• Llorenç (1/5): NO LO RECOMIENDO!!!, MAL INSONORIZADO, CAMA DE 15cm DE GRUESO Y MUY INCOMODA, NO HAY PERSONAL. - Está bien que hay una zona común, una nevera para uso compartido, una cocina equipada, una mesa con 2 sillas, y una banyo en la zona común. Está a 5 minutos andando de una estación de metro, eso se tiene que tener en cuenta, y al lado mismo de un restaurante que se come muy bien y no es caro, eso si, no dan almuerzos, cerca hay una cafetería que está muy bien. Se tiene que decir lo bueno, pero también lo malo. NO LO RECOMIENDO! La habitación muy mal insonorizada, se escuchaba la pareja de la otra habitación como hablaban y por la noche los ronquidos. Muy MAL INSONORIZADA!!!! El COLCHÖN MUY INCOMODO el de la cama, era mejor el del sofá-cama, tenia justo 4 dedos de grueso, se notaban las lamas del somier. Y las almohadas.... de los xinos diría. Y para rematar: La ultima noche a las 22:48h de la noche del sábado nos mandan un correo diciendo que por necesidades del hotel tenemos de dejar la habitación antes de las 9:00h de la mañana, teníamos un tour nocturno por Roma y llegamos a pasadas la 1h de la noche, tener que madrugar porque le salió de los cojones al hotel, me pareció muy mal. Y no había nadie a quien poder reclamar ni decir nada. Estaba con mis dos hijos pequeños y les costo mucho levantarse, Si por necesidad del hotel pasa esto, Por lo menos pregunta y avisa en horas razonables, no por la noche para la mañana siguiente. Eso me pareció de muy mal gusto, Ya estas muy cansado de patear todo el día con que te encuentres eso. MUY MAL, Lo siento pero es la realidad

• António (8/5): Boa, e voltaria novamente. - Tudo funciona bem, muito limpa, bem tranquila, cama confortável, o quarto tem um ótimo espaço, tem também, boa localização, é um ambiente cheiroso e bem silencioso no que diz respeito aos hóspedes. Bem organizado, e bem apresentável. Fora da acomodação também tem um bom espaço. Quarto Marco Aurélio, tem um vazamento de água muito pequeno no chão do banheiro,ás vezes fica molhado, acreditamos que seja da descarga, a cortina da parte do banho também não ajuda pois não tampa bem o espaço para tomar banho e acaba ajudando a molhar o chão do banheiro ainda mais, outra situação a apontar é que tem um quadro na parede precisando ser completamente pregado deixando quase 6 cm fora da parede, e querendo ou não, acaba não nos deixando “seguros” sobre se vai cair sobre a nossa cabeça, pois está bem em cima da cama, outra situação, mas acredito que esta não tenha a ver em si sobre o local e sim sobre os vizinhos, na janela do quarto temos uma quadra, e eles fazem bastante barulho ao jogar bola durante o dia, o que é normal, mas se você for com o intuíto de apenas relaxar, pode ser prejudicial. E por último, acredito que seja ter alguém do staff presencialmente, pois ficamos 4 noites e não vimos nenhum funcionário sequer. Pode ser bom pela privacidade, e mesmo tendo o suporte bom online, é complicado pois não temos aquela decepação de boas vindas com contato humano.

