• Gianluca (2/5): - Giusto la posizione comoda a tutti i punti da visitare. Titolo: Posizione ottima, struttura lasciata andare Voto: 2/10 Il bello: La posizione è davvero ottima. È l’unico punto a favore che possiamo riconoscere. Il resto: Il bagno era esterno alla camera — dettaglio non specificato in fase di prenotazione — e in pessime condizioni: miscelatore rotto, doccia con umidità e sporco visibile, tende con aloni, asciugamani cambiati una sola volta in quattro giorni. La camera non corrispondeva alla descrizione: nessun armadio funzionale, abbiamo tenuto tutto in valigia per l’intero soggiorno. Il letto era una rete con due lenzuola e un copriletto misero, niente testata, cuscini quasi inesistenti, parete a capo del letto visibilmente sporca. Il boiler condiviso tra più ospiti non reggeva il carico: doccia fredda ogni volta, nessuna eccezione in quattro giorni. Abbiamo pagato un prezzo elevato per un servizio che non era minimamente all’altezza.

• Paula (4/5): El precio que hemos pagado ha sido muy económico, pero ello ha llevado a tener una habitación con sábanas sucias y vieja - El precio y la ubicación Las sábanas estaban sucias, con una gota de sangre y rotas por vejez, la almohada estaba desteñida de lejía, la manta con cercos, el baño tenía una luz fundida, la alcachofa de la ducha rota.

• Vanessa (2/5): - L'emplacement est idéal pour visiter Rome Le contact avec l'hôte ne s'est fait que par whatsapp avec des indications claires. Une chambre dans un logement partagé ou chacun à la clé de toutes les chambres, cela est quelque peu gênant. Le lit ressemblait à un hamac, il est temps de changer de literie. Une seul nuit nous a suffit à avoir un lumbago. La chambre n'a plus le panache des photos de l'annonce, la couleur est fade et les rideaux n'existent plus. La salle de bain était moisir à plusieurs endroits par manque d'aération. Dans la cuisine, une machine à café est mise à disposition avec un système d'eau récupérée dans une bouteille d'eau en plastique qui fait office de réservoir, de quoi risquer d'être malade.

• Michal (6/5): I would not stay again and would rather look for other accommodation. - The staff were absolutely great and always willing to help. The equipment is mostly older but the apartment has everything you need for a short stay. The accommodation feels like the owner is not trying to keep guests coming back. The shower was broken, the bathroom light shade was broken and there was no blackout in the room. The bathroom key was a nightmare as it was very difficult to open the door, which must be causing noise for guests in other rooms.

• carmine (4/5): - non abbiamo mai visto Host o Gestore della struttura, nessun check-in è stato fatto, tranne che inviare via whatsapp le istruzioni per prelevare le chiavi da una cassetta di sicurezza. La Stanza non funzionava ne i riscaldamenti e tanto meno la pompa di calore ed in più un odore nauseabondo di fumo di sigarette. Stato fatato notare al Host o Gestore della struttura il quale la risposta è stata, negativa, ovvero tutto il giorno precedente Funzionava e nessun odore era presente. Sconsiglio vivamente di recarsi presso questa struttura.

• Francesca (6/5): - Sicuramente la posizione è un gran punto di forza! Inoltre il quartiere non è rumoroso. L'arredamento è originale e l'edificio storico ha il suo fascino. La stanza era davvero spaziosa. Sono stati apprezzati gli orari di check in flessibili e disponibilità da parte della host. Non mi sono sentita a mio agio nel farmi da mangiare: il microonde, le pentole e alcune stoviglie erano sporchi, l'unica padella era senza il manico, infine uno canovaccio avrebbe fatto comodo. Il riscaldamento non funzionava e ho sofferto un po' il freddo, sarebbe stato gradito un avviso da parte dell'host in modo da potersi portare indumenti più pesanti. Il bagno ha il soffitto coperto di muffa, è un peccato perché è un bel bagno, basterebbe applicare una vernice antimuffa. Difficoltà nel chiudere/aprire le porte della stanza e del bagno.

• Claudiaximena (9/5): Un buen sitio en Trastevere - Nos encanta lo bien localizado que está, si lo que quieres es quedarte en Trastevere, que es el barrio más bonito de Roma y desde ahí todo queda a 20 o 30 minutos caminando o te puedes ir fácilmente en transporte público a los sitios de interés. El colchón de las camas es muy viejo, pero aun así, dormimos bien.

