• Daniel (7/5): Bueno si esta a buen precio. - Si esta a buen precio no es mala opción, las fotos son fieles al lugar, estaba todo limpio y la staff fue maja. Tip, si caminas desde la estación no ir por la calle pegada al acueducto, id mejor por las calles comerciales del barrio. Ubicación, un poco lejos de la estación, 15 min transporte público(si coges el tranvia justo), 25 min caminando.

• LUCA (5/5): - Il parcheggio è l'unico punto di forza della struttura, anche se non è messo benissimo il manto stradela con possibilità di bucare le gomme, però sempre meglio di lasciarla in strada il mezzo Non ci aspettavamo una camera da 8 ma almeno da 6. Abbiamo trovato in camera e in bagno blatte e non era il massimo. I letti discutibili e i cuscini molto scomodi. Poi la notte ci siamo dovuti alzare diverse volte per spegnere la luce del corridoio perché collegata con una lampadina all'interno della camera. I muri una bella sbiancata non sarebbe una brutta idea. Consoglio, dato il prezzo, di apportare almeno queste modiche per renderlo un appartamento dignitoso. Dispiace sopratutto per l'accoglienza del proprietario e della ragazza che ci ha accolto.

Saimme huoneen hieman aikaisemmin ja myös jättää lähtöpäivänä matkatavarat päiväksi. Sängyt olivat mukavat, kohde puhdas ja henkilökunta ystävällistä. Kunnollista verhoa ei ollut ja luukutkin hieman risat. Olisi ollut mukava nukkua reissussa aamulla, mutta valoisuus herätti.

• SABRINA (2/5): Non ci tornerei e non consiglierei questo alloggio, posto che il prezzo pagato era in linea con la media di altri affitt - La posizione era funzionale allo scopo del nostro soggiorno. Il posto che dovevamo raggiungere era abbastanza vicino. Le condizioni del materasso (infossato al centro); le condizioni delle pareti (sporche, piene di macchie inquietanti di sporco o di segni accumulati nel tempo (sangue? Cioccolato? Insetti schiacciati?) anche nella parte in cui poteva poggiare la testa, posto che il letto non aveva struttura (solo rete e materasso), né testiera); L’abat-jour (non si reggeva in piedi ed era solo una, sebbene la stanza fosse matrimoniale); il bagno NO COMMENT (no finestre); no bidet (e vabbè c’era il doccino); la doccia piena di calcare, ma le due cose più inquietanti e disturbanti erano: no piastrelle nella porzione di pavimento dietro il water) e la tenda della doccia gialla-marrone- verdastra da metà in giù che ha reso la doccia la parte meno piacevole della giornata, poiché stavo immobile per evitare che la suddetta tenda potesse sfiorarmi il corpo (sono una persona minuta; il mio compagno alto 185 era seriamente in difficoltà). In generale l’appartamento aveva un odore molto forte di umidità. Per tutte le ragioni suesposte, non abbiamo utilizzato la cucina presente nell’appartamento, quindi su quest’ultima stanza non mi esprimo.

The location is quite central, bus stop is just in front of the place. It is not the most comfortable place to stay, but considering the price and value for money, it is a very good deal.

• JUNQIAN (8/5): Casa Particulart is a reasonably priced, conveniently located option near Roma Termini. - We found the Casa Particulart hotel on Booking.com and booked it a month in advance. Considering accommodation prices in Rome (which is notoriously expensive), the rate of €232 for three nights, plus a €30 tourism tax for three people during the UK October half-term, felt reasonable. The location worked well for us; we were able to walk to Roma Termini and easily use the buses or metro for all our sightseeing trips. Communication with the host was easy, and he greeted us upon arrival and showed us around. We had a private bathroom, which was spacious, though it was located just outside our room and lacked a holder for the shower head. The bedroom itself was quite compact for a family of three. With our suitcases open, there wasn't much room to move around. The room had AC, which was great. A few drawbacks: the blind was broken, making the room very bright in the morning, and there were quite a few mosquitoes if we kept the windows open. However, if the windows were shut constantly, the room could get a bit stuffy. We appreciated the shared kitchen facilities in the flat; they were very useful for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. Basic cooking utensils and a kettle were provided. Daily housekeeping service was a bonus. Overall, for the price we paid, I think this was a good option for our stay.

