• Jessica (8/5): Intimidating at first glance but good area and clean - The location is good and the property rooms are nice. We did feel secure with several locked doors between the entrance and our room. Around the corner from the property are lots of restaurants and some little convenience stores, the bus stop is right in front and the train around the corner. So it is a good location. The area was a little intimidating for two women coming in from the train in the evening with luggage. At first you see lots of graffiti, some homeless asking for money, and a little square where people may be living, but you also see regular people coming and going in the same area and a very wealthy hotel across the street. There may have been a hint of mold in the room causing some asthma interactions, but overall very nice and clean.

Pas de connexion internet ( réseau ) en dehors du wifi car on est en sous sol. Pas assez de serviette et non changer régulièrement. Manque de communication entre le professionnel et moi (aucune réponse aux messages). La poussière non faite (toile d’araignée) et mobilier cassé et moisi. Quartier bruyant.

En booking decía que la tasa municipal era de 6 euros x noche, nos cobraron más de 8 y nadie se hizo responsable, menos booking que debería defender a los clientes

Konum iyi değildi, şehir merkezine ulaşım zordu iki aktarma yapmak gerekiyordu ve evin önündeki park güvenli hissettirmiyordu. Konakladığım 3 gece de bu sebeplerden dolayı taksiyle döndüm. Mutfak olması güzeldi ama temiz hissettirmedi o yüzden hiç kullanmadık. Tirbuşon var diye sevinmiştik o da kırık çıktı.
• ANA MARIA (8/5): apartamento cómodo, acogedor y espacioso - Lo mejor es que es un apartamento amplio, espacioso, cómodo, bonito, cerca del metro, la mayor parte del día silencioso y tranquilo, la cama es super cómoda, tiene aire acondicionado y calefacción, nevera, fuegos para cocinar, mucho almacenamiento de armarios y cajones, espejos. La ducha y el baño en general es amplio. Pasamos allí 6 noches y super cómodo. Hay supermercados cerca, restaurantes muy ricos cerca. Recomiendo comprar vasos, cubiertos o utensilios para comidas, no usar los de allí. Comprar gel, jabones, papel higiénico, bolsas de basura... La sartén, vasos etc estaban muy sucios, el estropajo estaba muy usado, daba bastante asco pero compramos vasos y cubiertos de plástico y ya está. El extractor no funcionaba. El sitio es bastante tranquilo pero enfrente hay una pequeña plaza que a veces se forma jaleo pero se puede dormir con normalidad. A veces algún otro inquilino daba follón porque las paredes son de papel pero tuvimos suerte que solo fueron momentos puntuales. El apartamento en si estaba limpio. En el check out nos pidieron limpiar los utensilios usados y sacar la basura y no me parece bien porque ya se paga 40 euros de limpieza. Además me ponía que la tasa eran de unos 72 euros y me cobraron 78... Solo te dejan una bolsa de basura, encima sin asas, no se puede sacar cómodamente al contenedor... Pongo esto para tenerlo en cuenta pero de verdad que el sitio está muy bien.

Δεν μου άρεσε πως χρειάστηκε να ενημερώσω 2 φορές για το πρόβλημα που προέκυψε με το ζεστό νερό (12h χωρίς) . Γενικά υπάρχει ένα θέμα επικοινωνίας... Επίσης, η κοινόχρηστη κουζίνα μάλλον δεν έχει καλό εξαερισμό και σε συνδυασμό των συνεχόμενων εναλλαγών επισκεπτών δεν προλαβαίνει να αεριστεί κατάλληλα ο χώρος και αυτό δεν βοηθάει στην καλή ατμόσφαιρα
• Sebastian (6/5): Location was good (regarding transportation and restaurant/bar options nearby). The apartment was cold and noisy. It - The location regarding the city. Close to the center. Close to different options for bars, restaurants and cool spots for site-seeing. It was a basement. No natural lighting. Only one day before arriving I realized the apartment didn’t have windows and the pictures shown on the website never were related to the place I received. I received the pictures of the apartment the day I was arriving to Rome. I booked this property following the post and there were apartments with balconies, windows… and not of them were in my room. Lack of communication. And last but not least: how come the apartment didn’t have internet access!!!

