• Veronica (1/5): un vero e proprio ghosting - non ho soggiornato qui. ho prenotato una stanza in questa struttura molte settimane prima del mio arrivo. Fin da subito, è sopraggiunto un problema di natura familiare e ho contattato la struttura per chiedere se fosse possibile un rimborso, sarebbe andato bene anche un voucher o uno spostamento di date. Peccato che di tutto questo non ho mai potuto parlare con nessuno. L'unica risposta che ho ricevuto è stata quando li ho contattati privatamente tramite whatsapp: mi hanno assicurato che mi avrebbero dato una risposta a breve. La risposta non è mai arrivata. L'Assistenza Booking ha provato a contattarli, ma niente, anche lì abbiamo dovuto aspettare talmente tanto ormai eravamo giunti alla settimana del mio soggiorno. Non ho mai avuto a che fare con una situazione del genere.

La décoration y est sympathique (forcément, à voir selon les goûts, mais au moins, ça change des décos impersonnelles) Cet endroit est d'abord un restaurant à son RDC et 1er étage : beaucoup de bruit lié à cette activité donc. Aussi bien le bruit de fond des ventilations de la cuisine que le bruit des gens en salle, et surtout en sortant du restaurant. Les couleurs de la chambre sont sympathiques mais l'éclairage n'est pas adapté, et la chambre est très sombre

• Mel7412 (10/5): - Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und bekamen gleich gute Tipps für Mailand. Das Zimmer sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Es gibt einen Teekocher, einen Kühlschrank, eine Kaffeemaschine und eine Mikrowelle. Wie waren auch im Restaurant essen und waren ebenfalls sehr zufrieden. Die Metro ist nicht weit weg und man kann direkt zum Dom und zum Bahnhof fahren. Alles hat uns super gefallen, nur den Duschkopf könnte man austauschen oder entkalken. 😀

• Laura (9/5): Estancia acogedora - A pesar de no poder ir al centro andando, dispones de una parada de metro a 5 minutos que te deja en un par de paradas en el centro. La atención fue muy buena y la habitación muy acogedora. Tener tantas llaves y códigos para entrar al alojamiento, me liaba un poco jej.

Letto comodissimo e tutto super pulito. Anche il ristorante è splendido e buonissimo. Siamo riusciti a spostarci ovunque senza alcuna difficoltà, sia a piedi che con i mezzi. Ringraziamo tanto i gestori che ci hanno accolto così bene, e speriamo di ritornare presto!

• Davide (5/5): - Gentilezza e calore dello staff Tv non funzionante. Ma questo è stato un caso sfortunato che lo staff ha anche tentato in ogni modo di risolvere, purtroppo senza successo. Tanto rumore dalla sala e cucina del ristorante al piano terra per le pulizie alla fine della serata. Il rumore era molto forte, correva per le pareti fino al secondo piano. Sono sceso a farlo presente ma fino a notte fonda non si è dormito.

• Birgitte (9/5): - Back for a second time to this lovely place, which is really good value compared to the high price of accommodation in Milan. Very practical with a microwave, electric kettle and Nespresso machine in the room. Shower and bed really good and within walking distance to Isola and the bars and restaurants there, plus close to the metro Key system to the room and hallway could be easier, as there are many keys you don't need.
• Darin (7/5): Great staff - The staff were very attentive, and the room’s colors were unusual but beautiful. However, the overall feeling of cleanliness was diminished because the towels had a musty smell, and I wasn’t sure about the cleanliness of the duvet cover and other bedding.

• Phil (8/5): Un hôtel surprenant par sa décoration vietnamienne. Calme et reposant. - Un lit très confortable et une machine à café dans la chambre avec des disettes, ainsi qu'un micro-onde et un frigo. Tout ces équipements remplacent avantageusement un service de petit déjeuner. Par ailleurs, la situation de l'hôtel facilite grandement les déplacements dans le centre ville. Le quartier de l'hôtel ne m'a pas semblé sûr. Ce sentiment est renforcé par le fait qu'il faille un code et un trousseau de clefs de sécurité pour accéder à la chambre. Je n'ai vu ça nulle part ailleurs. Concernant la chambre la salle d'eau est mal éclairée et le miroir est positionné bas, ce doit être idéal pour les personnes de moins de 1m70, mais ce n'est pas mon cas.

Suggerisco portachiavi più piccolo e leggero ogni volta lo smonto e lo rimonto per non portarmi dietro una cosa improponibile. come volume e peso

Purtroppo la mia stanza era proprio sotto la canna fumaria del ristorante sottostante e fino alle 01:00 am si sentiva leggermente il flusso d'aria dellʼaspirazione.

È stata un’esperienza breve, ma intensa e bellissima. Un luogo magico, che ci ha regalato emozioni vere e paesaggi mozzafiato. Un grazie speciale agli host, che sono stati semplicemente fantastici: accoglienti, disponibili e sempre con il sorriso. Torneremo sicuramente, soprattutto per tornare a provare la cucina!
• Franita (8/5): Una vacanza nella vacanza - Arredamento particolarissimo e atmosfera decisamente esotica, tutto molto elegante, e funzionale, in una zona silenziosa e comoda x trasporti Caffè e bollitore in stanza e acqua nel frigo. Asciugamani piccoli e "datati", manca un vero telo da doccia. Per fare le pulci: nella nostra stanza (du Flor) e bagno, un paio di mobiletti di plastica che fanno a pugni con il resto dell'arredamento chiaramente originale (forse ci stanno ancora lavorando e una volta finita la stanza sarà ancora più bella)

• Giorgia (9/5): Really unique - Very nice accommodation. The staff is so gentle and welcoming. Our room was very stylish and clean and the bathroom was so charming and comfortable. The canopy bed is the best thing in the room :) Maybe an elevator is needed, but not a big deal :)

I didn't know what to expect, and I was stunned by the cuteness of this place. It really looks like you are stepping in a far-east country with a beautiful furnishing, perfectly in style with its name. It gives you a great deal of peace and I only hoped I could stay more. Also, the restaurant at the first 2 floors, is very nice in every detail...and the smell was great. Next time, I will have my dinner there! THe elevator wasn't working, but not a big deal in a 3-floors small building

• Gerard (8/5): Goed verblijf voor een stedentrip - Goede locatie, prima airco. Advies om bakker aan de overzijde te nemen zou ik niet opvolgen. Simpel broodje kaas voor 9 euro is veel te veel betaald. Latte Machiato was ook niet bijster lekker. Ook de lekkernijen vielen tegen en waren duur geprijsd. Restaurant heeft geen goede aanbevelingen
• John (9/5): Great experience - Very fine detail in the furnishings. Totally authentic. Check in was easy process and the room is very secure . Also just a five minute walk to two Metro stations and a supermarket. Very quiet when I stayed over the weekend. I never saw another soul. The key to open the heavy glass door separating the rooms from the restaurant was sometimes very difficult to use but got there after several attempts. Getting in and out was easy other than that.