• Thomas (10/5): Utmärkt läge! Toppenvärd. Rekommenderas - Läget var suveränt, med närhet till allt och till tågstationen Rome-Trastevere för tåg till flygplats. Bra med kök så att vi kunde laga en del måltider själva. Nära till matbutiken Carefour express. Toppenvärd som svarade på alla frågor snabbt och lät oss checka in tidigt. Lite dåligt med köksutrustning, men det gick att klara sig på det som fanns. Sängarna var något hårda och bäddsoffan hade en väldigt tunn madrass. Men jag sov bra

Ощущение, что в гостях у итальянских родственников..) Комната просторная с высокими потолками. Туалет /душ по коридору, но это не важно.. Было всё необходимое! Всё работало исправно! Чисто ! Кухня в полной комплектации. Супермаркет в 40 метрах , это очень удобно! Хозяйка дала полные инструкции по ключам и рекомендации по кафе . Нам всё понравилось! Спасибо большое за гостеприимство! Редко получается отдыхать, как дома ) Слабоват wi-fi .. но это уже мелочи
• Sonia (8/5): 3 giorni a Roma con famiglia - Stanza pulita e abbastanza grande vicinissima a tutto. Check in e Check out velocissimi e in autonomia. Padrona di casa gentile anche se solo per messaggio perché mai visto nessuno Letti non comodissimi, non dispiacerebbe una TV in camera. Prima volta che mi succede, non ho dovuto far registrare nessun documento perché non abbiamo mai incontrato l'oste ne ci ha chiesto foto dei documenti🤔

• Marie (2/5): logement décevant - Nous avons aimé l'emplacement les couchages ne sont pas confortable, la douche était cassée. Effectivement, à notre arrivée, je n'avais pas consulté les messages de la propriétaire, car je ne les avais pas vu, le code d'accès pour les clés apparaissaient dans l'annonce booking, on a ouvert un petit coffre ou les clés se trouvaient, ces clés ouvraient bien les portes jusqu'à la chambre jusque là tout était parfait, puis la propriétaire , m'a joint sur Watsapp me reprochant de ne pas avoir consulté ses message, que ce n'était pas la bonne chambre, mettant en doute notre bonne fois, elle envoyait plein de message, ça nous a gâché notre voyage elle nous a demandé 60€ de plus car logiquement nous ne devions pas avoir cette chambre. Ca veut dire que toutes les clés ouvrent toutes les chambres donc pas rassurant, nous venions pour danser le tango avec des amies, on a passé 3 jours sur 4 à répondre aux message de la propriétaire, qu'on a d'ailleurs jamais vu, elle nous a facturé 60 € de plus car la salle d'eau privative, et c'était pas le luxe, lorsqu'on se douchait avec la pomme de douche le ciel de pluie nous coulait sur les cheveux avec de l'eau froide, on ne pouvait pas le tourner, d'ailleurs il s'est cassé. Propriétaire pas agréable. Nous avons fait des photos, comme elle l'a demandé on a tout ranger, et on a signalé la vetusté de la douche, et le ciel de pluie qui nous ai tombé sur la tete, elle a juste dit merci. • maria constanza (10/5): Lindo pero sin lavarropas - Estuvo todo muy bien Que la manija del lavarropas estaba rota entonces no se lo podia usar porque no cerraba y nos hubiera sido muy util ya que estuvimos una semana alojados ahi y cdo alquilé decia con lavarropa . El resto excelente
• Marta (4/5): Malo - La ubicación es buena y estaba limpio. La cama y el sofá-cama muy incomodos. No es aceptable tener unos colchones así. Todo bastante viejo, incluidas sábanas y toallas, aunque limpio. No se pueden dejar las maletas en ningún sitio después del check-out. Tuvimos que coger y pagar una consigna cerca. La anfitriona no se puso en contacto con nosotros hasta que estuvimos allí.

• martin (9/5): Agradables Vacaciones por Roma. - La habitación es bastante céntrica caminando, comunicación fluida y rápida con los anfitriones. la cocina esta bien equipada para apañar un buen desayuno/comida, muy cerca de ahí hay 2 cafeterías y un carrefour. Hubo un imprevisto con la cerradura y se solvento rápidamente. La ducha de la habitación, se ve pasada de uso y sale agua fría por la parte superior y no hay manera de parar ese goteo molesto. El que dormía en el sofa-cama nos dijo que era un poco incomodo, pero la doble estaba muy bien.

