• Ruth (9/5): - Location was close to central station and the metro. Beds were very comfortable. Having 2 ensuite bathrooms was great. Very reponsive and helpful staff. Disposable cups, limited crockery and no bottle opener/cork screw. Small things that could be changed. The entry/exit system is a bit complex.

• Laurence (2/5): Ok for one short night only - Location is good - mold in the bathroom - difficult to have hot water in the shower - stains on the bedding - the walls are paper thin we were woken up every night by people coming in and out of room three’s bathroom, partying and drinking in room three - it felt like we were the only guests locking the door when we exited, everytime we came back into to appartement the door was unlocked, maybe use an automatic lock because it felt unsafe

• Luca (8/5): Esperienza positiva! - Struttura piccola ma ben organizzata con servizi funzionanti ed in ottima posizione! La struttura è situata al settimo piano ed è un po’ scomoda anche per l’entrata tramite combinazione perché si perde molto tempo! Inoltre nelle scale stavano facendo dei lavori di imbiancatura e bisognava stare attenti agli operai, muti imbiancati ecc. A favore c’è senza dubbio la posizione!!!

A parte il chiasso maleducato degli ospiti delle altre 2 camere che stazionavano li',si sentivano i rumori degli areatori del bagno ogni volta che accendevano la luce.A mezzanotte sono riuscita a prendere sonno ma alle 3.30 sono stata svegliata dal baccano di una famiglia che lasciava l' appartamento. Mi sono riaddormentata forse alle 4.30 ma alle 6.30 mi hanno svegliato persone che davanti alla mia porta facevano il caffè prima di partire,urla e schiamazzi di un ragazzino che ha anche provato ad aprire la porta della mia camera,sono state la ciliegina sulla torta..peccato..

• Laura (9/5): - Posizione molto comoda per visitare la città, vicino alla stazione centrale e "appiccicata" alla metro. Proprietario disponibile e ben organizzato, camera molto accogliente e ben pulita con letti confortevoli e tutto il necessario (asciugamani, saponi, phon, caffè, bollitore, frigo, televisione). Siamo stati molto bene. Lo consiglio e penso di tornarci! Unica osservazione non abbiamo potuto lasciare il bagaglio oltre 13 sarebbe stato più comodo poterlo tenere di più avendo il treno alle 18:30. Per fortuna eravamo partiti leggeri:)

Camas muy comodas y limpias. Nos proporcionaron cafe y azucar, excelente para iniciar tu mañana. La acustica de las habitaciones, se escucha todo de las dos habitaciones contiguas.

• Duchetta (10/5): Benissimo - Innanzitutto la posizione strategica, avere la fermata della metro sotto il portone è qualcosa di eccezionale. Il check-in a distanza,comodissimo e semplice. Solo il bagno fuori la stanza, ma tutto sommato nessun problema.

• TULIO TEOTONIO (9/5): Excelente acomodação para poucos dias - O quarto é exatamente igual às fotos. Tudo novo e limpo. Estação de metrô na porta. Chaleira no quarto, microondas à disposição no corredor. O self-check in funciona bem, mas vc tem que ter acesso à internet ao chegar no apartamento. O colchão da cama apresenta altos e baixos, atrapalhando o sono. Se você vai ficar mais que 2 dias, provavelmente sentirá dores nas costas.

• Diego (5/5): Nel complesso buono, ma decisamente da migliorare - Vicinanza alla fermata della metro e alla stazione centrale Il “bagno esclusivo” c’era ma era al di fuori della stanza e nessuno ci aveva avvisato, inoltre non era pulitissimo, il water non è ben ancorato a terra e con lo scarico con il “tritatore”. La macchinetta del caffè in cialde, cialde che ci hanno fatto trovare nella stanza, non funzionava. C’era il caffè solubile, stile “americano”, ma non è di mio gradimento. Anche a finestre chiuse i rumori della strada si sentivano molto ed eravamo al settimo piano. Il “meccanismo” per entrare nella stanza è moderno e tecnologico ma può sicuramente mettere in difficoltà chi non è avvezzo alle ultime tecnologie

• Kateryna (8/5): - It was a good experience! Location is 5 minutes from Malino Centrale. Apartment was clean and bright with a nice view. There’s also an elevator which is nice if you have some luggage. The biggest letdown was that there was no hot water. After a long, busy day in Milan, we were really looking forward to a hot shower, but in the end we had to use cold water. We waited quite a while, hoping it would come, but it never did.

• Michelle (5/5): - Everything was as mentioned. So for the price it was great. Slightly confronting with kids to have bathroom outside the room in a shared area but provided key to lock the space. Again as mentioned so no suprise. Communication was fantastic. Location was nice area. Lock system takes a little to get used too. But feels very safe.

• Katia (10/5): Exceptional - Room looks like in the pictures. Check in was really easy, location is great. Very clean and it has kettle, microwave, coffe machine, toiletries etc.

Very close to the train station (10 minutes) and extremely close to the metro station (in front of the entrance of the building) 10-15 minutes till Duomo di Milano. Another thing I like is how clean the room was! Absolutely I will come back here when I return to Milan.
• Irfan (5/5): Passable - Location is right next to metro and not far from Central station It was extremely hot in Milan and the room has just one small fan with plastic wings not good enough to cool down the room. Not worth the price. Also, there were no facility to store the luggage for a couple of hours. The shower cabin can not fit an Adult although I am not very big person but I struggled to fit in the shower
• Cabrinha (10/5): Exceptional - The host was incredible accommodating and kind. Upon our arrive we found some other travellers struggling to access their room, and he took his time to come and help, even though they were not his clients. We were also able to leave our baggage behind after check out which saved us the hassle of carrying it around all day. Very clean and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay!
• Dawn (5/5): Ok in winter. - The property was ten minute walk to Milan centrale. It was clean. The link didn’t work to get in so had to request another entry code. And then another code for upstairs and just a faff really. The room was big and bathroom clean. If you wanted a night in winter it would do the job. However in 35 degree heat and the worst fan ever, I can blow harder than it works it was unbearable and I didn’t sleep. The host did respond when code Didnt work and again in the morning when I only had cold water and was given instructions to enter another room and fix the issue.

• Sweet (8/5): Very good - We had a wonderful stay in this property. Very conveniently located and instructions to access the building and apartment were sent on time via WhatsApp to make it as smooth as possible. The host gave us valuable advice on where to eat and really went out of the way to help us as we had a small child with us.

• Ewelina (10/5): Comfortable - The place is in really good localization. Near to metro station and to Milan Centrale. It was clean ;) Also the opportunity to self check in was good and all the information how to get in was clear ;)
• Carolina-laura (9/5): Superb - We were three friends enjoying a city break and we arrived at 11PM, so it was good that the location was not far from the Central Train Station and we already received by email the self check-in/ check-out instructions. We've stayed in Room 3, which was big enough and had the bathroom just outside the room, but this was not a problem, as we had a key and was dedicated only for us, and everything was clean. Room 3 is the only one in GioiaHomes facing the street, so it was a bit noisy during the night. Also, there is a matrimonial double bed and a single bed. The mattress on the single bed was not confortable, but the owner took note on it and said they will replace it for the next guests 🙂