• Valeriia Torukalo (10/5): Чудовий відпочинок! - Сподобалось все! Квартира знаходиться у підвальному приміщенні, було чисто, всі зручності в помешканні є ! Хороше розташування, поряд автобусна зупинка, магазин, вулиця з барами та ресторанами! Джакузі було в помешканні, все працює! Гарний відпочинок для тих, хто не вимагає люксу, а цінить співвідношення ціна-якість! Господар далі чіткі вказівки в день приїзду, де знаходяться ключі і як потрапити у помешкання! Не було нічого, що не сподобалося! Єдине що, не було інтернету і слабий сигнал мобільного зв'язку, але ми не приїхали сидіти в інтернеті, тому для нас це не було проблемою!
• Melinda (8/5): Összességében nagyon jól éreztük itt magunkat, ha egyszer újra Rómába megyünk, itt fogunk megszállni. - Nagyon jól frekventált helyen van, maximum 25 perc alatt a városba lehet jutni rengeteg módon. Tágas, kényelmes a szállás. Nagyon szimpatikus volt, hogy nem kellett a szállásadóval találkozni. A szállásadó nagyon segítőkész, mindenről időben tájékoztat. Közel van bolt (1 perc séta), és szintén 1 perc sétára egy hosszú utcán bárok, éttermek vannak. Összességében nagyon jól éreztük itt magunkat, ha egyszer újra Rómába megyünk, itt fogunk megszállni. Hangos. Az utcáról minden behallatszik, és nem túl jó arcú emberek tanyáztak közvetlen a szállás előtti parkban. A tusoló borzasztó, kicsit olyan érzésünk volt, mintha egy részét a szállásnak felújították volna, és a kopó eszközökre nem gondoltak. Az evőeszközök koszosak voltak, amit valószínű az előző vendég hagyott úgy a fiókban. Egy mikró vagy legalább egy tepsi elkelt volna a szálláson. Mosogatószivacsot vigyen magával mindenki, mert vállalhatatlan állapotú volt.

• Camilla (5/5): - La posizione era vicino alla metro C e ci ha permesso di raggiungere i nostri punti di interesse e nei dintorni si trovano dei supermercati. Dalle foto non si capiva che l'appartamento si trovasse in un sotteraneo, e appena si entra si avverte da subito un forte odore di umidità, che anche lasciando la porta aperta non è andato via. In più, alcuni mobili del bagno erano rotti, mancava il mobile per poggiare gli asciugamani e c'era una finestra che non si poteva chiudere, e si sentivano tutti gli schiamazzi che venivano da fuori.

We did so, and arrived at exactly agreed time, between 3 and 4 pm. But when we came to the place, the door was just locked and nobody around. I tried to call the host Jose number to ask how do we get inside, but he has been dropping my calls and then messaged me that if I call him again, he'll cancel our reservation. It was extremely rude and we were still outside without any clue how to get in. Desperate and frustrating situation! Then we reached out another phone Jose finally provided and received the passcodes to the building. It took about 1 hour just standing and not knowing what to do. The shower cabin floor is extremely slippery, you should be very careful, I even have fallen in the shower and hurt my back. And some mold in shower also isn't good. Another situation happened two days later, when we couldn't get into the building again, as the passcode didn't work. Luckily, after about half an hour some other visitors came and told us that the host has changed the passcode and didn't bother to let us know. So much frustration! Do not recommend!

No es mala zona si vas por la parte de delante, pero hacia atrás (hacia termini) no es aconsejable ir de noche. El ruido de los trenes a primera hora de la mañana no es lo mejor y con las ventanas abiertas hay mucho ruido por la noche. El baño olía un poco mal.

