- AMANDINE (9/5): - La dame très gentille, lit confortable La salle de bain est un peu petite
On entend beaucoup les voisins de la chambre du haut car pas très bien isolé
- Ira (10/5): lovely lady who rented the room to us ! - it was clean, good location
- Ritu (8/5): - The owner was very helpful and always available The bathroom was a little too small
- Conor (9/5): - Used this a homebase a few times coming in and out of Hanoi. It's a great little place in a good location, pretty clean and spacious enough with amenities. The owner is very nice, there is a language barrier, but nothing google translate wont help with! Nothing much really, it can be a bit noisy but the street goes pretty much dead silent after 11pm
- Carina (9/5): -
- Evie (7/5): Cheap but tiny - Very cute! Lovely host. Verryyy small. Bathroom was tiny.
- Conor (9/5): -
- Anh (10/5): Verry good - Sạch sẽ thoáng mát view ok K có gì
- Lisa (7/5): - Sehr nette Besitzerin. Sehr sauber außer das Badezimmer. Recht ruhig. Badezimmer sehr runter gekommen
Bett extrem hart
Etwas nervig auf und zu zusperren
Man kann die Unterkunft nur Bar bezahlen

- ANH (10/5): - Vị trí trung tâm, rất thuận tiện, so cute, cô chủ rất nhiệt tình, phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh, an toàn
- David Nimrod (7/5): Nice stay - Location is very good. The room is comfortable and clean. Very nice staff I was on the 4th floor and the stairs are very narrow and steep. Not suitable if you have luggage
- Thắng (10/5): - Phòng sạch đẹp ok giá rất rẻ nha
- Tuan (9/5): -
- Quang (10/5): - Phòng nhỏ gọn vừa đủ, vị trí thuận lợi, cô chủ nhiệt tình
- Kim (8/5): -
- Marcelletti (8/5): Very good - The woman who welcomed us was very kind and friendly. It's in a good location, 30 minutes from the Old Quarter (we like to walk, so it's fine). The stairs are very narrow, luckily we only had to go to the first floor. The mattress is very hard, Is better to sleep in the floor (personal preference).
- Anisha (8/5): Good budget option for a short stay in Hanoi. - The place is about 20-25 mins from the old quarter. The host is really nice and responsive before arriving. She met us to give the key and showed us round, if we had an issue I’m sure she’d come quickly.
Keep in mind there are 1-3 flights of stairs depending on the room, all quite steep so maybe not possible with a suitcase? We had big backpacks we brought down backwards slowly.
Our room on the 2nd floor was okay. The bathroom was compact and we are both tall but never had to duck our heads or anything. Didn’t have a problem with hot water.
There’s a small shared kitchen downstairs with a hob, air fryer and big fridge. Sheets were a little damp though. Stairs a bit steep
- Yasmin (6/5): It was fine but I wouldn't stay again - Friendly lady greeted me.
Bedroom clean.
Very soft towels.
Hot shower.
Liked having aircon. Very narrow stairs.
Bathroom small and not that clean.
Noisy area - DnB music blaring from place opposite from about 9am on Monday morning. Sound of building work was pretty continuous.
Had to ring owner to get in - I was standing outside waiting.
Entrance to building isn't well lit, so if coming back at night it can be tricky to undo the padlocks.
- Ágnes (8/5): Good value - The bed was comfprtable, but the room was not perfectl clean, there was a lot of hair on the floor when we arrived. But the bed was clean and smelled good. Good waterpressure in the shower. In the shared kitchen there was an unpleasent smell, but in our room it smelled good. The owner answered quickly on whatsapp.
- Romar (10/5): Exceptional -
- Anh (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lizaveta (10/5): Exceptional - A very nice accomodation. Good location, coziest room, nice landlady. It's a very good choice for a trip to Hanoi. Water in the bathroom remains hot for a long time, there is a kitchen on the ground floor with all the conveniences. Some things that may cause inconveniences depending on preferences: loud neighbours (bar) till 11pm, hard bed,but they are insignificant if you don't have any health problems with back or sleep.
