• Boriss (10/5): Highly recommended! - We had a wonderful stay at Paulo’s apartment in Rome. The location is excellent — the metro station is just a few steps away, making it very easy to reach all the main attractions and travel around the city. The apartment was clean, cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. Paulo was a very friendly, kind, and helpful host, always available and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our time in Rome and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! The only small downside was that the sound insulation could be better, but overall we really enjoyed our stay and would gladly come back again.

• Lidia (10/5): Very authentic,very Italian, felt like home. I would visit again. - Very clean and comfy, I liked the interior the most. Everything was stylish decorated by the last detail. The apartment is in a gated complex with very nice courtyard and a doorman.The atmosphere in general was very Italian and authentic. Felt very safe also. The neighbourhood looks very safe too. In the shared kitchen and living room you have everything needed like you are at your own home. Unlimited coffee and cold water were provided every day. The bed was soft and comfy. There is a bit of noise from the street, but i always sleep with earplugs , so I didn’t have a problem. There is TV only in the living room but that wasn’t a problem for us also. Great rooftop terrace with many plants.
• Emmanuel (9/5): Très bon séjour, logement et propriétaire agréable et bien situé géographiquement - Le propriétaire était très serviable et disponible. Le logement était très joli et bien équipé. Bien qu'au 4eme étage sans ascenseur, nous avons tout de même bien profité de la terrasse commune mise à disposition. Seul petit bémol, les bruits de la rue que la chambre n'isole pas beaucoup, mais rien d'insurmontable non plus. On recommande le logement, et possible que nous y retournions pour un futur séjour. L'isolation phonique dans la chambre est à améliorer.

• I. (9/5): Prima voor stedentrip 👍😎 - Goed ontvangen, schone kamer, prima locatie! Airco kon niet aan, was erg warm op de kamer. Raam open gelaten maar dan wel veel straatherrie.
• Clara (10/5): Perfecto lugar en el barrio San Giovanni de Roma - Me gustó el estado general de la propiedad comodidad limpieza y buen gusto. Es nuevo, tal cual las fotos. La ubicación es muy conveniente, se llega a pie en 25 minutos al casco histórico de Roma. La estación de metro y bus a 2 cuadras. El barrio también es muy agradable. La atención de Paulo impecable. Hay buenos restaurantes cerca y supermercados por si queres comprar y comer algo en la cocina del lugar. Muy contentos de haber estado aquí. Nada. Todo re bien
• Agustina (8/5): Confortable, muy buena. - La habitación muy limpia, luminosa y amplia para dejar las valijas. También tiene un placard con perchas para colgar la ropa lo cual resulta muy útil. Baño completo hasta con secador de pelo y bidet. La cocina muy limpia y completa, tenía un lavarropas. La sala de estar era muy linda también. Paolo el dueño muy atento a nuestras necesidades y muy amable. Lo único que fue un poco cansador fue subir las valijas por las escaleras, la propiedad queda en un cuarto piso.

Common area- kitchen and living room was well organized with available necessities. The apartment is located in a very nice complex which is quiet and close to the metro station San Giovanni which is one stop from Colloseum. We would love to come back again!

• Елена (10/5): - Приезжали с подругой в Рим в начале ноября, и я очень рада, что удалось остановить выбор именно на данном варианте жилья (если что, это лучшее мое бронирование за все время). Огромное спасибо Паоло за гостеприимство, помощь в поиске уютных локальных мест и кафе, а так же отдельно упомяну его котиков, они очень милые, особенно Тигро)) По поводу самого жилья — все было гипер чисто, уютно, тихо, так же был доступ на террасу с отличным видом. В общем, однозначно советую❤️ Не понравилось только то, что у нас было всего 3 ночи в Риме) В следующий раз обязательно постараемся остаться подольше и в этом замечательном городе, и в не менее замечательном гостевом доме.

• Bagra (9/5): Idealne miejsce jako baza do zwiedzania Rzymu. - W mieszkaniu były trzy pokoje a do tego jako pomieszczenia wspólne dobrze wyposażona, przestronna kuchnia, gdzie można było samodzielnie przygotować śniadanie. Kawa, herbata były dostępne. Do wspólnego użytkowania był również salon z telewizorem i meblami wypoczynkowymi. Bardzo wygodnie. Okolica spokojna i bardzo bliska stacji metra.