Ключи нужно будет найти на стене соседнего дома, но это не сложно, хозяйка все напишет. Несколько минут пешком - и вы уже в одном из лучших районов Рима, в Трастевере. Ванная комната находится по коридору, каждый раз её нужно открывать и закрывать на ключ. Все чисто и удобно.

• Kathrin (6/5): Sehr schöne Stadt, die Wohnung war zweckmäßig für einen 3 tägigen Aufenthalt - Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Es gab kostenfreies WLAN. Die Lage der Wohnung war sehr zentral im Stadtteil Trastevere mit vielen Restaurants, Bars und Clubs. Ein Supermarkt befindet sich gleich im Hausnebeneingang, das war super. Schmuckstück des Hauses war ein sehr schöner alter Fahrstuhl. Es handelt sich nicht um eine Pension (die Beschreibung auf Booking com ist nicht zutreffend). Es ist eine große 3 Zimmerwohnung mit einer Gemeinschaftsküche. Insofern ist auch die Beschreibung "das alle Zimmer mit einer Mikrowelle, Kühlschrank und Kaffeemaschine ausgestattet sind" nicht ganz korrekt. Diese Geräte kann man mit allen anderen Urlaubern der anderen Zimmer gemeinschaftlich nutzen. Das war für uns in Ordnung. Der Wasserkocher funktionierte bei unserem Aufenthalt leider nicht, die Klappe des Backofens war kaputt (Griff fehlte, da kann man sich leicht verbrennen). Insgesamt ist die Lage der Wohnung sehr zentral (das war gut). Das bedeutet jedoch auch, dass es durch die anliegenden Straßen sehr lauten Autoverkehr, Motorroller, Krankenwagen gibt. Mit geschlossenem Fenster ist es aber erträglich und man kann gut schlafen.

Cleanliness of communal kitchen 4. Enough towels, cups, plates etc. 5. Area of the city (Trastevere) is great and has some beautiful local bars, restaurants etc. 1. Beds and bedding can be a bit better. 2. Only received one key among 3 people 3. Lack of sound proofing (other guests in the communal kitchen were a bit loud early on the one morning)

• Natalia (7/5): Ok for the value, great location - Definitely the best thing is the location. It’s in between down town and Vaticano if you want to visit. The area is amazing. Trastevere was the best area to eat. It has great restaurants around and the place is well connected to the bus lines. So it is very easy. The building has an old and cool elevator. It has A/C which is a great plus We were 2 people. I think that was a good room for us The bathroom out of the room and we have to use a key to open it. Probably we woke up the people with the sound of the key because was pretty loud. The fridge spilled out some water. Probably was because the people in the other room left the door open. The pillows could be better. I prefer lower ones.

• Jeanne (4/5): Gute Lage, aber leider ist die Unterkunft vernachlässigt und das nötigstes für die Gäste vorhanden. - Gute Lage Dusche ist zum Teil defekt und funktioniert nicht richtig. Altes Bettzeug und Matratzenbezüge in den Schrank vollgestopft. 3 verschiedene Wifi Passwörter mit Fehlern im Passwort. Wasserkocher defekt. Klimaanlage stellt sich nachts selber wieder an. Unterkunft erscheint vernachlässigt und ist nicht auf Stand.

Love the classic old lift and huge front door 😍 We had an initial issue with access to the room as the key given didn’t work. But after getting in contact with the host, it was resolved and we got in! Thanks.

• Martín (8/5): Bello departamento en Trastevere - El departamento es amplio y cómodo, con baño privado y cocina compartida. Esta ubicado en la zona de Trastevere, un excelente punto para recorrer la ciudad. A media cuadra del departamento hay un parking si se viaja en auto. El precio es muy bueno, en relación a la ubicación y la comodidad de la habitación. Se puede hacer self check in y check out, lo cual agiliza el proceso. El baño nos resultó algo incómodo y una ducha pequeña, por fuera de eso, todo estuvo perfecto!

