• MrVadym (9/5): We are 100% happy! - The location is simply perfect. We didn't use any transportation at all, and all the main sights are within walking distance: the Vatican, the Colosseum, and many others. The equipment kitchen is also a plus. We had breakfast at the hotel and then spent the whole day exploring. We were interested in the hotel being conveniently located, being clean, the bathroom with hot water and not being too expensive. The view from the bedroom window isn't great, but who cares about? There are really no special comments.

La chambre n etait pas du tout insonorisée et donnait directement sur la rue ce qui nous a empêché de dormir correctement. La mitigeur de douche ne marchait pas correctement, ce qui rendait impossible un reglage ideal de la température de l’eau qui un coup etait froide et un coup etait bouillante. Le sejour est un espace commun avec une autre chambre.

• Aryane (7/5): Quirky apartment in really great location - The location for this place is perfect! We had a few issues at the apartment and its cleaning services, but Daniele always replied very quickly and either fixed the problem or offered an acceptable solution. The apartment is quirky, but you are close to everthing. Comparing to other places for the same price in Rome, I still found the price reasonable. I would stay here again. The surroundings and the thin walls of the apartment make it generally loud, the bed isn't super comfortable and the bankets too thin (we were there in March and we were cold at night). Previous water damage to the door and doorframe of the bathroom make it hard to close the door (worth considering depending on who you travel with). Most dishes and cutlery were dirty (but I blame previous tourists for that, not the cleaning staff).

Some noise coming from the street in the morning as the city wakes up but that's part of the appeal. The bathroom door's bottom was swollen due to prior exposure to water. Because of that, it could only be halfway closed which is pretty annoying when you want to use the toilet while somebody else is in the room. Additionally, there was a water leak coming from the wall flooding the bathroom floor.

Thanks a lot for everything, also building is old and very good actually, apartment is also cute. And most important location is so perfect. Light on the ceiling is not working very well, and shower is so narrow & hot water does not flow stably. And room was cold and AC not working very well for the heat.

• Tahani (4/5): غير مرضي - المكان في وسط روما وقريب من كل شيء. الغرفة قديمة والسرير غير مريح لايوجد غطاء وبطانيات حتى بعد ان طلبنا غطاء ولايوجد ورق حمام كافي فاشترينا من السوبرماركت. كان يوجد صوت مزعج مثل صوت نشافة الغسيل في الشقة استمر لمدة ساعتين في الليل وازعجنا جداً.

Our roommates had the same impression that they got a whole apartment to themselves according to the listing, and tried holding the door locked because they thought we were in the wrong location. Stains on the bed and walls, booking failed to check if their booking are listed correctly, spent 12hr on the phone with customer service trying to fix their fault 10 days before the trip, this was the last location that wasn’t €1000+ for 3 nights. Disappointed in the false advertising listing and 2 times booking has been garbage I’ll pay $20 more using Airbnb for their accurate listings and customer support after using my credits that should be cash back.

J'ai pu faire énormément de visites à pied alors que je ne suis restée que 3 jours pour le travail. Petite ruelle typique. La disponibilité et gentillesse de Daniele. La facilité pour le check-in en autonomie. Appartement très propre. J'avais lu quelques commentaires négatifs d'autres clients, notamment sur la taille de la douche et le bruit. Pour ma part je n'ai pas du tout été dérangée par le bruit, j'étais dans la chambre 2 qui donne sur une petite cour intérieure. La douche est certes petite mais tout était très propre, la chambre et la salle de bain assez spacieuses. Je vous mets au défi de trouver un meilleur rapport qualité-prix au centre de Rome !!

• עטרת (7/5): נדיר - המיקום פצצההה , תדעו שיש מס שצריך לשלם מי שלא קורא את השורות הקטנות אבל מסתבר שזה דבר ידוע חחח ואין שמפו או משהו אם מישהו בנה על זה:) אבל הבעלת דירה מתוקההה!! ועונה על כל השאלות ועוזרת בכל מה שצריך ובאמת המיקום הכי חשוב :)) אז מומלץ ונחמד לחלוק חדר עם איטלקי דווקא :) לא יודעת אם פספסתי את החלק הזה אבל זה בחלוקה עם עוד בנאדם שבחדר אחר והחלל המרכזי משותף אבל יש ממש פרטיות ולכל אחד המקלחת והשירותים שלו וכו אז לי זה היה ממש סבבה והוויפי עובד בחלל המרכזי אבל בחדר זה לא קולט אותו .

