• Teresa (10/5): Excelente experiência. - A estadia na Francy Guest House foi excelente. O alojamento era muito acolhedor, limpo, confortável e bem equipado. Gostei especialmente da quantidade de itens disponíveis para os hóspedes, como ferro de engomar e secador de cabelo. O anfitrião foi sempre extremamente disponível, simpático e atento, fornecendo instruções muito claras desde o check-in até ao final da estadia. Tudo correu de forma simples e organizada, o que fez com que me sentisse tranquila e bem recebida. A localização é excelente com estação de metro e autocarro a 1 minuto, Termini a cerca de 5 minutos e de fácil acesso a pé aos principais pontos turísticos. Recomendo vivamente o alojamento a quem procura um local confortável, bem cuidado e com um excelente acompanhamento por parte do anfitrião. Ficaria novamente sem hesitar. Sugiro apenas a colocação de suportes para as toalhas de banho.
• João (6/5): Qualidade preço muito mau - Facilidade de comunicação Limpeza, sanita avariada, duche sujo e não aguentava preso na parede, cotão no chão. Predio a cheirar super mal e em mau estado
• Walter (4/5): Mala experiencia - La ubicacion El equipamiento era deficiente. No hubo cambio de toallas ni ropa de cama en 3 noches. No existia la vajilla. Ofrecía tetera o cafera y solo se dispone de un calentador de agua. Sin vasos en el baño, que tampoco disponia en la ducha de llugares de apoyo para jabones o shampoo. Al requerimiento de tazas y vasos se nos trajeron vasos descartables de cartón. Mala experiencia.

• Sylvie (8/5): Séjour très plaisant. - La grandeur de l'appartement, la proximité avec tous les principaux lieux de visites, très près de la Gare Central, beaucoup de restaurant près et station de métro. l'accueil était moyen, et communication moyenne. Nous n'avons rencontré aucun membre du personnel.

Brak możliwości zasłonięcia okien a co za tym idzie brak wieczorem intymności. Pokój mały ale wszystko co potrzebne było łącznie z żelazkiem i suszarką do włosów.

• Adriana (9/5): - Molto pulito ed il check-in a qualunque ore con un codice è proprio comodo. Vicino metro e fermata bus.
• Anca-Ioana (3/5): Heater didn’t work at all - The apartment was clean and in a center location The windows don’t isolate very well the noise and I could hear all the cars/people from the street in the middle of the night. Moreover, I was very disappointed because the heater doesn’t work at all and I had to sleep with a lot of clothes on me because it was very cold outside (about 3-4 Celsius degrees during the night). I asked the caretaker to come and have a look at our heater and he said he came, but the problem still persists the next night. So I had to sleep again with a lot of clothes and unfortunately I got a flu.

• Goguadze (8/5): - Excellent location, very clean apartment, and close to almost all the main attractions within walking distance, so we barely needed to use transport. The bed was very large and comfortable, communication with Stefano was easy and he always responded quickly, thank you.

• Gábor (9/5): Nagyon jó ár-érték arányú szállás, központi helyen, remek házigazdával. - A szállás frekventált helyen van, a Termini-től 10 perc sétára, de egy csendes mellékutcában. De bármelyik főbb nevezetesség innen kb 30 -40 perc alatt gyalog is elérhető. Az A metro megállója egy sarokra van. Boltok, reggeliző helyek, pékség és jó étterem is a közelben. A szállás olyan mint a képeken és Stefano remek házigazda. A Check-in és -out egyszerű és érintkezésmentes. A szobában a hűtő működött nem dísz. Volt a szobában vasaló és vasalódeszka is, valamint kávé és tea be készítés. Ami még fontos lehet: a szembe tömb aljában külön fizetős 0-24 garázsszolgálat is van. Nekünk nem volt ilyen.

• Lika (6/5): - The location was very good and the host was very responsive, friendly and always on line to answer any of our questions. Rooms need repairing, it is old and feeling like it would fall apart if you touch it. Especially in the bathrooms it needs to be more clean, in the bedroom a little dust is more bearable than lightly clean bathrooms. About bedsheets, only 1 thin layer has as a cover, the blanket is separate and cannot be put inside of this thin layer, it is not envelope (so you have to put a blanket as a second, separate layer).

• Matteo (7/5): Idéale pour un court sejour, l’emplacement est assez agréable. Cependant un manque de confort et d’hygiène. C’est assez - La localisation Le bruit n’est franchement pas agréable. Je penses pour une location de cette durée (8jours) qu’ils auraient dû nous renouveler les draps, les serviettes le papier WC, et faire un brin de ménage, c’est un peu limite…
• Andrey (8/5): A good apartment - The room was nice, big, modern looking, clean, got everything needed. WiFi was good, beds were comfortable. Location is great. The only thing I didn`t like is there were not enough towels - 2 big towels and 2 small. Eventually you have to make a choice not to use a towel either for 1 of the sinks or for the bathroom floor. Hot plates didn`t work either. Pillows were really low, small and uncomfortable. These are the only reason I am not giving it a 10 but still somewhere between 8 and 9.

Llegamos, lloviendo, no contestaban el teléfono. De verdad mucho que desear aparte que la tasa de soggiorno (algo común en Italia) la cobran aparte y en efectivo (cosa que es sospechosa) por el precio la próxima vez me iría a otra parte

При бронировании думали, что это номер с общей гостиной. При заезде выяснилось, что это не так. Снятое как общее помещение на фото оказалось отдельным номером. Хотя это не отображается при бронировании. Еще минус - отсутствие холодильника(

• Wrotkowska (9/5): Udany urlop - Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko centrum, na dole piekarnia i pizza na kawałki. Zaraz obok liczne restauracje, również ze śniadaniami. Łazienka wymaga małego odświeżenia, przez okna słychać hałas całą noc.

• Araceli (8/5): Buena ubicación y buenas instalaciones - El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado, a unos 20min de los monumentos principales (Fontana, Coliseo..), del Vaticano está más lejos pero hay una parada de metro muy cerca y de deja allí en unos 20min. Además Termini está cerca para cuando vuelves y te vas, sin estar en el barrio de Termini. Muy limpio y con todo lo necesario, la cama también nos pareció cómoda. El apartamento 2 es muy poco luminoso porque da a un patio interior y es un primero de un piso bastante alto. La cobertura de internet es muy mala dentro del alojamiento y no hay wifi, yo no tenía nada de cobertura, a mi pareja se le iba continuamente, creo que debería plantearse el dueño poner red wifi. El gel/champú nos pareció escaso. Por otro lado, vi muy atento al dueño antes de la entrada en el alojamiento, pero durante la estancia le escribí un par de veces y no recibí respuesta. Pero en general, la verdad que estamos muy satisfechos y repetiríamos, aunque nos gustaría que mejorase en los puntos señalados.

• Gregory (9/5): - La localisation de la chambre, l'espace disponible, le prix très correct, le faire de pouvoir disposer d'une cuisine avec frigo et un salon. Le fait est que la chambre donne sur une cour avec un vis-à-vis assez rapproché. Il y a d'épais volets difficiles à ouvrir, et si on les ouvre, ça donne la vue très limitée sur la cour. Donc l'appartement est très chouette mais le petit point faible est le manque de visibilité sur l'extérieur et le manque de lumière externe.

• Salva (10/5): Recomendable - La ubicación perfecta, a 10 minutos de la estación de Termini y a 3 minutos de una parada de metro. Ideal para moverte por Roma. Se oye música por la noche, debe de haber alguna discoteca o terraza bar, pero a las 12 de la noche se deja de escuchar.
