• Mirjana (9/5): - Everything was great! The location was good, the room was perfectly clean. I can highly recommend it! The staff could just give clearer instructions on how to reach the place. The address is correct, but the numbering on the building is not, so we were circling around the building, which was right in front of our noses, for some time.
• Juanita (9/5): Muy buena experiencia - La ubicación era muy central, recorrimos todo Roma caminando. Decía que no se podía fumar y la vecina salió al balcón a fumar, se nos metió todo el humo al cuarto.
• Maria José (9/5): Perfecta para descansar cómodamente y estar cerca del centro - La ubicación es excepcional. Al lado de la estación de tren, metro y autobuses. El alojamiento es muy cómodo con todo lo esencial para hacer cómoda la estancia. Hay locales para cenar y desayunar… farmacia Justo en la misma calle. Caminando estás cerca del Coliseo. Por la noche,un día entre semana, es algo oscura, sin apenas gente y la que hay es un poco rara para ir sola a ciertas horas… pero de viernes a domingo, hay mucho ambiente y esa misma calle parece que se transforma y es totalmente diferente.

La metratura indicata nella presentazione era relativa alla stanza quindi la grandezza effettiva era maggiore ed è stata una bella sorpresa. Camera pulita a dir poco, pulita ogni giorno come servizio compreso. C'era tutto davvero e la posizione è comodissima alla metro e alla stazione Il proprietario e il personale (presente ad accoglierti) gentilissimi. La nostra camera non è adatta a chi ha sedia a rotelle perché presenta un gradino, ma penso sia segnalato nell' annuncio

• Burak (9/5): The location of the place is excellent. - The location of the place is excellent. The check-in is easy and if you come with your family members or group of friends, this is the place where you should stay. The beds are not very comfortable.

Calidad precio excelente. La ubicación no estaba mal, pese a que íbamos con miedo debido a lo que habíamos leído de la zona. Todo bien

• Michail Bougadakis (8/5): Nice apartment. Great location for sightseeing. - Very good location, for most attractions we could simply walk. Huge plus that the station is less than 10 minutes walking if you plan trips outside of Rome. Clean room with great service, the bed was made daily, and coffee and fresh towels were provided. Nice restaurants also in a close walking distance. Lastly, the room is big and spacious, and the bathroom is as well. The soundproof could be improved, and we were easily awakened when other guests returned late at night, and the bed, at least for our personal taste, was quite hard, which made it a bit uncomfortable. Lastly, the neighborhood at night is a bit sketchy.
• Linzi (7/5): Overall good experience but some minor issues - A good location near the main station and clean space. Spacious and some shops nearby if needed. Clean towels provided and bedding remade each day. We didn't have WiFi or hot water on the first day due to an outage but was not told about this until we contacted the owner. It would have been appreciated if the owner had reached out and kept us updated. But it was fixed the next day so a minor inconvenience at the time. Could have been better if they provided mugs and teabags instead of disposable paper cups as some days we didn't have any.

• Reham (1/5): The worst experience ever - I couldn't get any response when I arrived Rome. No one responded to my messages and calls. It's ended I stayed without a room to spend a night when I arrived. The day after I went there and tried to call byt didn't get any response. The least I expect is to consider and respect the bookings made and make sure to be available at the time agreed for check-in.

• López Diego (3/5): Drama - LA CAMA MUY CÓMODA Ubicación. Edificio muy viejo. La habitación está dentro de una casa, en la que hay más habitaciones separadas por un pequeño pasillo. Estancia muy anticuada. No hay privacidad en el balcón y no hay nada que impida pasar al balcón de una de las otras habitaciones. El baño no tiene ventanas. El agua de la ducha no sale con mucha fuerza ni muy caliente.

• Olga (10/5): - Месторасположение хорошее, близко от вокзала Термини и от метро. Все основные достопримечательности в 30 мин пешком. В номере есть все необходимое, также есть холодильник, чайник, кофемашина и кофе ))) Убирали каждый день. Очень приятный персонал.

• Lucía (10/5): - Alquilamos una habitación para tres personas. Los colchones eran excelentes, baño recientemente restructurado, la habitación super grande y cómoda. Oliver fue muy cordial con nosotros. Creo que nada, está cerca de termini y uno puede ir y venir caminando al centro de la ciudad. Obvio que el barrio no es lo más lindo, pero el edificio era silencioso.
• Leone (10/5): - Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti nella struttura, molto accogliente e pulita. Posizione vicinissima alla stazione Termini e anche molto tranquilla. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Sicuramente soggiornerò di nuovo qui per un prossimo viaggio.
• ALMA (8/5): Buena estancia a muy buen precio comparado con el resto en Roma - Llegamos de madrugada ,hablamos con el chico y nos dieron los códigos sin problema para poder entrar, el check out es bastante pronto pero nos dejaron dejar las mochilas , está cerca de los puntos de interés. Había leído que había mala comunicación con los propietarios pero en mi caso todo lo contrario. Te hacen la cama todos los días y dentro de la habitación tienes café + cafetera y nevera. Cama comodísima El alojamiento no tiene la culpa ,pero la zona de noche se vuelve un poco insegura, aunque no nos pasó nada está llena de gente sin hogar y alcohólicos, no lo recomendaría para una chica sola, el check out aunque se sabe con antelación es muy pronto. El baño tiene humedades ( esto a mejorar )

La ubicacion es algo fea pero esta bien, el chico nos cobro lo faltante y nos quedo debiendo 3 euros que nunca nos pago teniendo en cuenta que entro al cuarto a limpiarlo dos veces
• Olivera (10/5): Very lovely stay near Termini - It is clean, nice, in a good location, very good room and the owner or person that is working there was there to help us to check in and very fast. The bed is a little hard and maybe an extra blanket would have been nice so we don’t have to share. Also, there is a chinese shop near to the accommodation and the lady sells umbrellas for 5€ and they break after one day. Just down the street they sell them for 4€. Also she did not want to exchange the broken umbrella, so don’t buy there!
