• Kseniya (10/5): Cozy guest house with exceptional hospitality - Cozy and relaxing atmosphere, as well as stunning sea sunsets. The ladies managing the guest house were incredibly friendly, supportive. They made us feel genuinely welcome and always looked after us with warmth and attention. The dinner and breakfast were absolutely delicious — homemade, fresh, and prepared with great care. Their hospitality truly created a memorable and heartwarming experience. We had a little trouble finding it. There is a sign at the turn, but no specific signs directly on the gate. It was very kind of the host to come to the gate and open it for us. I was a little skeptical about the place from the outside, but once we got in, it exceeded my expectations. It was so nice and cozy.

Вилата е на 2 минути от плажа,храната,която приготвят е чудесна,обслужването също.Съжелявам,че загубихме дни в шумната Вльора,а не останахме повече време тук.Ще се върнем и ще препоръчаме на приятели! Благодаря! В края на сезона има дребни неща,върху които да се поработи-стойката за душа,закачалките..но това е нищо в сравнение с това,което получавате.
• Erick (10/5): A nice and cosy paradise with great food - Although the road to Borsh beach is a bit bumpy, the location of the Guest House is perfect and staff is really nice. They make delicious food and the communal garden is super pleasant. Owners always play great music and it feels really good. Place is comfortable, well-decorated and so close to the beach and restaurants! The place is quite alive and noisy from early morning and walls are paper-thin so you need to be prepared to get up early.
• Sandra (10/5): Fabuleux, je recommande ++++++++ - Nous n’avons que des compliments pour ce petit coin de bonheur ! Un accueil extrêmement chaleureux à l’ombre des arbres, une famille super sympathique, des sourires, une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Située à 5 mn à pied de la plage, la Ghest House n’a que des avantages. Inutile de vous aventurer à manger sur les restaurants de plage, la cuisine de Luiza est excellente, les petits déjeuners délicieux et un rapport qualité/prix inégalé. Une musique permanente chill, pas trop forte est très chouette également. Tout est vert et joli à regarder. Avec ma fille nous avons passé 10 jours en Albanie et si nous y revenions ce serait sans hésiter chez Luiza. Seul petit inconvénient, les chalets ne sont pas très insonorisés mais franchement au vu de toutes les qualités ce n’est que peu de choses. Ça vit, c’est familial et ce n’est pas grave !

• Rainer (8/5): alles in allem ganz ok, aber keine 4,8 - ruhiges Zimmer in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand, freundliches hilfsbereites Personal, Balkon mit Meerblick. Duschkabine lässt sich nicht ganz schließen, ( ein Teil der Duschwand fehlt). Es gibt keinen Brauseschlauch, das Wasser kommt nur von oben. Folge : Beim Duschen wird der Boden und das WC nass. Die Zufahrt zur Unterkunft ist über 1 km sehr schlecht, kaum bis gar nicht geteert, extrem holprig.

A localização é ótima tanto para fazer praia como para explorar a zona em volta. Muito elementar nas comodidades, particularmente de cozinha. Tem poucos acessórios de cozinha (talheres, pratos, outros, apenas 1 panela e 1 tacho). A Tv é bastante antiga, não tenho a certeza se funciona, e no WC era impossível tomar banho sem deixar toda a divisão cheia de água por falta de resguardo.. Resumindo, o valor que pagamos parecia oferecer um pouco mais. votaríamos a este local mas pagando menos

• ELONA (10/5): Relax totale - Un posto splendido, un’oasi verde. Ci è piaciuto tanto, ci siamo sentiti in famiglia. Appartamento giusto per una vacanza, materassi molto comodi. La vista mare stupenda, il giardino curato dove i bambini potevano giocare era fantastico. C’è anche il ristorante gestito dalla famiglia dove si mangia benissimo ( prodotti freschi, cucina casalinga, ci è piaciuto tutto quello che abbiamo ordinato dalla colazione alla cena. Persino la pasta in bianco era squisita). L’idea iniziale era anche di cucinare ogni tanto, motivo per cui avevamo preso un appartamento e non camera di hotel ma era talmente buono il tutto che alla fine abbiamo mangiato sempre lì a parte la sera della pizzata. Klejdi e la sua famiglia sono gentilissimi e ti fanno sentire a casa. Ci torneremo sicuramente Nulla di importante.

