• Yuki (9/5): Thank you for serving us with this nice room, and also replying quickly even in the night, which was super helpful for u - Enough amenities, clean room and nice snacks good for quick breakfast. We needed to pay tax by cash, but that’s not a problem for those who have access to get cash. We also could make it because they told us to prepare it beforehand and also it happens every time when traveling Italy.

The little details in the room makes the difference, two coffee capsules and tiny brioche qre perfect to start a trip day. Then the nearby main station and the bus stop are the best way to travel in Rome

La camera era piccola e abbastanza accogliente peccato per l'insonorizzazione inesistente.Anche la temperatura all'interno della camera era fredda di notte ma comunque c'era un piumone nella cassettiera pronto all'uso. Anche il letto non era comodissimo forse qualche doga rotta. Ma ad ogni modo per 3 notti non ci siamo trovati male.

• Gigliola (10/5): Perfecta - El hostal es muy lindo, se nota la preocupación de la dueña del lugar, está ubicado en un edificio el cual tiene un hall de área común, una cocina y 3 habitaciones con baño privado. Está bien ubicado, cercano a la estación de tren y de micros para poder llegar al centro de Roma. El día que hicimos el check out, pudimos dejar las maletas tiempo extra, ya que nuestro vuelo salía más tarde, la dueña muy preocupada de nuestra estancia y de que estuviéramos cómodos, muy recomendado.

Normal conversation was impossible because they were drunk. So staying here be ready your neighbours can disturb you. Walls are really thin and you hear everything.

Estaba limpísimo, veníamos de una mala experiencia en Florencia y fue de verdad un respiro encontrar este sitio. No le falta detalle, cama súper cómoda, baño limpio y funcional, barrio tranquilo y localización inmejorable, justo al lado de una parada de bus que te lleva a todos sitios. Además puedes usar de forma gratuita las zonas comunes como la cocina que está equipada con todo lo necesario. Genial para poder descansar en Roma después de un día de turismo. Recomendable 100% Lo único que no nos gustó fue que las paredes que separan las habitaciones son súper finas y se escucha mucho lo que ocurre en las estancias contiguas.

• Francesco (4/5): Un soggiorno a Roma merita molto di più.. - La posizione è stata perfetta per lo scopo per cui ero venuto a Roma. Fine. Ormai questi B&B a Roma sono diventati semplicemente dei dormitori molto costosi. Zero contatti con l’Host se non via whatsapp con il 90% di messaggi precompilati. Zero servizi. Abbastanza difficile il parcheggio se non pagando. Arrivati al numero civico sei guidato all’interno della stanza via codici di sicurezza e quando entri nel palazzo sembra che stai andando a rubare. La stanza è piccola, adatta solo per brevissimi soggiorni. La nostra era la Neptune. Appena entrati ci siamo accorti di una forte puzza di scarico proveniente dal lavandino o dalla doccia che si sentiva forte nonostante la porta chiusa del bagno. Abbiamo reso noto all’host di questo disagio, e sempre via whatsapp ci ha detto che non poteva far niente se non scontarci la tassa di soggiorno, ovvero 14€. Volevamo andare via, ma a quell’ora non abbiamo trovato nulla. Siamo rimasti in camera con la finestra aperta senza poter dormire, tra puzza e rumori provenienti dalla strada. Al check out nemmeno un messaggio di cortesia visto il disagio. Esperienza davvero negativa.

• Svetlana (10/5): Отличное жилье в Риме. - Удобное расположение, легко добираться и из аэропорта Fiumicino, и с вокзалов Termini и Tiburtina. Рядом трамвай на площадь Венеции. Тихое и спокойное место. Лёгкое удобное заселение по кодам. Отличная быстрая коммуникация с хозяевами. Чисто, комфортно.. Общая кухня со всем необходимым для готовки и еды. Всё отлично! Двери как в шкафу-купе и тонкие.. Если окажутся шумные соседи, мне кажется, все будет слышно.. Нам повезло, никто не шумел. :)

She provided clear instructions and was always available to assist. She even let us leave our luggage for a few hours after checkout, free of charge, until our flight. The room was clean and comfortable, with a private, attached bathroom. There was only one bathroom key, which stayed with us, so we knew no one else could use it. Everything was smooth and enjoyable — we really loved our stay. I totally recommend this place and would be happy to stay here again! nothing

• Juliana (5/5): Passable - Location An appartement with shared kitchen, with a several rooms next to each other, (it wasnt clear, if i knew i never booked this type of accomodation) so you hear literally everything, really noisy, others guests didn’t respect others. Came at night and behaved like they were alone there. Clogged drain in the shower, the heat didn’t work, during the night it was really cold. At the check in i was waiting for some One to came, there was nobody, and finally had to call them, check in by phone without information before. I could save some time.
• Jevgenia (8/5): A wonderful getaway in Rome - We stayed there for 3 nights and really liked it. Firstly, the communication with hosts was great. They replied straightaway. Location was perfect. The Monteverde neighbourhood is amazing, green and very peaceful. We enjoyed our evening walks in there a lot. Also there’s a viewing platform to see Rome just a 15 min walk away from the flat, a top point to see sunsets. Several supermarkets nearby within 10 min walk. A gym literally next door for those who interested. Also a great park called Villa Sciarra like 15-20 min walk away with fountains, lots of greenery and again the spectacular viewing platform. We didn’t use public transport at all and walked everywhere (like 3km walk to Colosseum) as the weather was great. There’s also a train station within a 10 min walk so when we were leaving we took the train from there. Kitchen was well equipped and no one else was using it apart from us so we felt it was ours 😀 a microwave, all the cutlery and appliances and even a dishwasher. Beds were comfy. WiFi was good. A secure feeling overall. Also the TV had the possibility to connect our phones to watch YouTube and things. Also very quiet, we didn’t hear anybody. Great deal for the price!

