• Anna-Elina (7/5): Rome in May - Jos tykkää syödä aamupalalla makeaa, sitä riittää tarjonnassa. Huone oli siisti ja ilmastointi toimi moitteettomasti. Suurimman osan aikaa huoneen ulkopuolelta ei kuulunut meteliä (huoneen ikkunat avautuivat sisäpihalle), ainoastaan yhtenä yönä oli häiritsevää meteliä, josta ei ottanut selvää tuliko se käytävän muista huoneista vai kokonaan eri huoneistoista. Huone oli hyvin pieni ja wc:stä uupui kokonaan käsisuihku/bidee. Aamupalalla tarjoiltiin hyvänmakuisia täytettyjä leipiä ja vastapuristettua appelsiinimehua, mutta muutoin tarjonta oli makeita leivonnaisia ja jäätelöä. Tarjonta oli runsas, mutta olisin kaivannut lisäksi esim. jogurttia ja hedelmiä. Sängystä uupui kokonaan petari, joten se oli aika jämäkkä.

• Noemi (5/5): Elavult, nem költenek rá - Location A szobákban textil tapéta volt a falon, ahogyan a szállás folyosóján is, mely meglehetősen koszos volt, régi és elavult. A villanykapcsolók körül konkrétan már szürke a sárga textil tapéta. A reggelinél viszont rendkívül kedves volt a személyzet. A helyszín tökéletes, de ettől még tisztának kellene lennie a szobának és ez nem csak azt jelenti, hogy naponta takarítanak, mert utóbbi megtörtént.
• michael (9/5): - The location was good. Short walk from the train and not far from a lot of good restaurants. The plaza could be very busy but the room was pretty quiet. The included breakfast had a lot of options from the traditional American to excellent pastries fruit cups and sandwiches.

• Paul (8/5): Fantastic stay 👏 - Great location for all the sights. Walking distance of 10 minutes max to Termini train station. Easy to find using Rome2Rio app or Google maps. Easy check in at cafe underneath. I liked the breakfasts at the cafe you can just pick what you like, sandwiches, cakes, croissants etc. Coffee and orange juice. I would say location wise it is spot on. there is no need to get cabs (we got one to the Vatican but only due to time of tour being early). I would definitely recommend staying here. Can't think of anything really. I would stay there again..

• Carolina (8/5): No es un hotel!6 - Ubicación muy cómoda, con buen acceso a todos lados. La vista de la habitación muy linda hacia la plaza y la Iglesia. El desayuno muy bueno y completísimo pero es en un bar que está a unos metros. NO ES UN HOTEL!! Tiene servicios de hotel (limpieza, chinelas, elementos de aseo) pero NO ES UN HOTEL. Tiene ascensor. Dato extra para los argentinos, del otro lado de la plaza está la embajada Argentina y en la Iglesia están los restos del Papa Francisco 🇦🇷 Se nos complicó mucho el ingreso ya que NO ES UN HOTEL. Llegamos y era la puerta de un edificio. Tuve que preguntar en 4 locales hasta llegar a la recepción de un bar en donde me dieron las llaves y me acompañó un empleado muy amable. Es un edificio como con varios subedificios adentro y uno es el Domus.

Curatenie - se facea zilnic, (se schimbau zilnic prosoapele , articolele pentru baie se completau zilnic). Daca doriti sa va mai plimbati dupa ce se face check-out, puteti lasa bagajele la proprietate-exista o camera speciala pentru acestea. Nu a fost ceva care sa nu ne placa.

• Kerstin (7/5): Gute Lage und gutes Frühstück - Die Lage war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war auch sehr ansprechend man konnte alles aus der Auslage wählen. Leider gab es keine Frühstückseier oder Rührei. Es gibt einen Raum zur Gepäckaufbewahrung. Das Personal versteht englisch nicht so gut. Das war etwas kompliziert. Es gibt keine richtige Rezeption. Es wird alles neben dem laufenden Bistrobetrieb an der Kasse erledigt.

No cabía en la regadera y el inodoro estaba sumamente pegado a la ducha y a la pared al frente, tenías que entrar de lado.

