• Wilhelmiina (8/5): - Hyvät etäisyydet metroasemalle, kauppa aivan vieressä n. 4 minuutin kävelymatka, ravintoloita lähellä ja metroaseman vierestä n.7 minuutin kävelymatkan päästä lähti yöbussi suoraan päärautatieasemalle paluumatkaa ajatellen. Seinät olivat hieman ohuet, jonka vuoksi normaalikin keskustelu julkisissa tiloissa tai viereisissä huoneissa kuului kovaa läpi. Nukkumisen kannalta korvatulpat olivat olennaiset sillä muut vieraat eivät aina noudattaneet hiljaisuusaikoja.

• Beata (9/5): The apartment is a bit old, but pleasant. - The flat was located in a very nice area and was clean and comfortable. The lift was an added bonus. Although the flat is a bit old, it was still perfectly fine for our stay Unfortunately, the walls are quite thin, so you can hear people in the neighbouring rooms.

Quando reservei pensei que era com banheiro privado, mas era compartilhado, o interruptor da luz do quarto era no corredor fora do quarto um dia as 4:00 horas da manhã outro hóspede chegou e acendeu a luz, e fazendo algum barulho no corredor acordamos, limpeza deixa a desejar.

• swiss (1/5): - Ich habe so eigenlich ein Zimmer von 4 Zimmer Wochnung gemietet. Auch das war ein schlechte Überraschung für uns!!! Alle Tür und Schloss waren zu alte, zu laut. Am Freitag waren jede 4 Zimmer vermietet. Die andere Leute haben am Nacht das Hausrecht(leisigkeit) nicht behaltet. Bei jede Tür Öffnung und Schliessung, vorallem mit den Schlüssel bei jede Zimmertür und jede Tolilett Tür war extrem larmig. Ich habe am Freitag Nacht extrem schlecht geschlafen. Ich empfehle für niemand. Die Wohnung ist zu alt, dis-das alles zu alt. Der Reinigungs Mitarbeiter hat kein Englisch und Deutsch. Die Wochnung war nicht so praktisch und ein bischen dunkel.

• mediha (10/5): Bir gece kaldık, şampuan, duj jeli havlular odada hazirdi. Gerekli olan hersey vardı evde. Yürüyerek tüm Milano’yu gezdi - Ev sahibi Matteo’yu zor durumda bırakmamıza rağmen çok nazik, sakin ve sabırlı davrandı. Kendisine teşekkür borçluyuz. Evi bulmamız çok kolay oldu. Ev sakin sessizdi, evde kimseyle karşılaşmadık. Evde koku ve sinek yoktu ayrıca yatak çok yumuşaktı hatta uyuya kalıp treni kaçırıyorduk. Tabloları çok sevdik. Teşekkür ederiz Milano Guest House 😍

• Balys (8/5): Cozy stay in Milan - Clean, comfortable, simple accommodation. Has a shared kitchen. Communal showers were clean and well kept as well. The neighbourhood seemed rather quiet, but all noises inside of the property were really heard
• Hobeika (2/5): Not recommended - The location is 7 mnts walk from the metro station and there's restaurants and supermarket near by The property is very old. The walls are very thin. You can hear what's going in the other rooms No privacy! Everything is too old. The washing machines is very old and dirty, and the shower needs maintenance. Not to mention that the room light needs to be turned on from outside the room. No Tv in the room Summary, it is too expensive for a shared apartment, too old needs wall paint maintenance and cleaning ( ants in the room )

• Anna (6/5): Fine accommodation but had ant problems - Friendly neighborhood. Easy access. Overall a fine accommodation. Very thin walls, you could hear other people’s conversations. Floors a bit dirty, the bottom of my pants that touches the floor got dirty. We had a problem with ants. There was probably a hive in our room they were so many.

• Robin (8/5): Very good - Comfortable bed, good location (20-30minutes from the center with public transportation) No problems with finding the key Very thin walls and a bit pricy for what it is but cant complain for the rest
• Justina (7/5): Dorm-vibe Milan stay in a great location - Great location and connectivity - in total walking to the metro station and metro ride only takes approx 25 minutes to the Milano Centrale. Comfy bed and enough space for storage. The place is totally dormitory-vibe with shared bathrooms and a kitchen. It is a good place if you are easy-going traveler, not the best choice tho if you are super pedantic or super sensitive to sounds. GPS does not really get you right to the property but to the other side of the apartment complex - you have to be very attentive to a video instruction that an owner Matteo shares with you before the arrival.

