Tavolino sempre utile. Host disponibile. La struttura è umida, e in camera si sente bene. Il bagno presenta muffa sul soffitto e il doccino andrebbe pulito. Il letto matrimoniale è molto rigido.

• Wong (9/5): - It's a relaxed neighborhood, close to the Vatican in a walkable distance, the 64 bus stop (which takes you to Roma Termini station) is just 2 minutes walking. Mr. Antonio was present and helpful. Nothing to complain.

Washroom was spacious.Overall the experience was good The property has a more traditional, older style, though some updates and maintenance would improve the overall comfort. The room and bathroom showed visible signs of use. Additionally, late check-in after 9 pm comes with an extra charge, which guests may want to plan for.

• Raffaele (6/5): Soggiorno per una notte - Ottima posizione! Struttura con un potenziale altissimo vista la posizione ma credo che andrebbe, a mio avviso, ristrutturata un po’. Il bagno aveva un odore non proprio gradevole ed il letto con in cuscini non erano del tutto confortevole. Comunicare con la proprietaria non è stato molto semplice ma una volta arrivati c’è un signore cordiale che si occupa dell’accoglienza.

На кухня има безплатно кафе на капсули, също така и прибори, за да направите самостоятелно сандвичи/салати (без котлон и микроволнова, предполагам, по съображения за сигурност). Не че е голям проблем, но малко ни липсваха чехли за еднократно ползване;)

J'avais compris, d'après les photos, avoir une terrasse privative mais il s'agit d'une terrasse commun.

Rispetto alla destinazione non c'era il sapone doccia (solo il dispenser mani) e la stanza non è mai stata riassettata (era scritto ogni 2gg). Avevamo lasciato una nota scritta per avvisare chi faceva le pulizie ma non essendo passati... Mai visto nessuno nei 5gg di soggiorno.

Mi interessava essere vicino piazza San Pietro per questo l’ho scelta ed ha soddisfatto la mia aspettativa La poca comunicazione con i proprietari. So che è un affittacamere , ma comunque dovrebbe esserci un punto di riferimento. Viene chiesto solo l’ora di arrivo (non so perchè visto che non si trova nessuno allo stesso) e più basta . Letto durissimo ad una piazza e mezza per due persone venduto come matrimoniale .

• Jairo (8/5): OPCIÓN IDEAL SI DESEA ESTAR CERCA AL VATICANO - Check-in y check-out, sin ningún inconveniente. Nos entregaron la habitación en la mañana, cosa que se aprecia mucho para dejar el equipaje. La ubicación del alojamiento a dos cuadras de la Plaza de San Pedro, fue lo mejor, En un barrio seguro, con la mezcla ideal de tranquilidad y a su vez zona comercial. Adicionalmente nos desplazamos a pie por todas las zonas de interés. La habitación cómoda, buen tamaño, lo mismo que el baño. Volvería y lo recomendaría. No tengo comentario negativo. todo estuvo bien

Habitación muy limpia, cama cómoda, te dejan calentador de agua con detalle de galletas y chocolates. También hay cafetera en la zona común. Personal encantador. Nos cambiaron las toallas a mitad de nuestra estancia sin problema. El baño estaba un poco viejo y la ducha no tenía mucha presión. El secador del pelo es pequeño y no tiene mucha potencia.

• Denitsa (8/5): - Удобно легло, просторна баня с 3 комплекта кърпи, много чисто и в стаята и банята, локация в спокоен квартал само на няколко минути пеша до Ватикана и Площад Св.Петър, близо до автобусна спирка на автобуси 62 и 64, с които да стигнете до центъра на Рим.В близост има 3 ресторанта. Ние посетихме I'll Piccolo -вкусна храна, цени доста по-ниски от тези в центъра на Рим и предлагат страхотно тирамису. Не се чува шума от улицата, което е ОК, но пък се чува движението в коридора и общата част където е кухнята. Това не бе проблем за нас, но за друг може да е. Добри инструкции за настаняване self check. Нашата стая беше номер 2 и почти липсваше светлина от прозореца защото стаята е вътрешна, като сутерен, шампоана в банята беше малко оскъден. Липсваше ни комплимента като пралинки и малки сладки, които бяха посочени, че ще ни чакат в стаята.
• Alexis (10/5): Our staying at the apartment was short, but as enough as necessary to know that we will use again. - The apartment was exactly what we needed. We spent most of the day outdoors, so we needed a quiet place, hot water and a comfortable bed. We had all of these. Also Alessia was very kind to give us all the necessary information we needed, as we were visiting Rome for first time.
