Vorrei consigliare di lasciare affisso un cartello nella sala colazioni per lasciare pulito il tavolo. Purtroppo c è gente maleducata che non ci arriva.
• Olegs (1/5): - Great location,kind owner. We would not have stayed here if we had known it was essentially a flat within a flat. The listing mentioned “breakfast included,” but in reality it was just coffee and some sweet items like yogurt, cookies, and juice — not what we expected. The biggest issue was the noise. This is an extremely loud place with very little consideration from other guests. People checked in at 3am and were talking and laughing loudly, almost like a comedy show. The next morning, a family arrived and their children were running through the hallway at 7am. On top of that, the showers and toilets are so loud it feels like they are inside your room. There was constant noise from the kitchen (including the coffee machine) and what sounded like a washing machine in a utility room. Even housekeeping started vacuuming at 8am. Cleanliness was also disappointing. There was visible dust on the shower, radiator one of which was rusty and damaged our clothes. We even found bugs in the duvet, so we couldn’t use it. Overall, it was not a pleasant stay for four nights. We barely got any rest due to the constant noise and poor conditions. We won’t be returning.

• Dirk (8/5): Rom in 4 Tagen mit allen wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist von hier aus gut zu machen. - Der Bahnhof Tiburtina ist von hier zu Fuß in ca. 10 min zu erreichen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Sightseeing. In der Umgebung um die Unterkunft findet man Supermärkte und Restaurants. Die Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig.

• Ognjen (10/5): - Domaćin je bio izuzetno ljubazan i od pomoći. Odgovorio je brzo na svaku našu poruku i u svakom trenutku je bio dostupan za nas. Poslednjeg dana su nam dozvolili da ostavimo torbe i da ih kasnije pokupimo. Čistoća je takođe na visokom nivou. Atmosfera u stanu je prijatna i domacinska.

La struttura pulita e tenuta in ordine giornalmente e puntualmente; il parcheggio un po' complicato da trovare in strada ma niente è risultato impossibile per "Giovanna" 😁, tanto che l'abbiamo avuto proprio sotto il balcone. Gli spazi in comune con tutto ciò che serve tra cui frigorifero sempre pieno e macchina per caffè, te, cappuccino ecc, sempre pronta all' uso. Colazione all' italiana. La posizione è buona, intorno è pieno di locali di cucina tipica romana e non solo e a 10 minuti c'è la stazione Tiburtina per raggiungere facilmente il centro. Se proprio devo essere pignolo il bidet, veramente scomodo, 😅 ma si sopravvive.

Хороше розташування в 1 км від метро та залізничного вокзалу Tiburtina Сніданки то не сніданки а щось типу снеків. Круасан, йогурт, фрукти та сухарики з печивом і кава машина доступні цілодобово. Хотілось би додати в номер одноразові або резинові тапки, щоб можна було виходити на кухню не взуваючи ботинки

• Judith (7/5): Qua afstand naar metrostation prima maar bevindt zich achteraf in een wijk. - De locatie is prettig. Accommodatie ligt op 10 minuten lopen van het metrostation. Het ontbijt is qua keuze beperkt. Het is een typisch Italiaans ontbijt. Het is meer een breakfast to go.

• Jörg (7/5): Ein zentral gelegenes, kostengünstiges b&b mit italienischem Frühstück - Der Gastgeber war unglaublich bemüht und freundlich. Das Zimmer hatte eine schöne Größe und einen Balkon. Kaffeespezialitäten und Obst standen ständig zur Verfügung. An manchen Stellen sah man der Ausstattung die 10 Jahre seit Eröffnung des b&b doch an. Besonders im Bad fanden sich mehrere schimmelige Stellen und aus den ziemlich verkalkten Hähnen (Waschbecken und Dusche) floss das Wasser nur sehr sparsam. Zum italienischen Frühstück gehören Kaffee, Obst, Joghurt und abgepackte süße Teilchen, wie Croissants, Zwieback und Kekse. Man kann aber im nahegelegenen Supermarkt fürs Frühstück einkaufen und die Lebensmittel im Gemeinschaftskühlschrank lagern. Der Kühlschrank im Zimmer funktionierte leider nicht.

• Lydia (8/5): LaPalma Rom - Es war sauber und ordentlich in den Zimmern. Man hat eine Gemeinschaftsküche, mit Kaffeemaschine:) und einem Balkon wo man sich nach Belieben aufhalten konnte. Der WHG Eigentümer war super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Mit dem Parkplatz muss man Glück haben... Die Wände sind ziemlich dünn, war ab und an etwas laut ..
• Mark (9/5): - Comfortable room. All was self service and coffee etc was available 24 hours. Nice balcony to sit and relax. Breakfast was self service and simply put dishes in dishwasher after. 10 minutes walk to the metro. We are out at lunch and brought our food back for the Evening to eat on the balcony. For the money, in Rome the place was wonderful. Owner easy to chat on what'sapp. Check in was self checking via WhatsApp and checkout same. Really nice place for the money

• Patrice (9/5): - Giulio was so very kind and accommodating! He made the stay worth while! Nice size room, clean and breakfast was good. The subway was down during our stay, so it was a fairly expensive 25-30 minute taxi ride into the heart of the city.

Chętnie doradziła, gdzie zjeść i co odwiedzić, a miałyśmy do dyspozycji cały dzień w Rzymie. Najbardziej podobała mi się bliskość metra, dlatego polecam to miejsce jako bazę wypadową do najważniejszych atrakcji. Bonusem było śniadanko wliczone w cenę i ekspres do kawy. Bardzo podobało mi się obserwowanie zwykłego życia na tarasie z kawką, gdzie nabrałam sił do zwiedzania Rzymu. Polecam!

• Kaeshini (9/5): Pleasant hotel! - Very clean hotel in a great location - walking distance to bus stops and train station. Many shops a few roads down. The coffee machine in the shared kitchen was great, as was the fruit bowl. Beautiful terrace. Quiet. The AC wasn’t working too well as we couldn’t change the temperature and would wake up very cold. The TV was not working. The breakfast consisted of packaged cookies/crossaints/cereals so was not very varied but at least there was fruit/coffee available.
