• Carlos Dias (10/5): - O quarto nos atendeu muito bem, a localização excelente por ficar muito proximo do Vaticano e da estação de trem, o proprietário nos passou instruções muito detalhadas para chegar no apartamento, deu dicas muito boa de restaurantes, muito bem localizado, silencioso. Não foi um problema, mas como alerta, o elevador é muito pequeno se voce tiver malas muito grandes.

Communication with the staff was very pleasant! Overall a great place to stay at. I feel like it would be great to have 2 sets of keys for the room/house.

• Mircea (4/5): Run as fast as you can - The location in the city is relatively good. Very close to Saint Peter's Basilica in the Vatican. You can reach the sights in the historic center relatively easily on foot. First of all, we were shocked when we arrived at the property because we discovered that the accommodation was actually an apartment with three rooms that we had to share with other guests. This was not mentioned at all when we made the reservation. We had a room with a private bathroom, but every time we stepped out of our room, we would run into other tourists in the apartment. The room was extremely small for the four of us. There was barely any space to move around. The smell in the bathroom was unbearable, like sewage. The double bed literally fell apart when we sat on it. It had some wooden slats underneath that kept coming loose, and you would just sink down with the mattress. I had to fix it myself. We stayed for 4 nights. On the second day, we asked the owner to change the towels. He left 3 sets of towels in a common area of the apartment, even though we were 4 people. On the last day, we asked for more toilet paper because we had run out. Instead of bringing it to our room, he left it again in the common area, and other guests took it, probably because they also needed it. So we ended up spending one day without toilet paper, even though we paid €200 per night. The “cherry on top” was on the last day, when the owner offered us a free late check-out as a way to make up for the poor experience. However, later that day he messaged me asking what time we would leave because he needed to clean. I felt pressured and told him he could clean the room, as I only needed a place to leave our luggage. He had told me there would be no other guests, so I said I would leave the luggage in the common kitchen area. But when we returned in the evening, there were actually other guests, so the next morning I could not leave my belongings there as they included valuables and documents. In the end, I had to rent a luggage locker in the city. That was my “free late check-out” 🙂 Overall, I would not recommend this place, not even to my enemies.

Kontakt z wlascicielem mieszkania - super. Czysto i milo. Kuchnia dobrze wyposazona. Pokoik nieco malutki za to bardzo przytulny i czysty. Nie moge nic negatywnego znalesc. Cena i lokalisacja rekompensuje wszystkie ewentuelne minusy, ktorych nie zauwazylam. Polecam.

He gave us very detailed instructions to get into the apartment and at the end of our stay he gave us a chance to do a late check out so we could keep exploring the city, he was truly helpful! It’s located within a walking distance to Vatican and to metro and bus stations, everything was amazing!

Anfitrião muito atencioso e prestativo passando informações úteis para a chegada até o local. O quarto atendeu nossas expectativas onde fomos apenas para dormir. Não tem geladeira/frigobar no quarto, apenas uma geladeira/cozinha compartilhada.

Explico: Talvez pela tradução ou propositadamente o texto explicativo sobre o local não deixa de maneira clara e explicita que você vai se hospedar em um apto com mais dois quartos além do seu. O texto parece ser feito para não dar essa clareza. A geladeira e cozinha são compartilhadas, você vai ficar em um apto com mais dois quartos onde pessoas totalmente desconhecidas estarão lá, porta a porta com você. Na primeira noite tentaram entrar em nosso quarto de madrugada, por engano, mas tentaram. Em 5 dias não trocaram as tolhas ou limparam o quarto, o chão estava bem sujo e as roupas de cama são ruins. Paramos em três hoteis na região e encontramos preços bem parecidos com café da manhã. Ah, tivemos que pagar 70 euros por 4 noites para o dono da hospedagem referente a uma suposta taxa de turismo.

