Sehr unfreundliches Personal und Besitzer, der gleich zu diskutieren und schreien begonnen hat, als wir uns wegen der Lautstärke beschwert haben. Baustelle gleich daneben die von 7- nach 20h sehr laut gearbeitet hat und meine Tochter nie zur Ruhe kommen konnte. Am 1. Abend, wollte anscheinend auch jemand in unser Zimmer rein, somit hatte sie gleich auch Angst und wir haben uns nicht sicher gefühlt in diesem Loch. Sauberkeit ist kein Begriff, Decke hatte keinen Überzug und Flecken, ich war einfach froh weg zu sein. Bilder stimmen nicht über ein. Eher ein KI optimiertes Bild von einem mikrigen Loch. Ich wünsche keinem so eine Unterkunft besonders nicht um diesen Preis. Da gibt es genug Alternativen in Rom die besser und sicherer sind.

• Sukriye (8/5): Week-end en amoureux - L’amabilité du réceptionniste Sharif. Très poli et serviable. Le quartier très sûr et proche de tout à pied. Plein de bons restos tout près où les locaux vont manger. Loin du bruit du centre. L’emplacement était idéal. Le prix correspond à la qualité des chambres proposées. Il ne faut pas s’attendre à un 3 étoiles. Mais pour visiter Rome c’est assez car les prix des logements sont très chers à Rome.
• Lily (10/5): - The staff was extremely helpful and very nice. Great price for what you are getting, clean, many cute restaurants around it we went to a rooftop bar just down the street. This place was perfect we sat out on the balcony and it was so nice, comfy beds! Could have been a little closer to the main attractions but overall not to bad of a walk or a quick taxi

• Judith (6/5): The guest house was reasonably located but not much around it shops etc there are restaurants but no take out - It was clean I booked the small double and it was just that very small None of the furniture matched my side of the beds cupboard was so high I couldn’t see the clock and the bed was very hard the rooms are not sound proof you are disturbed by noise all around (other guests)

• Júlia (10/5): Muy buena opción: habitación económica, céntrica y cómoda - Hicimos una reserva de última hora por un imprevisto que tuvimos en otro alojamiento donde estábamos, y nos atendieron muy bien, nos dieron muchas facilidades y fueron muy amables, especialmente Emilio, que nos atendió. Calidad-precio muy bien, buscábamos una habitación sencilla, asequible, con aire acondicionado, cómoda, básicamente para dormir y descansar a ratos, y nos fue súper bien esta opción. Estaba muy limpia ybbien cuidada. La localización también es muy buena, a unos 20 min.a pie de Fontana di Trevi.

La cama es confortable y la calefacción calentaba enseguida la habitación. Además contábamos con una gran ventana para ventilar el cuarto. En una ocasión teníamos que salir en la mañana y nos quedamos sin agua caliente para ducharnos. Eso sí, esperamos 10min y regreso. La estufa que hay en la habitación goteaba agua. Las infraestructuras son bastante antiguas al igual que el mobiliario.

• Martina (5/5): Buona posizione - Posizione top, perfetta per chi vuole uscire la sera: vicina alle discoteche e ben collegata con i mezzi per visitare Roma. La zona sembrerebbe tranquilla — abbiamo camminato anche di notte e non abbiamo avuto problemi. La camera non è bella come nelle foto, le pareti sono molto sottili e si sente tutto. Il letto è piuttosto piccolo (e occupa la stanza intera) e la reception assente — non abbiamo nemmeno fatto il check-out.

• Alison (1/5): Mauvais rapport qualité prix - À part l’emplacement rien Bonjour, Nous sommes extrêmement déçus de ce logement. Chambre très petite, mal isolée : on entend tout des voisins et les travaux dehors nuit et jour. Draps changés seulement une fois dans la semaine, poussière partout sous les meubles et le lit. La douche est inutilisable : l’eau devient glaciale ou sans pression dès que quelqu’un d’autre tire de l’eau. À cela s’ajoutent des frais totalement abusifs : taxe de séjour de 5 € par personne et par jour, plus un supplément d’arrivée tardive facturé 40 € après 22h. Or notre vol a eu deux heures de retard, situation totalement indépendante de notre volonté, et nous avons tout de même dû payer. Au vu du prix payé, les prestations sont inacceptables.

• Patrycja (7/5): Było ok, ale bez szału - Pokój byl czysty, personel sympatyczny. Łóżko duże. Sprzątane codziennie w razie chęci i potrzeby. Lodówka na stanie. Drzwi do łazienki były krzywe, nie domykały się poprawnie. Materac był zbyt twardy, ale to kwestia gustu. Nie uzupełniali zapasów szamponu / żelu pod prysznic. Klimatyzacja była bardzo głośna, często wydawała dziwne dźwięki. Widok z balkonu na plac budowy, ale bez hałasów, bo nikt tam nie pracował. Można by odświeżyć ściany. Trudno się dostać do hotelu - czasem nikt nie odbiera domofonu, telefonu również.

