• Artem (9/5): - Комната с отдельным входом на втором этаже. Удобное расположение в центре города. Есть всё необходимое. Плохо сделан слив в душе- туалете, вода плохо уходит, из-за этого постоянно сыро

• Svetlana (10/5): - Гостевой домик удачно расположен - рядом рынок, магазины, обменники. Небольшой, хороший номер, есть все необходимое - стиральная машина,  холодильник, плита, посуда, чай, КОФЕ!)) Фото реальные. Вайфай летает - роутер в номере! Душ без бортиков, вода уходит в отверстие в центре пола. Чисто, тепло. Замечательный хозяин, внимательный, всегда на связи. Спасибо за отдых, обязательно вернусь!)

• Charles (10/5): Babulya is simply one of the best in Gyumri! - The host were very welcoming, I think they are the best in Gyumri. We arrived after 5pm and we were checking out the following day. The owner told us not to worry about their official checkout time, now that’s something you don’t hear in most places. The beds were comfy, my partner and I joined the two single beds for a comfortable night. The room has a nice seating area, microwave, kettle, fridge, wonderful clean bathroom with hot shower. We also had our own key to the room for peace of mind. Kareni speaks good English, his father speaks a bit of English, both of them speak fluent Armenian and Russian. We will definitely stay at Babulya House whenever we are in Gyumri. The story behind the naming of the guesthouse as Babulya was very touching, thank you for sharing🫶 There’s nothing to dislike, everything was wonderful ❤️

• Gemma (10/5): Awesome, incredible home-from-home stay! - This beautiful homestay is an absolute MUST STAY in Gyumri. There aren’t enough words to describe how awesome Babulya house is… the location is central and walkable… the room is massive and super comfortable… the facilities are outstanding (a washing machine too!) but the best part of all is the wonderful host, Karen. Never have we ever arrived somewhere and immediately felt like family, and like we were staying at home. Thank you Karen for your incredible hospitality, for all your amazing food and chats… we really hope more people get to stay with you and meet you and Peso. we didn’t want to leave.

We only wish we could have stayed longer! The apartment is perfectly done for a long stay and Gumry is a wonderful city. We highly recommend this place. Nothing!

• Caitlin (10/5): A great place to stay with everything you need - Clean and newly built room with very comfy beds! The small kitchen and living area were really nice additions. Definitely great value for money! Just a short walk to the main part of town. The owner was super friendly and even offered to drive us to the bus station as it was raining when we left.

• Retty (10/5): clean, near to the center, near to bus stop. everything is so nice and comfort - We are Indonesian citizen but already stayed in Armenian Yerevan around 3 years and so happy can stay in this hostel. The host is so friendly, they treated us like family. the place is near the center, the room is so clean. it's like our second home. if we come again to Gyumri we would like to stay in here again, thank you Karen jan and papik.
