• Erjola (10/5): - The perfect place to enjoy your stay in Rome. The host was fantastic, always available and ready to help at any moment. The location was perfect, as it is very close to the train station and the metro, which makes it much easier to get around and visit the different attractions. There were also wonderful places nearby to enjoy food, ice cream, or simply have a drink. I highly recommend it because it is truly worth it.

Jednak warto przygotować się na to że nie jest to centrum Rzymu. Dziewczyny z dłuższymi włosami na próżno mogą próbować wysuszyć swoje włosy suszarką dostępną w pokoju. Ściany bardzo cienkie było słychać co robią osoby w pokoju obok. Jesli chodzi o czystość to było naprawdę super jedynie przydałoby się odświeżenie łazienka w naszym pokoju.

He not even verify and call and ask me not to use so much. If he worry of ppl take more than 1 a day, he can just issue to the room. Don't put it in kitchen. The sound proof is bad, we need to be very soft when walk or talk.

• carla (4/5): Decepcionante trato y servicio - Buena ubicacion y limpio. Reservé este alojamiento pensando que era un apartamento privado, pero al llegar descubrimos que en realidad era un piso compartido con más gente. Lo único privado era la habitación con su baño. Esto no quedaba claro en el anuncio, así que la sensación fue bastante engañosa porque no es lo mismo un apartamento entero que compartir zonas comunes con desconocidos. Además, la experiencia con el propietario fue bastante mala. El día del check-out le pedimos si podíamos salir a las 12:30 y nos dijo que sí, sin problema. Intentamos irnos antes, pero al final salimos unos 10 minutos más tarde, y su reacción fue amenazarnos con llamar a la policía si no nos íbamos inmediatamente. En general, poca transparencia en el anuncio y muy mal trato por parte del propietario. No repetiría.

• Alejandro (10/5): Perfecto alojamiento en Roma - Andrea ha sido un anfitrión fantástico, siempre pendiente de que estuviera todo bien. Muy bien ubicado cerca de metro y autobuses y a muy pocas paradas de las principales atracciones turísticas. El apartamento todo muy bien, tal y como se ve en las fotos!

J’avais demanded l’aveille que nous allons arriver a 20h30 a Fiumicino Aeroport. Le proprietaire ou bien son personnel nous a demande de prendre un taxi. Apres avoir arrive il n’ y avait pas des taxis disposable et la queu etait enorme. Nous avons decide de prendre le train directe. Et le cauchemare avait commence. Le proprietaire nous disastait que nous n’avons pas respecter ses regles et qu’il alait annuler la reservation qui n’ est pas normale seldon les conditions Booking . Finalement nous sommes arrives pile l’heure annoncee deux jours avant. Merci de voir avec lui ses conditions d’accueul et de les annoncer sur vote site

• mercia (8/5): - O apartamento está localizado em um bairro agradável, com pontos de ônibus e metrô a 10 minutos a pé. O bairro tem muitos bares e restaurantes de excelente qualidade(por exemplo pizzeria Ostiense). Pode-se ir para o aeroporto diretamente de uma estação de trem nas proximidades. O apartamento estava limpo e o anfitrião muito educado e prestativo. Havia uma cozinha à disposição para preparo de pequenas refeiçoes. Poderia haver um local para apoiar as malas dentro do quarto e também uma mesa com cadeira.

There are regular buses but we weren't sure which ones to use, so we walked. I should have just asked Andrea as he would have recommended what bus to use ! Would have saved me getting blisters too....

The room was very comfortable and the air-con in the room was perfect after spending all day in the sun. We found everything to be exceptional. No issues with anything.

• Pettifer (8/5): Great stay after a long day of travel - The location is just outside of Rome, situated within a communal apartment-style building. This means you share common spaces with other travelers, each having their own private bedroom and bathroom. Despite the shared setting, the washroom and bedroom were very comfortable and a welcome relief after a long flight, providing a good space to rest and recharge.
• Liu (3/5): Not acceptable. The host is rude. - Nice view. Big spacious kitchen. Coffee machine. Kitchen was tidy. There were no bath robes (that was claimed) Separate bathroom where you need to go through the kitchen, not convenient. The TV was in Italian only, no news in English. There was a hole in the pillow and a photo is attached. There was no drying rack for clothing that was also claimed. Toilet paper holder was broken. The toilet had not been cleaned for 3 days, the host didn't change towels until we asked him on the fourth day. He argued with us saying we need to call him to replace the towels. It's not acceptable. 👎 The knives were not sharp. Wine was not provided even though it was claimed on booking.com The was no bottle water provided and no filter for water. The host was rude and said if we are not happy with the room, we need to book 5 star hotel next time. The place is very hard to find, there was no sign anywhere. The host took 48 euros tourist tax and didn't give me any receipt. Will not recommend this place to anyone.
• Emilija (10/5): Exceptional - The apartment is located in the nice neighborhood, with bus stops and metro within walking 10min walking distance so it made exploring the city easy. The neighborhood itself has a lot of bars and restaurants. The apartment was clean, and the host was very polite and helpful. The room had everything we needed. You have also a nice kitchen at your disposal.
• Roza (10/5): Feel like a local in Rome - Great appartement, beautifully refurbished. Exactly like on the photos. Very kind host, and actually all the people in the neighbourhood. Even a pizza delivery guy we met in the courtyard was eager to take his time and give us tourist advice. We didn't use the kitchen, but i had a look, and it is fully functional and equipped, and spotless clean. You should explore the neighbourhood with very high standard restaurants and trendy bars. There's a great cafe nearby, Café Merenda (coffee, breakfast, brunch, cute dogs). We liked it very much but for my first visit to Rome it would've been preferable to be closer to the historical part of the city. Nevertheless, it's very well connected via busses (you can just tap your card, no need to buy a ticket). And a BIG ADVANTAGE, the appartement is near Travestere train station with a direct link to the airport 🛫

• Maria (6/5): Pleasant - The apartment was close to the metro, with many shops and pharmacies nearby, and the host was communicative and responsive. The mattress and pillow were uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another major issue was that the bathroom was external and not inside our room, which was not mentioned anywhere in the listing. We also had to share the apartment with two other families, and the walls were so thin that we could hear everything, including people snoring in the neighboring rooms. The circuit breaker kept tripping whenever the oven was used, which was very inconvenient. The room itself was quite small, with very little storage space. Finding the location was also a challenge since the photos in the listing showed the surrounding buildings rather than the actual one where the apartment was located.