• Dibran (10/5): - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Qëndrimi ynë në Guest House Luiza ishte një eksperiencë shumë e këndshme. Dhoma ishte e pastër, komode dhe me të gjitha kushtet e nevojshme. Vendndodhja është perfekte – shumë afër plazhit të Borshit, që është një nga më të bukurit në Shqipëri. Mikpritja e pronarëve ishte e jashtëzakonshme, gjithmonë të gatshëm për të ndihmuar dhe për ta bërë qëndrimin tonë sa më të rehatshëm. Çmimi është shumë i arsyeshëm krahasuar me kushtet dhe lokacionin. Do ta rekomandoja me kënaqësi për këdo që dëshiron pushime të qeta dhe relaksuese në Borsh.

• Sanne (9/5): Heerlijke plek - Wat ons het meest bij blijft zijn de fantastisch lieve mensen die allemaal hart werken voor Guest House Luiza. Super vriendelijk personeel, allemaal enthousiast en behulpzaam. Het eten dat ze serveren is heerlijk en goed geprijsd. We stonden binnen een minuut op het strand, de ligging is perfect. De huisjes zijn wel aardig gedateerd, dus als je voor luxe komt zou ik even verder kijken. De kamers zijn erg gehorig, veel last gehad van buren en bovenburen doordat het enkel houten wandjes en vloeren zijn, dus elke stap en gesprek kun je volgen. De tuin maakte gelukkig een hoop goed.

Un petit sentier mène à la plage en 2’ à pied Le Parking est vaste avec accès simple. Une cuisine familiale est disponible du matin au soir. Bruit: notre plafond était le plancher du 1er étage : on vit avec les voisins comme au camping en tente. Mais on oublie tout dès le réveil

Personale gentilissimo, ambiente semplice ma curatissimo in tutti gli spazi dalle camere al meraviglioso spazio esterno. E vogliamo parlare della vista ❤️... Ti alzi, apri la porta e vedi subito il mare! Ti svegli con il suono delle rondini! Ristorante ottimo, comodissimo e vorrei averne usufruito di più! Posizione...in due minuti sei in spiaggia! Davvero un posto che ho adorato! Nulla! Consiglierei solo di aggiungere un tagliere e un paio di utensili in più da cucina! Ma si tratta davvero di piccolezze!

• Kleanth (10/5): Fantastic Holiday in Borsh - I stayed at Luisa Guest House with my daughter for one week in July 2025. We liked and enjoyed everything during our stay there. the location is just perfect a short walk from the beach. You just have to walk down where the shops and restaurants are , cross the main road and you are on the beach. The place is family run with the two ladies working in the kitchen and Klejdi serving the guests and dealing with any questions or queries they might have. The location is just perfect beautiful, apartments surrounded by lemon trees and a water stream coming from the mountain. Apartments were quiet, cleaned, well maintained and with AC. The food was very good although I must confess we didn't eat there everyday as we were exploring the area after returning from the beach. For the occasions when we dined there it was delicious and freshly made. Service was fantastic. If you want to try local dishes you need to order in advance so they can have enough time to prepare it for you. There is also a car park with plenty of space in the middle of the trees. What makes this place exceptional is that you can always approach Klejdi and he will always try his best to offer a solution to any situation. Overall we had the best time at Luisa Guesthouse and I'll definitely return. Nothing to dislike. Everything was very good.

The owners greeted us with a delicious homemade lemonade and invited us to relax and catch our breath before even starting the check-in. It was such a thoughtful gesture and instantly made us feel at home. The rooms were spotlessly clean, cozy, and comfortable — clearly maintained with care. The food was absolutely outstanding: all homemade by the owners, full of flavor, and served with love. Every meal felt like it came straight from a family kitchen. But what truly sets Guest House Luiza apart is the hospitality. The owners are some of the kindest people we’ve ever met — generous, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making your stay unforgettable. It felt less like a hotel visit and more like staying with old friends. If you’re looking for a peaceful, clean, and heartwarming place to stay — whether you’re traveling with family, as a couple, or even solo — I couldn’t recommend Guest House Luiza more. We left with full hearts (and stomachs!) and can’t wait to return.

Everything is available at the accommodation, you really only have to go a little further to get to the beach. The view from the upper floor is really coastal. The walls are very thin, all sounds filter through; in the apartment below us there was a family with many children who were very loud late at night.

