• Milan (9/5): Very good value - Clean & quiet. Perfect communication with owner. It is in fifth floor, the street wasn't as bussy so overall it was as quiet as it can be. The whole flat (rooms rented separetely) was clean and all equipment in very good condition. The whole area around Termini doesn't look very safe to me... (but the entrance to this accomodation was behind two separate gates so no complains towards Karina Suite).

• Deak (10/5): - Pár napot töltöttünk Rómában. A szállás közel helyezkedik el a Terminihez, ami nekünk szempont volt. A szállás tiszta, rendezett, kényelmes ággyal volt felszerelve ( külön fürdővel, mely szintén tiszta és rendezett volt). Tágas szobánk volt, amiben egy szekrény, asztal és kis asztal két székkel, valamint kis hűtővel volt felszerelve. A hűtő is nagyon jól jött nekünk. A szálláson egy kis konyha is rendelkezésre állt, kávéval ami nagyon megkönnyítette a nap indulását, nekünk, akik kávéval indítunk! Innen is köszönet a figyelmességért! Poharak, tányérok, evöeszközök, mikro is rendelkezésre állt. Ideális szállás! Szeretettel ajánljuk! Köszönjük Sergio-nak a lehetőséget! Nem tudok ilyet írni.

Очень чисто и есть все, что нужно: кондиционер, сейф, холодильник, фен, принадлежности для душа, вода в бутылках, даже теплый плед на прохладную погоду. Горячая вода была всегда, несмотря на верхний этаж. Номер для двоих вполне нормальный, не тесный. Я была одна - очень комфортно. Рядом с номером мини-кухня с кофе и микроволновкой. Да, слышимость есть, но это Рим, там везде так. Расположение супер, 3 минуты от вокзала. Улицы не показались опасными, вокруг всегда много людей, рядом полиция. Хозяин очень приветливый и хорошо говорит на английском. Если еще приеду в Рим, снова выберу этот отель.
• Renae (8/5): Great location, acceptable accommodations. - The location was pretty much exactly where I wanted it. We were near the main train station so transport times when arriving and departing could be worked around maximum sleep. The courtyard was beautiful and there was a little fountain with fish in it, which I loved. The room was clean and functional. The walls were paper thin and you could hear everything in the communal space and the other rooms attached to ours. You could close the window to block out noise from the street remarkably well, but the same could not be said for interior noise. The shower didn't drain very well, so if you stayed in too long you ended up standing in a big puddle and the water pressure was only ok so rinsing product out of long hair took a while.

• Aksoy (10/5): You can choose here without thinking, I don't think you will regret it! - Location, hygiene of the place of stay, the owner of the property (Sergio) being very helpful, polite and respectful and being a person who can always be easily communicated and accessible Although the room window was closed, there was some noise and air coming from outside, but not uncomfortably. Still, it's worth mentioning to help it be a perfect place! :)

La cama es cómoda y Sergio fue muy atento y amable. El edificio es antiguo pero bonito y tiene un balcón bastante apañado Las paredes son muy finas y se oye mucho el ruido de las otras habitaciones. El barrio, aunque por el día está muy bien y hay mucho movimiento, por la noche es un poco regulero y hay que tener cuidado

• Nathalie (4/5): Bon emplacement mais pas à recommander à cause de la location de 3 chambres dans 1 appartement - Bonne localisation géographique. La possibilité de faire le check-in en dehors des horaires des chambres. Café ou thé offert. Présence d'une kitchenette, même si nous ne l'avons pas utilisée. - Le matelas: il est trop fin, à peine 10-15 cm, avec quelque chose qui dérange sous le matelas lorsqu'on veut dormir. - Que ce soit un appartement rénové en 3 chambres à louer. Seule notre chambre avait sa propre salle de bains. Les deux autres chambres se partagent une autre salle de bains. Et là, c'est l'horreur: on a subi les fermetures de portes et ouvertures de portes des deux chambres et de la salle de bains toutes les deux heures. Les portes étaient claquées A CHAQUE FOIS et TOUTES LES DEUX HEURES. HORRIBLE! AFFREUX, le manque d'éducation est de plus en plus présent. Même appuyer sur une poignée pour ne pas être bruyant est de trop... Sur les 4 nuits, nous avons été réveillés à 6h30 puis 5h05 puis 6h... La dernière nuit, nous avons voulu récupérer mais la dame de ménage nous a réveillés à 8h54 alors que le départ est à 10h! Bref, nous avons très mal dormi pendant tout le séjour. - Le manque de pression de la douche.

Elle est centrale et cela nous a permis de faire une partie de notre séjour à pied ainsi que d'attraper le bus à côté lorsque les lieux étaient plus loin. Par ailleurs, le quartier est touristique donc rien à craindre pour votre sécurité.

• Mayra (9/5): Funcionalidad y buenos servicios, además de excelente ubicación 😺❤️‍🔥 - Gran ubicación cerca de Tremini y fácil de recorrer por grandes avenidas, poco tráfico vehicular y silencio de noche. Además me gustó que tuviera patio interior con jardines bien cuidados, haciendo que la puerta principal estuviera lejos de la acerca y generando espacio para ver mejor por la ventana. Las ventanas muy buenas al igual que el aire acondicionado 🔥Siendo agosto fue una necesidad cubierta sin coste adicional. El ascensor: muy pequeño, antiguo y caluroso.