L'unica cosa è la finestra che non puoʻ essere chiusa e al mattino essendo una zona trafficata è molto rumorosa già dalle 7 del mattino. Idromassaggio nell'appartamento è un bel tocco finale! Trovato delle macchie nelle lenzuola, per un momento ho dubbitato non fossero state lavate. Bisogna sollecitare più volte l'host per ottenere una risposta. Non c'è wifi in apartamento ed essendo nel seminterrato la connessione ai dati è quasi inesistente.

• Anahí (9/5): Hermosa ubicación - La ubicación es muy cómoda para llegar al centro y además hay muchos bares y restaurantes cerca. Además, la cocina estaba bien equipada y el baño era cómodo. La pieza en general estaba bien. Agregaría una pava eléctrica a la cocina o un microondas, aunque no es de primera necesidad sirve bastante. También quizás alguna silla en la habitación.

• Jagoda (7/5): - W ogłoszeniu kuchnia opisana była jako współdzielona, ale była ona prywatna. Nie było to widoczne na zdjęciach, ale jacuzzi chyba jest w każdym pokoju. :) Było czysto. Lokalizacja fajna- są w niedalekiej odległości całkiem spore sklepy oraz super restauracje, ale także przystanki autobusowe i metro. Mieszkanie miało zamontowaną klimatyzację Dostępne są patelnie, kubki, sztućce itp. więc samodzielne przygotowanie jedzenia jest możliwe. Dostępne są również jakieś drobnostki w kuchni, jak np sól czy herbata Ze względu na self check-in, przybycie poza standardowymi godzinami było możliwe Potwierdzenie check-in'a dzieje się dość późno (o 14:00 w dniu zameldowania) co może powodować niepotrzebny stres. Byliśmy w połowie kwietnia i w mieszkaniu panuje straszna wilgoć. Co prawda dostępny jest osuszacz powietrza ale niestety nie jest on w stanie poradzić sobie z tą skalą. Jacuzzi znajduje się również w ścisłej okolicy części sypialnianej, więc używając go trzeba liczyć się z jeszcze większym podniesieniem poziomu wilgoci w pokoju. Nie jest to jakimś wielkim problemem, ale termostat w jacuzzi nie działa poprawnie - napuszczając wodę leciała zazwyczaj maksymalnie gorąca lub lodowato zimna

Facile d'accès et pas trop mal situé, il faut marcher un peu jusqu'à la ligne de métro C ou prendre le bus pour arriver en centre-ville. Quartier de Pigneto avec des bars jeunes sympas. Pas de cuisine, pas de vue sur le balcon qui n'est pas aménagé avec aucun meuble donc presque inutile au final.

Me agrado principalmente la limpieza de la habitacion. La ubicacion no es la mejor, si llegas en la noche el barrio se percibe inseguro. todo el trayecto desde Termini hasta el departamento. Sin embargo, se compensa con el precio accesible.
• Juan Antonio (9/5): - Apartamento muy sencillo con su dormitorio grande, su cocina y su baño. Todo muy limpio y en perfecto estado cuando entramos en él. El propietario, hablamos a través de booking, resultó ser muy agradable, servicial y rápido a la hora de responder a los mensajes enviados. Aunque no hicimos uso de la cocina nos dejó varias cosas allí para que pudiésemos cocinar. Por poner algo, el único inconveniente que le vimos a la habitación fue el aire acondicionado. Hacía muchísimo ruido y era imposible de tenerlo puesto. Esto no tiene nada que ver con la habitación pero la ubicación de la residencia es algo lejana del centro, aunque existe la posibilidad de coger cerca el metro que deja en Coliseo, pero si no te importa andar puedes dar el paseo hasta el centro de la ciudad sin ninguna pega.
• yahia ismail (1/5): Paid for a balcony, got a moldy basement and a host who vanished. - I am compelled to share my experience at Pigneto Square Home as the accommodation provided was a basement unit with a 30cm window, which was a complete misrepresentation of the well-aired balcony apartment I booked. Regarding Staff, the host was entirely unresponsive to calls and messages, and even Booking.com support was unable to reach him, leaving us with no assistance. The Facilities were inadequate and non-functional, as the bathroom is so cramped that the bidet is physically unusable and I found active mold inside the kitchen cabinet. Cleanliness was severely lacking, evidenced by dirty walls, a soiled bed cover, hair all over the shower floor, and bugs throughout the space. Comfort was non-existent due to the overwhelming humidity smell and the lack of ventilation from the single, partially opening window. Given the gap between the advertised apartment and the unhygienic reality, the Value for money was exceptionally poor. While the Location in Pigneto is generally acceptable, the specific condition of this unit makes it impossible to recommend, and I have uploaded photos documenting the mold, bugs, and grime as proof.