• Julianna (9/5): - A szállás központi helyen van, szinte minden látványosság gyalogosan könnyen elérhető,de tömegközlekedési eszköz( számtalan busz és villamos) is pár lépésnyire van; környéken nagyon sok bár ,étterem,kávézó,reggeliző van ; a vendéglátó nagyon,nagyon kedves segítőkész ,rugalmas bejelentkezéskor és távozáskor is ; a szállás könnyen megtalálható,az első emeleten van , a lépcső ,keskeny viszont csak kb. 10 lépcsőfok; a légkondicionáló remekül működött a szobában ,a nappaliban nem volt . A konyha edényekkel jól ellátott,tea/ kávé készíthető( teát ,kávét venni kell ) mosógép van a szálláson ( mosószert ,öblítőt láttunk a szekrényben) ,mi nem használtuk ; Elektromos szúnyogriasztó is volt a szobában ( indokoltan! ) A tv-t nem kapcsoltuk be . Az ágy ( 2.szoba) nagy és kényelmes volt ,a szekrény,asztal,szék megfelelő ; lámpák ,konektorok a célnak megfeleltek . A zuhanykabin nagyon picike és 10-s listán kb. 5 -s tisztaságú ( penészes kicsit és elhasznált) 7éjszakát voltunk és azalatt nem volt a szobában takarítás, ágynemű és törölköző csere ( igaz ,hogy nem is ígérték ! :) ) wc papírt is vennünk kellett . A wi-fi szinte csak a nappaliban működött 9

There is a private bathroom but you share a kitchen with one other room, those people were lovely so we didnt have any problems at all. The location is exceptional. Thank you The bathroom sink was leaking, but since it was just a one night stay it didnt make any difference for us

• Lizi (10/5): Overall, great experience, loved it⭐️ - The apartment was perfect. The room was big and cozy, kitchen and bathroom both very clean and tidy. Most importantly, the location was excellent, we basically walked by foot to every place we wanted to visit. And I would also like to mention the responsiveness of the Host❤️ [December info] when we first entered the room it was very warm but at night it became much colder. The host told us that the heating is automatic and it works 6am-8am and 6pm-11pm. He offered us to use the hot air from the AC for other times but it didn’t heat well so between morning-evening and after midnight it was kinda cold.

Also housing company waste carriage were messy used by other inhabitants. There was no instructions where bring plastic waste. Most part of waste was the plastic one. Unclean appartment. Kitchen cleaning cloth and dishing sponge were under wc seat pump (used to open the seat). Ugggghhhh... on other room people used it and wiped the kitchen surfaces...yäk!

Shower was way too small and there was no place to set your bar of soap or shampoo. A shower caddy that hangs from the fixture that the shower head would help. Also the sink should be smaller so there would be more counter space for makeup, ect.

• Marcelo (7/5): Nice stay in a very well located apartment. - The location is great, close do Piazza Navona and Campo dei Fiori., with many bars and restaurants nearby. The air conditioning was good, and all the utensils available in the shared kitchen worked properly (oven, microwave, toaster, washing/drying machine). The apartment is located in a historic building. There is no lift, but the apartment is on the first floor, so easy to reach. The entrance of the building is poorly maintained and not very clean. The shower box in the apartment is very small. There are no regular cleaning services, but, since I stayed in the apartment for 13 days, the manager provided these services every 4 days at no extra cost. The manager was very efficient and answered my messages/inquiries very fast.

When I booked the room, I had information that the room has a private kitchen (things that supposed to be in "my private kitchen" were listed in the Bookings.com advertisment). Therefore I was negatively surprised when I found out that the kitchen is shared with other bedroom. I did not use the kitchen at all. It also did not feel safe to know that complete strangers are in the same apartment. As I stayed quite long, for 6 nights, the neighbours came and went. The shower was broken and there were no amenities, not even a soap. Very noisy at night.

• Gary (4/5): Met LOW EXPECTATIONS based on previous reviews that identified problems which were not addressed. - It met our "LOW Expectations" based on previous low reviews which future guests should look through including the accompanying photos that are accurate. Stayed in the "Large Double Room" with queen bed and a sofa, which seems to be better than the regular double room. Location was good, approx. 300 m west of the Campo de' Fiori. The manager or owner was friendly and helpful on WhatsApp. Air conditioning works well in the Large Double Room, not sure about AC in common room/kitchen. Only one set of stairs to Italian first floor, which means 2nd floor in the US. We felt relatively safe in the neighborhood, and it was not too rowdy/noisy at night. Be prepared for traffic on small run-down and crowded alleys, with graffiti throughout the area, no parking, etc..; but that is normal throughout the city center of Rome. No attempts made to correct any of the issues identified in many of the low reviews by prior guests. The mattress and pillows are terrible, hot water goes on and off during showers, no deep cleaning done, window does not close all the way at top, sunlight comes in room easily first thing in the morning, and city street noise very noticeable starting at 06:00/07:00. Showerhead is cruddy with water deposits and rust. It is a converted 3 room apartment with 2 bedrooms that each lock. You never know who will be in the other room, so good luck if they are noisy. Common area, kitchen & amenities are well used and not very appealing. No paper towels and only a few very cheap rolls of toilet paper. They gave us the wrong code to key box. No luggage storage before check-in time or after check-out time. The accommodation description should mention baggage storage available near-by at Stow Your Bags, Via dei Chiavari 8. The other smaller double bedroom may be darker with less outside noise, but the window looks at an ugly small utility shaft. There may be an elevator, but it seems broken.
