de 14h à minuit de boum boum et ponctuellement d effluves de cann*bis. Franchement les commentaires sont faux et archi faux . bref allez voir ailleurs une bonne vraie chambre avec une vrai douche dans un vrai hôtel parce que de toute façon la cuisine ne vous servira à rien et la salle de bains est digne d un camping deux étoiles ! Mais c’est propre et pas cher. Je conseille de mettre 5 euros de plus dans un vrai hotel ; il y en a tellement à Berat.

• Armbruster (8/5): schöner Aufenthalt :) - Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral gelegen. Man konnte alles gut zu Fuß erreichen. Alles war sehr sauber und der Besitzer war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Decken waren leider sehr dünn und zudem gab es einen kalten Zug durch einen Spalt in der Tür, weshalb es nachts etwas kalt war.

• Elsa (8/5): Ainda assim, no geral, considero um sítio bastante positivo e recomendaria para quem procura uma estadia curta e prática - A localização é excelente e o espaço muito limpo. Foi ideal para o que eu procurava: apenas uma noite em Berat. Achei uma ótima opção para esse propósito. O único ponto menos positivo foi a janela, que não fechava bem. Como viajava sozinha, não me senti totalmente segura e também se ouvia bastante o barulho dos bares ao lado.

Ho apprezzato particolarmente la disponibilità di brochure e depliant con indicazioni turistiche che mi hanno facilitato l’organizzazione della mia vacanza. Il rapporto qualità prezzo, veramente eccellente, non mi consentirebbe di fare alcuna critica, tutto sommato suggerisco di migliorare il piano doccia.

In addition, we had to pay attention to the exchange rate when paying, as they did not accept credit cards and insisted that we pay in euros to give us lekes, a common scam in the country.

• Corbett (10/5): Comfortable room in perfect location - Location is amazing, staff were friendly & check in was easy. Room was comfortable, we had towels, a balcony & a small kitchen area. It was great value & right in the centre of Berat. Nothing, we loved our stay & wanted to stay for longer but it was booked.

• Lori (7/5): Cheap accommodation in a great location. Definitely a budget stay - Location and price are excellent. The apartment is very clean and right below the castle. Hosts were quick to reply to inquiries. Having a kitchen is always a nice feature. The bed wasn’t overly comfortable but at this price it is to be expected. We were here in December and although the bedroom has a good heater and warm blankets, there is no heat in the kitchen or bathroom.
• Mathew (8/5): Nice and simple guesthouse. - Nice and simple guesthouse. It's small, on top of a restaurant, but sparkling clean and very simple. The location is very central and easy to find. Great value for the price. In the winter, the air conditioning could take quite a while to heat up the room. To be warm you'd have to wear an extra jacket to sleep.

It was everything it was advertised to be and don’t even get me started on the restaurant that it was built above. The food was absolutely amazing! And the staff were super welcoming and sweet and helped us with any questions we had. Obviously the bathroom was a wet room style but that was expected as pretty much all Albanian bathrooms are the same. It was fine enough and plenty of room in there

• Anne (7/5): Good - Very good price for a very good location! Host was lovely. The room had a nice balcony and airconditioning so it was easy to keep the room cool during 36 degrees heat. Even though the restaurant was closed during our stay, it gets quite loud at night with cars, sometimes people, and dogs. The shared bathroom with open shower feels a bittersweet unsanitary, but for the price it is definitely not a problem.

Warm water in the bathroom & good working wifi. The host was also really nice! there was a leaking pipe in the bathroom (pretty sure it was just water though). we had higher expectations of the kitchen, we had hoped to be able to cook often there but ended up nog cooking a lot because the stove was hard to use, but if you really want to it is a workable kitchen & honestly fine considering the price for the apartment & the good location is has :)

There is a supermarket across the street. The staff is friendly and helpful. You have to put the heater on before taking a shower. So you've to remember that when you want to shower in the morning.

The room and whole apartment I found clean and cozy, big comfortable bed, personal balcony, air conditioner, towels, and even slippers were included. Minimalistic and lovely, recommend it! There is no soap and toilet paper, so you may consider to buy/bring yours