• Eugenio (10/5): NO OS LO PERDÁIS. ES PERFECTO. - Todo: Habitación maravillosa, luminosa y con un tamaño excelente; bien decorada y super limpia. El baño perfecto. Además el inmueble es tranquilo, bonito y sereno. El acceso segurísimo incluso de noche. El barrio es precioso, al lado de San Giovanni in laterano, una joya de la arquitectura que cautiva. Además comunicación perfecta con TODA ROMA o bien en bus (parada enfrente) o bien en metro, a escasos 3 minutos andando. OS LO RECOMIENDO. Nada. Es todo una perfecta conjunción entre propiedad (Paolo es extraordinario) y relación calidad-precio-ubicación
• Rebolledo (10/5): Unos días perfectos - Me gustó mucho la ubicación,el metro esta al lado y la parada de autobús en frente y comunica perfectamente con todos los lugares emblemáticos. El apartamento es monísimo y muy cuidado. Y el dueño amabilísimo. Cómo sugerencia, pero en todos los lugares , explicaciónes en español, no todo el mundo habla inglés e italiano.

• Susanna (8/5): Чистый, уютный номер недалеко от центра - Чистый, светлый, просторный номер. В гостевом доме три номера, общая зона - кухня и гостиная. Очень уютно. Соседей практически не было слышно (возможно нам просто повезло с соседями на период нашего проживания). Есть кофемашина, холодильник, все необходимые вещи для приготовления еды. Терраса на верхнем этаже, можно там посидеть и поесть, либо выпить кофе. Расположение очень хорошее, рядом и метро, и автобусные остановки (через дорогу остановка 85 автобуса, который едет в центр и очень хорошо работает). Владелец гостевого дома очень любезный, у нас был ранний прилёт, разрешили приехать раньше и оставить вещи до заезда, пока готовили наш номер. Приятный внутренний дворик. В целом, безопасно и комфортно. Гостевой дом находится на 4-м этаже. Лифта в этом доме нет, не совсем удобно было подниматься и спускаться, особенно с чемоданами. Освещение в номере слабое. В ванной комнате не хватает крючков для одежды, полочек в душевой вообще нет, было очень неудобно, некуда было поставить средства личной гигиены. Смеситель также был не совсем удобный, слишком маленький. Вода была не очень горячая, возможно стоят какие-то регуляторы температуры. За 6 ночей в нашем номере ни разу не провели уборку. Можно было хотя бы после 3-й ночи провести уборку, заменить полотенца и постельное бельё. Так как в этом уже была большая необходимость. Окна выходили на шумную улицу, даже с закрытыми окнами было шумно, постоянное движение машин ночью. В выходные под окнами была шумная компания молодёжи в баре, очень шумно было, благо это длилось не всю ночь.

La ubicación está genial, cerca de parada de metro y bastante céntrico. Paolo es super amable y explica todo genial, muy dispuesto para aconsejar donde comer/ que ver, etc. Alojamiento muy recomendable. Por poner un pero, que es un cuarto piso sin ascensor y que la fuerza del agua en la ducha es un poco floja.

We thought for a long time for any cons, can only say, may be, about weak water pressure in the shower. And we needed some time to get used to door locks :) But probably, the problem was not in locks, but in us :D

• jacinta (9/5): - Very comfortable, felt right at home. Beautiful rooftop terrace! The appartment is so lovely and cute. Fantastic shared kitchen/amenities for you to use. Host was really great on arrival, giving advice/tips which was so appreciated and even helped with my suitcase. Very good security Lots of stairs, be prepared but so worth it. Curtains aren't completely block out but eye mask fixes that.
• Oliwia (10/5): Polecam! - Lokalizacja obiektu super, blisko do stacji metra, a od razu po wyjściu z budynku znajdował się przystanek autobusowy, z którego można było dojechać praktycznie do wszystkich ważnych obiektów. Właściciel bardzo miły i sympatyczny. W pokoju jak i pomieszczeniach wspólnych czysto i przyjemnie. Fajnie że prysznic w łazience był duży i przestronny. Jedyną uwagą jaką mieliśmy z partnerem był brak telewizora w pokoju. Był on co prawda w pomieszczeniu wspólnym, które było dzielone z gośćmi z innych pokoi, jednak czasami dla własnej prywatności przyjemniej by było mieć telewizor we własnym pokoju.

