• Maharajh (8/5): Highly recommend - Property was in an amazing location. 15mins walk to the Vatican. On the same route to Trevi Fountain and the pantheon. Was just a surprise location with restaurants all around Hostess was very easy to contact. I asked to change my check in time and was easily accommodated. Room was clean and very comfortable. Bathroom was clean. Was a great value for location/cleanliness and was very quiet to sleep even though it was right in the busy downtown area

Para referencia el lugar se encuentra a aproximadamente 44 minutos caminando desde la estacion de Roma Termini y a aproximadamente 22 minutos caminando de la Fontana Di Trevi. Se debe considerar que la habitacion tenia un baño privado pero fuera de la habitacion.
• Laia (4/5): No era lo que esperábamos - La ubicación es muy buena, está muy cerca del centro Al ser un piso que alquilan las habitaciones, la zona común es frecuentada por los trabajadores. Un mediodía que estábamos descansado en la habitación, nos despertaron las voces de los trabajadores los quales empezaron a hablar con tono muy alto de sus cosas privadas sin ningún miramiento por si había gente en las habitaciones.

• Emmanouil (7/5): - Το δωμάτιο ήταν σχετικά άνετο και καθαρό. Υπήρχε μπόλικος καφές εσπρέσσο να πιεις. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή και κοντά στη πλατεία Ναβόνα και σχεδόν 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από στάση λεωφορείου. Το εξωτερικό ιδιωτικό μπάνιο (αν και το ήξερα) που εν τέλει δε με βόλεψε γιατί ήθελε συνεχώς να κλειδώνω και να ξεκλειδώνω τις πόρτες του δωματίου και του μπάνιου.

• Emmanuel (7/5): Pour rester deux ou trois jours ça va plus ce serait compliqué. - La situation est top tout proche de la place Navone et est situé dans un bâtiment ancien. La pièce est climatisée. Il y a un réfrigérateur dans la chambre. La porte-fenêtre qui donne sur le balcon était abimé et on entendait tout les bruits de la rue comme si on était. Une prise électrique sur deux ne fonctionnait pas. La serrure de la chambre n'était pas une serrure de sécurité, ça ne donne pas confiance.

Udało się dzięki komunikacji na Whatsapp i przypadkowo personel sprzątający właśnie kończył sprzątać i otworzyli nam drzwi. Na zewnątrz i na domofonie brak oznakowania z nazwą pensjonatu.

Bidet presente ma poco funzionale e molto scomodo. Doccia funzionale ma con il soffione agganciato alla parete. Possibile fare una doccia ma solo se, da donna, hai intenzione di lavare anche i capelli. Per gli uomini è sicuramente molto più confortevole. •ci sono alcune camere aventi il bagno esterno e collocato nel corridoio. Il transito camera-bagno o viceversa degli altri ospiti della struttura rappresenta un’occasione di disagio perché i rumori si avvertono in modo particolare nella propria stanza. Siamo stati sfortunati, nel nostro caso, perché chiasso, rumori, risate, chiacchiericcio e urla si sono verificati spesso e anche nelle ore notturne rendendoci impossibile dormire e riposare adeguatamente.
• Dario Salvo (8/5): - Bb molto essenziale ma accogliente e pulito, molto disponibile l host, sempre reperibile via whatsapp. La posizione è fantastica, a due passi da piazza Navona, vicino a vaticano, piazza Venezia, piazza di spagna, fontana di trevi e piazza del popolo! Ottimo per le famiglie perché la movida serale è davvero selezionata e permette di godere delle meraviglie di Roma fino a tardi, senza rischi e senza dover usare i mezzi pubblici. • Artemis (6/5): It is actually a room into an apartment and other people live in another room near yours… - Good location (10’ from center, Piazza Navona etc.), cheapest option that time near the center. Clean, although old place. Enough essential facilities. We didn’t know it is not a normal rental room. It was nowhere mentioned on the Booking App. It is actually like a sharing flat. You enter a big flat/house with a corridor and some table, chairs and things and then there are 4 doors. Two doors lead to two different rooms. The one was our room. The third door was our private bathroom, that we didn’t know it was out of our room (about that I am not sure if it was already mentioned, maybe yes). And a fourth door leading to something else that other people in that bigger house/flat were using. We were actually shocked when we first entered and disappointed, but we still stayed since we booked and paid for it. The woman greeting us as the hostess was kind. The place was not dirty, it was clean, but generally old. The location is good, 10’ from Piazza Navona, so like the center, we were only walking on foot in Rome for all the important sightseeings etc.

• Rachel (9/5): Clean and pleasant - Lovely and clean in an excellent location central to everything. Mattress needs to be replaced. Wardrobe in front of a window or door. The lack of light was annoying. Wall Light in the room was poor. But over all clean pleasant and central.
• Maria Carolina (7/5): Ubicación perfecta - La ubicación perfecta. No me gustó mucho la comodidad del baño fuera de la habitación, lo explica en la publicidad, pero al está en pleno centro de Roma vale la pena resignar esa comodidad
• Ainara (8/5): - Ubicación maravillosa, puedes llegar caminando a la mayoría de lugares más típicos para visitar. La anfitriona es un encanto. Restaurantes y comercios alrededor. La cortina está demasiado separada de la ventana y entra muchísima luz. Se escucha mucho el ruido de la calle. El baño de la habitación huele un poco mal y sale hacia la habitación. La ducha solo tiene alcachofa en la parte superior, lo cual es bastante incómodo porque es muy difícil ducharte sin mojarte el pelo.

Si o si tenes que subir y bajar las escaleras con las maletas. Eramos 2 qué llegamos dias distintos, me han dado una sola llave, y tuve que hacer yo el servicio de check in de la otra persona que viajo conmigo. Pque nadie lo iba a recibir y tampoco iban a darnos otro juego de llaves. La ducha es extremadamente pequeña!

• May (7/5): Good - Location perfect, staff very accommodating, espresso given in the morning (you make it by yourself with the coffee machine provided), security was good If its a weekend could be loud in the nighttime, but staying in the center we knew this and didn't mind it. But you can hear the party outside :)

So while you do have privacy, you're pretty close to other guests and can hear them. The place is a bit old and doesn't look the best (though it's not unclean). So not bad, but don't expect something shiny.