• Hector (10/5): Exeptional Stay with Welcoming Hosts and Perfect Location - Our stay at sweet rest was truly exceptional. The bedrooms were spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and created a cozy, inviting atmosphere. The location is perfect, just steps away from the train station and surrounded by great restaurants and lively bars. Patricio, one of our hosts, was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We also communicated with another host via WhatsApp, who was extremely responsive and accommodating, ensuring everything went smoothly throughout our stay. I can’t recommend this place enough — my girlfriend and I were absolutely thrilled with our experience!

Really great service - very customer focussed many thanks. Check in system was perfect. Unfortunately water pipes of the building not well isolated, which was slightly disturbing in the night.

I really liked it. Also there was a gym directly underneath and a tram stop just outside. Friendly and helpful staff too
• Bogdan-gabriel (9/5): A relaxing place to take a historical trip in antique Rome. - The rooms are very tidy and spatious. Having a smart TV is a plus because you can watch TV shows, Netflix or Youtube. The self check-in option is very good and convenient. The staff was friendly and responded promptly to messages and questions. The location is very close to the bus station and train station, so getting to Fiumicino airport was very fast and eas, it’s a bit far from Rome historical centre, but it’s in Trastevere and it’s a beautiful place to visit. It’s close to Conad (market) and a lot of good coffee shop. The moisture in the bathroom is a thing that you cannot control. But it’s normal in Rome.

Close to supermarket, train station and bus stop Not a very walkable distance into Rome city center. But that’s fine, it’s in a quieter spot.

A friendly and helpfup host and a good location, it is quiet but not too far from the center The curtains in the room could be darker as the lights from the opposite building bothered the sleep a little
• Kate (9/5): Comfy, welcoming place to stay near Trastevere Station - Excellent location near Trastevere Station and other public transport links. My room was clean and comfy. Self check in was clear and easy. Love that there’s a kitchen guests can use. Sara kindly let me leave my luggage there after checking out so I could sightsee and get them later. I’ll be back! Walls a bit thin so you hear noise from other rooms.

• Lanalakme (8/5): Cute place worth the money - Clean, good location, pretty nice neighborhood, not far from the tram line. Far from the city center, the transportation system is not great in the city, so it could be an issue, bathroom wasn't in the room actually, but across the corridor
• Kleinsasser (8/5): Very good - Clean, and easy to find and use. With in walking distance from Rome centre, easy access to public transport system. We traveled by public transpost, so we were ok. There would be no place to park a car nearby. Side streets in Rome are not to clean. Via Francesco Massi 16, Gianicolense is no exeption.
• Deri (9/5): Great facilities; good value for money. - Decent location - far from the centre, but easy to get into the centre with the tram. Close to Roma Trastevere train station, which was handy for getting to the main train station and to the Vatican City. The building felt safe, with keys and code for the keypad. Communication with the host was really easy; they provided all the necessary information pre-arrival and were responsive to messages during the stay. They also let me leave my bag in the building post-checkout. The room was a great size - I was travelling alone but it also would have been perfect for two people. It had air conditioning, as well as all the necessary facilities; bedside tables, desk, mirror, clothing drawers and hanging space. The bathroom was clean and a great size. There were bottles of water and snacks in the room. I didn't use the kitchen, but there was a kitchen space if needed. The area was quiet, so there were no problems with noise at night. Overall a really great stay. The bathroom had an unpleasant smell (something to do with the drains I think), but it wasn't too bad if you closed the shower door and kept the toilet lid closed.
• Lisbet (9/5): Quiet room in the middle of local people and life. - Very peaceful room with toilet and shower, good common kitchen. Situated near buses, trams and train stadion (to Vatican and Fiumincino). Sara was very helpful advising nearby shops and restaurants and the transport.

• Ivana (8/5): Cute, little apartment bit further from the city center - Our stay was pleasant, the room and the shared kitchen (that has anything you need to prepare a meal but we didn't use it) were extremely clean. There's also a little balcony with pretty view where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Sara (the host) was very kind, the communication was great, she welcomed us at the property and gave us a cute little welcome basket with traditional Italian breakfast (coffee and croissant). The biggest surprise for me was that she actually provided me with the walking sticks I asked about since I'm injured and she literally saved our trip. Because of her nice gesture I was able to walk around beautiful Rome more than I thought I would. ❤️ The bed in our room was quite broken on one side.

• A_moscovite (8/5): Nice place for a short stay of two - The place is situated in a relatively good location: it is a walking distance (albeit longish walking distance) from the vibrant Trestavere district and from the central Rome. Or you can take a bus down to the Venice square and enjoy the Eternal City from there on. The flea market is very close – if that's your cup of tea. Beds were fair, but too soft to my liking. Very small shower stall. Room would be fine for two, but a squeeze for the three of us. The place is on the very outskirts of Trestavere district and closeness to the rail station has pluses and minuses.

Everything was good, only bed mattress needs to be changed, not very comfortable to rest after exploring rome on feet :)