• flora079 (8/5): - El lugar como tal esta bien, solo un detalle por resaltar y es que la oferta no te indica que comparte la cocina con otra habitación Mala experiencia en comunicación, no tienes como lograr comunicarte y que te ayuden de inmediato, en mi caso compartieron un código que no funcionó y quede bloqueada para ingresar, luego de bastante tiempo lograron solucionar y enviar el código correcto!
• Alessandro (7/5): Stile moderno e vasca ok, ma puzza di muffa e chiuso fuori di casa al checkin - Ho apprezzato la vasca idromassaggio in camera e lo stile moderno e ristrutturato della camera C'era una forte puzza di muffa, umidità pazzesca e finestre appena apribili (seminterrato), il deumidificatore non funzionava, la pompa di calore spesso smetteva di funzionare. Il checkin online ha un costo aggiuntivo di 4 euro a carico del cliente ed è obbligatorio, non c'è modo di parlare con il proprietario, si dimentica di inviarti il link per il checkin e una volta completato è irraggiungibile per ottenere il codice di accesso all'appartamento, quindi insistete in anticipo i giorni prima nei messaggi sennò rimarrete fuori dalla porta delle ore ad aspettare di ricevere un codice.

Pas de coin cuisine, réfrigérateur mini bar sale. murs sales et dégradés. tiroirs salle d'eau sales et abîmés. porte de douche encrassée, et support pommeau cassé. volets persiennes laissant passer le jour et fenêtres sans rideaux occultant. pas d'ustensiles de nettoyage (ni balai, ni pelle) . la place , devant la location, est occupée par des sans domiciles qui boivent, chantent, et y dorment. (c'est un ancien quartier "bidon ville" de Rome). Pas d'eau chaude pendant plus d'un jour et pas d'intervention malgré mes messages et appels répétés . Montant de la location et beaucoup trop élevé par rapport à la prestation fournie. aucun geste du propriétaire pour un éventuel remboursement partiel malgré mes demandes.

Penso che con qualche piccolo accorgimento il soggiorno sarebbe stato sicuramente migliore. Ad esempio i cuscini, magari di altezze diverse per le diverse esigenze personali ( le prima due notti non ho dormito perché era troppo alto), oppure la mancanza di semplici strofinacci o dello scottex per asciugarsi le mani, delle lampade sui comodini per leggere.. nulla di indispensabile ma che avrebbe altamente migliorato l'esperienza.

