• Veronica (10/5): Wonderful, clean, high quality apartment! - Absolutely everything! Wonderful house in a charming green quiet place with the birds singing all the time. The Therme Erding is quite close, and we enjoyed it for few days. The apartment was spacious and in a perfect condition, very clean, designed and equipped with high quality modern devices and materials with consideration of every tiny detail to provide comfortable stay. The bed, pillows and bedding were also very comfortable. Self check-in and check-out were super easy with very clear instructions. Communication with the hosts was easy, friendly with quick respond. We would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!
• Veronica (9/5): Wonderful guesthouse! - Wonderful guesthouse with small apartments for short or long stay. It's not the first time for us staying here, we very much like the place. Check-in instructions are easy, you get your key from the key box. The staff is not all the time present, but you have super clear instructions to handle on your own everything you may need in the house, and of course there are phone numbers you can contact. You can park your car freely in the house yard. It's quiet, surrounded by nature, very comfortable, clean, built of high quality materials and beautifully decorated. The beds are big and comfortable. Small kitchenette is equipped with all basic things you may need. There is a washing room in the house where you can use washing and drying machines for 2 eur/time. Therme Erding is nearby, only 6-8 min by car. Can highly recommend this place! nothing

• Tony (10/5): Always great! - We really enjoy staying here and this was the 4th or 5th time staying, I do forget but this is our go-to guest house when staying in Erding. They are always exceptionally friendly but let you get on with things. Facilities are always provided and available. Sleep is always great and the bathrooms are fabulous. There is never a problem and if there was, I would have every confidence that it would be sorted out immediately, fantastic stay as always. Although not a dislike, just informational to be aware that if you stay here is that they used to do catered breakfasts but which are no longer an option. However, we really enjoyed shopping locally and using the small room kitchen (with all equipment provided) and making our own breakfasts, so this is actually a new positive.

• Maria (6/5): - Sehr freundliche Gastgeberfamilie. Kein Frühstück mehr. Zimmer war nicht so sauber, da Wollmäuse ums Bett rum waren und im Bad waren die Wände nicht richtig sauber (noch Spritzer und runtergelaufenes Wasser an den Wänden neben dem Waschbecken), WC Rollenhalter sehr wackelig.

• Linda (10/5): - Wir verbrachten 3 Nächte in dieser traumhaft schönen Ferienwohnung. Für uns als Ausgangspunkt München/Erding war die Ferienwohnung perfekt gelegen. Sehr ruhig auf dem Land. Man hat alles was man dort braucht. Das Personal ist sehr hilfsbereit. Für den Abschluss unserer Rundreise war alles perfekt.

• Lilusham (9/5): - We had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. The fountain in the yard added a calming touch. The hosts were very kind, and communication with them was clear and easy, which helped us find the apartment and the keys without any issues. Comfortable parking is great. We were surprised to find that one of the beds was located in the living room area, although the listing mentioned two bedrooms. The kitchenette is very small and not really suitable for cooking, even making pasta was challenging. Another issue is that there are no insect screens on the windows, and one of the windows is directly inside a tree, so insects can easily come in. If you want fresh air, it is best to bring a mosquito net, as there are quite a lot of mosquitoes.
• Gabriele (7/5): Eine idyllische Ruhe, mit sehr netter freundlicher Chefin. - Für uns war die Lage super, wir mussten zum Golfturnier. Es liegt super ruhig und idyllisch. Parkplatz vor der Türe! Ich hätte volle Punkzahl gegeben, wenn an den Fenstern bzw. Terrassentüren ein Mückennetz angebracht gewesen wäre. Die Luft in der Nacht wäre so schön gewesen, aber bei geöffnetem Fenster, waren sofort Fliegen und Mücken im Zimmer. Ein optionales Frühstück wäre aufgrund der ländlichen Lage wünschenswert.

• Iksu (7/5): Yes, it is good, but in a state of mixed feelings and thoughts - Liked the size of the apartment, which was clean and in good condition, liked the shower and the air condition in the bathroom, which is not a sure thing in Germany - so no complains. Liked the quiet location in a small village, which is close to Erding's spa and the airport at the same time. Actually the town of Erding is a nice place to visit as well and has a large area of a few stores just next to each other. The area of the house leaves a safe and peaceful impression and has plenty of parking lots nearby. Not that much to do for smaller kids or juniors in the area though. The place might be even accessible by public transport, as I spotted a bus a few times on a nearby road. Liked the breakfast coffee. As the windows were left open before our check-in, it turned out that a few mosquitos were already there just waiting to welcome us. Not a huge deal, but still, it would be nice to have a mosquito net on at least one of the windows, so you do not have to chase them around right after arrival. And then the breakfast - which is highly praised in other reviews. Yes, it is not bad, but it is a HUGE collection of SINGLE-PACKED items, even butter. That means a lot of unnecessary waste and that is not sustainable at all. Did not like that, there is definitely some room for improvement.

In the morning we discovered something that may have been a self-service area next to the lobby, which would have been nice to know from start.

More so, we were meeting friends who were driving across from Stuttgart, they were made to feel very welcome too.

• Udi (10/5): Perfect stay - highly recommend - We stayed at the hotel for two nights so that we could be close to the airport and visit erding therme. The room was everything we expected, it was spotless clean and very spacious. Breakfast was excellent, fresh and with a large variety of choices. The hotel staff was very attentive, pleasant and welcoming. I highly recommend this place, and would definitely come back next time I'm in Munich area.