Lights and electrics in our room were suspect. The light switch cover was taped to the wall? You get what you pay for, but a little bit of repairs would go a long way.

• Alireza8060 (1/5): Bad - Please (beware)very dirty place ever seen before..very dirty bathroom and kitchen..in my room was mascito and they eat my body ..the men who owned this place he askin me to pay 18£ more money for city tax..i said to him i call the police..i have his text message on my WhatsApp to proofread...every night till morning next room make noise..i never recommend this place..i spend 140£ for nothing...im at hospital at the moment to treat my body because mascito..i have all the pictures to proof and show every one
• Ravivan (7/5): Well-equipped accommodation with easy access to the city. - There were ample parking spaces, and buses to get into the city center. Big supermarket nearby. The well-equipped kitchen and bathrooms, and provided washing machine. There are altogether 5 rooms in this accommodation. Lucky for us that during our 3 nights-stay, there was only one another room at a time, otherwise it might be a little chaos.

• Verči (5/5): Passable - Oh, it is hard to describe...till the last moment I thought it is a trap. Not that much communication going on, just few word, slow replies. I had to write 3 times at least to be sure where to go (normally the owner waits till very end to send the instructions, right...but you know every little detail what, how, where)...here I just received the name of the station and that we meet at the front of the pharmacy, on the street...as I said, I thought till the very end we will stay on the street and I will never see my money returned...anyway, very uncomfortable feeling. Once Matteo arrived, he was very welcome, busy, to the point and he helped us to resolve problems with hot water, on the first night. We stayed 1 night in Bergamo before arrival in Milano. Believe me, very different welcome experience... In general, Matteo is fine, helps you if you need and thats about it. Do not expect more. The bed - ok, towels included, plus slipers and 0.5liter water. 2 Metro stations close by and train station to get to Bergamo if you flight from it, 2 supermarkets close by. Unfortunately, there is more what I did not like. The flat - cold walls, during hot days ok, otherwise bring something to keep you warm. There are 5 rooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen. Small. Small kitchen, with little of everything, but not much if all 5 rooms are occupied. I had to clean sticky kettle and cupboard was smelly with mold. There were ants, cause there was an open sugar box. To be honest, I did not mind, I had problems with other stuff. One shower had mold on the window. One toilet had problem with water closing, our flatmates did not know or did not care how to close it and water was constantly running in the toilet, all night and you could hear it :-( There was 1 flatmate who was using washing machine at 1am...so we had to wait till he finished, to get some sleep, cause the washing machine was in the next room. Thin walls, like THIN. You could hear everything....having sex, talking, music, doors openning and closing, toilet....we did not know, but we entered dormitory place, we left behind 15 years ago. Not bad to meet new people, drink alcohol on balcony...but no privacy and quiet place to get enough sleep. And you had to know how to operate water to get hot water..to run at the begging water in basin and it the shower, heater will kick in and start hot water running...for the first night we did not know and had to write to the owner. My recommendation: if you can find for the same amount of money the better place, do it. If you do not mind dormitory hostel space, you will find it here as well. We stayed 4 nights after 1 night in Bergamo.
• Georg (5/5): Summary, we can not recommend it. Sleeping is not guaranteed because the place is oldfashion apartment not good for peop - Good location It is very loud. Noise in the apartment is not making it comfortable, because the walls and doors are not noise cancelling. Especially when a lot of people are checked in and not keeping certain rules after 22:00.

The residence provided was exceptionally comfortable, and I particularly appreciated the welcoming hospitality of the property owner. Their prompt and immediate response to any queries or concerns contributed greatly to my overall satisfaction. Additionally, the proximity to the metro station was highly convenient, making transportation easily accessible and efficient. The room size was compact but still adequate for couples.

• Nadia (7/5): Good stay. - I liked the localization, towels, and comfortable bed. I didn't like the kitchen - it wasn't taken care of properly (eg. Drying rack smelled), but it was equipped.
• Evelyn (8/5): Recommend it! Very comfortable place - It was a very comfortable and big bedroom. There were enough towels, soap and even slippers. The bathroom was always clean and the kitchen had many appliances. Also the house and neighborhood was quiet, perfect for a good night of rest after exploring Milano. It was very good located, close to metro line and buses as well as a supermarket within a 3min walk. It was kinda stressful to find the address. Google maps was taking me to a different place when I put the address there. I also wish it was told me that the city tax was accepted only in cash.