La disponibilità dimostrata durante il mio soggiorno, inclusa la cortesia di custodire i miei bagagli per l'intera giornata successiva al check-out, in previsione di un volo serale, è stata particolarmente gradita. Unica pecca non c'era il bidè.

• María (8/5): - Bien situado para conocer el centro de Roma. Habitación sencilla, funcional. La nuestra daba a un patio interior por lo que no escuchábamos ruidos de la calle, sólo el ruido normal de vecinos y pasillo. El check in se realiza en el bar Cottini, dónde también se va a desayunar (a elegir entre toda la bollería y pasteles de las vitrinas). Los colchones eran más bien incómodos.
• Marina (8/5): - Localização excelente, em frente a Basílica de Santa Maria Maior, conseguimos assistir à cerimônia de fechamento da Porta Santa da varanda do quarto. Além disso, fica e a uns 10-15 minutos de caminhada da estação Roma Termini de onde saem a maioria dos tens/metrôs; no Natal, como não tinha transporte público disponível, fomos a pé para a fontana di Trevi, uns 20 minutos de caminhada tranquila e que dava para ir conhecendo mais da cidade. Café da manhã é em uma padaria que fica bem embaixo do prédio, com muitas opções, gostoso e tinha um garçom super simpático que nos atendeu muito bem. Na rua atrás do prédio fica uma das unidades do restaurante Tonarello, ótima opção para jantar. O quarto e banheiro são pequenos, apesar de confortável. Em um dos dias, nosso quarto ficou com cheiro de cigarro (acredito que vindo de um dos outros quartos do corredor). Não tem geladeira/frigobar dentro do quarto.

Wij vonden het bed een beetje hard, en er stond een waterkoker maar er was geen koffie of thee. En ook geen bekers. Verder goed. Heel erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Ontbijt was op 1 minuut lopen.

Beautiful views from the balcony.. Difficulty finding it with the booking.com directions..best to put the address into google maps and it’s only 6/7 minutes walk from Termini station. Bathroom very small but fine for us..

We were confused about how to access the building.We asked a few shops and the address showed the big door. We eventually asked at the cafe/patisserie and they said that we checked in through them. Maybe the instructions on check in could be better explained by giving the name of the cafe?

• Ege (9/5): Kaldığım yer temiz olsun, her yere yürüyerek gideyim diyorsan burası orası! - Kahvaltı çeşitliydi ve servis çok hızlıydı. Ayrıca kahvaltı saatinin esnekliği oldukça iyi. Oda ve yatak eski bir yapıya göre oldukça yeterli. Oda tertemizdi, her gün temizlendi. Personel yardımseverdi. Her yere yürüyerek gidebilmek çok avantajlıydı. Özellikle Termini tren istasyonuna 5 dakikada yürüyebilmek uçuş sabahı kolaylık sağladı. Güvenlik konusunda şüphemiz olmadı, otelin bulunduğu meydanda asker ve polis bekliyordu. Havlularda hafif nem kokusu vardı. Bazı zamanlar tuvaletten lağım kokusu geldi.

Thank You very much ❤️ The temperatures (36°C in the shade) were very high when we stayed at the hotel so the Air Conditioner would be nice but we managed with the fan provided.

• Meagan (9/5): - Breakfast was delicious - you are able to order whatever you want from the cafe downstairs. Some mornings we just had a cappuccino with croissant (very delicious), other times we ordered their American breakfast (eggs, bacon, toast and salad). The cafe opens at 05:00, which is perfect on the days you want an early start to see the main sites with less crowds. Staff were all very friendly, they walk you up to your room so you know where everything is. The room was very clean, and it was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The room was a little small - but you're in Rome, you won't be in your room much anyways! Had some issues with the WIFI so ended up using data. I read other reviews with the same concern, and they said the staff were helpful at sorting out the issue. We weren't in the room very much so didn't ask, but the staff were so friendly I can guarantee if you had the same issue they would get it sorted.

I felt that I was misled by ad description. I was expecting a nice hotel with a nice room and view to a court. It wasn’t a hotel but a 12 x 12 room with a small bathroom. It was very clean and quite comfortable. The breakfast in the restaurant below and location was very good.