• Anna (8/5): Чудово все, але треба робити шумоізоляцію кімнат - Чудовий район, досить недалеко до центру, максимально зручно знайти та відкрити за рекомендацією хазяїна. Є кухня, хоча ми майже не користувалися, але це все одно зручно. Було декілька пляшок води, чай, кава, холодильник. В номері все необхідне. Здивувались, що нам на третій день поприбирали: ми не чекали. Це звичайно плюс Зручне ліжко, є шафа та місця для зберігання Тобто все було б ідеально, крім одного але Шумоізоляція відсутня. Я читала у відгуках, що жалілися на футбольне поле поруч з вікном, але для мене та чоловіка то взагалі не проблема: діти пограли до 22 години та пішли, але те, що шумоізоляція кімнат відсутня- просто шок. В сусідній кімнаті жила пара, яка майже всю ніч не спала ( ну вони мають право, можливо вони спали вдень, а вночі ні. просити їх мовчати було б невірно) але рівень шуму для розуміння, що чутно як людина йде в туалет, змиває, кашляє, розмовляє навіть тихо, не говорячи про сміх чи якісь совання предметів. Чутно все ніби вони за відкритим вікном сидять. У нас була відпустка, але спати було неможливо всі 4 ночі. Ну а вайфай, який майже не працював, то вже навіть і не такий мінус порівнянно з стінами з картону. Тобто вайфай працює хвилин 5 та відпадає, або взагалі не працює Я б поставила оцінку 9-10 загалом, якщо б не шумоізоляція

It is ina a good neighbourhood, quiet place, it has one football playground but it is not a big deal, only if you're "looking for a needle in a haystack". The stuff were available and kind. The bed was comfortable and i liked the sleeping here. I must say that the clening lady is also so kind and helpfull, even though she doesn't understand english, she tried so hard to be kind with us and give us some information. All in all i highly recomend it. The only small problem was that we didn't have wifi thw whole stay. There was some technicall problem, but we could see that it was in many places in the region. Other cafes and bars didnt have wifi too, so maybe it was not a personal issue of the hotel.

Prese della corrente accanto al letto e molti spazi per poggiare le cose,il che non è costato. Ottima pulizia e posizione abbastanza comoda per spostarsi con i mezzi. Purtroppo entra la luce dalla finestra quindi se si ha il sonno leggero è un problema anche perché il tutto viene accompagnato dal suono delle campane di una chiesa. Qualche problemino con la connessione wifi

• geoffrey (7/5): Très bien, petit bémol au niveau du bruit du voisinage - L'emplacement est assez proche de certains monuments, comme le Colisée ou le Circo Massimo. Les rues aux alentours sont plutôt calmes, et il y a pas mal de lieux pour manger et prendre un café Le bruit, l'établissement étant juste à côté d'un terrain de mini-foot. Aussi pas mal de bruit venant du dessus. Mais c'était quelques heures le soir seulement.

Miguel nos recibió con mucha amabilidad. Paradas de bus cerca, restaurantes, tiendas de alimentación, cervecerías, cafeterías... No hay nada que no me gustara.

Începând cu aleea de acces la proprietate, care era plina de mizerie și ne luminată, până la condițiile de cazare si servicii. Totul a fost... horror. Nimic din ce scrie in descrierea de pe Booking nu există! Nu exista fier de călcat, nu poți să-ți faci un ceai, iar vesela parcă-i adunată de la un magazin de solduri...

Он не отвечает на сообщения. Только когда ей что-то нужно он выходит на связь. Вчера я спросил где утюг. Ответа нет до сих пор. В полночь прямо под окнами молодые люди решили поиграть в футбол. 12 человек. Даже не через дорогу, а прямо под окнами. Я попросил хозяина вмешаться, написал сообщение. Никакой реакции не было. Я понимаю, что вряд ли их можно было сразу выгнать. Но спустя сутки мне даже никто не собирается отвечать на мое сообщение. Отвратительное отношение.
• Peter (8/5): - Quarto amplo, limpo e confortável, com muitas comodidades e cama excelente, além de um ar condicionado silencioso. Não há pessoas na recepção, somente uma pequena mesa e uma cadeira sem ninguém para ocupá-la ao longo de toda minha estadia, o que foi parcialmente compensado pelo pronto atendimento remoto pelo app. Fui salvo por um hóspede amigo do proprietário quando cheguei, caso contrário teria ficado em apuros. Chegar ao local no primeiro dia para o check-in antes de 12:30h pode não ser uma boa ideia.

• Milenko (6/5): Would not recommend for a family. - I liked that if I have spent $100 more I would get for sure better comfort. Bit dated, haven’t seen anyone from front desk in 3 days. Bed wasn’t comfortable, pillow was none existent. Also the way they collect city tax is as well, at least to say shady.