• Na (7/5): die hohe Bewertung von 8,7 tripadvise aus dem Jahr 2018 ist aus heutiger Sicht leider nicht mehr nachvollziehbar. Aufgru - Die Lage ist tatsächlich top: Mit der Tram-Linie 3 ist man schnell und unkompliziert an den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Die Betten wurden täglich ordentlich frisch gemacht. In der Gemeinschaftsküche sind alle Töpfe mit Teflon-Beschichtung stark abgenutzt. Eine beschädigte Antihaft-Beschichtung kann gesundheitsschädlich sein, daher sind sie nicht mehr zum Kochen geeignet. Die Unterkunft selbst hat zwei Apartments im ersten Stock. Wir (2 Erwachsene und 1 Kind, 9 Jahre) hatten ein Dreibettzimmer gebucht. Leider gab es jedoch einige gravierende Punkte, die unseren Aufenthalt getrübt haben. Der größte Störfaktor war ein lautes Gerät (vermutlich ein Kompressor oder die Klimaanlage des Nachbarzimmers. Hier haben wir keine richtige Wandtrennung inzwischen), das im Drei-Minuten-Takt für etwa 6,5 Minuten ein sehr lautes, störendes Geräusch von sich gab. Zunächst dachten wir, die Geräusche kämen von unserer eigenen Klimaanlage, da die Nächte (Anfang September) nicht heiß waren und wir sie nicht benutzt haben. Dieser ständige Lärm in der Nacht war jedoch unerträglich und hat erheblich den Schlaf beeinträchtigt. Zudem macht das Zimmer und die Einrichtung einen sehr abgenutzten Eindruck. Man erkennt deutlich, dass in den letzten Jahren keine nennenswerten Instandhaltungs- oder Renovierungsmaßnahmen mehr durchgeführt wurden. Möbel und Oberflächen weisen starke Gebrauchsspuren auf.

Good comunication with the other dstricts of Rome. Downstair cafe offers nice possibilites for breakfrast, like crema di caffe for hot days! :)

The kitchen is big and has a fridge. The shower is in the bathtub, and the curtain was too dirty and weathered. The apartment is not close to the main attractions by foot.

• Susanna (1/5): Bad - Pictures of the room were very deceiving. The room was very dirty, and there were cockroaches in the bathroom. The furniture was dated and broken in multiple places. We arrived late in the day, and the floor was still wet as if they had just mopped, but it smelt like vinegar more than clean water. Would not recommend, not worth the price.
• Jelt (8/5): Lovely place on a good location! - Really loved our stay here. It is really cosy with the open kitchen. The location is good with several options to the underground and trams from where you can go to the city highlights. Also pretty easy walk to Termini. We came by train with two backpacks. The price is fair and the room has a nice bed (even for longer people like me). Communication with the host was all clear. :) - defenitely would recommend and probably come back when we go to Rome again. The walls where quite thin, so you can probably hear some noise from people above or beside your room. It wasnt busy when we where there, so we had absolutely no trouble sleeping, but good to keep this in mind.

We booked for a Casa ParticulART room but we later on realized were given from Casa Particular 25Rooms. They are under the same management and just across from each other. I have seen both of these properties while searching and supposedly liked the rooms from Casa ParticulART.

I think that for single people or couples it’s more than enough a The neighborhood felt dangerous, or at least scary, for families. Lots of stairs and doors to get there, could be difficult with luggage. Shower was splashing out and not comfortable with kids.

• Antonio (7/5): Classic italian house near the San Lorenzo neighborhood. - The room is located in an area that is usually quite and close to the university of La Sapienza. Slightly dated but comfortable facility. The owner is very kind. The only problem is the soundproofing of the room which is nearly absent. I also suggest using a more appropriate lock system for the room since the current one seems to be not very safe.
• Danijela (9/5): Great 3 days in Rome, and would definitely come again ad stay at Casa. - Casa ParticulART is a great option for couple of days in Rome. It has good location, and good value for money, even the first impression is not so great, because of not so nice environment on first sight. You are 15-20 minutes from the downtown by bus or tram and it goes very frequently. The room is big enough, clean, and has a bathroom, even though it is marked as outside bathroom on booking. Is also has shared kitchen with different amenities, and a shared patio with chairs and small tables to relax. In front of the Casa is great street food place, porcheta to recommend and the Termini station is 20 minutes walk or few stations by bus from Porta Maggiore. Smell of porcheta in the room, since the street restaurant is just down below :), but it is still great one.
• Violetta (10/5): Exceptional - The room was clean and comfortable, all the equipment was working. We enjoyed our stay here! Dominic was very nice and showed us the room, and how to reach nearest sightseeing. We will definitely come back one day! The location is good - there are trams, buses, but they do not stick to the timetable, so we had to walk to the metro every day around 15 min.