• Vanessa (5/5): - Unica nota positiva era la posizione. Adatta indubbiamente a giovani che vanno a Roma per divertirsi e non per rilassarsi. Più o meno tutto, la stanza non era pulita bene, c'era polvere più o meno ovunque, il tubo di scarico del climatizzatore era collegato ad una bottiglia di plastica della cocacola e dopo 2 ore all'accensione era piena e per fortuna me ne sono accorta perché si stava per allagare la stanza vicino alle prese dello stesso. Il bagno era pulito approssimativamente, polvere e cassetti pieni di capelli. Noi abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte per fortuna. L'appartamento è condiviso con altri ospiti e i luoghi condivisi sono decisamente sporchi.

• Jorge (8/5): Great place with a difficult to access bathroom - Trastavere is a great place to stay in Rome, and is a wonderful advantage for this apartment. The room is spacious and the bed is comfortable. Checking in and out are easy. The bathroom is outside the room, it's clean but the locks are really old and difficult to open or close.

• María del Mar (10/5): - Me gustó la ubicación y la habitación, amplia, cama cómoda, ubicación silenciosa y cerca del centro Cómo mejora, podrían cambiar la cerradura estándar para todas las habitaciones y baño externo, es la típica llave que parece abrir todo, ya que es cerradura antigua, considero que crea una sensación de inseguridad, pensar que con una llave puedes abrir todas las habitaciones de la estancia, pues todas tienen la misma cerradura.
• Gwenael (2/5): à éviter ! à fuir !! - Un grand logement qui est divisé en deux parties avec cuisine partagé. Bien placé dans un jolie quartier Deux nuits catastrophique, La première sans chauffage mais au calme. La deuxième nuit, chaudière au gaz qui chauffe bien mais fait un bruit de dingue ! À 23h une famille est arrivé dans la chambre n'3 à 23h. Moi et mes enfants nous étions sur le point de dormir. Je me suis présenté et expliquer que j'étais fatigué et que nous allons nous dormir. À 00h00 cette famille de 4 personnes on décider de faire de la grande cuisine pendant plus d’une heure. Je me suis lever et expliquer que c'était pas une heure pour faire du bruit, ni pour faire à manger. Ils on ouvert la porte de leur chambre au minimum 50 fois. Et cette porte grince d'ailleurs comme toute les portes de cette appartement !! À 1h30 il on décider de nettoyer la vaisselle. Le matin à 6h00 ils se sont réveille et ont à nouveau cuisiner des plats. Je suis sortit de ma chambre et j'ai découvert qu'ils avaient manger notre nourriture du petit déjeuner. La propriétaire ma indiqué que tout les voyageurs on droit de cuisiner à l'heure qu’il avait envie et que je devais faire attention à ma nourriture et quel n'était sûrement pas bien ranger... Pour qu’il puisse pouvoir la manger. Nous avions plus rien pour le petit déjeuner et nous sommes donc partit et manger à l'extérieur et ça m'a fait un supplément. Pour ce qui est de la voisine du dessus elle doit vivre la nuit, car en pleine nuit nous l'avons entendu avec ses talons de 23h à 2h de la nuit... Dans la cuisine, la vaisselle qui est ranger était sale et il manque l'éponge pour faire la vaisselle. et le chiffon pareil... était trop sale pour l'utiliser.
• carolyn (3/5): other wise room was clean and convenient to center - great location no hot water, shower filled with water drain was filled with hair that we removed need new mattress we could feel the springs
• thag (8/5): Really good! - The room was big and the beds were comfy. Also, the kitchen is available for use and it is properly divided between the rooms. Our toilet was outside of the room as advertised and it was no big deal. Keys to the toilet and the room were a little tricky to use, but not a big deal. Also, we ran out of toilet paper, we tried to find some spares but it was none.

• benvenuti (7/5): - Posizione ottima vicino a locali di Trastevere. Ottima posizione anche per gli spostamenti, vicino alle fermate bus. Contesto signorile e silenzioso. Cucina a disposizione Pulizia approssimativa

• Paula (7/5): Buena ubicación, resto mejorable - la ubicación es sin duda lo mejor, el edificio es precioso, la habitación era amplia y tener la cocina compartida no había mantas adicionales para el frio, solo un cobertor y eramos tres personas. pedi si era posible un juego de toallas limpio, ya que estabamos 5 noches y solo teniamos una para cada una, y me dijeron que se cobraban a parte. el papel higienico era escaso y casi no llega. En relacion calidad precio es muy mejorable