Їжа смачна, домашня, відчувається турбота в кожній дрібниці. Атмосфера тут особлива - наче повертаєшся додому. До моря - всього 3 хвилини пішки, поруч маркет і кафе, все зручно. Господарі дуже привітні й уважні, окрема подяка Клейді за тепло та гостинність. Через те, що будочки дерев’яні чутно, як пересуваються мешканці поверхом вище.
• Maria (7/5): Lovely place with a great garden - Great place, we enjoyed our stay at Luiza's guesthouse. The wi-fi was great, our room was a bit to the side so it was quieter than the rooms looking above the garden. We arrived very late at night but we were warmly welcomed despite the late hour. We liked the garden the most - it was spacious, very well taken care of and provided shade for the hot afternoon hours. We would chill in the garden or check our e-mails in the shade. There was also a restaurant with home-cooked meals on spot. It was delicious, and we got to try some Albanian cuisine with home-grown vegetables. We stayed for 4 nights, and the room was not cleaned once during our stay. The bathroom became a little bit of a mess as the shower was not completely separated from the rest, and it got very wet but there was no mop to clean up/dry the water. The shower was also only the head shower version with no handle to offer some flexibility.

• Zoran (10/5): Recomandations for family quiet vacantion. - Everything was extra. The hosts are exceptional in every way. Always ready for any kind of help. Friendly, warm and very accommodating. The food in the facility is very tasty at very reasonable prices. For example, lunch with local specialties (lamb in yogurt) around €7. The menu has a wide selection of food, and it is possible to prepare dishes according to your own order. The beach is beautiful with rounded pebbles and the sea is clean. The only complaint is that the promenade along the beach is partially landscaped, so there is too much dust. It will probably be fixed in the future. City landscaping, too much dust on the sidewalk.

• Akapian (10/5): Topverblijf in Borsh - Leuke overnachting gehad in Borsh. Super authentieke omgeving met een prachtige tuin. In de avond kregen wij heerlijk eten geserveerd. De kamer was ruim en netjes, alleen een beetje warm. Parkeren gemakkelijk

• Joan (10/5): - I rarely leave reviews of places I book because I can’t be bothered, but if you truly want to spend your hard earned money on somewhere clean and comfortable where the host truly cares about the quality of your stay look no further then Guest House Luiza. For me it’s truly the golden standard that anyone is looking for when finding a place in borsh and I reccomend it to anyone who is looking for a place in Borsh.
• cianfry (10/5): Immersi nel verde - Piuttosto che un albergo in cemento, questa guest house è immersa nel verde! Appartamenti in legno con cucina. Stanze comode e pulite. Ampio giardino molto curato, con ristorante aperto dalla mattina (anche colazione) alla sera. I piatti sono davvero squisiti e ottimi prezzi! Sono preparati al momento, quindi c'è un po' di attesa (si possono prenotare in anticipo). Il ragazzo gestore è molto accogliente e disponibile. Attento alle esigenze dei clienti. La spiaggia, sia libera che attrezzata (5 € al giorno), è vicinissima, al di là della strada. Acqua cristallina e tranquillità. Parcheggio privato. Mi piacerebbe ritornare!
• Éric (10/5): Tout est parfait! - L'endroit est parfait! La chambre est spacieuse et propre. Le service est impeccable! La nourriture est la meilleure que nous ayons mangée depuis notre arrivée. Ils font pousser une bonne partie des légumes servis. Les repas sont servis dans le jardin. Inutile d'aller manger sur le bord de la plage. Rien de mauvais à écrire

• Amparo (10/5): Perfecto! - El lugar es hermoso; cabañas de madera rodeadas de árboles y vista al mar. Desayuno y comida muy ricas, que además pudimos pagar con tarjeta. Y lo más destacable es que pertenece a una familia y son todos muy simpáticos, especialmente Klejdi ❤️. -
• Robert (9/5): - Die Pension liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend umrandet von eigenen Garten nahe den Strand. Die Familie ist super gastfreundlich. Von Essen, Trinken oder Hilfe, es gibt alles was das Herz begehrt. Die Zimmer selbst sind sehr einfach ausgestattet. Wenn man sich darauf einlässt, kann man dort eine schöne Zeit haben.

• Maximilian (9/5): - Privatgeführte Unterkunft von einer sehr netten Luiza, fast alle Lebensmittel werden im eigenen Garten angebaut, man hat die Möglichkeit jeder Zeit komplett frisch zubereitete traditionelle Gerichte zu bestellen - zu sehr fairen Preisen, bestes Essen, das wir in unserem gesamten Urlaub in Albanien gegessen hatten. Von der selbstgemachten Limonade (aus eigenen Zitronen) bis hin zum frisch zubereiteten sehr leckeren traditionellen Kuchen. Ein außergewöhnlich netter Manager, der jeden Wunsch ermöglichen möchte Bad etwas zu klein/ dunkel - meckern aber auf sehr hohem Niveau
