- Ann Marie (7/5): Friendly Staff - Friendly welcoming staff was our first impression. Our room was on the smaller side, but tastefully decorated and comfortable. Cyrus packed us a lovely bagged breakfast as we had to leave early for our flight. Steady traffic outside is noisey. Ear plugs were supplied.
- Stéphane Plourde (8/5): - Bon emplacement, bon déjeuner et bel accueil.
- Iulian (7/5): Decent with good locationand excellent breakfast - Breakfast Noisy, not that clean, some equipment not functioning properly

Pancakes.

- Karmen (6/5): -
- Bart (8/5): Een fijn verblijf gehad - Fijne kamer, goed bed.
- Marg (7/5): Eccles Townhouse provides a convenient location for visiting downtown Dublin. - Easy to find; staff at the cute coffee shop downstairs were very helpful. Were able to store our luggage until check-in. Room, including bathroom, was clean and bed was very comfortable. Nicely located to get around the downtown area of Dublin. Tea was good! Room was quite small, with limited space for luggage or maneuvering. Bathroom shower was small and there were limited shelves/hooks for toiletry bags and wet towels. Only instant coffee available in the room. We were on top floor, so the stairs were challenging for someone with painful knees.

- clare (8/5): Comfortable room, lovely friendly staff, worth the value of the room - Friendly staff and cosy bedroom Lots of tea bags but no milk in the room

- Tom & Kathryn (8/5): Very suitable while attending an early morning appointment in nearby Mater hospital, also near Temple Street hospital. - Clean and comfortable, good to have bottled water & tea/coffee in the room.
Access at night for check in via keypad worked fine. Accessing that area of Dublin City at night requires vigilance. It would be safer to use a taxi than to walk from train station.
- Perez (8/5): -
- Donald (3/5): - The breakfast was good The room was not as advertised. Too small, had odors, mold in bathroom, sink was not usable, carpet was dirty and coming off the floor. Tiny shower, I think they gave me the wrong room but no one to discuss this with.
- DONNE ZA (8/5): - Stayed there before many moons ago. They certainly have upgraded the place. Conveniently close to everything that I needed. Their food and coffee at the restaurant is fabulous. I had a small issue with room which the Staff sorted out immediately. No elevators if you have luggage but not a train smash. It is a heritage building so they cant do too many structural changes.
- Mary (9/5): -
- Jessica (9/5): -
- Hilary (7/5): - I wouldn't go back, unfortunately the road outside was just too loud and the sound insulation too poor.
- Anke (6/5): Small room, nice breakfast, totally overpriced, welcome to overcrowded Dublin - The breakfast was awesome. The room was tiny and the bathroom even more. Nevertheless it had all to be ok for a short stay.
- Roland (7/5): -
- Namita (10/5): excellent experience - lovely place. very kind sweet helpful staff. excellent facilities and condition. honestly way more than a 3 star hotel.
- Antilia (8/5): - The staff was very accommodating and friendly, and the room looked great!
- Madeleine (7/5): Convenient for what I required on the day. - Staff helpful Fine for me a solo traveller
- Semsemy (8/5): -
- Constance (10/5): - Personnel très bienveillant, attentionné
- Stephen (5/5): -
- Annica (8/5): Jättenöjda - Mysigt Lite dyr frukost
- Alexandros (7/5): Clean little hotel above a cafe in a not-too-busy side of Dublin - Location was convenient for traveling (between airport and city center) and relatively quiet, but the neighborhood also had supermarkets, pubs, restaurants, and fast-food. Room was clean. Breakfast was hand-made. Breakfast started at 8am (so served like 8:15am), meaning that if you have business in-town early, you wouldn't make it in time. Also, no buffet, so no second-helping (in food, coffee or juice). In overall, the breakfast is probably better to buy it on-the-spot. No reception (it's managed by the cafe at the ground floor, but only between 8am-6pm). Room/bathroom were quite small. WiFi reception was not strong. No elevator.
- Chris (9/5): Good value - Good staff
- Janja (8/5): -
- James (8/5): - Late self check-in was very convenient, clean, great location and not a rip off. Nothing
- Margo (8/5): - Clean, well equipped room, beds comfortable, great breakfast
- PATRICIA (8/5): - Emplacement. Petit déjeuner
- Diego (9/5): -
Obsługa miła i pomocna.
- Lynda Mouat (7/5): - Very helpful and friendly place. Lovely breakfast Room and bed small, lots of road noise although they do provide ear plugs.
Part of the ceiling was coming down in our room and when it rained through the night our clothes got wet.
- Guest (9/5): -
- Chloé (9/5): -
- Joy (6/5): -
- Shirley (8/5): - Lovely shower Smell of deep fat fryer oil from the cafe below
- Ann (10/5): - I've stayed here twice aw it's so convenient to see he mater hospital. Great friendly staff, wonderful room Road noise
- marco (7/5): - Accoglienza e palazzo storico Struttura vecchia
Situado a 15 minutos andando de The Spire. Habitación grande. Ducha amplia. Camas cómodas. Repetiría sin duda Nada. Todo bien.
- Hildemar (10/5): -
- Jenny (8/5): Gemütlich. - The café where breakfast was served was very nice. Breakfast and coffee were excellent. The whole hotel has charm and is cozy. The people were very friendly and helpful. The area isn’t particularly chic, but it’s easy to reach by bus from the airport and a good starting point for walks through the city. -
Olia mucho a comida
- Waldmann (8/5): -
- Helen (10/5): Excellent made my medical appointment bearable seeing as I had to travel from Kilkenny to Dublin . - Great staff were super. Just had to climb stairs only negative if I was going again id book earlier and get a lower floor.
- O'Donnell (9/5): -
- Konstanze (7/5): -
- Angela (10/5): - Quite central lovely staff Nothing
- Foteini (6/5): Just for an affordable one night stay - Cheap and central. Bathroom was kind of recently renovated . Staff was friendly and helpful . The service is handled by the staff working at the café on the ground floor, so there isn’t much flexibility with check-in. It’s also not easy to leave luggage at the hotel after check-out, as the staff finish their shift. As a result, there is no one at the hotel after around 4 p.m.
I needed to ask a question, and although I called the phone number listed on Booking as the hotel’s contact, no one answered.
The cleanliness of the hotel is also very low by my standards. The entire place smelled of fried food and burnt oil, and there was poor ventilation.
There is no elevator in the hotel, so it is not suitable for people with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
The rooms are quite small.
- Ivona (10/5): -
- Patricia (10/5): Perfect place to stay for early check-in in the Mater Private -
- Mary (9/5): - Location is great for hospital and short walk to city centre. Very quiet at night which was a surprise considering our room was facing the street. Really comfortable beds, nice additions of tea/coffee/water in room. Bathroom a bit snug.
- Esperanza (8/5): Accessible place, kind staff and felt safe. - Very accessible and the staff were very kind and helpful. The bathroom was definitely clean and spacious for a small room. The bed was big! Generally clean but the carpet wasn’t thoroughly vacuumed. It was minor.
- Stephan Michel (8/5): Aanrader voor stedentrip Dublin - Ontbijt was geweldig. Je kon kiezen wat je maar wilde. Het personeel was heel aardig. Voelden ons zeer welkom. Geweldige locatie.