- Charli (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tran (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tú (5/5): Passable -
- Gracie (9/5): Superb -
- Oria (10/5): Cute and simple homestay with a sweetest owner:) - The owner is very sweet, she was smiley and welcoming and let me do a late check in as my flight arrived late. She even offered to do my laundry for free which felt very homey and welcoming:)
The place is located not far from main attractions, but far enough to have some peace and quiet.
You have many useful facilities around - a coffee place just next door, street food and even a gym 5 minutes walk.
The room is small but has everything you need for a short stay - even a table and a comfy chair to sit and work on your laptop.
Very nicely decorated! downstairs there’s a kitchen you can use with a fridge so it’s really convenient. The bed was as hard as a rock, for me it was fine because I like hard mattress but if you are looking for a cozy bed thats not for you.
I could hear the other guests going up and down the stairs so loudly, plus if anyone stays above, you will hear every step they make, which made it a bit hard to have a good uninterrupted rest.
- Vy (3/5): Poor - The homestay owner is very enthusiastic. The combined toilet and bathroom are extremely smelly.
- Ta (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tilly (10/5): Exceptional -
- Liberty (5/5): Disappointing - Good location We arrived at 9pm and no one was there to let us in even though check in clearly states it’s open till 11, so after 30 mins of calling the host she finally turned up and let us in, however we were then told to sit in the lobby for 10 mins, she ran upstairs and brought down about 4 bags full of stuff which was obvious was kept in our room, when we went up it was clear it had not been cleaned, shower room was still wet, black marks around the sink and hairs in bed, felt like some one had been staying there, also her sliders were still in the shower room
- Thien (9/5): Superb -
- Elijah (7/5): You get what you pay for - Good location.
Shower had good pressure.
Affordable price.
Friendly host Bed is rock hard
Is very noisy
Stairs were very narrow and steep. Would not recommend to larger people.
- Evgenyi (10/5): Exceptional - Nice stay.
Owner is nice and kind, very responsive. The room is clean and have all necessary supplies. Location is very good too, this district is my favourite in Hanoi Room is a bit small for 2 people and stairs tight and steep. No problem for me.
- Н. (10/5): Exceptional - Perfect place to stay for the price
Ofc it’s not luxury clean (what are you expecting for 16$?), but the loc is good (just follow the number 44 on the wall, ask locals), the owner was so nice with us and the main thing for me it’s not hotel with noisy drunk people in the corridor. There we were just alone without some people and all doors perfectly locked.
Yes, it’s hard to go 4st floor first time but then we just step on the side of the stairs.
If I have to come again to this area I could use this place again (especially compare for other options with same price). I recommend
PS Also it’s table for the laptop in the room and Wi-Fi worked perfectly fast
Thanks 🙏🏼
- Yoann (10/5): Exceptional -
- Quang (10/5): Exceptional -
- Tracypt (10/5): Exceptional - Great location - right in the city centre with walkable distance to many major venues The room is small. Anyway, it's good for the price.
- Jin (8/5): Very good - Cute narrow cozy house. I'm okay with the steep and narrow staircase but might be difficult for big sized people.
- Anonymous (8/5): Very good -
- Branislav (8/5): Very good -
- Maynard (9/5): Peace full and welcoming - The peace and quiet was just what i needed. There was no hard selling of services and i was left alone to enjoy the surroundings. It really felt like a quiet family home. Help was there if i needed it but otherwise i could just chill out. Maybe another thicker blanket could have been nice.
- Akhilesh (7/5): Good -
- Jayjay1688 (8/5): Very good -
- Annie (7/5): lovely but very hard bed - lovely location and owner was so friendly and helpful. loved that the Tv had Netflix. the bed was very hard, found it difficult to sleep and hot water in the shower wasn’t consistent.
- Ngô (10/5): Exceptional -
