• Roy (10/5): Можем да препоръчаме това място - хубава традиционна българска сграда и прекрасни градини. - excellent location for exploring the area. we were visiting the Buzludzha monument, which had a fair and music. We arrived back at the hotel late, after 10 pm and were still able to get food at the restaurant. Prices in the restaurant were very reasonable. You will need to know some Bulgarian, the menus are in Bulgarian, which is understandable, we can read it well so we're OK, The room was great and we slept well, there are wooden floors, so you will get some noise from above if that room is occupied, but it didn't disturb us. Отлично място за разглеждане на района. Посещавахме паметника Бузлуджа, където имаше панаир и музика. Върнахме се в хотела късно, след 22:00 часа и все пак успяхме да си поръчаме храна от ресторанта. Цените в ресторанта бяха много разумни. Ще трябва да знаете малко български, менютата са на български, което е разбираемо, можем да ги четем добре, така че сме добре. Стаята беше страхотна и спахме добре, има дървени подове, така че ще се чува шум отгоре, ако стаята е заета, но не ни смути. There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, something we failed to notice when we booked, If we stay again we will take our own travel pack. The restaurant opens at 1700, but as in many places in Bulgaria, there will be a cafe or breakfast place nearby, so do not worry, its all part of the Bulgarian experience В стаята нямаше удобства за приготвяне на чай или кафе, нещо, което не забелязахме при резервацията. Ако отседнем отново, ще си вземем собствен багаж за пътуване. Ресторантът отваря в 17:00 часа, но както на много места в България, наблизо ще има кафене или заведение за закуска, така че не се притеснявайте, всичко това е част от българското преживяване.
• Elka (9/5): - Къщата е спретната и чиста. Леглата са удобни. Има хубава градина. Стопанинът е сърдечен и разбран човек. Беше удобен изходен пункт за фестивала на Бузлуджа и останалите забележителности в района. Има ресторант в двора, който работи до късно вечер и може да е шумно. За нас не беше проблем - в стаите беше тихо.

• Nick (10/5): Perfect - Our stay at Papanovata House was an absolute delight! The house is spacious, very clean, and cozy, beautifully combining traditional Bulgarian style with modern comforts. Every room is well-maintained and tastefully decorated, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere. The yard is pleasant and well-kept, though part of it belongs to the restaurant, which is actually quite convenient—you can enjoy delicious meals анд high quality drinks just a few steps away. The remaining part of the yard offers a nice little corner for morning coffee or a quiet rest. The location is excellent – peaceful and calm. The hosts were extremely kind and helpful, welcoming us warmly and making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We highly recommend Papanovata House to anyone looking for comfort, fresh air, and true relaxation. We would gladly come back again!
• Miro (10/5): Exceptional - Everything is perfect Rustic house with very friendly staff and quite cheap Neat bedrooms also clean the bathrooms Drinks, food and other things at a very high level It is worth coming to stay for a couple of days because there is a lot to see nearby Buzludzha and Shipka Memorial Center Great for bikers because motorcycles are parked inside the parking lot There's nothing you don't like here Sce in perfect order
• Silva (9/5): Superb - It’s a perfect location near the places where we wanted to visit- rose valley, Kazanlak town and Shipka . The service was very good and the owner was friendly and helpful.
• Marjan (5/5): Wouldn't go back there again - It was comfortable Expensive but not worth for the money you pay. Maybe only good for just to spend a night if you have no other option. Nothing special, i have had 140 bookings on booking and most of them were better then this one. I didnt liked behaviour and the attitute of the one whom i payed for the stay, he treated me like a criminal

• Bilyana (1/5): This establishment must close immediately - it does not meet any of the criteria for a hotel or room - Disgusting, horrible, extremely bad attitude of the owner, acting arrogant and haughty. The hygiene of the room was terrible, the bathroom also in a miserable state.

• Karen (8/5): Rose festival - Easy checkin, staff great, very welcoming. Clean facilities. Garden area tidy and nice to sit in. Great food at the restaurant, which really is nice to have on site. Gets really busy so ld suggest booking a table in advance on Friday or Saturday nights. Location good , we took taxi to kazanlak so quick, for around 20 leva.
