- shilpi (7/5): Nice stay - Had a comfortable stay there in budget Everything was good
- suneesh (10/5): Maged is extremely helpful. Overall I was happy - Close to pyramids. Clean room

- Omer (6/5): - Tuvalet ve banyosu odanın içinde olması guzeldi Aile evinin içindeki bir odanın olması güzel değildi.
- Simon (10/5): Maged Pyramids View Inn is a great value, homey inn that's off the beaten path - The price was great, the breakfast was good (eggs, falafel and tea), the host was friendly, the room was big and had AC The location was out of the way. The small size of the hotel meant it was more personal, which was good and bad.
- Dorota (10/5): Exceptional -
- Sherif (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect All is good
- Patrick (10/5): Awesome! - Maged is awesome, funny and I can really recommend his hostel and him. The hostel is very cosy and well furnished and has everything. The owner really cares and tries all in his power to made my stay as confortable and great as possible. He always tried to get the best deals for my tours for me and organized some nice trips to the pyramids of Giza and to Sakkhara, Darshur and Memphis. I will definitely come again.
- Ricky (10/5): Great experience - From the first moment I felt like home. Welcoming and kind, they gave me food, tea, medicines, suggestions (also for a cheap haicut) and treated me like part of their family. Thanks, see you next time!
- Nicholas (10/5): very clean and comfortable - great place, value for money . very clean. and maged is a good man. nothing it was great
- Yasser (9/5): Superb - Bed and breakfast in a well maintained old house which is a good presentation of Egyptian heritage. The place is a 3-minute walk from the pyramids. The room was comfortable, the Bathroom was very clean and the free Wifi was strong. I woke up everyday for a traditional homemade breakfast. Most important is the wonderful owner and manager, Mr. Majed. He treats guests like family. He helped me with shopping, transportation, and even printing documents in a copy center.
- Thierry (10/5): The place was very clean and comfortable, plenty of options in the area for tourist. Thanks Maged - Very clean
- Hans (10/5): Exceptional - Masjid is nice
- Tomasz (8/5): I would come back, amazing experience - Very friendly host, decorated house, close to pyramids, information provided by host Not very fresh air all around
- Greg (8/5): Very Good Guest home in Giza - Very nice and helpful owners. Location is very good and close to Pyramids. Good value. Large clean private room with fan. Simple and nice breakfast. I would easily recommend this place for travelers. Rooftop is unfinished so it would be nice if they fix this area so you can relax and enjoy the view of the pyramids and sunsets.
- Kevin (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, breakfast.
The room was clean.
Amazing view of the pyramids.
- P (4/5): Suitable for a night stay, but not highly recommended. - This property was originally a home that has been converted into a hotel for commercial use, so the rooms are quite basic. Expect only essential amenities, such as a bedroom and a washroom.
Location: It's close to the Pyramids, but the surrounding area has some waste and garbage, which might affect the overall appeal.
Facilities: Although breakfast is included, it's quite minimal—typically just bread and an omelette.
- Jamie (10/5): Great value for money! - Excellent value. Maged is very kind and helpful. No bad surprises. I will return if I'm in the area again. -
- Awaab (10/5): Exceptional - Service
- Motasem (10/5): Awesome stay! 🙂🙂 - The owner of the place is a Magnificent! Helpful, polite and honest! Always smiling! The place and photos were exactly as described! Quiet and safe area. Nothing was bad at all.
- Nofal (1/5): Bad -
- Ahmed (10/5): Wonderful - The place very clean nice location near to the pyramids gate , the staff very polite and they help as much as they can , all facilities are very good I recommend the hotel for families and even for singles . I would like to thank them and for sure I will come back
- Oscarcortes (9/5): Host was a very nice person - Location was very quiet, I could sleep peacefully. Host was an excellent person, attentive and helpful. Suggestions: You could add a minibar in the room. Mattress and AIr Conditioning could be upgraded. You could charge more for the breakfast and give more breakfast options.
- Rex (8/5): Magic Maged
A very good operator and only a 10 minute walk to the pyramids - Magic very helpful and true to his word when quoting different excursions took me out for tea and paid, Everything was good . Again true to his word prices were all fair and full of suggestions and more importantly warnings about anything to be aware of
- Alex (10/5): My favorite place in Egypt - Amazing host, very accommodating and knowledgeable. Ask him for any of your needs, unlike the people around the area maybe the only one not trying to take advantage of you. Room was standard for a guest house in the area but cleaner and nicer. Not his fault but the area around is not the best. Just different compared to what people may be used to but actually very safe
- Makgano (10/5): Exceptional -
- Edwin (9/5): Great experienced and we are very confident to contact you again on our next visit - Maged was so helpful arranging our trip to Alexandria. He even packed sandwiches for us and introduced Haggad to drive us from the guesthouse to Alexandria and even dropping us off to the airport as early as 4am. Maged volunteered too to placed an order for our supper as he said it’s cheaper for him to do that (which was true!).
Maged thank you so much, you’re a good person, very honest and so helpful to us. Definitely we will recommend you to our friends! Fresh towel and beddings pls
- Haofeng (10/5): Exceptional -
- Marwan (10/5): Exceptional - Once again with a great experience, the Owner " Maged" is very friendly and helpful, the room is clean and comfortable, you would feel like it's your home, whole family are generous and kind. Location is accessible to all facilities in the area and to tourism landmarks. Non
- Marwan (9/5): Superb - The place is quite tidy and cozy. Mr. Maged and his family are friendly and generous. I enjoyed the stay in their Hotel.