• Khalil (4/5): Vacation in Rom - Positive: The staff was very friendly, and the location of the guesthouse is excellent – right in the heart of Rome. You can walk to all major sights, and there are cafés, restaurants, and bus connections nearby. Negative: There is a large construction site right next to the guesthouse, with extremely loud noise from 7 a.m. to almost 9 p.m., five days a week. The constant sound of heavy machinery, especially excavators, made it hard to stay in the room. Even worse was the strong smell of mold in the room – it was musty and unpleasant, and we experienced breathing difficulties because of it. Although the manager tried to compensate us with €50, we feel this did not make up for the health issues caused by the poor air quality in the room.

• Volodymyr (6/5): Overall, the apartment can be recommended for staying, especially due to its convenient location, but it would be great - Positive aspects: • The apartment was fairly clean. • It was easy to get there from the train station, everything was clear. • Very convenient location — most tourist attractions were within walking distance. • The bed linen was clean. • Daily cleaning service, towels were changed regularly. • The room had a balcony. • The bed was comfortable, and the mattress was good. • There were no problems with hot water or the bathroom. What could be improved: • The room was very poorly furnished. It had only a bed, a coat rack, a small table, one chair, and two bedside tables. • The balcony had no furniture at all — no chair, no stool, no table. There was also no ashtray, even though the balcony clearly allowed smoking. • The floor in the room was cold, and there were no slippers provided, nor could we buy any from the front desk. • There were no dishes — not even glasses or plates. We later found out these could be requested from the administrator, but no one informed us, so we had to buy our own. • The apartment description on Booking.com mentioned it was well-equipped, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet our expectations. • The view from the balcony was directly onto a large construction site, where noisy work was going on every day. There was no pleasant view to speak of. • The yard was constantly filled with construction noise — things being broken, drilled, and installed. It made it hard to relax.

• Kristina (5/5): I wouldn’t go there again. - It was 20 min from the centre The elevator wasn’t working most of the time as someone was leaving the doors open ( you have to close them manually) and every time the room was “cleaned” the same sheets are used and the stuff was turning off the air conditioner, despite how many times I asked them not to.

• Taslima (1/5): Scam! Total lie. Use Google reviews, would not given even one star - The bed was a queen size and had clean sheets shockingly. Fridge surprisingly worked Our flight landed at 6:30pm so we got to hotel a little later than expected (was initially 6pm) and we were charged a €20 late fee for check in which is totally cheeky as we let hotel know what time we will be landing at time of booking. I’ve never had this before at hotels where I’ve checked in even later but gave hotel a heads up at the time of booking. Just seems like a money grab. The room was superficially clean and the floor was dirty that my clean white socks got dirty immediately after putting them on. The sink had cracks in it and the shower head looked like it was glued on so it spat water out from all directions. The bathroom smelt musty which lingered into the room and we had to open the window as the air con didn’t work. The Wi-Fi password didn’t work as ‘noted’ in the room, and there was no tv remote for the tv in the room so we couldn’t even turn this on. The lift to the room was small, old and felt unsafe, we were given three room keys for three separate doors, but the doors to the room didn’t feel secure, the walls were paper thin and there was loud banging from staff and other residents late at night which shattered against the doors but also from construction outside in early mornings. We stayed 3 nights and it got bad to worse. The location is not best signposted and hard to locate as the pictures didn’t match the room description. The hotel was a 30 min walk to the city centre not 10/15 mins as described When initially booking

There was trash in the balcony and the bins, which made us think that the room had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom door did not lock properly, which is not ideal. Although there were kettles in the common area, there was no tea or coffee available. The phone numbers made available to us were out of service. The person on the other side of the line said their company had not been managing the property for over a year. We had to find the phone numbers online.

• Kate (8/5): great little spot for a short stay - great little place. fridge in the room. elevator to your floor for large luggage (very slow but does the job) staff were friendly and everything was as described in the description very slow old fashioned elevator meaning you need to rely on other people to close the doors properly in order for it to work.

• Abbas (10/5): Exceptional - The property definitely made us feel safe. Located a nice walking distance from most attractions like the Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain and more. Many coffee shops near and a pharmacy right next to the building. The host was immensely kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

• Saloniemi (2/5): Not good - Location some what okay Room didn't look the same at all, you could hear everything from other rooms (partying and sex). Balcony was definately not the one in the pictures. Smell in the room was bad (mold I guess) and it felt like there is no oxygen in the room unless you opened the balcony door (not a good idea when there is 0 degrees outside.) Fridge didn't work. After couple of nights sleeping in that bed I felt itchy all the time.

Very easy and straightforward check in/check out. It was such a lovely private space and so relaxed/quiet. The room was smaller than shown in photos but nothing significant and it was still a lovely room with plenty of space for 2! The warm water in the shower is timed however it’s more than enough!

The mattress was good and the bathroom was renovated and also satisfactory. The corner of the room with the mini-fridge was too dark. Extra lighting would improve the area. The excellent staff was available only at certain hours. I would have preferred having a contact for questions or problems on the property more often.