• Chiara (10/5): Buon rapporto qualità-prezzo - La stanza in cui ho soggiornato era carina, per intenderci in stile IKEA: abbastanza semplice, con il necessario, ma sommariamente graziosa. La posizione mi è piaciuta molto, soprattutto perché adoro il quartiere del Pigneto. Dal momento che vivo a Roma in quelle zone, forse sono un po’ di parte, ma penso che chiunque apprezzerebbe aprire la finestra e trovarsi affacciati sul Pigneto, vicino al viale pedonale, respirando l’aria caratteristica del mercato la mattina. Il quartiere è tranquillo, familiare e accogliente, molto diverso dal resto di Roma, che a volte può risultare dispersivo. La zona è anche ideale per i trasporti: a pochi passi c’è la Metro C del Pigneto, ben collegata con il centro di Roma, non solo a San Giovanni, ma anche al Colosseo e ai Fori Imperiali. Inoltre, ci sono tram e diversi autobus, inclusi quelli notturni, quindi muoversi a piedi e con i mezzi è molto comodo. Sommariamente mi sono trovata bene, tanto che ho anche cercato di ritornare, ma la struttura era sempre occupata. Se dovesse ancora servirmi, visto che i miei lavori a casa non sono terminati, tenterò in qualche modo di tornarci. Consiglio questa struttura se cercate un ambiente tranquillo e sommariamente centrale. Infine, considerando i prezzi delle strutture a Roma, dove molte persone affittano persino le stanze presenti nelle loro case o strutture molto meno curate, fatiscenti e in zone più periferiche, spesso oltre il raccordo, questa soluzione risulta davvero conveniente e un buon compromesso tra prezzo, qualità e posizione. L’unico aspetto “meno positivo” riguarda la scarsa disponibilità di carta igienica e prodotti per lavarsi (shampoo e bagnoschiuma). Per i giorni del nostro soggiorno, due rotoli per due persone mi sono sembrati pochi. È chiaro che ciascuno porta i propri prodotti e che la carta igienica si può acquistare, ma se fosse necessario usare quella fornita dalla struttura, sarebbe stata insufficiente. Questo aspetto è stato in parte legato al fatto che non ho incontrato nessuno presente nella struttura a cui segnalare la cosa. Certo, avrei potuto contattare il proprietario, ma mi sembrava eccessivo doverlo fare per così poco. Un’altra piccola pecca è stata il rumore causato dalle ragazze nella stanza vicina: purtroppo, anche se il proprietario è stato gentile a contattarle, non hanno smesso, e abbiamo dovuto sopportare il rumore.

Se equivocaron al decirme el cajón del apartamento que tiene las llaves, por lo que la primera noche no pudimos coger las llaves y eran pasadas las 12 de la noche, llamamos al número de fuera del horario que te proporcionan de emergencias para situaciones de este tipo. Nadie contestaba, no cogían el teléfono. Eran las 2 de la mañana y no teníamos donde dormir. Cuando conseguimos ya un sitio, nos llamaron para decirnos que se habían equivocado por lo que tuvimos que volver a las 3 de la mañana a comprobarlo. Casi perdemos el dinero de una noche y además el dinero del sitio que habíamos encontrado para dormir. Fue un lío pero al final conseguimos entrar en el apartamento

He completely misled us from the beginning by claiming there was an issue with a pipe in the room, which forced us to cancel our stay. While he did refund the money, that was the only thing he did right. He explicitly promised that he would arrange alternative accommodation for us in another property he owns. We trusted him and relied on that promise — but he never followed through. Instead, he completely ignored us afterward and, to make matters worse, blocked all communication. This left us stranded and stressed, having to find a last-minute place to stay with no help at all. The lack of professionalism, honesty, and basic responsibility is shocking. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this host. Unreliable, dishonest, and completely untrustworthy.

Paskambinus užsakyme nurodytu numeriu Jose pasakė kreiptis į buto savininką ir pačiam ieškoti kaip patekti į butą, vietoj to, kad pats padėtų išspręsti problemą. Paskambinus būsto savininkui, kuris kalbėjo tik itališkai, šis pasakė kreiptis į Josė. Jokios pagalbos. Sukis pats kaip sugebi.

• Davide (5/5): Da evitare - Buona la posizione, lo spazio e la camera in generale era nuova. Buono il letto La camera era un seminterrato umidissimo. All'arrivo c'era un deumidificatore che ha smesso di funzionare quasi subito. Per cambiare un po' l'aria l'unico modo erano due finestre che davano su un marciapiede, di notte dovevamo chiudere per il rumore. Alla mattina svegliati dal locale lavanderia di fronte alla porta dove un asciugatrice faceva il rumore di un motore diesel sul banco di prova. Nella vasca idromassaggio non funzionava la valvola termostatica quindi inutile. Muffa ovunque. Host praticamente inesistente, non risponde ai messaggi.