- Satoshi (10/5): It is the best accommodation on this trip - A host of the gentleman was very gentle, and room, bathroom, breakfast, view, all of pyramids from the roof were the best nothing
- Károly (3/5): Poor - It was close to the pyramids The hotel's name as "Maged Pyramids View Inn" and the pictures suggest that the hotel's balcony offers a brilliant view of the pyramids.
On the roof, as on the highest level of the building, construction is still going on, large concrete rebars are sticking out, the only view was from here.
The room and bathroom windows were papered over and the windows could not be opened.
All four days the breakfast was scarce and the same.
We didn't ask for a program, but we fell into the trap of the owner's will.
On the first day, we discussed that the next day, after visiting the pyramids, he would take me to the Grand Bazaar.
Well, that ended up taking me to a very shiny perfumery nearby, where we had no intention of buying.
A clothes and papyrus shop, also nearby, would have followed, but then I clarified that the agreement was about the grand bazaar.
Then he started negotiating for extra amounts, and I had enough and told him to go home.
He saw my determination and finally took me to the bazaar.
Finally, when we got home, he demanded another amount for the whole day.
Well, I took this as student money and paid the requested amount.
The next day we went to Sakkara.
I didn't have the rental car then, so despite the disappointment of the previous day, I accepted his offer.
In the evening, it turned out that he cleverly misinformed us that we could not enter by car, so that he would remain the one we needed.
In addition, we had 7 accommodations during our trip to Egypt, where no problems arose.
- Phoebe (10/5): AMAZING FOR THE PRICE - Big, clean and comfy bedroom and bathroom.
lovely host. helped with information of travel and prices.
Good breakfast
amazing view of the pyramids from the roof
close walk to the pyramids nothing
- Dani (10/5): Exceptional - Maged was extremely helpful and kind, and not looking to sell anything as it happens in other places in Egypt.
Really good relation quality - price. Cozy old home.
Well located 5 minutes walking from the Pyramids Everything was okay. Rofftop is just for views, room in main floor.
- Davis (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mishanti (9/5): Lux stay - The house is richly decorated and comfortable, it's quiet, Maged is a nice person who takes good care of his guests! The property is quite close to pyramids However, don't be fooled from the title, there is no any pyramids view from the property itself, it's on the ground floor
- Athina (5/5): Don't trust this hotel - The hotel owner is friendly. He gave me breakfast every morning and had everything I asked for I booked a hotel with a pool, a view and almost everything, but I got a room on the ground floor with a window that didn't open and no view of course. Also I had informed the owner about the time of my arrival and yet he wasn't prepared because he said I was supposed to come after 12:00, yet on booking they said I can check in every time. Also the owner's English was bad and I couldn't understand what he was saying. Don't trust this hotel
- Rudolf (10/5): perfekt Budget! - The best experience in Egypt! The Host is the best Ever Seen! everything was Good! Wi-Fi was slow that’s all.
- Esteban (10/5): This is a place I would definitely come back again! - This was the best hotel I had during my trip arround Egypt. The host, Maged was so polite and respectful, his service was on the top. The room was really good, it was fully clean and quiet so we could sleep very well. The view from the roof is fantastic and you can see the pyramids so well. Additionally Maged helped us to get a driver “Ahmed Mohamed” for a full day trip at a very reasonable price, the driver was amazing because he was always getting us to good places with the best prices. To sum up, I would definitely recommend this hotel! Thanks, Maged for making us feel reasonable during our trip
- Kalin (10/5): Exceptional - Our host was very helpful and caring. He organized all our sightseeing, transportation and eating. We really felt welcome in Egypt. Thank you Maged! And thank you to the best driver Haggag!
- Sameer (9/5): The person Majid is very very helpful. And we loved this hotel. I recommend to other also. - His behavior with me and other guests. I like this.
You can check out my YouTube channel Advani's Vlogger. He has only 3 rooms and washroom is not attached with my room. We had to go out of the room to use washroom. Only 1 room having attached washroom, not in other 2 rooms. This is the only disadvantage of this hotel.
- Tanya (10/5): Exceptional - I spent great time here, I actually came for 1 night but extend my staying for 2 weeks more. Place is very clean, has private bathroom which is clean also and has facilities. In the morning I got a nice tasty breakfast which is included in price already. It’s visible that the owner care about satisfaction of his guests. I totally recommend you the place for a comfortable staying. Everything was fine for me.
- Aida (9/5): Superb - How Maged was doing his best to acommodate us even if not all of the conditions were perfect. He is a good man. Bathroom was clean, we had great shower there( a lot of hot water and good water pressure, house is nice overall. Location is almost next to the pyramids Dust from the street can trigger asthma. Be careful if you have it. There are many horses outside and it can be bad for some people. Guide was pushy at the end even if we gave him more than a generous tip, he was angry with us, which was not pleasant. He also doesn't say anyhting so he is not Egyptologist, his English is not so good. He was at least good to a Horse, but we wouldn't ever repeat that as it is cruel to the horse (very steep) and we didn't know this. We tried to help it at least by coming down when he needed to go up and down the steep roads. Guide stopped others from harrasing us, and got our tickets so we didn't wait in a long line. So there are some pluses but it is rathrer pricey. .
- Rubén (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel's owner is really nice and gives you really usefull advices. The rooms and private bathroom are big. The relation between quality and price has also been unbelievable!