Przychodziliśmy tam tylko spać, więc nie potrzebowaliśmy nic innego oprócz wygodnych łózek i łazienki . Do dyspozycji jest w pełni wyposażona kuchnia, w której bez problemu przygotowywaliśmy śniadania. Market tuż za rogiem! Było czysto i działała klimatyzacja. Fajna lokalizacja bardzo blisko Watykanu. Zdecydowanie polecam! Brak

• MarkUser (9/5): Dobra lokalizacja pozwalała na dotarcie do wielu interesujących miejsc! - W okolicy znajduje się wiele fajnych knajpek, gdzie całkiem niedrogo można dobrze zjeść nie tylko śniadanie. Kawa za 1,5 EUR robi klimat na cały dzień. Spaghetti carbonara również! Dzięki uprzejmości właściciela Nico - pomimo późnej godziny wylotu, można było pozostawić bagaże w mieszkaniu i odebrać je w godzinach wieczornych. Ten dach, jakby wielkiego bunkru na środku to dach supermarketu, do którego wejście znajduje się od drugiej strony ulicy - można tam dostać wszystko w dobrej cenie. Nie trzeba szukać sklepu spożywczego gdzieś dalej.

• Albert (8/5): Vacation in Rome/Italy. - Property located at quiet location. Close to bus stop (64) & San Pietro train station. Short walking distance to Vatican, few restaurants and convenient store nearby including laundry shop. Property provide coin operated washing machine but has no dryer. Its quiet at night (provided window is closed), AC in the room. Room is big enough for 2 person with mid size luggage to laid open. Small kitchen for simple cooking. Good place to stay for short duration. Exhaust vent fan in the shower room is very noisy, need to overhaul or replace. The fluorescent light right above bed head is a bit strange, its not comfortable for reading, maybe owner should consider relocate it.

• Jonathan (7/5): Brilliant for most visitors! - The owner, Nico, was super responsive. He provided comprehensive instructions for getting into the property, including a video. He was extremely easy to reach with issues, and provided me with a huge roll of kitchen roll, a oven pad and a round tin for baking in the oven as soon as I asked! I'm sure, if we'd needed ideas for travelling in Rome as a tourist, he would have been absolutely brilliant. The accommodation was largely clean and well presented. It was obvious they had a good cleaner/cleaning team. It was also very good value for money given the location within a very short walk of St. Peter's Basilica. We chose this apartment because we were promised a kitchen. The kitchen was too poorly equipped to cook full meals in. Upon arrival, there was no baking tray, washing-up liquid, sponges, kitchen roll, cleaning cloths or oven gloves, and insufficient cups and chairs for the number of possible guests (eight in three rooms). The shared kitchen was generally clean, but the topmost plates were covered in crumbs and the frying pan in the oven was filthy (see picture). The apartment was on the third floor, but the lift was extremely small. My slim son and I just about fit with our cabin bags, but it was a squeeze. A generously-proportioned guest with large suitcases would struggle. The family room had no wardrobe, drawers or other storage. And only one chair for (potentially) four people. The toilet roll holder was missing when we visited.

• Cary (10/5): Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who needs a convenient place to stay in Rome! - The room is in a fantastic location close to The Vatican and also within easy walking distance of many of the best local attractions, including: The Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, etc. Many great restaurants are also within a 5 minute walk. Nico, the host, was extremely helpful and welcoming as well. It's a small, European style apartment, but extremely clean, well-organized, and efficient.

The water preure so low that if one person showered the scond person had to wait a log time for hot waer and get more thn a tricle out of the shower. also, it would gave been nicerif we had coffee and milk so we could have the morning coffee!
• Anonymous (9/5): It was excellent except for the beddings. - The owner of the property is GREAT. He is caring and hard working. The place isn’t too far from Trenitalia to take you to Roma Termini or Fiumcino International Airport or you could catch a bus or a taxi in the train station (trene stazione). The Vatican is only 12 minutes walk, depending on route taking and how fast you walk. I am glad that the guy next door didn’t turn up his TV anymore unlike the first day. The bed was comfortable. It is a community place where people share kitchen and washing machine. The pillow cases smelled like toothpaste that I had to use my jacket to cover the smell and there is no bed sheet 😔.
