• Rachel (7/5): Basic guesthouse near Rome Termini station - I just wanted a room for the night within walking distance of Rome Termini station, as I had a large suitcase and needed to catch the train to the airport the next day. The room was as you would expect, small and simple but that it was I expected from the stay. The staff were helpful with the check-in process, and provided basic amenities. It also came with free wifi.
• Danielle (7/5): Good for the price and if you’re a confident traveller it’s easy to access the metro and get where you need to go. It is - Good for the price. A bit out of the way, not very central but a safe area with amenities nearby. Host was communicative and check in was easy. There was an AC but no remote, when I asked for it via WhatsApp the question was ignored, so it was pretty hot at night and the window opens up into a residential courtyard which was quiet noisy until late at night. One flat pillow, not very comfortable at all.

• Tiah (5/5): Comfy bed, but host is bad at communicating - Clean, comfy bed, strategic location. Communication with the host were not nice. 1. we were checking in and dropping off bags, we have another friend with us. The older guy who check us in did not speak English well but me managed to communicate. He said it’s only two who can stay, I said yes and explain that the other person is a friend who is going to the airport and we are here to just drop off bags. I thought it was cleared up until I received a long text from the English speaking host lecturing us that only two people are registered and we cannot have 3 people there. To then I replied, yes understood, we are only 2 people staying. Then he sent another long lecture message saying as far as that the police can come and do checks on this. I called him, clarified, then all good again. 2. a day before check out, I asked about the possibility of late check out until 4pm as we need a space to work. I expect a simple yes/no answer together with the info on the cost if the late check out is possible. I received a very late reply to just inform me the checkout time. I thanked him for the info and repeated my question. Again after waiting for sometime, he repeated the same info and added there that there MIGHT be a new check in so NO, check out late is not possible. We tried to call so we can clarify this but he didn’t pick up the call but again we received a long lecture message soon after, about how a booking time is agreed and that there’s a certain time of check in and check out and soon and soon + “otherwise we have to pay for a half day”. This was the info that we wanted all along, if the room is available for late check out and how much. But by this time, we already did not like the experience and let it go and do our work elsewhere.

• Ana (9/5): - Estava tudo impecável, o espaço é grande, tudo muito bem limpo e tem todo o conforto! Fomos muito bem recebidas com 2 águas frescas. A localizado é excelente, muito perto do Coliseu a pé e também tem uma estação de metro bastante perto. Recomendo! Apenas uma sugestão: poderiam considerar ter cortinados blackout para hóspedes que, como eu, têm alguma dificuldade em dormir com luz no quarto pois no meu caso, havia um candeeiro mesmo em frente à janela.

• Martina (9/5): Doporučujeme - fantastické ! - Skvělá lokalita - hodně zajímavých míst v pěším dosahu. Pokoj čistý a denně uklízený, teplá voda, samostatná koupelna, výměna ručníků. Metro za rohem. Velmi vstřícný majitel, všechno klaplo ! Každopádně doporučujeme a budeme návštěvu opakovat.

• Florencia Carla (9/5): Recomendare a todos mis contactos. - Reservamos la mañana que llegamos, ya que el anterior alojamiento nos cancelo la reserva horas antes de llegar a Roma. Nos atendieron muy bien, las instalaciones y servicios muy buenos, y la persona de recepsion ademas de amable, nos dio un mapa e informacion de como movernos en la ciudad y lugares recomendados para comer. È una casa che è diventata Guest House. Le pareti non sono molto spesse e si sentono un po’ gli altri ospiti attraverso le pareti.

• Selin (9/5): - Tesisin konumu gezebileceğiniz bir çok noktaya çok yakın metro ve otobüs ulaşımının dibinde. Geceleri sessiz ve kalabalıktan uzak rahatça uyuyabiliyorsunuz. Güvenli her şeye ulaşabileceğiniz bir bölge. Apartmanı da yapı olarak çok beğendik. Kalabalık seyahat ediyorsanız kattaki bütün odaları rezerve edip ev konforunda kalabilirsiniz. Odalar ve ıslak hacimler oldukça temiz, Her gün toparlanıyor. Ev sahibimize de her hangi bir sorun anında kolayca ulaşabildik. Banyosu ayrı oda (attached bathroom) eğer tek oda kiralayacaksınız zorluk olabilir, âmâ biz grup olarak kiraladığımız için sorun yaşamadık.

La Habitación es muy cómoda , ubicación perfecta y zona muy tranquila no se escucha nada por la noche y con el metro a 3 minutos y la ducha tiene buena presión de agua . Repetiremos seguro si volvemos. Nada , todo Perfecto 👌.

• Angie (10/5): Consiglio questa struttura top! - Personale disponibile e gentile in ogni momento, per qualsiasi domanda, reperibile sempre. Il posto super centrale, vicino la metro, a pochi passi dal Colosseo e il centro, allo stesso tempo vicino anche alla stazione Termini. Le stanze inoltre sono confortevoli e silenziose, la zona è piena di servizi e negozi per qualsiasi evenienza, consigliatissimo! Ci tornerò sicuramente!

• Danijela (10/5): - Very comfortable, clean and quiet apartment in an authentic Roman building with a lovely entrance and charming windows. The bed was super comfortable, and the location perfect for exploring the city. Place felt cozy and peaceful. Great value for a short stay. As a small suggestion for improvement: having a mini fridge and, for coffee lovers like me, a small espresso machine would make mornings even better.

I think it should be described better so people don’t have th - It was clean and the bed was comfortable although I was so cold on the first night I had to put all my clothes back on. I think there was an unexpected cold spell. I asked about some blankets the next day and the staff were helpful and provided some. It said 24 hour reception in the description and I chose it on that basis as I am an anxious solo woman traveller. I was expecting staff on site 24/7 and thought it would be like a UK guest house but it is more like an air b and b in reality - except no kitchen. I would also have liked a kettle and to be able to make tea so i could have breakfast there. As a coeliac it is hard to find breakfast out. I was surprised there was no tea or coffee making facility.

• Damien (9/5): - The proximity to public transport such as the metro and walking distance to the Coloseeum were great, was walking around most places, so location wise, was great. Not so much a detractor, more just something to keep in mind, was able to communicate electronically pretty easily, however noticed spoken english is basically none, nothing a game of charades cannot fix. Again, not a negative, just don't expect spoken english. Very slight negative - was just the instructions on how to find the location was a little limiting, Its very central location, however had to msg upon my arrival to get let in, as didnt know exactly which unit to ring.

The property is in an excellent location with some great restaurants nearby and the metro a short walk away. It is clean and comfortable, all that was required for us as we spent most of our time out and about exploring the city. Some hot drink making facilities and a small fridge would make this place even better.

• Christina (8/5): Very good - The host was very nice and provided helpful tips. The location was a 15 minute walk from Colosseum so was at a very good spot. Metro and buses were nearby too so that made it easy to get to touristic spots. Our restroom was independent from the bedroom so we needed to lock the door with the key every single time to get to the restroom in the hallway. A bit of an inconvenience but got the hang of it after a few days.

But the garag is so close to the house, just 5min walk, and on Sunday it is free to park on the street until Monday 08:00 am.

The hotel did not even have shampoo. The hotel service shuttle had no air conditioner and was broken, and we were very uncomfortable in the heat in the car.