• Xhesika (2/5): Rude people at the service. The room was not cleaned and we were offered no new towels. - The only good thing abour this property was the air conditioning. The room was clean at check in, but it was not cleaned at all during our stay. It is probably the worst service I have ever experienced. I booked thia property via booking and I was informed about the city tax that was due to pay at check in. I assumed since no further details were given on the payment method, I was going to pay it during check in. Since it was a self check in, and again NO information was given to me during my stay (4 days/3 nights) I assumed it was directly withdrawn from my account since I paid with card. A day after I checked out, I received an arrogant message, which was stated as a warning that if I do not pay the city tax, they would report me to booking. And along that sentence, they provided me with their account details. No apologies from their side since it was their mistake for not explaining the payment method. Furthermore, they made sure to block my number, which shows the laick of professionalism and the arrogance with which we were treated. We stayed 4 days/3 nights. The room was clean when we checked in. However, it was not cleaned not a single day during our stay. No new towels were offered and the bin was not emptied. Our room was next to a playground and in the last night, there were children playing, and singing till 10 pm. However, we did not complain and decided to be considerate of our surrounding. Nevertheless, I received a message from the owner telling us to keep it quiet. They did nor even considered asking if we were the ones causing the noise or not. When I expressed my concerns, I did not receive an apology, and they did not seem to care at all. The sofa bed was not comfortable and the pillows were bad, too. I will never come to this property again and I would not recommend it to someone else.

Room was stinky of cigaretes. Shower doesn't has doors. Very small TV. Simple lock to room - not safe.

The biggesr issue is that the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything what the neighbours in the room nextdoor do as in coughing, scrolling on their phones, talking in normal volume ( I could even tell which language) to each other. This is really not appropriate, and ruined my whole stay in Rome. I couldn't sleep until 3am and had to get up at 6am..In the bathroom The WC's flush kept falling off. The shower head was blocked. And they hang a normal curtain ( not shower curtain) to replace the broken shower door. The TV didn't work. It was also no clear on the description that the kitchenette was to be shared with other rooms.

• Martin (8/5): Very good - Room equipment was clean and comfortable. 20-30 mins from Colosseum on foot, 15 mins to metro, 10 mins to supermarket. Window from our room was to courtyard, not so far from neighbour´s window, not annyoining. Also shared kitchen was little bit surprised, although for us it wasnt a problem because of few guests in one moment. Maybe this is somwhere in accommodation description but I havent seen it. Bigger sharp knife would be appreciated. :)

• Marcin (9/5): Good place for a short stay, do not expect a high end hotel. - Clean room, well equipped kitchen, good location with restaurants and stores nearby. Would stay again.
• Caroline (7/5): Good - Good location, short walking distance to the bus stop. Surrounding commerce, such as shops, grocery stores, tobacconist, and laundry. Large room and great kitchen facilities. Hairdryer didn't work for more than 2 minutes, I tried to contact the room management, but I didn't get a response. I ended up buying a hairdryer. There is a football court next to the room, and it is possible to hear people playing until 10 pm. Very narrow gate and difficult to get through with suitcases.
• Oana-stefania (7/5): Good - The location was good, close to the touristic attractions; the ckeck-in was easy to make. The room was clean, but there was some mold on the walls. The blanket was dirty, the lock of the bathroom door was not working and we had to keep a hand on the door when we needed to use the toilet.

• Cristina (7/5): Good neighborhood, next to te city center - The easy check in and check out was great. Everything was clean and the neighborhood great. The entrance is a bit hidden and feels a bit unsafe during night hours.

• Noémi (7/5): Good - Everything was great, walking from Termini station is not an issue. There are shops and even a small market near by, Colosseo is 25 minutes away. The air conditioning in our room was not working properly.

• Ravikumar (9/5): Overall good stay with accommodation and facilities - It was great as mentioned in the description of the apartment Scope for improvement : Bathroom is bit small to have shower, Better it would be good to have some separation when bathing which completely covers else lots of water is coming out and complete bathroom is filled with water.
