• Uliana (1/5): - Было чистое постельное белье Ужасное общение с персоналом. Мы приехали к отелю в 21 вечера, о чем я написала заранее. Инструкции по заселению заранее не отправили. Хозяйка переписывалась только на итальянском, говорить с нами по телефону отказалась, все общение проходило через whatsapp. Нормального объяснения, как попасть в отель, мы добиться не смогли. Отправили неработающую ссылку для открывания двери, в дом смогли попасть только с помощью соседей. При бронировании указывали данные банковской карты. Было написано, что бронирование невозвратное, и при отказе от заселения будет списана вся сумма бронирования. Хозяйка отправила нам сомнительную ссылку для оплаты, отказалась списывать деньги со счета, к которому скорее всего у нее был доступ. Мы не хотели переходить по сомнительным ссылкам, опасаясь двойного списания за проживания. Пока мы писали в поддержку букинга, хозяйка настаивала, ничего нормально объяснить также не смогла и угрожала выселением, общалась отвратительно. В номере не открывается окно, оно занавешено плотными и тяжелыми жалюзи, которые невозможно открыть. В комнате всегда темно, можно жить только с искусственным освещением. Также в комнате очень душно из-за отсутствия нормального проветривания и кондиционера. В душевой кабинке черная плесень. Мы заселились на 3 дня, нам положили только 4 маленьких пакетика с шампунем. Попросить еще возможности не представилось, так как никаких работников в "отеле" нет ни днем ни вечером. Все инструкции по заселению, выселению, открыванию двери были исключительно на итальянском. Никакой клиентоориентированности!
• Flavio (2/5): Camera con bagno esterno - La posizione, ottima per le nostre esigenze; la modalità di check-in, molto comoda e pratica con l'utilizzo dell'app al posto delle chiavi. Il bagno non è interno alla camera ma all'esterno, ovvero dall'altro lato del corridoio. Nonostante sia ad uso esclusivo, per accedervi si deve attraversare l'area comune a tutti gli ospiti. Ciò non era specificato in fase di prenotazione per cui è stata una pessima sorpresa. Il bagno risulta inoltre piccolo, privo di bidet e con della muffa sulla finestra e con il soffione doccia incrostato di calcare. Dopo la spiacevole scoperta ho contattato la responsabile che si è dimostrata molto gentile ma non ha potuto cambiare sistemazione causa struttura al completo. La camera risulta molto ampia ma con i mobili rovinati e macchiati. Il copriletto in pelo totalmente inadatto a chi è allergico alla polvere. L'area colazione è un angolo dell'ingresso con un paio di merendine confezionate, thè e caffè, peccato non vi sia una zona comune con tavoli o sedie per fare colazione.

• Karola (9/5): - Dostęp do kawy i małych przekąsek na śniadanie. Bardzo wygodne łóżko i całkiem duży pokój. Przemili gospodarze. Wejście do apartamentu za pomocą aplikacji bardzo wygodne. Stacja metra oddalona o ok. 15 minut spacerem, niedaleko kawiarnia.

• Caterina (5/5): Il costo della stanza non è proporzionato ai servizi offerti ... andrebbe ritoccato al ribasso. - Scarsa per essere un bed and breakfast: solo caffè/thè e una merendina. Bagno piccolo e scomodo; assenza di bidet. Non c'è stata fornita una copertina, in aggiunta alla trapunta presente sul letto; sebbene richiesta. Uno dei due bagni era esterno alla stanza (ma questo era specificato).

• Petcu (10/5): - Locuinta se afla intr un cartier liniștit, este foarte curata, mi a placut modalitatea de a intra in locuinta din aplicatie, a fost interesant. Sunt legaturi cu transportul in comun catre toate obiectivele turistice din Roma, ceea ce face usor si rapid accesul la tot ce planifici sa vezi in Roma. Mi a placut ca poti incepe ziua cu o cafea , ceai sau ceva mic dulce pe care ti le ofera proprietatea . Se ofera prosoape curate la fiecare 2 zile. Nu am ceva de spus in aceasta privinta.
• Marie (2/5): Nous sommes globalement déçue du logement dont les photos sont trompeuses. - Le logement était propre et confortable. Nous avons pris une chambre double. Nous regrettons que les photos soient trompeuses. Les photos de la chambre ne correspondent pas à celle qu’on a eu. Il n’y avait pas de terrasse, contrairement à ce qui était indiqué. La salle de bain ne correspond pas à celle sur les photos. Elle est beaucoup plus petite. Sachez également que la salle de bain « privative » n’est pas dans la chambre et se situe à l’extérieur de la chambre, les photos ne sont pas claires concernant cet agencement. Ne vous fiez pas non plus aux photos qui ressemblent à une petite cuisine, il s’agit de la réception auquel vous n’avez pas accès et qui est fermée à clé. Je n’ai pas vu non plus les peignoirs qui étaient inexistants contrairement à ce qui est prétendu avoir dans le logement. Les murs étant très fins vous entendez le bruit à l’extérieur, dans les autres chambres du Airbnb. La terrasse/balcon est inexistante. Nous avons dû attendre 40mn pour le check in alors que nous avions indiqué notre heure d’arrivée.