• Resurrecion (6/5): It was a decent stay and staff is nice. - Property is located close proximity to transportations restaurants and diff establishments. The property is gated. The garbage bins are placed by the entrance of the lobby and it smells and at times overflowing.

Quarto limpo, ar condicionando funcionando bem, apesar do chãos er freio, eles deixaram pantufunhas descartaveis pra gente. não é no centro,mas é pertinho de todos os transportes publicos pra chegar em qualquer lugar, e se vc é animado pra caminhar, da pra fazer alguns pontos turisticos a pé sem problema. Seria legal se eles tivessem um local pra guardar malas depois do chekout, eu pedi pro anfitrião, ele disse que poderia deixar numa loja vizinha, achamos que seria algo incluso no valor, mas por fim fomos cobrados pelo serviço de guardar a mala, não teria problema se ele tivesse avisado que não era um favor... mas fora isso, tudo certo na nossa estadia

• Ana (4/5): Apartamento ruidoso - Tuvimos un problema y Karina estuvo pendiente para resolverlo aún siendo nochebuena 1. Es una casa con distintas habitaciones pegadas una al lado de la otra. Cuando reservamos, no teníamos esa información. Pensábamos que era un hotel o, a lo sumo, una casa para nosotros tipo Airbnb. 2. El resto de habitaciones tenía un baño compartido, pegado a nuestra habitación. Cada vez que abrían la puerta se escuchaba muchísimo ruido. Muy molesto. 3. Al ser habitaciones dentro de una misma casa (pequeña), si tienes mala suerte con los demás huéspedes puede llegar a ser muy molesto. Ese fue nuestro caso. Uno de los huéspedes no paraba de hacer ruido y de hablar fuerte. Tuvimos que avisarle en 2 ocasiones. 4. Se olvidaron de reponer el jabón de baño 2 días seguidos.

O Sérgio um excelente anfitrião, muito cuidadoso e receptivo, teve o.cuidado de nos recpcionar, nos indicar quais conduções deveríamos pegar e os principais pontos turísticos. A acomodação excepcional, bem localizado, perto de todos os pontos turísticos, bares e restaurantes, e sem falar que fica a 100 metros da estação Termini. O quarto amplo, aconchegante, bem iluminado, tudo muito limpo, a cama super confortável, a cozinha disponível para fazer as refeições com direito a chá, café e água. Recomendo bastante, e com certeza voltaria a me hospedar na Carina Suíte. Não teve. Gostamos de tudo.

• Gonzalez (2/5): - La ubicacion solamente -Que justo cuando llegamos y sin avisarnos desde cuando los contratamos nos cobraron 28 euros que dizque los impuestos de la ciudad y ni siquiera nos dio un recibo. -Nos dieron una habitación que no contaba con baño ((regadera y wc) dentro de la recámara y no lo anunciaron tampoco. El baño estaba fuera de la habitación y nos resultaba muy incómodo porque cada vez que teníamos qué ir a él, teníamos qué cerrar nuestra recamara al.salir y usar una llave para abrir el baño. Luego el baño no tenía ventana, así que se.llenaba de vapor del agua caliente de la regadera y faltaba ventilación y no podías abrir la puerta porque estaba la camarera en el pasillo. Tenía qué salir a tomar aire y lo tuve qué hacer envuelta en toalla. Luego le pedí a la camarera que si por favor podía darme privacidad para alistarme y terminar de cambiarme porque me resultaba muy incómodo que ella estuviera ahí y yo tenia qué ir a la recámara y pues mi marido acostado y ella haciendo ruido con la aspiradora y con los movimientos de limpieza de las otras áreas. Me.dijo que no entendía mi idioma, entonces le dije en inglés y luego puso cara de seria, hizo una llamada y se salió.del área azotando la.puerta al.cerrarla. Verdaderamente muy incómodo.

The bathroom is very, very small with weird steps. I think it was a little overpriced for the room. The kitchen had only microwave for cooking,and no paper or tea towels.

• Larissa (7/5): Good place to stay. Great location. Better communication needed. Respect tenant's rest time. - Location, room, courtyard Cleaning staff not taking no for an answer one day. Banging on the door even though we were still in and resting. A men shouting "no more shower" which actually scared us. It would help if someone would have EXPLAINED what we can do and NOT do in the shower when we checked in, instead of ringing, and yelling in the multi-room apartment - how do we know it was for us and NOT for others? The anger in the voice scared us both too.

Termini yakınlığı havaalanı açısından çok büyük konfor tek hatta gidip geliniyor. Biz tüm şehri yürüyerek gezdik konum olarak o açıdan rahat bir yerde. Bir daha gelsem burada konaklarım .

A tiny kitchenette area, including a tiny table where I would have a morning coffee, is shared with a cleaning lady, which was very inconvenient and not pleasant
