Ho avuto un disguido a causa mia sulla prenotazione e la gestione dell'alloggio ha fatto un miracolo. Non solo, ma mi hanno assistito rassicurandomi. Mi sono sentita a casa, in famiglia. Letto grande, doccia ampia, nulla da eccepire. Per essere Roma centro, buon rapporto qualità/prezzo.

La camera era silenziosissima e molto confortevole, pulita e moderna. Abbiamo trovato la colazione offerta ed un piccolo frigo bar molto comodo. Staff disponibilissimi e gentile.

Sadece havaalanına gidip gelirken toplu taşıma kullandım onun dışında kolezyuma da vatikana da yürüyerek max 30 dk. Havaalanına gitmek için de otobüs durağı aşırı yakındı. Her gün temizlenmesi çok güzeldi. Bir sıkıntım olduğunda hemen çözüm bulundu. İlk gün uçağım geç indi geç vardım ve kendi kendine girişi sağlamakta zorlandım ve başka bir misafir bana kapıyı açtı otele ulaşamadım. Bir de ilk gece klimanın kumandası bozuktu odayı ısıtamadım sabah da sıcak su yoktu. Kendilerine sabah durumu iletince hemen çözdüler.

• Paul (7/5): Great for exploring Rome with a fantastic and helpful host. A couple of minor issues that shouldn’t put you off - Fantastic location, good secure entrance and helpful hosts. The ‘sofa beds’ were definitely more sofa than bed and is a hard leather sofa with a sheet on. Not at all comfy. The bath, as much as looks a nice addition. Is impossible to fill. On the couple of occasions we tried, the water pressure (or heat) wasn’t enough to fill the bath in order to use and if you did wait long enough, it would for sure be cold.

• ELIZABETH (6/5): Beautiful area, but didn't stay after miscommunication with host - The area is beautiful, and I spent lots of time strolling around near Piazza Navona at night. I have no reason to believe this was a scam, and the host was nothing but accommodating…once we made contact. I’m only writing this review so that others can have the proper expectations when booking. There was unfortunately some miscommunication in regard to my booking with this hotel. I was told I’d be able to store my luggage before my check in time of 2pm, but when I arrived at the hotel, there was no reception and I was unable to contact anyone via the doorbell buzzers. I messaged the host, but was unable to make contact for over an hour. Once I did make contact, she asked me first to message her via WhatsApp, and then create a login to enter the hotel on another website. This may be common practice in Italy, but it wasn’t something I was comfortable with after the earlier miscommunication.

Valéria é muito atenciosa. A escada. Se você for com mala grande pode ser desconfortável a subida (apesar de ser apenas um piso acima). Deve-se atentar que não é um hotel, porém tem limpeza todos os dias. Tem local Para esquentar refeições, café etc.

• Armando Fajardo (10/5): - The location is very accessible to all the places I wanted to visit such as St. Peter’s Square, Piazza Navona, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps and a lot more. Valeria and the staff are so easy to deal with as they are friendly, accommodating and readily available when needed. There was a minor issue upon our check in but Valeria was quick to remedy the situation. The facilities are clean and relaxing. Overall, it made our stay in Rome more enjoyable and memorable.

• Marika (10/5): This place makes me want to move to Roma! - We had an amazing experience staying at this apartment in the heart of Rome! The location couldn't be better—just a short walk to all the major attractions like the Trevi Fountain. The neighborhood was lively yet quiet at night, with plenty of cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. Our host was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing great recommendations and making sure our check-in was smooth and easy.

• Fontaine (9/5): Very good deal considering its location. - This establishment is well situated near the Piaza Navona, within walking distance of the Pantheon. You can also walk to the Vatican. Piaza Navona is lively and it is beautiful with its three fountain. The room is clean and well maintained, you also have access to a shared kitchen. The window doesn’t give you much of a view. This maybe different in other room.

• Shirley (2/5): Not at all what I had been led to believe. - There wasn't a breakfast. They suggested somewhere to eat only after I enquired. It did not give value for money for the single room which seemed to be be very much inferior to double rooms. Many of the facilities advertised were non-existent or lacking in standard. Would never again stay there.

This is basically a 3 bedroom apartment share house (with individually locked bedrooms). If I had of known this going into it, I'm not sure I would have booked. BUT...the big room we had is well equipped and we got use to it. If you're barely in the room and you're mainly there to sleep, it may not bother you. I'm in two minds about this review - it does have its perks - but at 400 euros a night, I felt like expectations should have been set before I booked.

• Angel (6/5): Pleasant - Great location The description is not accurate- there is no front desk and checkout is 10am not 10:30am. This place was not worth the $321 euro a night. The “front desk” is someone you text questions to. We arrived to a HOT stuffy room and our air conditioning remote was no where to be found. We texted the “front desk” and look for the remote in the common kitchen- then the batteries were dead (the AC was very high and no way to reach it). We also arrived to a dirty foot print on the bed and had to change the sheets. We paid for a suite with double sinks and a jet pool, which we didn’t get to use because they were either not functional or dirty. One sink was clogged, and the jets in the pool were covered in some sort of sludge. When our room was cleaned we returned to find the bathroom sink clogged with dirty water, and the person who made up the bed put and left our clean clothes and bags on the floor. There was also a strange pulsating hum in the room which made it hard to sleep. The hair dryer was not properly mounted and dangling from the wall. It overheats EASILY so you can only use it for 2 minutes at a time. We wouldn’t stay here again. We booked rooms at several locations as we were on a large family trip and everyone else’s room were nicer, functional, cleaner, and far less expensive.

• Mark (10/5): - My wife and I stayed at the Navona Vita Suites for 3 nights and we had a wonderful time. Our room was very clean, and very quiet with a very comfortable king size bed. The location is perfect being right off the Piazza and central to all the attractions, with endless dining options within steps around you. We will definitely try to stay here again when we come back to Rome next time.