• Uttam (10/5): A beautiful space with a wonderful host. - Its a very nicely done up space. Room has basic things however there is common access areas like the hall and kitchen and it has all the things you need. Ele is extremely helpful. She has a few beautiful and friendly cats. She guided us on things to do, local transport options and recommendations for a few good restaurants. There is a bus stop right next to the property. We loved our stay here. Would definitely recommend it to everyone. Everything was perfect. If you are carrying too many luggages, the room might seem little small. Thats about it.
• Martyna (10/5): Super komfortowe miejsce - Apartament był bardzo czysty i super wyposażony. W kuchni można coś ugotować zrobić sobie kawę herbatę. Można było również wypoczywać na tarasie znajdującym się na ostatnim piętrze budynku z którego fajnie ogląda się okolicę. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko do głównego dworca Termini oraz do wszystkich najważniejszych atrakcji. Pomocny i miły właściciel. Jeżeli będę w Rzymie kolejnym razem chciałabym wrócić właśnie tutaj :) Nie uważam tego za minus ale trzeba mieć na uwadze że lokal jest na 4 piętrze a w tej części budynku nie ma windy (trochę ciężko było się wdrapać z dużą walizką :) ale mimo tego bardzo polecam super miejsce
• Lizi (8/5): Skvělí pobyt, malé mouchy - Pokoj byl čistý a prostorný. Výhled jsme měli do ulice. Ulice byla klidná. Ubytování bylo nové a moderní. Hned naproti je bus zastávka a kousek i metro. Jediné co nám chybělo bylo více odkládacích ploch a ramínek ve skříni. Dál do centra, s tím jsme počítali.

• Mariia (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay was amazing! The apartment is super cozy and has everything you might need, even tips on where to eat and how to get around the city. Our room was clean and comfortable. Super nice terrace on the roof, although unfortunately we didn’t have enough time to sit there and enjoy. The location is also great. We’d totally recommend it and will probably come back next time! 😄

Access to kitchen and washing machine (€3) and space to dry clothes on the roof terrace. Good location 15 mins walk from the Colosseum and 5 mins walk from Metro Station. Nothing really, but we aware that there is no lift in the building and the flat is in the 4th floor. Still worth climbing!

• Lidija (10/5): Excellent accommodation - Excellent location, just a twenty-minute walk to the Colosseum, but also very close to the metro and bus station, from where you can reach all the important places in the city in just a few minutes. The apartment is perfectly clean, beautifully furnished, stylish, and makes you feel comfortable. In the kitchen, you have everything you need, and at any time you have at your disposal different types of coffee, tea, spices, cookies... The owner Paolo is extremely pleasant and kind, unobtrusive, but always available and willing to help you with all the necessary informations. • Arpatsara (8/5): Great spot to stay with limited budget. - Nice location and close to the metro station. I was not aware that the apartment was on the 4th floor and no lift, so carrying 3 luggage up and down was challenging.
• Laura (10/5): The place is fabulous and worth all the money that we paid. - The property was very nice, clean and all necessary equipment was there. They even have a quite terrace on the roof! The most popular tourist places are not so far and you can easily reach it by metro/bus or even walk if you like to do a sightseeing by foot and have a energy to walk a bigger distances (it took us 20-30min to reach a Colosseum by foot!). The neighborhood looked realy very safe. The host was very friendly and gave some advices about the public transport, popular places where to eat and what we can see arround the neighborhood.
• Renata (10/5): Exceptional - Wonderful location ( close to a.metro station " San Giovanmi", 30 minutes on foot from "Roma Termini" station; 2 km on foot to Colosseum, 300 meters to PAM shop) a beautiful interior, very well equipped apartment with all ( and more ) facilities needed when you are staying out of home. A very comfortable bed..Very clean place. A beautiful terrace on the roof, well equipped kitchen, beautiful and green backyard, very good wi-fi. Wonderful communication with the owner - fast and efficient. Easy check-in and flexibility (we are really greatful). Quiet environment. A great place to stay in Rome! Everything was great! Honestly.
