Chuveiro fantástico :) Localizado numa rua movimentada durante a noite e mesmo assim não ouvimos nada. Descansámos muito bem. Voltaríamos! Nada :)

• Matthias (2/5): Ein winziges, dunkles, renovierungsbedürftiges Zimmer - Roomkeeping Wir sind seit 15 Jahren jährlich in Rom in der der Gegend, haben aber ein so schlechte Unterkunft noch nie erwischt: Das Zimmer ist ein kleiner, dunkler, renovierungsbedürftiger Raum mit kleinem Bett. Die angegebenen 15 qm kommen nur mit dem gleich großen Bad zusammen. Das Zimmer ist so klein, dass die Trolleys nicht aufgeklappt werden können. Es gibt zwar ein Fenster zu einem Hauskanal, der aber so dunkel ist, dass man selbst bei bestem Wetter das Licht anmachen muss. Außerdem ist es so stickig, dass wir die Klimaanlage 24 Stunden wimmern lassen mussten. Besonders das Bad ist stark renovierungsbedürftig, da die Farbe abblättert und in der Ecke wohl schon der Schimmel beginnt. Alles in allem eine Unverschämtheit für 250 € pro Nacht.

Whatsap uzerinden ulasim ve bilgilendirmeler cok fazla ve hizli bir sekilde yapiliyor, sorulara cevaplar hizli bir sekilde veriliyor. Konumu harikaydi. Ispanyol merdivenlerinin dibinde, Roma gezisinde gidebileceginiz hemen her yere yurume mesafesinde, Vatikan ve Colosseum’a yuruyerek ya da metroyla (metro duragina 2 dk) gidilebiliyor (30-35 dk yuruyerek, keyifli yuruyus rotasi da var, yorulmak istemeyen metroyla gidebilir 15-20 dk). Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Ucretsiz kullanabilecegimiz kahve makinasi (kapsulleriyle birlikte) mevcuttu. Hediye olarak su, zeytinyagi ve sarap ikram ettiler. Odada utu ve utu masasi mevcut idi. Minibar mevcut (icerisinde ucretiyle kullanabileceginiz urunler mevcut). Bizim banyomuzda maalesef bidet yoktu, gelirken olacagini gosteriyordu fotograflar ve imkanlar kismi ama yoktu. Cok merkezi konumda olmasi nedeniyle sokaktan ses gelmesi cok normal olmakla birlikte asagidaki kafeler ve sokaktaki temizlikler cok sesli yapiliyor, ozellikle erken saatlerde (06.00-06.30 arasi basliyor ses) cok siddetli (uykudan uyandiracak seviyede) sesler olabiliyor (sabah erken kalkmayi sorun etmiyorsaniz cok sorun degil) ancak zaten bu kadar merkezi konumda olmasi, altinda kafe olmasi nedeniyle beklenen bir durum. Klozetin arkasinda kolon seklinde oda icerisinde bir kisim var, klozet kullanimindan sonra buradan rahatsiz edici bir koku geliyor (bu duruma cozum bulmak gerekli).

Die Fenster sind schlecht isoliert, die Strasse die ganze Nacht durch sehr laut (Strassensäuberung, Müllentsorgung, laute Fahrzeuge). Wir wollten den Aufenthalt kürzen, keine Kulanz obwohl bei der generell hohen Anfrage in Rom zu dem Zeitpunkt das Zimmer problemlos hätte anderweitig vermietet werden können.

• Desislava (10/5): - Perfect location, near to the most sightseeings in Rome. 2 min to the Spanish steps. There are a lot of restaurants, sovenir shops and even a mini market on the street. The room was nice and cosy. The bed is comfortable. The host is really kind.

Verten Larisa oppleves hyggelig og tilgjengelig, svarer raskt på henvendelser og bistår med gode anbefalinger. Jeg og min datter er veldig fornøyd med oppholdet.

• Aleksandra (9/5): I would recommend to anyone visiting Rome! - The location is 10/10!!! Close to all the main sights! the hotel is on a small street filled with restaurants and shops. The atmosphere was amazing. Although it’s on a very lively location, it was very quite in the room. The staff is very polite and correct! The only negative experience was that when you flush the toilet or take a shower a weird and very noisy and annoying sound comes from the pipes.

The room was comfortable and the location couldn’t be better — just steps from many of Rome’s main attractions and an easy walk to Trastevere. Larisa was a fantastic host: an excellent communicator, very welcoming, and even treated me to a complimentary bottle of Prosecco. The cleaning staff were friendly and kept everything spotless. While the area is lively, the convenience, hospitality, and value made it well worth it. I’d happily recommend Hotel Spagna to anyone visiting Rome.

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema, direi anche irrisorio, ma Michele ha tenuto a risolverlo. Una presenza preziosa e puntuale, di rara educazione.

I needed ear plugs to sleep but I didn’t have any. So I couldn’t sleep all night from the other guests coming in and out all night until the early morning.

Location! - Best location right next to the Soanish Steps wit lots of food, shops, luxury brands, walking distance to all attractions even walking to the Vatican! Taxi right at the steps. Location is the best. Management of this property was so nice welcoming from the moment we booked to when we left. Highly recommend this place. Big enough room for couples, clean! The best is there's lifts to the rooms!

The location was perfect, within walking distance to all of the major sites in Rome. It has some lovely restaurants near by (especially the one next door). We felt safe and secure at the property. The bed was so comfortable, my partner and I slept amazingly every night of our stay. Communication from the property on how to check in was helpful, Larisa gave us some great locations to try out for food. The Venue Spagna were the perfect hosts. Thanks for making our already amazing trip even better.

It’s at the heart of the city, great for travelers. Specious and super clean. There is no reception but their system makes it super easy to access for guests but safe system. Nothing bothered.

Location was amazing, everything within walking distance, room was cleaned every morning whilst we was out, we were given a bottle of Prosecco and glasses upon arrival, easy to access with codes and felt really safe. Noise wasn’t a problem outside as we don’t mind it, but with the windows shut you could hardly hear anything anyway. Really recommend this place, has everything you would need and the host is really really helpful. Thankyou! Nothing!

The room could use some maintenance, such as a lick of paint and a new showerhead. When I tried to check in, the room was still locked, and it took 30 minutes before the host replied, as she is only available on Whatsapp.

The location is perfect, close to The Spanish Steps, Spagna metro station, restaurants and shops. Barbara was amazing to deal with, so helpful, quick to answer any queries and provide great recommendations. Would highly recommend to stay here when visiting Rome. A full length mirror somewhere in the room would have been helpful.
