• Amelia (10/5): A wonderful find in a beautiful part of Larnaca. - A gorgeous poolside cottage, with a comfortable bedroom and an en suite bathroom with a shower, and kitchenette. The patio area outside is lovely, with lots of seating and a beautiful pool and garden. The hosts are accommodating and warm. In addition to the kitchen facilities in the room, there is an outdoor kitchen area. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxed place to stay, surrounded by amenities.

Alle möglichen Geräte vorhanden plus Grundausstattung Gewürze. Ruhige Gegend. Viele Geschäfte und Restaurants in Gehnähe. Private Atmosphäre neben einem eigenen Pool.

• Eyal (9/5): Superb - The location was convenient if one wishes to be close to the airport. The hosts are wonderful, warm, and responsive. The room is clean and comfortable, next to a pool. There are cafes and a few restaurants within walking distance. There was nothing that stood out to me. It is not a luxurious place; it is a room attached to a family home. If this is what one is looking for, it is perfect. It was exactly what I needed.
• Valentina (9/5): Lovely stay - The cottage is in a tranquil area of Kiti, a village very close to Larnaca airport. It is at walking distance from the centre of Kiti and has bars and bakeries around the corner. It's surrounded by plants, cats and a beautiful swimming pool, which we didn't use as we were there not during high season. The hosts are very friendly and willing to help. At the same time, they are very discrete, so we had all the privacy we needed. Consider renting a car if you are planning to stay here. The cottage is fairly small. If you plan to stay longer than 5 days (as we did), consider living in a tiny space. I personally didn't mind at all, but it is something to think of.

• Fisher (9/5): I highly recommend this for even long stays. - This was a gem of a find. Great location, very comfortable, lovely outdoor area, and the hostess was always available if needed. Free internet and streaming tv. The cottage is located near a busy street and can be noisy at times.

First of all, you need to fix existing defects and, more precisely, clean more often. The facility may have been ok a few years ago but the standards are going up. Very noisy especially at night, I do not recommend for people who like peace and quiet

• Vanessa (9/5): Great option close to Larnaca - Great value for the price, the room is nice and well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the neighborhood is quiet. We slept quite well! The host was very nice and friendly. Some snacks were also available in the room.

• Antony (1/5): Disappointed, inconvenienced and out of pocket! - One of the reasons I always book entire properties is privacy and facilities, I want to be able to arrive and open a key safe, collect my keys and enter. On arrival, I wasn't sure where I was supposed to go, as this was a private house. Along with privacy, I always ensure there is a kitchenette and washing machine. In the description, this was described as having both. Firstly this did not feel private at all, it was a ground floor converted store-room/garage in a private back garden, I could not leave the curtains open as it felt that anyone could walk by at any time. Secondly, the 'kitchenette' was a table which was 12" x 12" with an electric ring. No room to even make a sandwich and no sink to wash anything. There was no washing machine as described in the listing. I left the next morning and checked in somewhere else, I contacted Booking.com immediately as the new booking was also made through them, all they have done since, is send me an email asking for more information. I called them as soon as I returned home, explained the situation and they basically told me it is up to the host to offer me a refund. I have messaged the host, who insisted that there is a kitchenette and it is as described. I would not have packed up and messed about moving during a short business trip if that were the case. Sadly, I feel that I have paid for something that I was not happy with and then I have been held to ransom, this is not the way to conduct a professional service. I am disappointed that a routine matter like accommodation has been so stressful, I did not make a fuss, I just moved out and requested a refund, but as my genuine complaint has been ignored in this manner, I am understandably very upset. This should be described as a self-contained room within a private property, this is not private, there is no kitchenette, just a table, as my images will show, nowhere to wash anything. There was no washing machine as described, which is important to me, as I travel there regularly and leave my suitcase locally, washed and packed, ready for next time. The floor is just crazy paving, which was obviously just a garden or garage previously and not comfortable to walk on, and the patio doors looked out on to a private garden, which meant that the curtains cannot be left open. When I contacted the host, I was just send a screenshot about the definition of a 'kitchenette' I'm very sorry, but this is without doubt misleading with intent.
• Jarosław (8/5): A great place to explore the surroundings of Larnaca - Nice and communicative hostess and dog Lili🐶. Sufficient furniture and aesthetics of the premises. Nice garden, private pool. Possibility to comfortably eat a meal outside. Ease of parking the car in front of the house Noticeable noise at night, caused by the proximity of the main street and the landing planes. Ear plugs advisable😁 There is a weak stream of water in the shower. Room volume for two rather small people🙄

• Michael (8/5): Good solution for a short stay when people are planning to be outside, with very friendly hosts. - Clean, modern, new facilities in excellent condition. Access to a nice pool. Nice outside sitting area with privacy. Lots of cups and utensils. A very friendly and accommodating host. Internal space is rather limited for activities other than sleeping: no room for a desk, no separate kitchen sink.
• Mike (6/5): We are used to travelling light but the traveller looking for home comforts would be disappointed - location very good, no breakfast as part of deal. Swimming pool excellent, suffered a bit from falling leaves but to be expected for time of year and was regularly cleaned. Description a bit misleading, internal space minimal, although every effort has been made to provide as many facilities as possible, this is nothing more than a converted garage however a good "pied a terre", for a short stay