• REBECA (8/5): Habitación con baño privado - Habitación con baño privado. Es una habitacion tranquila. Hay una nevera pequeña y secador. Pagamos en el alojamiento. Estaba un poco alejado del centro. No obstante, hay un metro a 10min andando y a 20min andando está la estación central de Tiburtina .

C’è scritto “non è richiesto nessun pagamento anticipato” e dopo aver prenotato su Bookin scopro di dover versare metà quota. La cosa più “strana” è che al momento del saldo totale, se non ricordavo che avevamo già versato metà della quota, mi toccava pagare la quota intera della camera (lasciando anche quanto anticipato in precedenza)…insomma: un po’ “professionalità”

Ci è stato imposto di pagare la tassa di soggiorno pari a 6 euro a persona al giorno mentre il prezzo concordato con booking riportava un totale per tassa di soggiorno inferiore. La differenza andava richiesta a booking e non al cliente.

• Federica (8/5): Molto carino - Struttura carina, molto pulita e accogliente.Personale gentile e disponibile. Tutto super automatizzato a partire dal check in. Comodo vicino alla stazione tiburtina. Bagno molto piccolo e senza bidet 😕 ma credo dipenda dalla tipologia camera che abbiamo scelto, un pò più piccola della media.

• Marijn (7/5): - De accommodatie is erg goed. schone kamer met prima faciliteiten (tv, koelkastje, wifi etc.)! Ook ligt de B&B in een prima buurt. Let op: je kan de deuren openen met een app, erg handig! Let er wel op dat je van te voren goed aangeeft hoe laat je aankomt en dat je zorgt dat er iemand is om de deur open te doen (of dat je de code op voorhand hebt ontvangen). We kregen geen ontbijt bij het B&B. Je kan alleen koffie pakken. Het is verder geen locatie waar je even op en neer van en naar het centrum gaat. Echter is de locatie prima gelegen nabij een metrostation. Al met al is de prijs er ook wel naar :)

Es ist ein Zimmer mit eigenem Bad in einer geteilten Wohnung. Andere Zimmer verfügen über ein Gemeinschaftsbad, das sich auf dem Flur befindet

• KAZUYA (10/5): It was a nice stay with a very kind owner. - We arrived late at night as we were late for our scheduled check-in time, but the owner of the room was very kind and took care of us immediately. The room was clean, warm and a very comfortable bed. There were several supermarkets and restaurants nearby which was convenient. There was a bus stop in about 5 minutes on foot, and access to the center was good. We would like to use them again when we come to Rome again. Nothing in particular.

• Milena (1/5): The worst experience so far on booking.com - The only thing that was ok the metro station was a 10-minute walk away, and the bus station is a few minutes away. First of all, we didn't get the room we booked. Our room did not have a balcony, although the description said it did. The toilet was insanely small and separated from the room. We had no bedding for an extra bed, only a blanket which was very, very dirty. My mother covered herself with towels. The office where the iron was is locked until 10 am for sure, probably longer because we did not see any employees during the stay, except the first night. The AC remote was not in the room, so we could not use an air conditioner. Since I paid by cash the first night and didn't get the bill until the last day, I was afraid to complain because I was with a small child and I didn't know what to expect from these people. Every day we left the apartment early in the morning and returned late at night so we do not stay at that place. My son slept in the park during the afternoon. The place is a complete scam, stay away from it.

• Fabio (8/5): - Ho apprezzato la cordialità dei proprietari, l'angolo caffè/te all'ingresso e l'arredamento curato di camera bagno e in generale di tutta la struttura. Un punto a favore è anche la vicinanza ad una fermata della metro B. Si potrebbe migliorare la pulizia di qualche angolo più nascosto.