• Falk (7/5): Kind and reactive host, calm area and comfortable room, just the kitchen was not excellent. - Clean and comfortable room with a balcony in a calm neighborhood. There was rotten food in the fridge which smelled pretty bad - I guess as guests left it there, maybe it was just the guests‘ fault. The kitchenware is not really properly clean, but again probably the guests‘ fault in a shared hostel.

• Huilong (1/5): Bad - Nothing it's a a big trap. This guy set a big trap for travellers. The price highlighted is 49EUR /per night on line but after you confirmed the room, you will be charged 156 EUR. He added everything on the price list including 20 eur bed linens fee, 28 eur towel charge, 28 eur cleaning fee, 8 eur water usage, 5 eur service charge, 5 eur gas fee. The host is crazy

• Lara (5/5): Not worth the money - The bedroom is nice and the bed was comfortable and clean. The staff replies the WhatsApp messages very fast. One of the bathrooms was clogged (sink and shower) and overall the common areas not very clean. Nobody receives you, you have to find your own keys as if it was a scape room and if you forget anything inside the room once you are out, forget about getting it back because nobody will be there to open the door for you.
• Ambika (3/5): Very basic rooms in a shared flat. Good for those with low expectations! - Location, free public parking. Checkin/out was easy, the owner was responsive. The description here is misleading, some details and pictures are conveniently left out (e.g. those of the shared spaces like bathroom/toilet, kitchen, flat layout)! It’s just an apartment, with four badly insulated rooms, that you share with many other people (flatmate-like structure) and two shared bathrooms including toilets that are in a poor condition and barely working, plus a basic kitchen. Amenities like toiletries are almost non-existent. The beds are fine, but the room’s layout including the wardrobe and the power socket and lights are uncomfortable to use. Terrace is not useful.

• Mahadew (6/5): Couple short-visit Milan - Only 20~30 mins to the city center as the metro is less than 10 min walk. Building and environment seems relatively safe. Host does come across as super friendly but is businesslike and cooperative, and seems trustworthy without bothering you further. Pictures are largely accurate. Good value for your money. Ants everywhere. Bed not very comfortable but serviceable. Showerhead keeps falling down. Loud housemates. Worth a stay but you'll only relax properly if you're really tired after a long day.
• Anastasiia (6/5): Pleasant - Location in the city, near a shop, a nice-looking house. Suitable for 1-2 nights for one. Sound insulation of rooms, absolutely everything is audible, who goes when and where, who goes to the toilet when. The condition of the shower watering cans, hot water needs to wait, but it's still OK, everything is flowing in one of the showers. There are ants, both in the toilet and in the room, most likely crawling through the balcony. The heating also works intermittently, the battery seems to turn off and turn on itself.

• Dimitar (2/5): Awful - There was no breakfast. Everything could be better. When we saw the pictures in booking we were flattered, and when we arrived we couldn't believe our eyes what we are seeing. This place is hostel, and that is nowhere mentioned when you are booking it. We didn't know that there are 5 apartments sharing 2 bathrooms. We spend 5 days there, with 2 shampoos of 10ml, how pathetic. The day before we were leaving, we contacted the owner to bring us 2 more shampoos so we can take shower before we leave, and guess what - he didn't even reply. Beds were awfully uncomfortable, towels that were given to us smelled like they were washed with bleach. The only good thing was that there was metro access nearby. In general this place was big disgrace. Spend 100€ more on another accommodation, but don't make the same mistake we did. Very different from those booking pictures. Highly not recommended.

The apartment is below 1 star, it doesn’t deserve the amount I paid for. It is unacceptable! Please have a look at the attached photos and the ones uploaded on the site.

• Dino (7/5): Good - The apartment is nice, it was clean and confortable, the guest was really nice. The pictures are way better than the place and this could be something that happends often, but I was expecting a better place. For the same price I had the chance to get a 4 star hotel, I choose this because I thought it was going to be more comfortable, but as I said I expected a better place. If I have the chance between this and a 4 star hotel knowing the place, I would choose the Hotel.

• Silvia_sakura (7/5): Oldie but Goldy Guest House in Milan - The apartment is 7 min walk from UDINE Metro (Green Line, which is connected to the main Central Station- Awesome!) The quietness of the area at night! The building is nested in a super silent block but close to all the services needed. The apartment is old and the bathrooms/furniture too, though the rooms are renovated with quite new Ikea items. Expect a clean but very old house.
• Chiara (2/5): Very poor - It does not look like on the pictures at all. The furniture was old and super used up. It was super loud all the time because the walls were thin like paper. You could only turn the room lights on and off outside the room which simply does not make sense. Both the bathrooms where horrible to use. They were old, smelly and not really clean. I would not book this ever again.
